本发明涉及一种发电机, 具体地说是由内燃机作为动力、 用于对蓄电池 进行直流充电的可移动的发电机组。
背景技术
处于偏僻地区的移动通信基站, 由于缺少电力电网, 只能由内燃发电机 组供电。 对于一些使用直流电源的设备, 常采用蓄电池进行供电。 蓄电池的 额定电压一般为 36V或 48V。 普通的内燃发电机组虽然也有直流输出接口, 但输出的直流电压只有 12V, 并且输出电流小。 此种直流电源无法直接对蓄 电池进行充电, 并且充电时间长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种专用于蓄电池充电, 可选择充电电流的大小, 充电电流大, 充电时间短, 可以很方便地移动位置 的移动式直流充电发电机。
按照本发明提供的技术方案, 一种移动式直流充电发电机, 包括底盘及 机罩, 机罩设置在底盘上方, 所述底盘下安装有车轮, 特征是: 所述底盘上 设置骨架,所述底盘上同轴安装有发动机及发电机,发动机位于底盘的后侧, 发电机位于底盘的前侧, 排气消声器位于所述发动机的后面, 油箱布置于所 述发动机及所述发电机的上方并且固定在骨架上, 所述发电机的前侧底盘上 安装有充电模块, 所述发动机的右侧底盘上安装有电瓶。
所述机罩由前面罩、 后面罩、 侧板、 盖板及检修门连接构成一体。
所述前面罩上设置有控制面板及进风口; 所述后面罩上设置有排气口及 排风栅窗, 所述排气口位于所述排风栅窗的中部; 所述控制面板上设置有直 流充电输出插座。
所述侧板上设置有起动手柄。
所述前面罩及后面罩上分别设置有把手。
所述控制面板上设置有充电电流选择开关。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点-
1、 本发明设置有充电模块并且在控制面板上设置有直流充电输出插座, 通过该插座与待充电蓄电池连接, 直接对之进行充电, 充电电流大, 充 电时间短。
2、 本发明还在控制面板上设置有充电电流选择开关, 通过此开关可 以选择充电电流的大小, 可进一步控制充电时间的长短。
3、 本发明设置有车轮和把手, 可以很方便地移动位置。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
图 1〜图 6所示, 包括检修门 1, 后面罩 2, 把手 3, 盖板 4, 前面罩 5, 控制面板 6, 进风口 7, 车轮 8, 底盘 9, 排气口 10, 排风栅窗 11, 侧板 12, 起动手柄 13 , 把手连接杆 14, 油箱 15 , 排气消声器 16, 发动机 17, 发电机 18, 反冲起动器 19 , 充电模块 20, 骨架 21, 电瓶 22, 启动开关 23, 机油位 报警指示灯 24, 异常报警指示灯 25, 输出指示灯 26, 充电电压表 27, 充电 电流选择开关 28, 强制输出开关 29, 直流充电输出插座 30, 接地接线柱 31, 油位开关 32, 风门拉索 33, 充电电缆 34, 待充电蓄电池 35等。
如图 1〜图 6所示, 本发明包括底盘 9及机罩, 机罩设置在底盘上方。 底盘 9下安装有 4个车轮 8, 底盘 9上设置骨架 21。 机罩由前面罩 5、 后面 罩 2、侧板 12、 盖板 4及检修门 1连接构成一体。侧板 12与盖板 4可以是一 体的, 由钢板折成。 底盘 9上同轴安装有发动机 17及发电机 18。 发动机 17 可以采用单缸汽油发动机, 发电机 18采用外转子型发电机。 发动机 17位于 底盘 9的后侧, 发电机 18位于底盘 9的前侧。 排气消声器 16位于发动机 17 的后面。油箱 15布置于发动机 17及发电机 18的上方并且固定在骨架 21上。 发电机 18的前侧底盘 9上安装有充电模块 20。充电模块 20的作用是将发电 机 18产生的交流电转换成符合需要的直流电。 发动机 17的右侧底盘 9上安 装有电瓶 22。 前面罩 5上设置有控制面板 6及进风口 7。 后面罩 2上设置有 排气口 10及排风栅窗 11。 控制面板 6上设置有直流充电输出插座 30。
所述侧板 12上设置有起动手柄 13。起动手柄 13与反冲起动器 19相连, 用以起动发动机 17。
所述前面罩 5及后面罩 2上分别设置有把手 3, 用于推动发电机, 使之 移动位置。 把手 3通过把手连接杆 14固定在骨架 21上。
如图 5所示, 控制面板 6近似为一块长方形板, 通过螺栓固定于前面罩 5上。控制面扳 6上除了设置有直流充电输出插座 30外, 还设置有启动开关 23, 机油位报警指示灯 24, 异常报警指示灯 25, 输出指示灯 26, 充电电压 表 27, 充电电流选择开关 28, 强制输出开关 29, 接地接线柱 31, 油位开关 32以及风门拉索 33。 通过充电电流选择幵关 28, 可以选择相应的充电电流 强度。
如图 2所示, 排气口 10位于排风栅窗 11的中部。 这样布置, 排气消声 器 16可以被机体内排出的冷却风迸一步冷却, 并且从排气口 10排出的废气 也被冷却风进一步冷却。
本发明的使用过程如下:
1、 起动发动机
拨动油位幵关 32打开燃油阀, 拉开风门拉索 33关闭阻风门。 将充电电 缆 34的一端连接到直流充电输出插座 30上,另一端连接到待充电蓄电池 35 上。选择相应的充电电压, 将充电电流选择幵关 28拨至相应位置。插入发动 机钥匙, 将发动机启动开关 23扳到运行位置。 将发动机启动开关 23扳到启 动位置,直至发动机启动成功即松开,轻轻拉起起动手柄 13直至感受到拉力, 然后快速的住外拉。 当发动机已加热时, 推入风门拉索 33打开阻风门。
2、 使用发电机
在正常运转条件下, 输出指示灯 26 〈绿色) 会亮着。
如果发电机过载,或者如果连接的设备内部短路,输出指示灯 26 (绿色) 会熄灭, 而异常报警指示灯 25 (红色) 将亮起, 这时连接设备的电源将被切 断。
如果红色异常报警指示灯 25亮时, 应关闭发动机, 捡査过载原因。
如果机油位报警指示灯 24亮起, 检查是否应添加机油。
低油位报警系统是为了防止因曲轴箱机油不足损坏发动机而设计的。 在 曲轴箱内机油降至安全线之前, 低油位报警系统自动关闭发动机, 发动机开 关仍保持在 "开"位置。 低油位报警系统关闭发动机后, 如果你再次启动发 动机, 机油位报警指示灯 24 (红灯)会亮起, 发动机不可能运转。 如果发生 这种情况, 应该加注机油。
3、 关闭发动机
如果紧急制动发动机, 将启动开关 23转至 "停机"位置。
正常使用时, 首先关闭所连设备, 拔出插头; 接着将发动机启动开关 23 转至 "停机"位置; 然后将燃油阀的油位开关 32转至 "关"位置。

4、根据权利要求 2所述的移动式直流充电发电机, 其特征在于所述后面 罩 (2) 上设置有排气口 (10) 及排风栅窗 (11), 所述排气口 (10) 位于排 风栅窗 (11) 的中部。
5、根据权利要求 3所述的移动式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述控制 面板 (6) 上设置有直流充电输出插座 (30)。
