背景技术

此外,随着科技的进步,如智能型手机、平板计算机等各种行动装置也逐渐成为人们生活中的日常必需品。上述的各种行动装置的出现,让人们能够在外出行动时,也能透过上述的各种行动进行网络购物,达到随时随地购买的目的。
然而,网络购物却也有其缺点,例如,一些用户不放心通过网络来进行交易,或者,没有恰当的时间在指定的地点接收货物,又或者,使用者购买的货物因受限于体积,而没办法进行到店取货服务,只能进行送货到家服务,但又没有适当的时间进行取货,如此即造成一系列的困扰。再者,现今一些物流装置的设置位置附近没有设置任何的自动取款装置,且物流装置本身的取货支付款项的方式也不支持现金支付,假如使用者手边刚好没有带信用卡而只有提款卡,且现金金额也不足,那将会没有足够金钱支付物品款项以进行取货,如此即造成使用上的困扰。
基于上述理由,需要提供一种便利的智能型物流装置控制方法,让用户能随时利用该智能型物流装置取货,并达到用该智能型物流装置进行提款、付款的目的。
发明内容
鉴于上述传统技术的缺点,本公开的主要目的为提供一种智能型物流装置 控制方法,该方法包括以下步骤:操作者通过智能型物流装置上的操作模块选择取货选项;操作者通过操作模块输入操作者的账号及密码;操作者通过操作模块选择支付款项的方式;操作者通过智能型物流装置上的交易模块进行付款;智能型物流装置上的多个物流单元中对应待取货物的物流单元开启;以及操作者通过开启的物流单元提取货物并关闭物流单元以完成取货;其中交易模块包括自动取款模块,操作者通过自动取款模块提取现金。

图7为一流程图,用以说明本公开又一实施例的智能型物流装置控制方法。请同时参照图2及图7,该实施例的智能型物流装置控制方法包括步骤S51-S515,步骤S51为:操作者通过设置于智能型物流装置1上的操作模块11选择寄送货物选项,而操作模块11可为触控式显示器;步骤S53为:该操作者通过操作模块11输入该操作者的账号及密码,而该账号可为该操作者在网购平台购物时登记的电话号码(或可为该操作者在用于管理智能型物流装置1的后端管理平台上注册的账号),该密码则为该操作者于该网购平台购物时登记的自行设定的密码(或可为该操作者在用于管理智能型物流装置1的后端管理平台上注册的密码),此外,在要输入数据时,操作模块11可显示出一小键盘供操作者使用;步骤S55为:该操作者通过操作模块11输入寄件人及收件人的相关信息,该收件人的相关信息包括收件人姓名、收件人电话号码、收件人住址及欲寄送的地址(可选择另一智能型物流装置作为送达地点,让收件人自行前往另一智能型物流装置进行取货动作,换言之,本公开实施例的智能型物流装置控制方法可让货物在两个智能型物流装置之间流通);步骤S57为:该操作者通过操作模块11选择欲寄送货物的尺寸;其中,在该操作者通过操作模块11选择该欲寄送货物的该尺寸时,操作模块11可同时显示各个尺寸的大小,该各个尺寸包括信封尺寸(可容纳各式信封)、小尺寸(高9.5公分×宽34公分×深45.5公分)、中尺 寸(高17.5公分×宽34公分×深45.5公分)及大尺寸(高34.5公分×宽34公分×深45.5公分);步骤S59为:该操作者通过操作模块11选择支付款项的方式,要支付的款项会因为该操作者所选择的尺寸大小而不同;步骤S511为:该操作者通过设置于智能型物流装置1上的交易模块13进行付款;步骤S513为:扣款成功后,设置于智能型物流装置1上的多个物流单元15中与该欲寄送货物的该尺寸相对应的一物流单元15开启;以及步骤S515为:该操作者通过开启的物流单元15放置该欲寄送货物,并关闭物流单元15以完成寄送货物。
类似地,在该实施例中,交易模块13可以进一步包括至少一个接触式读卡单元131,其是以接触式的方式读取交易卡片,或交易模块13可以进一步包括至少一个非接触式读卡单元133,其是以无线感应的方式读取该交易卡片,在该实施例中,接触式读卡单元131可以是用于以接触式的方式接收与识别市面上的交易卡片,例如设置有IC芯片的IC金融卡、或者设置有磁条的信用卡、储值卡等必须以物理性方式读取的交易卡片;而非接触式读卡单元133是透过无线的方式感应并且识别交易卡片,例如悠游卡、储值卡或是信用卡等设置有感应芯片或是利用无线电技术感应的交易卡片。此外,在本公开一些实施例中,交易模块13可以进一步包括收据出口135,收据出口135则可以在交易完成后用于输出交易明细表供操作者留存。另一方面,在本公开一些实施例中,多个物流单元15中的每一个物流单元的构造与上述图4所示的构造相同,在此不再赘述。再者,在本公开一些实施例的步骤S511中,操作者也可使用现金支付方式来支付款项。
由上述内容可知,本公开提供一种可以让操作者随时于指定地点进行取货及/或寄送货物的智能型物流装置控制方法,且操作者可直接通过该智能型物流装置本身进行付款作业,更进一步地,本公开的智能型物流装置控制方法可让操作者通过智能型物流装置来提取现金,并可以现金支付方式来支付款项。因此,本公开的智能型物流装置控制方法具有24小时服务、简单、快捷、价格便宜、安全、多元化的付款方式等优点。
在说明本公开的代表性范例时,本说明书已经提出操作本公开的该方法及/或程序作为某一特定顺序的步骤。但是,某种程度上该方法或程序并不会依 赖此处所提出的特定顺序的步骤,该方法或程序不应限于上述这些特定的步骤顺序。如本领域技术人员将可了解,其它的步骤顺序也是可行的。因此,在本说明书中所提出的特定顺序的步骤不应被视为对于申请专利范围的限制。此外,关于本公开的方法及/或程序的申请专利范围不应限于在所提出顺序中的步骤的效能,本领域技术人员可立即了解这些顺序可以改变,且仍维持在本公开的精神及范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种智能型物流装置控制方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
    操作者通过智能型物流装置上的操作模块选择取货选项;
    该操作者通过该操作模块输入该操作者的账号及密码;
    该操作者通过该操作模块选择支付款项的方式;
    该操作者通过该智能型物流装置上的交易模块进行付款;
    该智能型物流装置上的多个物流单元中对应待取货物的物流单元开启;以及
    该操作者通过开启的该物流单元提取该货物并关闭该物流单元以完成取货;
    其中该交易模块包括自动取款模块,该操作者通过该自动取款模块提取现金。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能型物流装置控制方法,其中,该操作者通过该自动取款模块中的接触式读卡单元,以接触式的方式读取交易卡片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能型物流装置控制方法,其中,在读取完该交易卡片后,该操作者通过该操作模块输入该交易卡片的密码及欲提取的现金的金额,之后该操作者通过该自动取款模块中的现金出口,以提取出该现金。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能型物流装置控制方法,其中,在提取出该现金后,该操作者通过该自动取款模块中的收据出口,以提取出交易明细表。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能型物流装置控制方法,其中,在该操作者通过该操作模块选择支付该款项的方式中,该操作者进一步通过该操作模块选择使用现金支付该款项。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能型物流装置控制方法,其中,该操作者通过该智能型物流装置上的现金放置入口放置该现金。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能型物流装置控制方法,其中,若该现金的金额大于该款项的金额,该操作者通过该智能型物流装置上的找零出口提取找零。
