本发明的两用枕, 所述左、 右侧卧枕的所述表面软垫分为上、 下层软垫, 厚度各为 2.5cm,上、下层软垫重叠后外套天鹅绒或毛巾制的套子,套子的下表面缝有粘接连接件, 所述表面软垫通过其下表面的粘接连接件粘连在所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构上。
本发明的两用枕, 所述的粘接连接件为尼龙搭扣带。
本发明的两用枕, 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕表面软垫开有容耳孔, 为 8cmX 6cm的圆角 矩形。
本发明的两用枕, 所述左、 右侧卧枕高度调节组件的面积为 20 X 20cm2, 所述脊柱 倾斜顺应角连续调节机构的底座板和工作面板厚度均为 2cm, 面积均为 20 X 20cm2, 所 述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构的底座板和工作面板的厚度均为 2cm, 面积均为 20 X 20cm2, 所述表面软垫的面积为 20 X 20cm2
本发明的两用枕, 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕内还可安装压力感受器, 感知睡卧者侧卧状 态, 且所述两用枕还加装分别累计左侧侧卧枕和右侧侧卧枕使用时间的电子计时器、 根 据两侧侧卧枕使用时间差提出使用指导的声光电子指示器; 所述压力感受器、 所述电子 计时器以及所述声光电子指示器由微电脑控制。 所述声光电子指示器为扬声器、 液晶显 示器, 所述扬声器安装在设置于所述侧卧枕的表面软垫上的容耳孔内。
本发明具有如下优点:
1 )右侧侧卧枕、仰卧枕、颈部枕、左侧侧卧枕均通过尼龙搭扣带粘连固定在板座上, 只需稍稍错动粘连位置, 便可简便调节各枕位置、 间距、 右侧滚动顺应角和左侧滚动顺 应角),使本发明能最大限度地适合不同体型的人使用,且睡卧者在侧向滚动变换睡姿后, 侧卧枕仍能最大限度地服帖于头部; 颈部枕前后调整灵活精确, 以便对准需要调节的颈 椎骨节。 各枕可单独使用, 也可以组合使用, 自由组合灵活, 用途广泛。
2)右侧侧卧枕、 仰卧枕、 颈部枕、 左侧侧卧枕皆采用层叠粘连的方式调整高度, 调 整时, 只须拆装相应的高度调节组件即可, 以适应不同人不同身体的不同部位在不同睡 姿下对高度的不同要求。 故能使侧卧或仰卧状态下的头颈部舒适、 肩部不受压、 脊柱不 扭曲、 肩胛骨不移位、 各器官供血通畅, 使人体能符合生理并在良好功能状态下睡眠, 提高了睡眠质量。 3 )在仰卧枕表面设置两个头部固定垫, 使人在仰卧时头部能保持竖直而不向两侧倾 倒。 头部固定垫的前后位置、 间距及夹角均可调节, 以适应不同人不同头型在仰卧时的 不同固定需要。
4)在右侧侧卧枕和左侧侧卧枕内分别设置了脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构, 以顺应 侧卧时人体出现的脊柱倾斜角; 另外, 通过改变脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构在侧卧枕 中的位置, 和 /或将层叠的侧卧枕部件中的一个或多个部件以其下面的其它部件为参照适 度向前错位移动(其上面的其它部件也一同跟随移动), 可以使同侧侧卧枕发生整体前倾 或部分前屈倾斜和 /或部分前移, 从而可在需要的时候扩大睡卧者侧卧时靠床一侧的肩部 与同侧侧卧枕之间的距离, 增加侧卧时侧卧枕表面与头部的接触面积使侧卧枕表面能更 完全地承托整个头部的重量。
5 )在右侧侧卧枕和左侧侧卧枕内分别设置防止过度侧卧的过度侧卧抑制角连续调节 机构, 使侧卧枕表面向内侧倾斜, 倾斜的角度可以在 0° 〜15 ° 之间调节。
6)在右侧侧卧枕和左侧侧卧枕的表面软垫上设置容耳孔以容纳耳廓,使耳廓不受压、 耳廓周围组织能均匀承受头部的重量。
7)通过在双侧侧卧枕内安装压力感受器以感应、 累计两侧侧卧时间并加以对比, 并 根据对比结果因人而异提出使用指导, 从而避免单侧侧卧睡眠累计时间过久, 并可用于 治疗因长期单侧侧卧睡眠而带来的疾病。

实施例 1 多方位连续可调保健治疗两用枕
如图 1所示,本发明的多方位连续可调保健治疗两用枕,包括板座 1、右侧侧卧枕 4、 左侧侧卧枕 5、 仰卧枕 2和颈部枕 3。 1.1 板座
如图 2所示, 板座 1厚度为 lcm, 由区域 A、 B、 C、 D、 E、 F、 G组成, 其中, 区 域 、 区域 B和区域 C+F均为边长为 20cm的正方形, 区域 C为 20cm X 15cm的矩形, 区域 F为 20cm X 5cm的矩形, 区域 G为上边长 15cm、 下边长 20cm、 高 4.5cm的等腰梯 形, α角和 β角均为 10° 。 区域 Α为右侧侧卧枕 4粘连区域, 区域 B为左侧侧卧枕 5粘 连区域, 区域 C+F为仰卧枕 2粘连区域, 区域 F + G为颈部枕 3粘连区域, 区域 F为颈 部枕 3和仰卧枕 2在板座 1上粘连区域相重叠的区域。 区域 D、 E为空隙区域。 区域 A、 B的内侧边缘分别与区域 C+F的右侧边缘和左侧边缘形成右滚动顺应角 α和左滚动顺应 角3。
以上粘连区域位置及角度大小均为预设, 实际使用时各枕会根据需要做前后左右的 错动或旋转后粘连, 故以上区域位置及角度大小不代表实际粘连区域位置及角度大小。
为了同右侧侧卧枕 4、 仰卧枕 2、 颈部枕 3、 左侧侧卧枕 5相粘连和方便使用, 板座 各区域、 各枕底部可以采用钉大头钉子等机械方式在四个角、 中间、 靠近边缘或全部区 域沉头钉贴不同颜色的粘连连接件如尼龙搭扣带, 或者使用背胶尼龙搭扣带在上述部位 直接粘贴。
1.2 仰卧枕
如图 1所示,本发明的两用枕的仰卧枕 2由 3块仰卧枕高度调节组件 21和 1块仰卧 枕表面软垫(图未示)组成,仰卧枕高度调节组件 21和仰卧枕表面软垫均为 20cmX 15cm 的矩形。 其中, 仰卧枕高度调节组件 21由厚度为 l〜4cm的板材制成, 上下表面皆带有 尼龙搭扣带,使用时根据需要取 0块至 3块仰卧枕高度调节组件 21通过层叠相互粘连组 装后粘连在板座 1的区域 C、 F上, 用于调整仰卧枕 2的高度, 其可调节高度范围为 0〜 7cm; 仰卧枕表面软垫由厚度为 2cm的海绵外包可拆洗的布套或毛巾套组成, 套底缝合 尼龙搭扣带, 用于和仰卧枕高度调节组件 21上表面相粘连, 当不使用仰卧枕高度调节组 件 21时, 仰卧枕表面软垫直接粘连于板座 1的区域 C、 F。 使用时, 仰卧枕 2紧靠在颈 部枕 3的后面粘连于板座 1的区域 C、 F上, 当颈部枕 3的位置被向前或向后移动时, 仰 卧枕 2也跟随颈部枕 3作相同方向的等距离的移动。
本发明的两用枕的仰卧枕 2的表面, 还可以增设两个头部固定垫 22, 头部固定垫 22 长度为 10cm, 其横切面为等腰直角三角形或一个角为 60度的直角三角形, 与直角相对 的斜边的长度为 6cm, 斜边亦可制作为凹弧形, 头部固定垫 22可由海绵等材料制作并外 包布套或毛巾套, 左、 右两个头部固定垫 22通过尼龙搭扣带与仰卧枕 2表面粘连, 两个 斜边相对, 纵向平行或从后上方俯视时呈 "八"字形放置于仰卧枕 2表面的中部, 其间 距、 夹角及前后位置可调, 当人仰卧时, 左右头部固定垫 22分别从头部两侧以斜边部分 固定头部, 使人在仰卧时头部能保持中正竖直, 增加稳定感, 消除侧向倾倒倾向。
1.3 颈部枕
如图 3所示, 本发明的颈部枕 3包括 3块颈部枕高度调节组件 31、 1个颈部枕短柱 体 32和 1个颈部枕表面软垫 (图未示)。 其中, 颈部枕高度调节组件 31为 6cmX 15cm 的矩形, 由厚度为 l〜4cm的板材制作, 其上下表面皆带有尼龙搭扣带, 使用时根据需要 取 0块至 3块颈部枕高度调节组件 3 1通过层叠相互粘连组装后粘连在板座 1的区域 F、 G上, 用于调整颈部枕 3的高度, 其可调节高度范围为 0〜7cm; 颈部枕短柱体 32的长 度为 15cm, 其上部为横切面是半径等于 2cm的半圆柱形, 其下部为横切面是 6cm X 2cm 的矩形的柱形, 颈部枕短柱体 32可由稍硬的材料如 EVA、塑料、木材等制作并外包布套 或毛巾套, 其表面、 前后侧面及底部均缝有尼龙搭扣带并通过其底部的尼龙搭扣带与颈 部枕高度调节组件 31的上表面粘连, 当不使用颈部枕高度调节组件 31时, 颈部枕短柱 体 32将直接粘连于板座 1的区域 F、 G;颈部枕表面软垫(图未示)用厚度是 2cm〜4cm、 宽度是 15cm的高密度海绵制作并外包布套或毛巾套,其下表面缝有尼龙搭扣带并通过尼 龙搭扣带粘连在颈部枕短柱体 32的半圆形外表面及前后侧壁上,其长度以刚好能完全覆 盖颈部枕短柱体 32的半圆形外表面及前后侧壁为度。 颈部枕短柱体 32亦可采用硬度较 高的高密度海绵制作, 这时, 可适度放大颈部枕短柱体 32在横切面上的尺寸, 长度仍为 15cm不变, 则不用再外覆颈部枕表面软垫。
1.4 侧卧枕
如图 1、 图 3、 图 6、 图 7所示, 侧卧枕 5、 4各由 4块高度调节组件 51、 41, 1个脊 柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42, 1个过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43, 1个侧 卧枕表面软垫 (图未示) 组成, 上述部件均呈边长为 20cm的正方形。
高度调节组件 51、 41由厚度为 lcm〜5cm的板材制作, 其上下表面皆带有尼龙搭扣 带, 使用时根据需要取 0块至 4块高度调节组件 51、 41通过层叠相互粘连组装后粘连在 板座 1的区域 B、 A上, 用于调整侧卧枕 5、 4的高度, 其可调节高度范围为 0〜12cm。 根据使用者的需要, 可以增加高度调节组件 51、 41的数量以增加可调节的高度范围。
脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42,包括 1块底座板 521、 421, 1块工作面板 522、 422, 2枚合叶 (图未示)。 所述底座板 521、 421和工作面板 522、 422的厚度均为 2cm。 底座板 521、 421的前侧边缘与工作面板 522、 422的前侧边缘之间安装两枚合叶, 通过 改变底座板 521、 421的后侧边缘与工作面板 522、 422的后侧边缘之间的距离来调节底 座板 521、 421与工作面板 522、 422之间的夹角, 此夹角可调节的范围为 5 ° 〜25 ° 。脊 柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42通过底座板 521、 421下表面的尼龙搭扣带与最顶层 高度调节组件 51、 41上表面的尼龙搭扣带相粘连, 通过工作面板 522、 422上表面的尼 龙搭扣带与过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的底座板 534、 434下表面的尼龙搭扣 带相粘连。 不过, 脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42并非只能设置于过度侧卧抑制角 连续调节机构 53、 43的底座板 534、 434与高度调节组件 51、 41的最顶层之间, 在必要 时, 可将脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42单独抽出并移置于板座 1的8、 A区与侧 卧枕高度调节组件 51、 41 的最底层之间或移置于任意两块侧卧枕高度调节组件 51、 41 之间, 这样, 可以使侧卧枕 5、 4的位于脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42的工作面 板 522、 422以上的部分发生前倾或前屈, 通过调节脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42 在侧卧枕 5、 4中的位置以及其工作面板 522、 422倾斜的角度可以调节侧卧枕 5、 4发生 前倾的角度和前屈的部位及角度。
过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43, 包括底座板 534、 434, 工作面板 531、 431、 合叶(图未示)。所述底座板 534、 434和工作面板 531、 431的厚度均为 2cm。底座板 534、 434的内侧边缘与工作面板 531、431的内侧边缘之间安装两枚合叶,通过改变底座板 534、 434的外侧边缘与工作面板 531、 431的外侧边缘之间的距离来调节底座板 534、 434与工 作面板 531、 431之间的夹角, 此夹角可调节的范围为 0 ° 〜15 ° 。 过度侧卧抑制角连续 调节机构 53、 43亦可选择不使用底座板 534、 434, 而选择以脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机 构 52、 42的工作面板 522、 422代替底座板 534、 434, 把两枚合叶 (图未示) 安装在脊 柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42的工作面板 522、 422的内侧边缘与过度侧卧抑制角 连续调节机构 53、 43的工作面板 531、 431的内侧边缘之间, 以节约一块板材即底坐板 534、 434, 不过这样脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42的位置将被固定而无法单独取 出并上下移动。
侧卧枕表面软垫(图未示)分为上下两层, 厚度各为 2.5cm, 下层软垫由稍硬的中等 密度的海绵或类似物质制作, 上层软垫由柔软的海绵或类似物质制作, 上、 下软垫重叠 后外套天鹅绒或毛巾制的套子, 套子的下表面缝有尼龙搭扣带, 表面软垫通过其下表面 的尼龙搭扣带粘连在过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的工作面板 531、 431的表面 上。
脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42的底座板 521、 421与工作面板 522、 422之间 的夹角和过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的底座板 534、 434与工作面板 531、 431 之间的夹角的调节方法可以有很多, 以下优选 "角度调节棒式"和 "支撑杆式"这两种 方法来作介绍。
1.4.1角度调节棒式
如图 1、 图 3所示, 为侧卧枕 5、 4的脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42与过度侧 卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43在使用角度调节棒式角度调节方法时的效果示意图。
在脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42的底座板 521、 421和工作面板 522、 422 之间的后侧放置一根角度调节棒 525、 425, 角度调节棒 525、 425与底座板 521、 421的 后侧边缘平行; 在过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的底座板 534、 434和工作面板 531、 431之间的外侧放置一根角度调节棒 537、 437,角度调节棒 537、 437与底座板 534、 434的外侧边缘平行。

在脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、42上安装使用支撑杆 523、423和紧固螺钉 524、 424, 支撑杆 523、 423的弯脚段通过螺钉等紧固件分别紧固在工作面板 522、 422后部的 下板面上, 支撑杆 523、 423的竖直弧弯段中心线均开有一条槽孔, 分别供紧固螺钉 524、 424穿过, 紧固螺钉 524、 424均带一手工拆装的钉头, 分别旋在底座板 521、 421后侧面 上;
在过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、43上安装使用支撑杆 532、432和紧固螺钉 533、 433 , 支撑杆 532、 432的弯脚段通过螺钉等紧固件分别紧固在工作面板 531、 431外侧的 下板面上, 支撑杆 532、 432的竖直弧弯段中心线均开有一条槽孔, 分别供紧固螺钉 533、 433穿过, 紧固螺钉 533、 433均带一手工拆装的钉头, 分别旋在底座板 534、 434外侧面 上;
此实施方式中,通过用手调整脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42的紧固螺钉 524、 424穿过支撑杆 523、 423弧弯段中心线上的槽孔, 可以调整使脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节 机构 52、 42的工作面板 522、 422绕着合叶轴旋转发生后高前低倾斜的倾斜度; 调节过 度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的紧固螺钉 533、 433穿过过度侧卧抑制角连续调节 机构 53、 43的支撑杆 532、 432上的槽孔, 可以调整过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的工作面板 531、431的倾斜度,使板面外侧高内侧低,向着仰卧枕 2的方向向下倾斜, 实现一定的倾斜度。
此实施方式中, 当需要将脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42单独抽出并移置于板 座 1的8、 A区与侧卧枕高度调节组件 51、 41的最底层之间或移置于任意两块侧卧枕高 度调节组件 51、 41之间时, 操作过程中有可能会因支撑杆 523、 423太长而触及底板或 床面, 这时可以将脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42以底座板 521、 421的内侧边缘 为轴翻转 180 ° , 使支撑杆的末端朝上, 就可以解决这一问题。
1.5可选设置
1.5.1 侧卧后滑止档块
本发明的两用枕还可包括侧卧后滑止档块 54、 44, 分别安装在过度侧卧抑制角连续 调节机构 53、 43的工作面板 531、 431表面靠近两用枕内侧的边缘。
本发明的侧卧后滑止档块 54、 44呈三棱柱形或 1/4圆柱状, 可消除睡卧者在侧卧时 会顺着过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的工作面板 531、 431的倾斜面下滑的感觉。
1.5.2 容耳孔
本发明的左右侧侧卧枕 5、 4上还可设置容耳孔 (图未示), 容耳孔纵向设置在侧卧 枕表面软垫的上层软垫正中, 容耳孔为 8cm X 6cm的圆角矩形, 当头侧枕在侧卧枕上时, 使用者可以把耳朵放进容耳孔中, 使耳廓不受压迫, 并使耳廓周围组织所承受的压力更 为均匀, 保护了耳廓及其周围的组织。
1.5.3 压力感受器、 电子计时器、 声光电子指示器
为使睡卧者两侧侧卧时间基本相等, 可在左、 右侧侧卧枕 5、 4内安装压力感受器, 感知睡卧者侧卧状态。 压力感受器可安装在左右侧侧卧枕 4、 5任何板块之间, 或单独安 装在一块带双夹层面板的中间, 此面板宜薄。 还可加装电子计时器, 安装在侧卧枕的任 何一块高度调节组件内, 或设置在两用枕外部, 累计睡卧者侧卧时间并通过微电脑进行 比较。 进一步的, 根据两侧侧卧累计时间须做到均等的原则, 本发明还可以加装向睡卧 者作出侧卧方向指示的声光电子指示器, 如在容耳孔中安装扬声器, 通过扬声器向睡卧 者发出声音提示, 或通过液晶显示器向睡卧者发出提示。 压力感受器、 电子计时器、 声 光电子指示器由微电脑控制。
在制作材料与工艺允许的条件下,应尽量减小板座 1,脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42和过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的各底座板和工作面板厚度, 以尽量减小 除高度调节组件 51、 41 以外两侧侧卧枕 4、 5的其它部件的合计高度, 增加左右两侧侧 卧枕 4、 5高度调节组件 41、 51的数量, 使两侧侧卧枕 4、 5的总高度的可调节范围加大。 在儿童型的制作时, 板座 1, 脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 52、 42 的底板座 521、 421 及其工作面板 522、 422, 过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构 53、 43的底座板 534、 434, 工 作面板 531、 431可采用厚度为 0.3cm或更薄的板材, 并适当缩小面积, 增加一些更薄的 高度调节组件。 板座 1与角度调节机构 51、 41的各部件应使用强度大、 不易变形或断裂 的材料; 而各高度调节组件则使用轻的材料, 如高密度海绵、 EVA等。
实施例 2 多方位连续可调保健治疗两用枕的使用调节
本发明的两用枕需要因人而异进行调节后才可使用。 调节包括侧卧位调节、 仰卧位 调节、 灵活运用调节。
2.1 侧卧位调节
侧卧位调节包括侧卧枕高度及角度的调节和电子提示装置的调节。
2.1.1高度及角度调节
令睡卧者去枕平卧, 端坐或站立也可, 两肩放松并保持头颈竖直, 测量其双侧肩外 侧至同侧面部颧骨在人体横断面上的垂直距离, 记录测量值。 通过调节侧卧枕 4、 5的高 度调节组件 41、 51, 将本发明的两个侧卧枕 4、 5及板座 1的总高度调节为实际测量值, 再将两侧侧卧枕 4、 5的脊柱倾斜顺应角调节为 15度, 将过度侧卧抑制角调节为 5度, 再令睡卧者侧卧于侧卧枕 4、 5上, 观察脊柱的颈段与胸段是否顺直(整体稍呈弧形是正 常的)、 有无扭曲, 肩胛骨有无移位。 根据实际情况及睡卧者感受, 进行高度和脊柱倾斜 顺应角的进一步微调, 务必使脊柱的颈段与胸段保持顺直、 肩胛骨无移位、 肩部没有压 迫感为止。 过度侧卧抑制角的微调取决于睡卧者的自我感觉, 角度过小, 则失去对过度 侧卧的抑制, 睡卧者会感觉到有过度侧卧的倾向, 角度过大, 睡卧者会产生不适感, 必 须在两者之间寻找平衡, 当睡卧者既感到舒适, 又无过度侧卧倾向时, 该角度最为合适。 调节过度侧卧抑制角时, 要注意侧卧后滑止挡块 44、 54的微调, 必要时将侧卧后滑止挡 块 44、 54向外或内侧微移, 无后滑倾向时不使用侧卧后滑止挡块 44、 54。 调节后, 左右 侧侧卧枕 4、 5的总高度及各个角度可以不同。
2.1.2电子提示装置的调节
当人侧卧时, 压力感受器因承重而进入触发状态并向微电脑发出信号, 微电脑收集 此信号指示电子计时器计算信号持续的时间总和, 自动将数据进行双侧对比, 在微电脑 的显示屏上显示使用建议以供睡卧者参考, 必要时, 在适当的时间通过安装在容耳孔内 的扬声器向睡卧者发出声音提示。 根据不同的使用对象, 将程序分为下述五种:
一、 普通人: 即平时两侧侧卧时间基本无差别的人, 当睡卧者一侧侧卧总时间超过 对侧 16小时时, 显示屏上会显示提示, 仍然 "允许"睡任何一侧, 但 "推荐"使用睡得 少的那一侧, 同时在每晚或午睡时的第一次侧卧时通过容耳孔内扬声器发出一次声音提 示。 若睡卧者置之不理, 使一侧侧卧总时间超过对侧达到 24小时时, 则液晶显示屏会在 过多这一侧显示 "禁止", 过少那一侧显示 "推荐", 同时, 一旦睡卧者使用过多这一侧 进行侧卧时, 该侧扬声器会反复进行声音提示, 且音量逐渐加大, 迫使睡卧者换对侧睡 眠或仰卧。
二、 平时左侧卧睡得少, 右侧卧睡得多的人: 应促使睡卧者多睡左侧, 而少睡右侧。 该程序要求睡卧者左侧卧的时间总计要多于右侧 1〜2倍 (不能过多也不能过少)。 当不 满足这个要求时, 就会在液晶显示屏上显示 "允许"仍睡过多的这一侧、 但 "推荐"睡 过少的另一侧, 并会在每晚或午睡时的第一次侧卧时通过容耳孔内扬声器发出一次声音 提示。 若睡卧者置之不理, 使双侧比例更加偏离所要求的比例, 则液晶显示屏会在比例 过高这一侧显示 "禁止", 过少那一侧显示 "推荐", 同时, 一旦睡卧者使用过多这一侧 进行侧卧时, 该侧扬声器会反复进行声音提示, 且音量逐渐加大, 迫使睡卧者换对侧睡 眠或仰卧。
三、 平时右侧卧睡得少, 左侧卧睡得多的人: 应促使睡卧者多睡右侧, 而少睡左侧。 该程序要求睡卧者右侧卧的时间总计要多于左侧 1〜2倍 (不能过多也不能过少)。 当不 满足这个要求时, 就会在液晶显示屏上显示 "允许"仍睡过多的这一侧、 但 "推荐"睡 过少的另一侧, 并会在每晚或午睡时的第一次侧卧时通过容耳孔内扬声器发出一次声音 提示。 若睡卧者置之不理, 使双侧比例更加偏离所要求的比例, 则液晶显示屏会在比例 过高这一侧显示 "禁止", 过少那一侧显示 "推荐", 同时, 一旦睡卧者使用过多这一侧 进行侧卧时, 该侧扬声器会反复进行声音提示, 且音量逐渐加大, 迫使睡卧者换对侧睡 眠或仰卧。
四、 平时基本没有左侧卧, 总是右侧卧的人: 提示装置将提示睡卧者不要使用右侧 侧卧, 只允许使用左侧卧或仰卧。 液晶显示屏上显示 "禁止"右侧卧、 "推荐"左侧卧, 且一旦睡卧者向右侧卧, 右侧扬声器就会反复进行声音提示, 且音量逐渐加大, 迫使睡 卧者换对侧睡眠或仰卧。 一年后, 转换为上述第二个程序。
五、 平时基本没有右侧卧, 总是左侧卧的人: 提示装置将提示睡卧者不要使用左侧 侧卧, 只允许使用右侧卧或仰卧。液晶显示屏上显示"禁止" 左侧卧、 "推荐" 右侧卧, 且一旦睡卧者向左侧卧, 左侧扬声器就会反复进行声音提示, 且音量逐渐加大, 迫使睡 卧者换对侧睡眠或仰卧。 一年后, 转换为上述第三个程序。
上述各程序的具体参数是可以根据具体情况进行灵活调节的, 电子提示装置扬声器 的音量是可调节可关闭的, 如果睡卧者无自主活动能力, 或者是意识不清者, 就应当关 闭音量, 护理人员主要根据护理原则并参考液晶显示屏 "使用建议"栏的提示来决定患 者应该使用什么体位。
2.2 仰卧位调节
仰卧位调节有普通睡卧者情况和治疗者情况两种。仰卧位的调节包括仰卧枕 2、颈部 枕 3的高度调节, 以及颈部枕 3的放置位置调节和头部固定垫 22的调节。 其中颈部枕 3 主要用于调节颈椎生理曲度, 根据睡卧者体型做前后位置调节, 使颈部枕 3能放置在颈 椎后面的中段或个别需要调节的颈椎后部。 仰卧枕 2和颈部枕 3的高度调节, 应参考平 时的用枕高度情况来决定,以治疗为目的的情况下, 必须根据具体病情, 坚持循序渐进的 原则, 制定使用方案。 最后是头部固定垫 22的调节, 头部固定垫放置于头部两侧, 以消 除头部侧向倾倒感、 增强稳定性为原则, 其前后位置、 夹角可由使用者自由调节, 以舒 适为原则, 因有些人头型并不对称, 所以头部固定垫的放置并不要求对称。
2.2.1普通睡卧者
对于普通睡卧者, 可不使用仰卧枕 2的仰卧枕高度调节组件 21, 仰卧时直接睡在粘 连在板座 1上的仰卧枕表面软垫上即可。 因多数人白天工作时都常处于低头位, 易于造 成颈椎生理曲度的消失甚至反张, 且仰卧时如后颈部悬空, 颈部重量会拖动颈椎向床面 方向偏移而使生理曲度消失, 故可使用颈部枕 3进行反制, 其高度一般以舒适、 后头部 不悬空为度。
平时习惯仰卧睡高枕的人, 特别是老年人, 如果突然改用去枕平卧, 则可能导致不 适症状, 须循序渐进逐渐减低仰卧枕的高度。
在使用颈部枕 3 时, 应注意有无不适症状出现, 如有肢体麻木、 恶心、 头暈等症状 出现, 说明高度太高, 应立即停止使用, 经调低高度后仍有不适症状出现者, 应及时向 医护人员咨询。
2.2.2治疗者
可使用范围包括: 各型颈椎病、 颈椎间盘突出症、 落枕 (特别是频繁落枕)、 长期反 复的肩背痛、 各种肩痛、 须长期卧床者、 颈源性头痛、 侧卧位颈椎骨牵引、 打鼾及睡眠 呼吸暂停综合征、 矫形美体。 必须注意的是: 颈椎骨折、 颈椎肿瘤、 颈椎结核及其它重 症颈部疾患, 特别是骨性疾病或椎管内重大疾病以及严重的椎动脉、 颈动脉疾病患者, 应谨慎或禁止使用本发明的颈部枕。 具体适应症、 禁忌症及治疗进度应由医护人员根据 实际病情判断掌握。
调节的总原则, 是针对病情, 做循序渐进的调节, 避免一次性调节过度 (特别是仰 卧位的一次性调节过度)。
2.3灵活运用调节
本发明具有高度可调节性, 各部件均可拆卸可组合, 实际使用中如能灵活运用, 将 更加方便。 以下举例说明:
2.3.1 . 拆卸掉一侧的侧卧枕
当需要观察颈部枕 3和仰卧枕 2的使用情况时, 拆卸掉一侧的侧卧枕 5和 /或 4, 以 便于清楚地观察到颈部枕 3和仰卧枕 2的使用状态是否合适。
2.3.2. 侧卧枕的各层之间可以移动或改变叠放次序
除了侧卧枕 5、 4的各角度调节机构的底座板与工作面板之间外, 本发明的两用枕的 各层之间都是以尼龙搭扣带进行直接粘连的,尼龙搭扣带的钩面与毛面均设置为正方形, 而且尼龙搭扣带的一面面积设计得很小, 为 lcm2, 而另一面面积设计得很大, 为 9cm2, 或者将尼龙搭扣带的两面均设置为 5cmX lcm且两面相互垂直交叉粘连, 这样即使两层 之间稍作错动, 钩面与毛面的粘连面积始终是 1 cm2, 不会因粘连面积的大小改变而改变 尼龙搭扣上下两面间的粘连力。
当侧卧枕时肩部和侧卧枕的下部相抵触,导致头部无法整个落实在侧卧枕的表面时, 可以扩大睡眠者侧卧时靠床一侧肩部与同侧侧卧枕之间的距离, 具体方法以图 1 中区域 A的右侧侧卧枕 4为例, 可将侧卧枕 4的脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 42单独抽出, 移 至板座 1的区域 A与最下层的高度调节组件 41之间使整个侧卧枕 4出现前倾;或者将脊 柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 42移至任意两层高度调节组件 41之间使侧卧枕 4的位于脊 柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 42 以上的部分出现前屈; 和 /或将侧卧枕 4的各高度调节组 件 41、 角度调节机构 42和 43、 表面软垫等部件中的一件或多件以下一层为参照向前稍 稍错位移动。 这样, 将有效扩大侧卧时靠床一侧肩部与同侧侧卧枕之间的间隙, 使侧卧 枕 4的表面能伸进靠床一侧肩部与同侧头面部之间的间隙内以承托整个头部的重量。
如果睡卧者的头比较宽、 大, 觉得仰卧枕部分的宽度不足, 亦可将双侧侧卧枕与板 座拆开后向外侧稍移动后重新粘连以扩大仰卧枕的宽度。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中, 右滚动顺应角 α、 左滚动顺应角 β的初始设置为 10° , 若实际使用中发现这个角度过大或过小, 也可以将侧卧枕从板座上拆下, 按需要 稍作旋转错动后重新安装上。
2.3.3. 底部板座可以拆掉
拆掉底部板座 1, 则两侧的侧卧枕 4、 5, 中间的仰卧枕 2和颈部枕 3就可以自由移 动或根据需要将各部件单独或组合使用。
对于意识不清或不能活动、 生活无法自理的长期卧床患者, 可以将本发明的板座 1 卸掉, 将侧卧枕 4、 5、 仰卧枕 2和颈部枕 3单独使用。 这样, 当病人使用本发明的一个 部件时, 其它部件就不会成为护理的障碍。
普通睡卧者在床位特别狭小时, 也可以在侧卧时只使用一个侧卧枕, 将过度侧卧抑 制角调节为 0° 并拆掉侧卧后滑止挡块, 这样, 左右侧卧都可以用。
2.3.4. 可作为夫妻双人枕: 使用 2.3.2中扩大侧卧时侧卧枕与同侧肩部之间的空间的 方法, 使女方靠床一侧肩部与同侧侧卧枕之间有足够的空隙, 当面对面而卧时男方下面 一侧的胳膊就可以从此间隙穿过并搂抱女方而卧。
由于本发明旨在使睡卧者在仰卧或侧卧时均能保持符合生理的正确的姿势, 理论上 它适用于所有人(8岁以下儿童及躁动不安无法配合者可能引起损伤故应禁用,神志不清 患者应在监护下使用)。

1、一种多方位连续可调保健治疗两用枕,包括板座以及粘接在板座上的右侧侧卧枕、 仰卧枕、 左侧侧卧枕、 颈部枕, 其中右侧侧卧枕位于仰卧枕的右侧, 左侧侧卧枕位于仰 卧枕的左侧, 颈部枕位于仰卧枕的前部, 其特征在于, 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕均包括相连 的数块高度调节组件、 一脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构、 一过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机 构和一表面软垫, 且左、 右侧侧卧枕内侧边缘与仰卧枕外侧边缘在水平面上的投影之间 均存在夹角, 所述夹角 20度。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述两用枕还包括左、 右侧侧卧后 滑止档块, 通过粘连连接件分别粘连在所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的表面靠近所述两用枕内侧 的边缘上。

所述角度调节棒式的所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构各包 括底座板、 工作面板、 合叶、 角度调节棒, 所述底座板的前部边缘与所述工作面板的前 部边缘之间安装有两枚合叶, 且在所述底座板和工作面板之间的后侧放置一根角度调节 棒, 且所述角度调节棒与所述底座板的后侧边缘平行; 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述过度 侧卧抑制角连续调节机构各包括底座板、 工作面板、 合叶、 角度调节棒, 在所述底座板 的内侧边缘与工作面板的内侧边缘之间安装两枚合叶, 且在所述底座板和工作面板之间 的外侧放置一根角度调节棒, 所述角度调节棒与所述底座板的外侧边缘平行; 所述支撑杆式的所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构均包括底 座板、 工作面板、 合叶、 支撑杆、 紧固螺钉, 所述底座板的前部边缘与所述工作面板的 前部边缘之间安装有两枚合叶, 所述支撑杆的弯脚段紧固在所述工作面板后部的下板面 上, 所述支撑杆的竖直弧弯段中心线开有一条槽孔, 供所述紧固螺钉穿过, 所述紧固螺 钉带一手工拆装的钉头, 旋在所述底座板的后侧面上; 所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机 构包括底座板、 工作面板、 合叶、 支撑杆、 紧固螺钉, 所述底座板的内侧边缘与所述工 作面板的内侧边缘之间分别安装两枚合叶,所述支撑杆的弯脚段紧固在所述工作面板外侧 的下板面上, 所述支撑杆的竖直弧弯段中心线开有一条槽孔, 供紧固螺钉穿过, 所述紧 固螺钉带一手工拆装的钉头, 旋在所述底座板外侧面上。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 可以粘连在所述侧卧枕高度调节组件和所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构之间、 或粘连 在所述板座与所述侧卧枕高度调节组件之间或任意两块侧卧枕高度调节组件之间。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构 的角度调节棒和所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构的角度调节棒的底部均设置一个与其 垂直的导轨, 相应的, 在所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构的底座板和所述过度侧卧抑 制角连续调节机构的底座板的表面设置一个与所述导轨相对应的凹槽, 所述导轨嵌入凹 槽内, 可在所述凹槽内滑动, 且所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构的角度调节棒和所述 过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构的角度调节棒的上表面通过粘连连接件分别固定在所述脊 柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构的工作面板和所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构的工作面板 的下表面。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述脊柱 倾斜顺应角连续调节机构和所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构为 角度调节棒式或支撑杆式, 其中,
所述角度调节棒式的所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构各包 括底座板、 工作面板、 合叶、 角度调节棒, 其中所述底座板与所述高度调节组件通过粘 连连接件粘连固定, 所述底座板的前部边缘与所述工作面板的前部边缘之间安装有两枚 合叶, 且在所述底座板和工作面板之间的后侧放置一根角度调节棒, 且所述角度调节棒 与所述底座板的后侧边缘平行; 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机 构各包括工作面板、 合叶、 角度调节棒, 所述工作面板靠近两用枕内部的边缘与所述脊 柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构的工作面板靠近两用枕内部的边缘通过合叶相连接, 且在所 述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构的工作面板和所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构的工作 面板之间的外侧放置一根角度调节棒, 所述角度调节棒与所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节 机构的工作面板的外侧边缘平行;
所述支撑杆式的所述左、 右侧侧卧枕的所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构均包括底 座板、 工作面板、 合叶、 支撑杆、 紧固螺钉, 其中所述底座板与所述高度调节组件通过 粘连连接件粘连固定, 所述底座板的前部边缘与所述工作面板的前部边缘之间安装有两 枚合叶, 所述支撑杆的弯脚段紧固在所述工作面板后部的下板面上, 所述支撑杆的竖直 弧弯段中心线开有一条槽孔, 供所述紧固螺钉穿过, 所述紧固螺钉带一手工拆装的钉头, 旋在所述底座板的后侧面上; 所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构包括工作面板、 合叶、 支撑杆、 紧固螺钉, 所述工作面板靠近两用枕内部的边缘与所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调 节机构的工作面板靠近两用枕内部的边缘通过合叶相连接, 所述支撑杆的弯脚段通过螺 钉固定在所述工作面板外侧的下表面, 支撑杆的弧弯段中心线开有一条槽孔, 供紧固螺 钉穿过, 紧固螺钉带一手工拆装的钉头, 旋在所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调节机构的工作 面板的外侧面。
11、 根据权利要求 7或 10所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述脊柱倾斜顺应角连续调 节机构的角度调节范围为 5〜25度, 所述过度侧卧抑制角连续调节机构的角度调节范围 为 0〜15度。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕表面软垫开 有容耳孔, 为 8cm X 6cm的圆角矩形。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述左、 右侧侧卧枕内还可安装 压力感受器, 感知睡卧者侧卧状态, 且所述两用枕还加装分别累计左侧侧卧枕和右侧侧 卧枕使用时间的电子计时器、 根据两侧侧卧枕使用时间差提出使用指导的声光电子指示 器; 所述压力感受器、 所述电子计时器以及所述声光电子指示器由微电脑控制。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的两用枕, 其特征在于, 所述声光电子指示器为扬声器、 液晶显示器, 所述扬声器安装在设置于所述侧卧枕的表面软垫上的容耳孔内。
