Abstract

A method for cultivation of fragrant mushroom is disclosed, in which a mixed nutrient medium selected from sawdust of broad- leaved tree, cotton- seed-hull and corn cob is filled into a culture pot and is sterilized, and a fragrant mushroom starter culture is seeded and cultivated for 15-20 days in a culture room, and the culture is transferred to a certain box or a germination region formed by grooving on the ground with a warming system. The culture is germinated at a constant temperature and moisture and is grown.

Description

Description METHOD FOR CULTIVATION OF FRAGRANT MUSHROOM
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a method for cultivation of fragrant mushroom, and in particular to a method for cultivation of fragrant mushroom in which a mixed nutrient medium selected from sawdust of broad-leaved tree, cotton- seed-hull and corn cob is filled into a culture pot and is sterilized, and a fragrant mushroom starter culture is seeded and cultivated for 15-20 days in a culture room, and the culture is moved to a certain box or a germination region formed by grooving on the ground with a warming system. The culture is germinated at a constant temperature and moisture and is grown.
[2]
Background Art
[3] Mushroom is good for an adult disease as a non-polluted food and a food with an anti-cancer effect for which its demand continues to increase. In Korea, the mushroom is widely grown for the purpose of eating.
[4] The conventional method for cultivation of fragrant mushroom is classified into a log cultivation method in which an acutissima wood is holed and a mushroom starter culture is seeded for thereby growing mushroom therein, and a method in which a sawdust medium with a nutrition of sawdust is filled in a plastic pocket, and a mushroom starter culture is seeded and grown. In the above conventional method, a cultivation area is hard to expand, and a lot of area is disadvantageously needed. The cultivation takes a long time, so more than 60 days are needed for a first harvest.
[5]
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[6] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for cultivation of fragrant mushroom in which fragrant mushroom can be harvested in 35-40 days after seeding by overcoming the problems encountered in the conventional mushroom growing method.
[7]
Technical Solution
[8] To achieve the above objects, there is provided a method for cultivation of fragrant mushroom in which a nutrient medium is filled in a cultivation pot and is sterilized, and a fragrant mushroom starter culture is seeded and grown, and is moved to a germination growing area formed in a box or on the ground for thereby germinating and growing fragrant mushroom. [9]
Advantageous Effects
[10] In the present invention, a production area can be expanded as compared to a conventional log cultivation method or a plastic pocket cultivation method. The cultivation period can be significantly decreased, so a first harvest can be in 35-40 days after seeing.
[H]
Brief Description of Drawings
[12] Figure 1 is an exemplary view of a germination growing area in a box.
[13] Figures 2 and 3 are exemplary views of a germination growing area on the ground.
[14] Figure 4 is an exemplary view of a growing room for a germination growing area formed in a box shape.
[15] Figure 5 is an exemplary view of growing fragrant mushroom with the help of a germination growing area on the ground.
[16]
Mode for the Invention
[17] The method for cultivation of fragrant mushroom according to the present invention comprises a mushroom starter culture seeding and cultivation step in which a mixed nutrient medium selected from sawdust of broad-leaved tree, cotton- seed-hull and corn cob is filled into a culture pot selected from an anti-heat plastic pocket pot or a plastic pot and is sterilized at a temperature of 110- 12O0C, and a fragrant mushroom starter culture is seeded (800~900g seeding per one bottle) and is cultivated in a culture room for 15-20 days; a germination growing area preparation step in which a groove 20 with depth of 10~20cm and a width of 80cm is formed either in a germination growing area defined in a box 2 with a width and a depth of 40cm, respectively, of which whole inner surfaces are covered with a concentrated polyethylene film 3 with needle holes 3 a or on a ground Ia defined in a growing room 1 which maintains an inner temperature of 18-220C and a humidity of 80%, and a culture is filled in the groove 20; a mushroom germination step in which a fragrant mushroom culture cultivated in the culture pot is transferred to a germination growing area selected from the box type germination growing area and the ground germination growing area, and in case of the germination growing area, the box is arranged on a shelf, and in case of the ground germination growing area, a plastic sheet 40a is covered on the upper surface of the groove or rice hulls 40 are covered thereon with a thickness of 0.5- 1.0cm for thereby germinating the mushroom; and a growing step in which when the fragrant mushroom is germinated and turns brown color, the cover is removed, and the mushroom is grown until shipping. [18] The growing room 1 used in the present invention is manufactured in such a manner that a plastic sheet 101 is covered on an outer side of a frame 100, and another plastic sheet 104 is covered at an interval 102, and an underground water curtain collected by an underground spraying apparatus 103 can be formed within the interval, and a bedclothes 105 formed of Cashmilon cotton is covered on the surface of the outer plastic sheet 104, and a sunshine shielding cover 106 is covered on the bedclothes. The growing room 1 maintains a temperature at 18-220C and a humidity at 80%. A shelf can be installed in the growing room 1 and a germination growing area can be made therein.
[19]
[20] Embodiment 1
[21] On the ground Ia in the growing room 1 manufactured in such a manner that a plastic sheet 101 is covered on an outer side of a frame 100, and another plastic sheet 104 is covered at an interval 102, and an underground water curtain collected by an underground spraying apparatus 103 can be formed within the interval, and a bedclothes 105 formed of Cashmilon cotton is covered on the surface of the outer plastic sheet 104, and a sunshine shielding cover 106 is covered on the bedclothes, with the growing room 1 maintaining a temperature at 18-220C and a humidity at 80%, a groove 20 with a width of 80cm and a depth of 10~20cm is formed, and a fragrant mushroom culture cultivated in a culture pot is transferred into the groove 20, and a plastic sheet 40a is covered thereon, and rice hulls 40 are covered with the thickness of 0.5- 1.0cm, and the mushroom is germinated. When the germinated mushroom turns brown color, the cover is removed, and the mushroom is grown, so the mushroom can be harvested in 35 days.
[22]
[23] Embodiment 2
[24] A concentrated polyethylene film 3 with needle holes 3a is covered on the whole inner surfaces of a cubic box with a width and a length of 40cm, respectively. The fragrant mushroom culture 4 cultivated in the culture pot is transferred in the box. The culture is germinated for 15-20 days in the growing room which maintains a temperature at 18-220C and a humidity at 80%, and the germinated mushroom is grown therein. When the mushroom turns brown color, it is harvested. Namely, the fragrant mushroom can be harvested in 35 days after seeding.
