本发明实施例基于移动网络以及 IP网络, 能够提供基于两个网络间, 同号用户的互通和统一通信。 实现在同一号码的多个终端同时接收短信, 主叫用户可以给被叫用户发送短信, 被叫用户可以在同一号码的多个终端 上同时收到短信。
为使本发明实施例的技术方案更加清楚明白, 下面列举实施例进行详 细说明:

步骤 201:短消息服务中心 SMSC接收到主叫移动终端下发的短信时, 发送请求给归属位置寄存器 HLR查询被叫移动终端的转接地址;

本实施例中, 用户设置了签约属性, 采用业务平台转接短信, 由于该 业务平台与互联网连接, 因此可通过互联网实现点对点的短信转接。

步骤 301:短消息服务中心 SMSC接收到主叫移动终端下发的短信时, 发送请求给归属位置寄存器 HLR查询被叫移动终端的转接地址;

本实施例中, 可采用如下判断方法中的任意一种判断是否不需要转接 业务平台:
( 1 ) HLR配置一组业务平台节点, 对所述业务平台节点发起的查询 被叫移动终端转接地址的请求, 查询被叫移动终端真实的拜访地 MSC地 址, 忽略短信业务签约属性, 判断为不需要转接业务平台;
( 2 ) HLR配置一组特殊字冠, 对于查询被叫移动终端转接地址的请 求, 判断被叫移动终端号码的前缀是否为配置的特殊字冠, 如果是则去掉 字冠后查询被叫移动终端真实的拜访地 MSC地址, 忽略短信业务签约属 性, 判断为不需要转接业务平台;
( 3 ) 在查询终端转接地址的请求中携带标识, 查询被叫移动终端真 实的拜访地 MSC地址, 指示 HLR忽略短信业务签约属性, 判断为不需要 转接业务平台。
步骤 310: HLR向业务平台发送移动终端真实的拜访地 MSC地址; 步骤 311 : 业务平台接收所述 MSC地址,将短信转发到移动终端真实 的拜访地 MSC地址;
步骤 312: 移动终端真实的拜访地 MSC向业务平台返回结果; 步骤 313 : 业务平台接收 MSC返回的结果, 并把接收的结果发送到
SMSC。
本实施例中, 如果业务平台发送短信到 MSC失败, 则业务平台向 SMSC返回失败消息, 由 SMSC负责根据失败消息负责短信重发。 另外, 可以理解的是, 当业务平台执行业务流程未完成, 向 SMSC返回应答消息 之前已经达到 SMSC的超时重发周期, SMSC向业务平台再次发送短信, 业务平台判断短信是否正在处理, 如果是则继续前次消息的处理流程, 忽 略重新发送的消息。
本实施例为实施一与实施例二的结合, 在实现该实施例的过程中, 业 务平台根据用户的设置, 可再转接到移动终端真实的拜访地 MSC, 因此, 即可通过互联网的方式, 也可通过移动通信的方式实现短信消息的点对点 转接服务。
此外, 只需要将 HLR、 SMSC和业务平台进行功能扩展, 使它们支持 同号短信业务, 就可以通过本技术方案实现同号短信业务, 即用户可以通 过一个移动终端号码对应多个终端接收短信; 用户在现有移动终端的基础 上, 增加互联网客户端, 并使用原有移动终端号码, 不需要增加新号码; 同号互联网客户端可作为移动终端的补充使用, 在没有移动信号或者国际 漫游情况下, 互联网客户端可以同样处理短信业务。
如图 4所示为本发明实施例四提供的同号短信业务方法流程图: 步骤 400 , 用户开通被叫的同号短信业务功能,基于 HLR签约同号短 信业务属性。
步骤 401 , 主叫移动终端发送短信路由给已经开通同号短信业务的号 码所在 SMSGW。
步骤 402 , SMSGW ( Short Messaging Service Gateway, 短消息服务网 关) 将该短信路由到被叫 SMSC。
步骤 403 , 被叫 SMSC根据所述被叫移动终端号码向归属位置寄存器 查询所述被叫移动终端的同号短信签约业务, 获得业务平台地址。
步骤 404 , SMSC根据业务平台地址触发同号短信业务平台。
步骤 405 , 同号短信业务平台对请求进行处理, 发现短信被叫为该业 务用户。 先将短信发送到该被叫用户注册的互联网客户端。
步骤 406 , 同号短信业务平台在被叫移动终端号码前, 加入前缀, 然 后将包含前缀的被叫移动终端号码的短信发送请求发回给 SMSC。

其中, 步骤 406中被叫移动终端号码可以不带前缀码, 而换成在步骤 407中, SMSC使用与 HLR之间 MAP消息的扩展字段, 向 HLR表示需要 获取被叫移动终端 MSC地址, 不是同号短信业务地址, 不触发被叫移动 终端的同号短信业务属性,然后根据获得的 MSC地址将短信发送给 MSC。
步骤 409, MSC将该短信发送给被叫移动终端, 完成同号短信业务流 程。
在本发明实施例四的基础上, 本发明实施例五详细说明了信令交互流 程, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 501 , 用户基于 HLR进行同号短信业务签约。
步骤 502,主叫移动终端通过 Submit— Req请求发送包含被叫移动终端 号码短信至 SMSC。
步骤 503 , SMSC向 HLR发送 SRI For SMS消息, 根据所述被叫移动 终端号码向归属位置寄存器查询所述被叫移动终端的同号短信签约业务。
步骤 504, HLR判断所述被叫移动终端是否具有同号短信签约属性, 如果是, 则发送业务平台地址给 SMSC。
步骤 505 , SMSC根据业务平台地址发送 Submit— Req请求触发至同号 短信业务平台。

步骤 508 , 当配置为移动终端接收或客户端和移动终端同时接收时, 同号短信业务平台发送 Submit— Req请求至 SMSC, 要求发送短信至被叫 移动终端, 且通过前插接入码方式携带特殊标识用于防止再次触发同号短 信业务。 步骤 509, SMSC根据被叫移动终端号码 (且号码携带特殊标识)通 过 SRI FOR SMS消息查询被叫归属 HLR的签约属性。
步骤 510, HLR判定为特殊标识,不触发同号短信业务,通过 SRI— ACK 消息向 SMSC返回被叫移动终端所在 MSC地址。
步骤 511 , SMSC发送短信至被叫 MSC将短信发送至被叫移动终端。 步骤 512, 被叫移动终端不在线或者緩存满, 被叫上线后 SMSC会重 新发送短信。 SMSC重新查询 HLR, 并发送给同号短信业务平台, 同号短 信业务平台需要判断, 如果客户端已经接收过了, 就不再向客户端发送该 短信。
同号短信业务平台通过发送短信中的序列号字段来判断是否是已经 发送过的短信。 同号短信业务平台可以记录 10天之内发送的短信的主被 叫移动终端, 发送时间以及这个序列号信息, 用于判断是否是已经发送过 的短信的重发。
如图 6所示为本发明实施例六提供的同号短信业务方法流程图, 通过 HLR系统注册同号短信业务用户短信属性,用于判断被叫号码短信签约属 性触发至同号短信业务。 移动终端和客户端两个终端的短信, 都由同号短 信业务直接发送, 首先, 基于 HLR进行签约同号短信业务属性, 且指向 同号短信业务平台 GT码; SMSC查询 HLR获取同号短信签约属性, 需要 将 SRI For SMS指向从 HLR获得的同号短信业务地址, 触发同号短信业 务流程; 触发至同号短信业务平台后, 由同号短信业务平台负责将短信发 送至互联网客户端; 至 HLR查询被叫移动终端位置, 然后发送给被叫移 动终端; 由同号短信业务平台至 HLR查询时, 需要携带被叫移动终端前 缀码, HLR看到被叫移动终端前缀码, 返回被叫移动终端的 MSC地址, 同号短信业务平台根据 MSC地址发送短信给 MSC, 最终发给被叫移动终 端。 (也可在同号短信业务平台发给 HLR查询的 MAP消息中做扩展, 表 示获取被叫移动终端 MSC地址, 而不是同号短信业务地址) 步骤 600, 用户开通被叫的同号短信业务功能,基于 HLR签约同号短 信业务属性。
步骤 601 , 手机发送短信路由给已经开通同号短信业务的号码所在 SMSGW。
步骤 602, SMSGW将该短信路由到被叫 SMSC。
步骤 603 , 被叫 SMSC根据所述被叫移动终端号码向归属位置寄存器 查询所述被叫移动终端的同号短信签约业务, 获得业务平台地址。

步骤 606, 同号短信业务平台在被叫移动终端号码前加入前缀号码, 发给 HLR获取 MSC地址(带有前缀码), HLR获取到该前缀号码后, 向 同号短信业务平台返回 MSC地址。 另外, 可以不带前缀码, 而换成在同 号短信业务平台与 HLR之间 MAP消息扩展字段, 表示需要获取 MSC地 址, 不是同号短信业务地址。
步骤 607 , 同号短信业务去掉被叫移动终端的前缀号码, 将短信发送 给 MSC。

本发明的实施例中, 用户可以通过一个号码对应多个终端, 并接收短 信; 用户在现有手机终端的基础上, 增加软终端, 并使用原有号码, 不需 要增加新号码; 同号客户端可作为手机的补充使用, 在没有移动信号或者 国际漫游情况下, 基于 IP网络的客户端可以同样处理短信业务。

1 3、 一种短消息中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收包含被叫移动终端号码的短消息;
查询模块, 用于根据所述接收模块得到的被叫移动终端号码向归属位 置寄存器查询所述被叫移动终端的短消息签约业务, 接收来自所述归属位 置寄存器的业务平台地址;
发送模块, 用于根据查询模块得到的所述业务平台地址将所述短消息 发送给所述业务平台, 触发所述业务平台执行同号短信业务。
14、 如权利要求 1 3所述短消息中心, 其特征在于:
所述接收模块, 还用于接收来自所述业务平台的携带特定标识的被叫 移动终端号码;
所述查询模块, 还用于根据所述接收模块得到的携带特定标识的被叫 移动终端号码去所述归属位置寄存器获取所述被叫移动终端的移动交换 中心地址;
所述发送模块, 还用于根据所述查询模块得到的移动交换中心地址将 所述短消息发送给所述被叫移动终端。
