その後、図8C~図8Fに示すように、オムツ本体2は仮想の第3ラインL3に沿って折られて、図8Eに示すようにオムツ1が折り畳まれる。
その他の構成は、実施例1と同様であり、同一部分または相当部分に同一符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
オムツ1:
本実施例3のオムツ1はいわゆるT型オムツで、図3Bに示すように、オムツ本体2Aにおけるバック部21から胴回り方向Yに突出した一対のサイドフラップ2fが、該オムツ本体2に一体に形成されている。
サイドフラップ2fにテープファスナ4を接合する工程:
図3Bに示すオムツ本体2Aに対してサイドフラップ2fの胴回り方向Yの両端部にテープファスナ4がそれぞれ接合される。
その後、テープファスナ4の雄面ファスナが形成された面4aと、サイドフラップ2fの肌面2aとが互いに対面するように、縦方向Xに延びる仮想の第1ラインL1に沿ってテープファスナ4が折られる。
なお、図3Bでは、前記第1ラインL1がテープファスナ4上に設定されているが、第1ラインL1は、サイドフラップ2fを折るように、該サイドフラップ2f上に設定されていてもよい。
その後、図3Cに示すように、サイドフラップ2fがオムツ本体2Aに重なるように、サイドフラップ2fが縦方向Xに延びる仮想の第2ラインL2に沿って折られる。すなわち、図4A、図4Bに示すように、テープファスナ4の表面(外面)と、オムツ本体2Aの肌面2aとが互いに対面するように折られる。
前記第2折り工程の後、図4Aに示す一方の仮想の第3ラインL3に沿って、図4Cおよび図4Dに示すように、オムツ本体2Aが折り畳まれる。すなわち、サイドフラップ2fの非肌面(外面)とオムツ本体2Aの肌面2aとが互いに対面するように折られる。
その後、図4Cに示す他方の仮想の第3ラインL3に沿って、図4Eおよび図4Fに示すように、オムツ本体2Aが折り畳まれる。前記各第3ラインL3は、サイドフラップ2fおよびテープファスナ4にそれぞれ重ならないように、第2折り工程で折られたオムツ本体2Aにおいて、オムツ本体2Aの胴回り方向Yの左右端から概ね1/3の位置にそれぞれ設定される。
このオムツ本体2Aの折り畳み工程によって、図4Eに示すように、オムツ1が折り畳まれる。
図9Aおよび図9Bに示すように、オムツ本体2Aに対してサイドフラップ2fの胴回り方向Yの両端部にテープファスナ4がそれぞれ接合される。
その後、図9Cに示すように、仮想の第1ラインL1に沿って、テープファスナ4の雄面ファスナが形成された面4aの反対面4bと、サイドフラップ2fの非肌面2bとが互いに対面するように、テープファスナ4が折られる。なお、図9Bでは前記第1ラインL1がテープファスナ上に設定されているが、第1ラインL1は、サイドフラップ2fを折るように該サイドフラップ2f上に設定されていてもよい。
その後、図10Aおよび図10Bに示すように、サイドフラップ2fがオムツ本体2Aに重なるように、サイドフラップ2fが縦方向Xに沿って延びる仮想の第2ラインL2(図9C)に沿って折られる。すなわち、サイドフラップ2fの肌面とオムツ本体2Aの肌面とが互いに対面するようにサイドフラップ2fが前記ラインL2に沿って折られる。したがって、テープファスナ4の雄面ファスナが形成された面4aが表面に露出された状態となる。
その後、図10C~図10Fに示すように、仮想の第3ラインL3(図10A)に沿ってオムツ本体2Aが折り畳まれ、図10Eに示すようにオムツ1が折り畳まれる。
その他の構成は、実施例3と同様であり、同一部分または相当部分に同一符号を付して、その説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 着用者の腹側を覆うフロント部、着用者の背側を覆うバック部、ならびに、前記フロント部とバック部との間の股部を有するオムツ本体と、前記バック部の胴回り方向の両方の側縁部にそれぞれ固定された一対のサイドパネルと、前記各サイドパネルの胴回り方向の端部に設けられたテープファスナとを備え、着用時に前記サイドパネルが前記テープファスナを介して前記フロント部に接合されて着用者の胴回りを締めるオムツの製造方法であって、
前記胴回り方向に直交する縦方向に前記オムツ本体を搬送する工程と、
前記各サイドパネルに前記各テープファスナが接合されたパネルアセンブリを形成する工程であって、前記各テープファスナが前記各サイドパネルに対面した状態となるように前記縦方向に延びる仮想の第1ラインに沿って折られた前記各パネルアセンブリを形成する工程と、
前記パネルアセンブリを前記搬送中のオムツ本体に接合する工程と、
前記第1ラインに沿って折られたパネルアセンブリが前記オムツ本体に重なるように、前記各パネルアセンブリを前記縦方向に延びる仮想の第2ラインに沿って折る折り工程と、
前記折り工程の後に、前記パネルアセンブリに重ならない位置において前記縦方向に延びる仮想の第3ラインに沿って前記オムツ本体を折り畳む畳み工程とを備え、
前記パネルアセンブリを形成する工程、前記接合する工程、前記折り工程および前記畳み工程が前記1つのオムツ本体について胴回り方向の左右について各々実行されるオムツの製造方法。 - 請求項1において、前記接合する工程の前に前記各パネルアセンブリを前記第1ラインに沿って折ることを実行するオムツの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、前記各テープファスナの雄面ファスナが形成された面と前記各サイドパネルの肌面とが互いに対面するように、前記各パネルアセンブリが前記パネルアセンブリを形成する工程において折られるオムツの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、前記各テープファスナの雄面ファスナが形成された面の反対面と前記各サイドパネルの非肌面とが互いに対面するように、前記各パネルアセンブリが前記パネルアセンブリを形成する工程において折られるオムツの製造方法。
- 着用者の腹側を覆うフロント部、着用者の背側を覆うバック部、ならびに、前記フロント部とバック部との間の股部を有するオムツ本体と、前記オムツ本体における前記バック部から胴回り方向に突出した一対のサイドフラップと、前記各サイドフラップの胴回り方向の端部に設けられたテープファスナとを備え、着用時に前記サイドフラップが前記テープファスナを介して前記フロント部に接合されて着用者の胴回りを締めるオムツの製造方法であって、
前記胴回り方向に直交する縦方向に前記オムツ本体を搬送する工程と、
前記サイドフラップに前記テープファスナを接合する工程と、
前記各テープファスナが前記各サイドフラップに対面した状態となるように前記縦方向に延びる仮想の第1ラインに沿って前記サイドフラップまたはテープファスナを折る第1折り工程と、
前記第1折り工程の後に、前記サイドフラップが前記オムツ本体に重なるように、前記各サイドフラップを前記縦方向に延びる仮想の第2ラインに沿って折る第2折り工程と、
前記サイドフラップに重ならない位置において前記縦方向に延びる仮想の第3ラインに沿って、前記オムツ本体を折り畳む畳み工程とを備え、
前記接合する工程、前記第1折り工程、前記第2折り工程および前記畳み工程が前記1つのオムツ本体について胴回り方向の左右について各々実行されるオムツの製造方法。 - 請求項1において、前記各テープファスナの雄面ファスナが形成された面と前記各サイドフラップの肌面とが互いに対面するように、前記サイドフラップまたはテープファスナが前記第1折り工程において折られるオムツの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、前記各テープファスナの雄面ファスナが形成された面の反対面と前記各サイドフラップの非肌面とが互いに対面するように、前記サイドフラップまたはテープファスナが前記第1折り工程において折られるオムツの製造方法。
