本发明的显影剂盒的主体结构与图 1所示的显影剂盒大体上相类似, 区 别之处主要在于充电辊导电片部分。 图 6和图 7当中只是示意性地示出了本 发明显影剂盒的处理单元框架 1,而省略了显影单元以及其它与现有技术相同 或相类似的部件, 例如感光鼓和充电辊等。 该处理单元框架 1 沿纵向 (充电 辊轴向)的一端设置有一导电片 2和一导电片支承座 3, 该导电片支承座 3向 下延伸有一支承板 4, 该支承板 4具有相互平行的左侧面、 右侧面 41以及垂 直于上述两侧面的底面 42, 该底面 42的宽度即是该支承板 4的厚度。该导电 片 2具有一输入端 21、一输出端 22以及连接输入端 21与输出端 22的传导部 23, 该输出端 22通过传导部 23与输入端 21电连通, 并与充电辊电连接, 以 便对充电辊提供预设的充电偏压; 该输入端 21具有呈弯折条状的中间接触板 211, 该中间接触板 211紧贴于支承板 4的底面 42, 同时利用两侧的夹片 212 而将整个输入端 21包裹固定在支承板 4上。 为了使显影剂盒的充电辊与成像 设备主体更好地导电, 防止出现成像设备主体感应不到显影剂盒的现象, 上 述导电片 2在中间接触板 211的两侧各形成有两块侧接触板 213,每块侧接触 板 213大致呈梯形, 并且与中间接触板 211为一体结构。 这样, 成像设备主 体上的供电触件 5无论是处于图 8所示的导电片 2正中下方的位置, 还是处 于图 9和图 10所示的偏移至中间接触板 211左侧或右侧的位置, 该供电触件 5都能通过与中间接触板 211或侧接触板 213的接触而与导电片 2形成电连通。 此外, 为了加强供电触件 5与侧接触板 213的接触效果, 在每块侧接触板 213 的外侧面上还各设置了两个小的凸起 214。
在显影剂盒装入成像设备主体的过程中, 显影剂盒沿着成像设备主体箱 侧壁上的滑槽向斜下方滑入成像设备主体上设置的相应定位槽中。 导电片 2 的位置随着显影剂盒的下滑逐歩降低。 当显影剂盒到达成像设备主体上设置 的相应定位槽位置时, 导电片 2包覆在支承板 4外表面上的输入端 21部分也 同时到达成像设备主体上的供电触件 5所在的位置并发生接触。 这样, 显影 剂盒上的导电片 2与成像设备主体上的供电触件 5实现电连通。
以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例, 需要说明的是, 导电片 2 上的侧接触板 213可以仅设置在中间接触板 211的一侧,另外位于中间接触板 211每侧的侧 接触板 213 可以只有一块, 也可以有三块或者更多, 而且每块侧接触板 213 的形状也不限于梯形, 还可以为方形、 矩形或其它任意形状, 此外, 每块侧 接触板 213还可以设置为自中间接触板 211向远离中间接触板 211方向延伸 的结构形式,而不仅仅限于实施例各图中示的侧接触板 213与中间接触板 211 基本垂直的结构形式。 类似这样的替换方案也属于本发明的保护范围。 工业应用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明的导电片通过在中间接触板的至少一侧添加侧 接触板, 当显影剂盒装入成像设备主体并安装到位时, 即使成像设备主体的 供电触件往中间接触板的具有侧接触板的一侧偏移, 也能够使供电触件与导 电片形成可靠地接触, 从而使显影剂盒的充电辊与成像设备主体更好地导电, 防止出现成像设备主体感应不到显影剂盒的现象。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种充电辊导电片, 包括
可与成像设备主体上的供电触件接触的输入端, 该输入端具有呈弯折条 状的中间接触板;
与充电辊电连接的输出端; 以及
连接所述输入端与所述输出端的传导部;
其特征在于:
所述中间接触板的至少一侧还形成有侧接触板。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的充电辊导电片, 其特征在于: 所述中间接触 板的两侧均形成有侧接触板。
3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的充电辊导电片, 其特征在于: 所述侧接触板 的外侧面上具有至少一个凸起。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的充电辊导电片, 其特征在于: 所 述侧接触板与所述中间接触板为一体结构。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的充电辊导电片, 其特征在于: 所 述侧接触板在所述中间接触板每一侧均有两块。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的充电辊导电片, 其特征在于: 每块侧接触板 大致呈梯形。
7、 显影剂盒, 包括:
相互连接的显影单元和处理单元, 所述处理单元包括处理单元框架和可 转动地安装于该处理单元框架的感光鼓和充电辊, 所述处理单元框架沿该充 电辊轴向的一端设置有充电辊导电片和导电片支承块, 所述充电辊导电片包 括
固定于所述导电片支承块并可与成像设备主体上的供电触件接触的输 入端, 该输入端具有呈弯折条状的中间接触板; 与充电辊电连接的输出端; 以及
连接所述输入端与所述输出端的传导部;
其特征在于:
所述中间接触板的至少一侧还形成有侧接触板。
8、 根据权利要求 7 所述的显影剂盒, 其特征在于: 所述中间接触板的 侧均形成有侧接触板。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的显影剂盒, 其特征在于: 所述侧接触板的外 面上具有至少一个凸起。
10、 根据权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的显影剂盒, 其特征在于: 所述 接触板与所述中间接触板为一体结构。
