Abstract

Un coussin gonflable comprend deux feuilles intérieures opposées l’une à l’autre, deux feuilles extérieures situées sur un côté extérieur des deux feuilles intérieures, un matériau résistant à la chaleur situé sur un côté intérieur de l’une quelconque des feuilles intérieures, une première ligne de liaison thermique liant thermiquement les deux feuilles extérieures afin de former un canal d’entrée d’air, une deuxième ligne de liaison thermique liant thermiquement les feuilles intérieures et extérieures le long du matériau espacée de la première ligne de liaison thermique, et des troisièmes lignes de liaison thermique s’étendant depuis la deuxième ligne de liaison thermique à l’opposé du canal d’entrée d’air pour former des piliers d’air, une deuxième partie de liaison thermique étant formée pour croiser les troisièmes lignes de liaison thermique afin de lier thermiquement les deux feuilles intérieures et extérieures pour former un espace de mise sous pression entre les deuxièmes partie et ligne de liaison thermique, et la deuxième partie de liaison thermique étant espacée de la deuxième partie de liaison thermique adjacente afin de former un deuxième passage.
