Description

一种无箱体的自助购物系统及操作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及零售设备及系统技术领域,具体是指一种无箱体体、可24小时经营的自助购物系统及其操作方法。
背景技术
零售业的自动售货模式已经出现了很多年,到目前为止,所有的自动售货基本都停留在以自动售货机为载体的模式上;传统的自动售货机包括储物兼展示箱体、支付操作模块及取货窗口;这类自动售货机被摆放在店面门口、地铁站通道、大厦大厅等地,售卖的品类包括各种饮料、零食、报纸甚至化妆品等。
即使是出现了这么多年的自动售货机,依然存在诸多的问题导致普及率并不高。比如摆放在店门外的自动售货机,不仅占地,还属于店外经营,被城管执法的风险较大;有些商品如香烟、常用药品类,必须取得许可证,所以很难通过自动售货机经营;摆放在户外时,由于风吹日晒,设备老化损坏快,且被人为破坏很普遍,不好管理,而设备维护成本又很高;另外,售货机箱体体积有限,可存放及展示的商品品类及数量有限。
然而,现代社会人们的生活、娱乐方式丰富多样,夜间常有各类实际购买需求,比如食品饮料、香烟、常用药品等,而店面少有24小时经营的,因为人员成本较高,并不划算。因此自动售货模式又显得非常有必要。但目前还没有能解决这一问题的好方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种成本低、不易损坏、适合店面普及的自动零售系统及其操作方法。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种无箱体的自助购物系统,包括设于门店内部的自动货架、与所述自动货架连通并穿过门店墙体的取物口、自动货架控制模块、将所述自动货架控制模块与互联网通信连接的网络模块、网络服务器、以及店主终端;所述网络服务器设有自动售货程序模块,所述自动售货程序模块包括选货程序单元、结算程序单元、库存管理程序单元及售货指令程序单元;门店墙外还设有表明所述自动售货程序模块网络地址的二维码;所述店主终端与所述库存管理程序单元通信连接,所述自动货架控制模块通过所述网络模块与所述售货指令程序单元通信连接,所述选货程序单元及所述结算程序单元与由扫描所述二维码接入的购物终端通信连接。
一种自助购物操作方法,基于上述的自助购物系统,包括以下操作:
S1:店主在所述自动货架上铺货,并通过所述店主终端通信连接到所述网络服务器的所述自动售货程序模块的网络地址,在所述店主终端上通过所述库存管理程序单元修改库存数据;
S2:所述购物终端通过扫描门店外的所述二维码,通信连接到所述网络服务器的所述自动售货程序模块的网络地址,在所述购物终端上通过所述选货程序单元及所述结算程序单元完成选货及支付操作;
S3:所述购物终端通过所述结算程序单元完成支付操作后,所述售货指令程序单元向所述自动货架控制模块发出指令,由所述自动货架控制模块控制所述自动货架将货品送达所述取物口,完成购物。
相比现有的自动售货机,本发明的有益效果是:1、本方案无需专门设置于户外的用于存储和展示的箱体,其储物及输送机构均置于店内,只需在店面的 墙体上开设取货口,可以有效地避免店外经营带来的设备损坏及经营法律风险,同时也降低了设备维护成本。2、通过扫码方式链接到网络,实现商品展示、选购及支付等操作,省去了传统的商品展示窗口或电子屏幕、以及收银系统,极大地节省了自动售货设备成本。3、中国的智能手机及移动支付普及率均位于世界前列,消费者只需使用手机进行扫码即可联网完成购物操作,购物操作更方便快捷。4、因货架置于店内,摆放空间不太受限制,且商品展示界面位于手机端,可进行多页或缩放展示,相较传统的自动售货机而言可售货品种类及数量更多。5、综上所述,本方案的自动售货系统,设备成本低,可售品类多,且不易损坏、维护成本低,又无经营法律风险,有助于自动售货系统在各类零售业如便利店、药店、烟酒门店、卫生用品店等的推广普及,尤其适合于连锁经营门店的24小时经营模式,其市场潜力及商业价值巨大。

参考图1至图2所示的一种无箱体的自助购物系统,包括设于门店内部的自动货架1、与所述自动货架1连通并穿过门店墙体的取物口13、自动货架控制模块100、将所述自动货架控制模块100与互联网通信连接的网络模块101、网络服务器、以及店主终端300。所述自动货架1包括储货架11、将货物从所述储货架11输送至所述取物口的输送装置12,所述输送装置12包括驱动单元 121,所述驱动单元121由所述自动货架控制模块100控制动作;所述自动货架1还包括检测货物是否送出的传感器;所述取物口13设有监控镜头。所述网络服务器设有自动售货程序模块200,所述自动售货程序模块200包括选货程序单元201、结算程序单元202、库存管理程序单元203、售货指令程序单元204及产品库;门店墙外还设有表明所述自动售货程序模块200网络地址的二维码4;所述店主终端300与所述库存管理程序单元203及所述结算程序单元202通信连接,所述自动货架控制模块100通过所述网络模块101与所述售货指令程序单元204通信连接,所述选货程序单元201及所述结算程序单元202与由扫描所述二维码4接入的购物终端500通信连接。
列举一种自动货架1的实施例:包括安装在店内的若干层储货架11,每层储货架11又设有若干组送货料带110,用于存放不同品类的货物;每组所述送货料带110均设有单独的步进送料单元,所述步进送料单元可以是为由电机带动的传送带。所述输送装置12包括设于所述储货架11的前端的接料斗122,所述接料斗122可由所述驱动单元121驱动升降及翻转;其中,接料斗122的升降驱动可由丝杆电机及导轨来实现,而翻驱动则可由气缸及偏心连杆实现。使用时,不同送货料带110摆放不同的货品,当发生购买行为时,所述自动货架控制模块100接收到购买指令后,控制步进送料单元往前移动,同时驱动接料斗122移动至该层储货架11前端下方,货品从传送带掉落至接料斗122,然后由接料斗122下降并翻转,将货品送达至取物口13。当然,自动货架1不仅限于此种实现方式,这类结构已经较为成熟,可选方案较多,不逐一列举。
一种自助购物操作方法,基于上述自助购物系统,包括以下操作:
S1:店主在所述自动货架上铺货,并通过所述店主终端通信连接到所述网 络服务器的所述自动售货程序模块的网络地址,在所述店主终端上通过所述库存管理程序单元修改库存数据;所述店主终端修改所述库存管理程序单元的库存数据时,可直接选取所述产品库的产品数据,再修改产品数量及价格即可。
S2:所述购物终端通过扫描门店外的所述二维码,通信连接到所述网络服务器的所述自动售货程序模块的网络地址,在所述购物终端上通过所述选货程序单元及所述结算程序单元完成选货及支付操作;
S3:所述购物终端通过所述结算程序单元完成支付操作后,所述售货指令程序单元向所述自动货架控制模块发出指令,由所述自动货架控制模块控制所述自动货架将货品送达所述取物口,完成购物。
S4:所述店主终端与所述结算程序单元通信连接,完成款项结算。
S5:确认购物失败时,所述购物终端通过所述结算程序单元完成退款操作。
关于购物方法的一种实施例:所述购物终端可以是连接网络的智能手机,可通过微信平台、支付宝平台或独立APP等多种形式以扫描店外二维码的方式链接到该店的售货地址;商品各类信息将呈现在客户手机上,客户通过点选商品,然后通过网络支付完成付款,网络支付可以通过基于手机的各类电子钱包来完成。而店主终端也可以是手机,同样通过微信平台或支付宝平台等方式登录到该店的网络地址,可以从商品库中挑选匹配的商品模块,然后修改数量及价格,最终完成电子铺货;同时,也可以通过电子钱包完成货款结算。
