Abstract

The invention relates to a protection and dispensing device (1), mainly intended or cosmetic, medical or food products and any products to be protected and dispensed such as lipstick tubes, characterised in that the device comprises a cover (2) which is open at both ends (2, 2") for receiving two removable products (A, B) along a longitudinal axis, the first product (A) being used as a push button for the second product (B) and the latter being used as a push button for the first product (A).

Description

DEVICE FOR PROTECTING AND DISPENSING PE COSMETIC, MEDICAL AND FOOD PRODUCTS

The present invention relates to a protective and dispensing device intended mainly for cosmetic, medical, food products and any product that needs to be protected and distributed, such as, for example, lipstick tubes.

The device is in the form of a profile or tube receiving at each end a removable product to be protected and dispensed, the profile then having a hood function for the two products thus positioned, this cover being able to cover the two products over the entire length and thus offer complete protection.

Known protective devices require to let the products of the tube beyond to thus benefit from a grip necessary for gripping the products, which is not necessary in this case.

According to the inventive step, it was imagined to design the device in two parts, so as to make it economical to manufacture components and assembly.

The device according to the invention receives two removable products such as lipstick tubes to protect and distribute along a longitudinal axis, for this, the device is formed of a hollow body open on both ends such a tube or a profile having in its inner space a movable element along the longitudinal axis. The distribution of the first product is effected by a pressure on the second product along the longitudinal axis and the distribution of the second product is effected by a pressure on the first product along the longitudinal axis.

The device of the invention consists of a cover (2) open on its two ends (2 ¹ ) and (2 ") intended to receive two removable products (A) and (B) along a longitudinal axis ( X, X ¹ ), the cover (2) covering over their entire length the two removable products (A) and (B) to protect and distribute, the first product (A) serving as a push button to the second product (B), and conversely the latter serving as a push button to the first product (A).

The cover (2) which is in the form of a hollow cylindrical tube of longitudinal axis (X, X ') to form an axial housing (20) for receiving the two removable products. For this purpose, the axial housing comprises a movable element (3) in longitudinal displacement along the longitudinal axis (X, X '), being intended to receive at least partly the two removable products. To ensure precise positioning of the products, the cover (2) has on its inner face (2a) a rod (2b) and the movable element (3) has a groove (3a) cooperating with the rod (2b) of the cover ( 2), such as an elastic stop. Note that the cooperation of the rod (2b) with the groove (3a) ensures the retention of the movable element in the centered position. And the elastic deformation of this cooperation allows the longitudinal displacement of the movable element in the hood, to allow the distribution of one or other of the products.

To regulate the force required for operation and to guarantee the strokes required for use, the movable element (3) has protrusions end (3b) which cooperate with the inner face (2a) of the cover (2) as a brake and with the rod (2b) of the cover (2) as a fixed stop.

For ease of use, the body (2) has at least one ergonomic notch (2c).
