下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明。
本发明的目的是提供一种验证用户别名的方法和系统, 主叫用户呼叫被 叫用户时在呼叫信息中记录设置的别名和主叫用户本机号码; 被叫用户收到 呼叫信息后分拣出主叫用户的别名及主叫用户本机号码, 判断主叫用户本机 号码与被叫用户本地存储的主叫用户号码是否一致, 并根据判断结果釆用不 同的显示方式。
本实施例提供一种险证用户别名的系统, 如图 1所示, 该系统包含主叫 终端及被叫终端, 主叫终端包括插入模块及呼叫模块, 被叫终端包括检测模 块、 匹配模块、 存储模块及处理模块;
插入模块, 用于在呼叫信息中插入主叫用户本机号码和主叫用户别名, 主叫用户本机号码是主叫用户自己编辑并希望被叫认为是用该号码拨打的; 插入模块可以但不限于在呼叫信息的 Setup消息中的 User-user字段中插入主 叫用户别名及主叫用户本机号码。
呼叫模块, 用于向被叫用户发起呼叫, 其中携带呼叫信息。
检测模块, 用于从呼叫信息中分拣出主叫用户的别名及主叫用户本机号 码, 当主叫用户取消主叫号码显示限制时, 检测模块还用于从呼叫信息中分 拣出主叫号码并发送给匹配模块;
存储模块, 用于存储主叫用户号码及对应的用户名, 主叫用户号码即被 叫终端存储的该联系人的电话号码;
匹配模块, 用于当主叫用户本机号码与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码一 致时向处理模块发送匹配成功的消息;
匹配模块还用于当主叫终端登记主叫号码显示限制且主叫用户本机号码 与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码不一致或存储模块未存储主叫用户号码时, 以及当主叫终端取消主叫号码显示限制且主叫号码和主叫用户本机号码均与 存储模块存储的主叫用户号码不一致或存储模块未存储主叫用户号码时, 向 处理模块发送匹配不成功的消息;
匹配模块还用于当主叫终端取消主叫号码显示限制且主叫号码与存储模 块存储的主叫用户号码一致时向处理模块发送主叫号码与主叫用户号码匹配 成功的消息;
匹配模块还用于当主叫用户本机号码与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码一 致时判断主叫号码与主叫用户本机号码是否一致, 并将判断结果发送给处理 模块; 主叫号码是主叫用户实际使用的电话号码。
处理模块, 用于根据判断结果釆用不同的显示方式, 具体是指: 当收到主叫用户本机号码与主叫用户号码匹配成功的消息后显示主叫用 户的别名, 或既显示主叫用户的别名, 还显示该别名通过安全验证的提示信 息;
当收到匹配不成功的消息后显示主叫用户的别名, 并提示该别名未通过 安全验证, 或不显示主叫用户的别名, 仅提示该主叫用户未通过安全验证, 或既不显示主叫用户的别名, 也不显示该别名未通过安全验证的提示信息; 当收到主叫号码与主叫用户号码匹配成功的消息后显示存储模块存储的 主叫用户号码对应的用户名。
处理模块还用于收到主叫用户本机号码与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码 不一致的通知后提示主叫号码已变更, 并于呼叫结束时提示是否用主叫号码 覆盖存储模块存储的主叫用户号码。
本实施例还提供一种验证用户别名的方法, 包括以下内容: 在主叫用户 终端上设定别名和主叫用户本机号码; 发起呼叫的时候在呼叫信息中约定的 字段中插入别名和主叫用户本机号码; 被叫用户收到呼叫信息后从中分拣出 主叫用户的别名和主叫用户本机号码以及呼叫信息中的主叫号码; 判断主叫 用户本机号码、 主叫号码以及被叫用户存储的主叫用户号码的一致性; 根据 一致性判断的结果将主叫用户别名和主叫号码显示;
下面从主叫终端登记主叫号码显示限制及取消主叫号码显示限制这两种 情况进行描述:
图 2是主叫用户登记主叫号码显示限制时的来电验证用户别名的逻辑流 程图, 其使用步骤包括:
步骤 201 : 主叫用户设定别名和主叫用户本机号码;
主叫用户本机号码是主叫用户自己编辑并希望被叫认为是用该号码拨打 的;
步骤 202: 发起呼叫的时候在呼叫信息中约定的字段中插入别名和主叫 用户本机号码; 该约定的字段可以但不限于是 Q.931 中定义的 Setup消息的 User-user字段。
步骤 203 : 被叫用户收到呼叫信息后从中分拣出主叫用户的别名和主叫 用户本机号码; 步骤 204: 判断主叫用户本机号码和被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码 是否匹配成功,若匹配成功则执行步骤 205a,若匹配不成功则执行步骤 205b; 匹配成功指主叫用户本机号码和被叫终端存储的主叫用户号码一致, 匹配不 成功指主叫用户本机号码和被叫终端存储主叫用户号码不一致或被叫终端未 存储该主叫号码;
被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码即存储的该联系人的电话号码。
步骤 205a: 显示主叫用户的别名, 还可以进一步提示此别名通过安全验 证;
步骤 205b: 显示主叫用户的别名, 并提示该别名未通过安全验证, 或者 不显示主叫用户的别名, 仅提示该主叫用户未通过安全险证, 或既不显示别 名, 也不进行提示。
步骤 205之后, 若被叫用户选择结束呼叫或者继续呼叫等情况, 则进入 相应的流程。 这些流程同现有技术, 这里不再列出。
釆用该方案, 被叫用户可通过比较主叫用户本机号码与本地存储的主叫 用户号码初步判断主叫用户是否是冒用他人名义进行呼叫, 因为当主叫用户 冒用他人名义进行呼叫时通常情况下不会知道被冒用人的真实号码。 图 3是本发明的主叫用户取消主叫号码显示限制时的来电验证用户别名 的逻辑流程图, 其使用步骤如下:
当主叫用户换号即使用的号码发生变更时, 主叫用户可以将变更前的号 码作为主叫用户本机号码插入呼叫信息中,以此达到告知对方已换号的目的。
步骤 301 : 主叫用户设定别名和主叫用户本机号码;
步骤 302: 主叫用户发起呼叫的时候在呼叫信息中约定的字段中插入设 置的别名和主叫用户本机号码; 约定的字段可以但不限于是 Q.931 中定义的 Setu 消息中的 User-user字段。
步骤 303 : 被叫用户收到呼叫信息后从中分拣出主叫用户的别名、 主叫 用户本机号码以及呼叫信息中的主叫号码;
步骤 304: 判断主叫号码与被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码是否匹配 成功, 是则执行步骤 308 , 否则执行步骤 305;
步骤 305 : 判断主叫用户本机号码与被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码 是否匹配成功, 是则执行步骤 306 , 否则执行步骤 307;
匹配成功指主叫用户本机号码和被叫终端存储的主叫用户号码一致, 匹 配不成功指主叫用户本机号码和被叫终端存储主叫用户号码不一致或被叫终 端未存储该主叫用户号码。
步骤 306: 显示主叫用户的别名, 还可以进一步显示该别名通过安全验 证的提示信息, 以及提示主叫号码已变更, 呼叫结束时还可以提示是否用呼 叫信息中的主叫号码覆盖原有的被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码。 该步还 可以进一步显示主叫号码。
步骤 307 : 显示主叫用户的别名, 并提示该别名未通过安全验证; 或不 显示主叫用户的别名, 只提示该主叫用户未通过安全验证; 或既不显示别名, 也不进行提示。 该步还可以进一步显示主叫号码。
步骤 308: 显示该被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码对应的用户名。 上述步骤可以不分先后顺序, 只要符合上述逻辑即可。
步骤 306、 307及 308之后, 若用户选择结束呼叫或者继续呼叫, 则进入 相应的流程。 这些流程同现有技术, 这里不再列出。 本发明公开的来电验证用户别名的方法, 充分利用用户终端软件升级的 简便性和易于改造性, 仅需要对用户终端软件进行适当更改, 就能够使用户 终端具备来电验证用户别名的功能。本发明公开的来电验证用户别名的装置, 可应用于各种类型电话终端, 无论是固网电话终端还是移动电话终端, 都可 以方便实现来电验证用户别名的功能。 电信运营商不需要对现有电话网络的 交换机设备进行改造和升级, 仅需要对用户终端软件进行适当的修改(增加 相应业务软件模块) 即可满足要求。
表 1是本实施例列举的一种在呼叫信息中传送别名的编码方式。 该表是 3GPP TS 24.008 V5.16.0 (2006-06)定义的 User-user字段的编码格式。

可以从表 1所示的 Octet 3中任选一个未使用的 8位组作为主叫用户别名 传递的协议甄别语, 如表 2所示为使用 0x5作为别名 (alias ) 的协议甄别语 的情形。 按照 3GPP TS 24.008 V5.16.0 (2006-06)的规定 User-user字段的长度 范围是 35至 131个 8位组, 扣除必要的前 3个 8位组后, 可以在 User-user information这个范围在 28至 128个 8位组的字段来传递用户的别名信息。 这 28至 128个 8位组可以按照主被叫双方约定的方式来进行编码用于传递用户 的别名信息。 具体的编码方式很多, 这里就不——列举。 除了使用 User-user 字段外, 还可以使用其它的字段, 其编码的方法相同, 这里也不——列举了。
依据此系统的结构示意图, 该系统可以广泛的应用于各种终端设备中。 比如手机、 桌面电话等。 表 2: Octet 3中传送主叫用户别名的编码方式

当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 工业实用性
釆用本发明的技术方案, 不仅能实现主叫用户换号后在呼叫被叫的过程 中告知该变更, 还可以实现当有人冒用他人名义呼叫某用户时提醒该用户注 意, 成功地排除了现有技术在来电显示提示方式上存在的安全隐患。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种验证用户别名的方法,其特征在于: 主叫终端呼叫被叫时在呼叫 信息中插入设置的别名和主叫用户本机号码;被叫终端收到所述呼叫信息后, 在该主叫终端登记主叫号码显示限制, 或者取消主叫号码显示限制且该呼叫 的主叫号码与被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码不一致时, 判断所述主叫用 户本机号码与被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码是否匹配成功, 在匹配成功 时和匹配不成功时按不同方式显示。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
当主叫终端取消主叫号码显示限制且该呼叫的主叫号码与被叫终端本地 存储的主叫用户号码一致时, 被叫终端显示本地存储的主叫用户号码对应的 用户名。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
匹配成功时,被叫终端显示主叫用户的别名, 或既显示主叫用户的别名, 还显示所述别名通过安全验证的提示信息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
匹配不成功时, 被叫终端显示主叫用户的别名, 并显示所述别名未通过 安全验证的提示信息, 或不显示主叫用户的别名, 仅显示所述别名未通过安 全验证的提示信息, 或既不显示主叫用户的别名, 也不显示所述别名未通过 安全验证的提示信息。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
当主叫终端取消主叫号码显示限制时, 若主叫终端的主叫号码与主叫用 户本机号码不一致且所述主叫用户本机号码与被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户 号码匹配成功时, 所述被叫终端还提示主叫号码已变更, 并于呼叫结束时提 示是否用所述主叫号码覆盖被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号码。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述别名及主叫用户本机号码均在呼叫信息的 Setup消息中的 User-user 字段中传送。
7、 一种验证用户别名的系统, 包括主叫终端及被叫终端, 其特征在于: 所述主叫终端包括插入模块及呼叫模块;
所述插入模块用于向呼叫信息中插入主叫用户本机号码及主叫用户的别 名;
所述呼叫模块用于向被叫用户发起呼叫, 其中携带所述呼叫信息; 所述被叫终端包括存储模块、 检测模块、 匹配模块及处理模块, 所述存储模块用于存储主叫用户号码;
所述检测模块用于当主叫终端登记主叫号码显示限制时从呼叫信息中分 拣出主叫用户别名及主叫用户本机号码并发送给匹配模块, 以及当主叫终端 取消主叫号码显示限制时从呼叫信息中分拣出主叫用户别名、 主叫用户本机 号码与主叫号码并发送给匹配模块;
所述匹配模块用于当主叫终端登记主叫号码显示限制, 或者主叫终端取 消主叫号码显示限制且该呼叫的主叫号码与被叫终端本地存储的主叫用户号 码不一致时, 判断所述主叫用户本机号码与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码是 否匹配成功, 并将判断结果发送给处理模块;
所述处理模块用于匹配成功和匹配不成功时按不同方式显示。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于:
所述匹配模块用于当主叫用户本机号码与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码 一致时向处理模块发送主叫用户本机号码与主叫用户号码匹配成功的消息; 所述处理模块用于收到所述主叫用户本机号码与主叫用户号码匹配成功 的消息后显示主叫用户的别名, 或既显示主叫用户的别名, 还显示所述别名 通过安全验证的提示信息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于:
所述匹配模块用于当主叫终端登记主叫号码显示限制且主叫用户本机号 码与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码不一致或存储模块存储未存储主叫用户号 码时, 以及当主叫终端取消主叫号码显示限制且主叫号码和主叫用户本机号 码均与存储模块存储的主叫用户号码不一致或存储模块未存储主叫用户号码 时, 向处理模块发送匹配不成功的消息;
所述处理模块收到所述匹配不成功的消息后显示主叫用户的别名, 并提 示所述别名未通过安全验证, 或不显示主叫用户的别名, 仅提示该主叫用户 未通过安全验证, 或既不显示主叫用户的别名, 也不显示所述别名未通过安 全验证的提示信息。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于:
所述存储模块还用于存储主叫用户号码对应的用户名;
所述匹配模块还用于当主叫终端取消主叫号码显示限制且主叫号码与存 储模块存储的主叫用户号码一致时向处理模块发送主叫号码与主叫用户号码 匹配成功的消息;
所述处理模块收到所述主叫号码与主叫用户号码匹配成功的消息后显示 存储模块存储的主叫用户号码对应的用户名。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于:
所述匹配模块还用于判断所述主叫号码与主叫用户本机号码是否一致, 若不一致且所述主叫用户本机号码与被叫用户本地存储的主叫用户号码匹配 成功时向处理模块发送主叫号码与主叫用户本机号码不一致的通知;
所述处理模块还用于收到所述主叫号码与主叫用户本机号码不一致的通 知后提示主叫号码已变更, 并于呼叫结束时提示是否用所述主叫号码覆盖存 储模块存储的主叫用户号码。
12、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于:
所述插入模块在呼叫信息的 Setup消息中的 User-user字段中插入主叫用 户别名及主叫用户本机号码。
