[6] 也有有线和无线的售货机的联网商品经营, 由于管理区域广大, 大都是销售单 一品种商品, 如加油站、 饮料机之类。 它的服务范围是特殊需要群体。 联网的 单台售货机不能为消费者提供各种形态的多品种的货物选择, 因此它还没有成 为功能强大的电脑网络购多品种物品的自行取货平台。 而电脑、 手机通过网络 购的商品实体只能通过专人快递送货, 也没有自己取货的平台, 较长吋间拿到 的货物要现场验货, 吋间太短, 容易出现退货纠纷, 且货物流通成本大。

[9] 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供的技术方案为: 一种酒店宾馆用自动售货系统, 包括有釆用具有人机交流界面的自动售货机作为售货取货平台, 组建具有多个 自动售货和具有管理功能的操作控制、 监视、 储存信息的主机, 形成 1〜N个购 物局部网络, 安置在酒店宾馆, 通过电脑网络形成一个地区的便利购货的连锁 店网, 通过局部网络的消费信息构建的生产_直销的信息传递链, 统计当天的 缺货情况, 安排补充单台售货机里的缺货品种数量; 消费者领取电子货币卡后 , 通过触摸屏选货, 主机通过读卡器査询金额, 向电机控制板发出出货指令, 电机控制板记录扣减物品数量, 控制相应的货道出货, 同吋主机实吋上传交易 记录, 指令打印小票。

[12] 本发明釆用上述技术方案后, 创建了一个有线和无线的自动购物局网, 通过 G PRS或互联网进行数据传送, 具有一台主机管理多台自动售货机的购货信息处理 职能, 购物者无论出行或在家里用电脑、 手机通过网络査询、 订货, 在最近的 自动售货机取货; 又能直接用 IC卡等电子货币在单台自动售货机中支付、 取货 等多种方式购物, 给消费者塑造了一个模拟自选商场的购物环境。

[21] 1) 所述的人机交流界面的自动售货机是以动态的画面进行样品展示, 介绍商 品。 动态的画面为模拟人走进便利店现场挑选所需的商品的动感三维画面, 其 具有三个层面: 模拟购物者走进商店的层面; 挑选货物的层面; 确定购买的商 品的层面。 在柜台前面适当的位置安装一台用触摸屏, 为消费者购货活动的操 作界面, 该界面釆用活画图形模拟商店购物场景, 为消费者提供选货、 商品单 价、 商品的外形、 包装等属性, 确定购物的操作。
[22] 2) 安装有各种电子货币的读卡器, 收取消费者的购物费的支付。
[23] 3) 机内安装一块控制主板, 安装消费系统软件, 为自动售货机的核心控制部 件。
[24] 4) 安装一个货道电机驱动板, 接受指令, 驱动执行电机运转, 把被购商品推 入取货仓里。
[25] 5) 装配有一台小票打印机, 为消费者提供购货凭证。
[26] 6) 设有业主操作键盘, 用于业主、 补货、 换货、 货道选择的设定, 吋间设定 等。
[27] 7) 配备一台可视电话, 用于消费者与总台主机直接对话沟通。
[28] 8) 单台机具有数据储存功能, 能在主机繁忙, 关闭吋脱机消费。
[29] 通过上述主机、 平台、 局域网络的设置, 消费者领取电子货币卡后, 通过触摸 屏选货, 主机通过读卡器査询金额, 向电机控制板发出出货指令, 电机控制板 记录扣减物品数量, 控制相应的货道出货, 同吋主机实吋上传交易记录, 指令 打印小票, 从而完成一笔交易。
