电气控制系统对充电装置输出进行控制,显示控制器可实时检测发电机组的参数和一体化充电装置状态参数、主要电气参数、故障信息以及作业环境参数等。
电气控制系统能对车载设备进行自我管理,包括切断设备、切断电源、声光警示灯提示等;所述作业警示装置,具有灯光警示, 有效警示周边车辆及行人,同时当有意外情况发生时,可通过设备远程控制切断电源。
车顶安装的可折叠和旋转的照明装置可以给救援或施工现场提供应急照明。
车内布置有辅助设备安装板,可以增加临时附加设备,如空压机、电焊机、水泵、照明设备等,扩展本车应急救援或临时工程施工用途。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明提供一种多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,以车辆二级底盘为载体,加装驻车式全功率轴取力器及发电机。由移动云平台、应急救援系统和辅助系统组成,包括车体底盘1,网关天线2,作业照明装置3,专用工具柜4,交直流一体化充电装置5,组合式多路自动卷缆箱6,诱导式安全警示灯7,交流充电枪电缆卷盘8,直流充电枪电缆卷盘9,充电枪10,接地软缆11,交流发电机12,后传动轴13,驻车制动鼓14,驻车式全功率轴取力器15,发电机传动轴16,前传动轴17,取力器换挡操作手柄18,辅助设备安装平台19,配件箱20,交流充电枪固定插槽21,直流充电枪固定插槽22,调节按钮组23,后置显示控制器24,前置显示控制器25,辅助电源输出插座26。
本发明所采用的车体底盘1包括发动机驾驶室和车厢,两者之间带车内隔断,分隔成两个独立空间。驾驶室兼做控制室用途;车厢设置成设备室。驾驶室内仪表台上安装带触摸屏的前置显示控制器25,可在驻车充电工况下,对电动汽车充电过程实施监控;驾驶室内安装有取力器换挡操作手柄18,用于切换行车和驻车发电两种工况。
所述车体底盘的发动机可选择采用柴油发动机、汽油发动机或天然气发动机。
设备室内安装有由驻车式全功率轴取力器15、发电机传动轴16和交流发电机12组成的发电机组;还安装有交直流一体化充电装置5。
当本发明采用天然气发动机时,在设备室内安装有天然气储气罐27。
设备室的控制面板上安装有后置显示控制器24、调节按钮组23,可以方便工作人员在车体底盘1后面进行充电作业。
设备室内还设有专用工具柜4,配件箱20,可储存一些必要的维修专用工具和配件,以满足应急救援时维修作业的需要。
设备室内安装有组合式多路自动卷缆箱6,用于安装交流充电枪电缆卷盘8和直流充电枪电缆卷盘9。电缆长度可以满足应急救援时充电枪10必须达到的距离要求。
车厢顶部安装有可折叠、旋转和升降的作业照明装置3,给充电作业提供现场照明,照明设备具备折叠、旋转和升降功能;在必要时充电车可做临时应急照明用。
车尾有对开门,可在车外操作交直流一体化充电装置5、和充电车后置显示控制器24;
在车身的两边可以安装多个带防护罩的辅助电源输出插座26,可以满足多台电动汽车同时充电的需要。
车厢尾部上方安装有诱导式安全警示灯7,具有灯光诱导警示功能。通过诱导指引让后面来车及时避开施救车辆,保证人员和车辆安全。
在设备室的后部安装有辅助设备安装平台19,可以通过增加临时附加设备,如空压机、电焊机、水泵等,扩展本车应急救援用途。
为了保证作业人员的安全,本车为车体1设置了接地软缆11。
本发明在救援时:1)首先对被救车辆进行故障判断,在亏电情况下可进行快速充电,让被救车辆尽早驶离交通要道;2)若车辆出现故障,可将车拖离事发现场,消除对交通的影响,然后根据已知故障信息或故障诊断系统判定被救车辆故障,对小故障可进行应急处置,如遇疑难问题可通过车载辅助装置远程协助,或将被救车辆拖回。3)电动汽车电池亏电是最常见的问题,交直流快慢充一体化充电装置提供交流、直流、快充或慢充几种模式,兼容各种电动车充电接口。4)前后显示控制器可实时显示充电车相关信息,包括蓄电池、发电机状态等、故障诊断信息、充电机信息、被救车辆信息等,并将相关数据通过移动网关上传至管理中心。
由于本发明本身具备应急电源车的功能,所以在配备相应的设备后可作为其他应急用途。如临时照明、排渍抽水、道路施工等。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,包括车体底盘的发动机、驾驶室和车厢,在驾驶室与车厢之间设置有车内隔断;其特征在于,驾驶室内增设有带触摸屏的前置显示控制器、取力器换挡操作机构、后置诱导式警示灯控制器;车厢用作设备室,里面设置有驻车式全功率轴取力器、传动轴、发电机、交直流一体化充电装置、组合式多路自动卷缆箱、电气控制柜、配件箱、电气控制系统和辅助设备安装板;所述车体底盘的发动机为柴油发动机、汽油发动机或天然气发动机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,其特征在于,所述车厢内设置的驻车式全功率轴取力器、发电机、前传动轴组成发电机组,车体底盘发动机变速箱输出轴通过前传动轴与驻车式全功率轴取力器输入轴相连,驻车式全功率轴取力器下输出轴通过后传动轴与车体底盘后桥输入轴相连,驱动底盘车轮;驻车式全功率轴取力器上输出轴通过联轴器与发电机输入轴相连,发电机输出连接交直流一体化充电装置并为其提供电源;取力器操作换挡机构切换汽车发动机动力输出走向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,其特征在于,所述一体化交直流充电装置由交流充电输出模块、直流充电输出模块以及电气控制系统组成;发电机输出三相交流电连接电气控制柜的输入端口,电气控制柜内的电气控制系统根据操作指令开启相应的交流充电输出模块和直流充电输出模块,模块输出电源和信号接入组合式多路自动卷缆箱相应的输入端口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,其特征在于,所述组合式多路自动卷缆箱由交流充电枪电缆卷盘、直流充电枪电缆卷盘组成,并集成在一个封闭的卷缆箱内,电缆出口设置在下方,充电枪固定插槽安装在组合式多路自动卷缆箱的中部,交、直流充电枪电缆卷盘采用自动收线机构,卷盘附加自锁机构,充电枪插入相应的固定插槽内,组合式多路自动卷缆箱上还安装有后置显示控制器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,其特征在于,所述设备室内安装有放置修理和检查电动汽车故障工具和测量仪器的专用工具柜。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,其特征在于,所述配件箱存放救援常用的易损零配件,同时配件箱也是可躺式座椅,辅助设备安装板用于安装配套设备。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,其特征在于,所述车厢外后上部安装有诱导式安全警示灯;所述车厢顶部安装有可折叠的作业照明装置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途电动汽车应急救援充电车,其特征在于,所述车厢设备室内还安装有天然气储气罐。
