Abstract

본 발명은 해충 보호복 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 구체적으로는 망사재질의 합성섬유로 제조되며, 외측으로 볼록하게 굽은 하나 이상의 안면형상 고정막대가 횡으로 부착되며, 윤곽을 따라서 형상을 지지하기 위환 보형물이 부착되고, 측면 또는 배면에 결합부재가 형성되어 이에 의하여 보호복 상의에 탈착가능한 안면부커버; 및 소정 크기로 재단된 두장의 합성섬유를 겹쳐, 양 합성섬유의 끝단을 내측으로 소폭 접어 재봉부를 형성하고 두 합성섬유 사이에 공간이 형성되도록 양 재봉부 내측으로 재봉한 이중 합성섬유 또는 소정크기로 재단된 세장의 합성섬유를 겹쳐, 양 바깥쪽 합성섬유의 끝단을 내측으로 소폭 접어 재봉부를 형성하고 세 합성섬유 사이에 각각 공간이 형성되도록 접혀진 재봉부와 가운데 합성섬유를 재봉부 내측으로 재봉한 삼중 합성섬유를 이용하여 제조된 보호복 상의; 를 구비하되, 상기 보호복 상의의 팔끝과 허리 부위는 벤딩처리되며, 모자부위에 일측단에서 뒤통수 부분을 거쳐 반대측단으로 이어지되, 탄성막대 삽입을 위한 삽입구가 뚫린 탄성막대 삽입구가 형성되고, 그속으로 탄성막대가 삽입되며, 안면부 커버의 탈착을 위한 결합부재가 부착된 것을 특징으로 한다.
