技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电机, 具体地说是由内燃机作为动力、 用于对蓄电池 进行直流充电的便携式的发电机组。
背景技术
处于偏僻地区的移动通信基站, 由于缺少电力电网, 只能由内燃发电机 组供电。 对于一些使用直流电源的设备, 常采用蓄电池进行供电。 蓄电池的 额定电压一般为 36V或 48V。 普通的内燃发电机组虽然也有直流输出接口, 但输出的直流电压只有 12V, 并且输出电流小。 此种直流电源无法直接对蓄 电池进行充电, 并且充电时间长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种专用于蓄电池充电, 充电电流大, 充电时间短的便携式直流充电发电机。
按照本发明提供的技术方案, 一种便携式直流充电发电机, 包括机壳, 特征是: 所述机壳内同轴安装有发动机及发电机, 发动机位于所述机壳内的 后部, 发电机位于所述机壳内的前部, 油箱布置于所述发电机的上方, 所述 发电机的前侧安装有充电模块。
所述机壳由前盖、 后盖、 左壳及右壳连接构成 · -体。 所述前盖上设置有 控制面板, 所述控制面板上设置有直流充电输出插座。
所述左壳及右壳上分别设置左进风口及右进风口。
所述后盖上设置有排气口及排风袼栅, 所述排气口位于所述排风格栅的 中部。 所述右壳上设置有起动手柄。 所述右壳上设置有侧门。 所述左壳及右 壳底部设置有脚垫。 所述左壳及右壳的顶部设置有把手。 所述控制面板上设 置有充电电流选择开关。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点-
1、 本发明设置有充电模块并且在控制面板上设置有直流充电输出插座, 通过该插座与待充电蓄电池连接, 直接对之进行充电, 充电电流大, 充 电时间短。
1、本发明还在控制面板上设置有充电电流选择开关,通过此开关可以选 择充电电流的大小, 可进一步控制充电时间的长短。 3、 本发明设置有把手, 可以很方便地移动位置。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
图 1〜图 4所示, 包括脚垫 1 , 左壳 2, 油箱盖 3, 把手 4, 右壳 5, 后盖 6, 排气口 7, 排风格栅 8, 左进风口 9, 侧门 10, 右进风口 11 , 前盖 12, 控 制面板 13, 起动手柄 14, 发动机 15, 油箱 16, 充电模块 17, 发电机 18, 充 电电压表 19, 输出指示灯 20, 异常报警指示灯 21, 机油位报警指示灯 22, 接地螺钉 23, 强制输出开关 24, 直流充电输出插座 25, 充电电流选择开关 26等。
如图 1〜图 3所示, 本发明包括机壳, 机壳由前盖 12、 后盖 6、 左壳 2 及右壳 5连接构成一体, 这四个部分均为注塑成型。 左壳 2及右壳 5的顶部 设置有把手 4, 手握住把手 4可以提起整个机组。 机壳内同轴安装有发动机 15及发电机 18。发动机 15可以采用单缸汽油发动机,发电机 18采用外转子 型发电机。 发动机 15位于机壳内的后部, 发电机 18位于机壳内的前部, 油 箱 16布置于所述发电机 18的上方。 油箱 16上配有油箱盖 3。 发电机 18的 前侧安装有充电模块 17,充电模块 17的作用是将发电机 18产生的交流电转 换成符合需要的直流电。前盖 12上设置有控制面板 13 , 控制面板 13上设置 有直流充电输出插座 25。左壳 2及右壳 5上分别设置左进风口 9及右进风口 11。
所述右壳 5上设置有起动手柄 14。 起动手柄 14用以起动发动机 15。 所述右壳 5中部还设置有侧门 10, 用于检修发电机组。
所述左壳 2及右壳 5底部设置有脚垫 1。 放置发电机组时, 通过脚垫 1 与地面接触, 稳定性好。
如图 4所示,控制面板 13为一块长方形板,通过螺栓固定于前盖 12上。 控制面板 13上除了设置有直流充电输出插座 25外, 还设置有机油位报警指 示灯 22, 异常报警指示灯 21, 输出指示灯 20, 充电电压表 19, 充电电流选 择开关 26, 强制输出开关 24接地螺钉 23。 通过充电电流选择开关 26, 可以 选择相应的充电电流强度。
如图 1所示, 所述后盖 6上设置有排气口 7及排风格栅 8。 排气口 7位 于排风格栅 8的中部。这样布置,从排气口 10排出的废气被冷却风进一步冷 却。
本发明的使用过程如下:
通过充电电缆将待充电蓄电池连接到直流充电输出插座 25上。选择相应 的充电电压,将充电电流选择开关 26拨至相应位置。启动发动机对待充电蓄 电池进行充电。在正常运转条件下,输出指示灯 20会亮着。如果发电机过载, 或者如果连接的设备内部短路, 输出指示灯 20 会熄灭, 而异常报警指示灯 21将亮起, 这时连接设备的电源将被切断。 如果红色异常报警指示灯 21亮 时, 应关闭发动机, 检查过载原因。 如果机油位报警指示灯 22亮起, 检查是 否应添加机油。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种便携式直流充电发电机, 包括机壳, 其特征是: 所述机壳内同轴 安装有发动机 (15)及发电机 (18), 发动机 (15) 位于所述机壳内的后部, 发电机 (18) 位于所述机壳内的前部, 油箱 (16) 布置于所述发电机 (18) 的上方, 所述发电机 (18) 的前侧安装有充电模块 (17)。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述机壳 由前盖 (12)、 后盖 (6)、 左壳 (2) 及右壳 (5) 连接构成一体。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述前盖 (12)上设置有控制面板(13), 所述控制面板(13)上设置有直流充电输出 插座 (25)。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述左壳 (2)及右壳 (5) 上分別设置左进风口 (9) 及右进风口 (11)。
5、根据权利要求 2所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述后盖 (6)上设置有排气口 (7)及排风格栅(8), 所述排气口 (7)位于所述排风 格栅 (8) 的中部。
6、根据权利要求 2所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述右壳 (5) 上设置有起动手柄 (14)。
7、根据权利要求 2所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述右壳 (5) .卜.设置有侧门 (10)。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述左壳 (2) 及右壳 (5) 底部设置有脚垫 (1)。
9、根据权利要求 2所述的便携式直流充电发电机,其特征在于所述左壳 (2)及右壳 (5) 的顶部设置有把手 (4)。
10、 根据权利要求 3所述的便携式直流充电发电机, 其特征在于所述控 制面板(13) 上设置有充电电流选择开关 (26〉。
