本发明实施例还提供一种非彩信终端处理系统, 用以处理彩信业务的转 移, 该系统包括:
接收模块, 用于接收来自彩信中心的彩信、 彩信转移原因和即时消息标 识;
存储模块, 用于存储所述接收模块接收到的彩信;
彩信通知生成模块, 用于在根据所述彩信转移原因判断出需通过即时消 息发送彩信通知时, 生成包括所述彩信存储地址的彩信通知;
发送模块, 用于将所述生成的彩信通知和所述即时消息标识发送给即时 通信网络设备。
本发明实施例中, 通过接收包括被叫用户终端标识的业务请求消息; 根 据该被叫用户终端标识查询为该被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消 息标识, 并基于该业务请求消息生成转发到即时消息终端的业务信息; 以及 根据查询到的即时消息标识, 将该业务信息转发到对应的即时消息终端, 从 而使用户在终端不可及或者原有电信网络不能正常提供业务时, 可以利用即 时消息工具来正常进行电信业务, 并且, 无需业务发起用户知晓接收端用户 的即时消息相关信息, 也能够将业务信息发送到对应的即时消息终端, 大大 提高了电信网络业务转移技术的实用性, 拓展了电信网络业务和即时消息的 应用范围。 附图说明

下面结合说明书附图对本发明实施例进行详细说明。
如图 1 所示, 在将电信网络业务转移至即时消息终端的系统中, 电信网 络接收用户终端的包括被叫用户终端标识的业务请求消息, 并可与即时消息 网关 (IM GW, Instant Messaging Gate Way ) 交互, 即时消息网关分别可以和 即时消息终端、 即时消息服务器(IM server ) 交互。
如图 2所示, 当图 1 的系统中发生电信业务时, 电信网络的业务转移处 理流程如下:
步骤 201、 电信网络接收用户终端的业务请求消息, 所述业务请求消息中 包括被叫用户终端标识, 如被叫用户终端号码、 以及业务内容。
步骤 202、电信网络根据所述被叫用户终端标识确定出为该被叫用户终端 设置的业务转移对应的即时消息转移号码后, 触发即时消息网关查询所述转 移号码的用户登录信息。
实施中, 可以通过运营商的客服网络或即时消息等工具在电信网络的用 户数据库登记业务转移, 并设置特定的即时消息转移标识, 如即时消息转移 号码, 从而可以将业务转移至即时消息终端。
即时消息转移号码在实施中可釆用以下格式: 即时消息接入标识 +即时消 息标识。 其中, 即时消息接入标识, 可以是即时消息接入号, 通过对其进行 路由分析, 能够将信息发送至对应的即时消息网关; 即时消息标识可以是能 被即时消息服务器识别的个人用户标识, 可以是即时通信系统分配给用户的 唯一标识号码, 也可以是和即时消息用户唯一标识号码绑定的用户终端号码 (如: 手机号码等)。
电信网络在接收到业务请求消息后, 可以在用户数据库中查询用户业务 详细信息, 如用户的转移业务签约数据等。 如果被叫用户终端签约并激活了 业务转移至即时消息终端, 则电信网络对即时消息接入号进行路由分析, 根 据即时消息接入号寻找到相应的即时消息网关, 触发该即时消息网关进行后 续处理。
步骤 203、即时消息网关向即时消息服务器发送对所述转移号码的用户登 录信息查询请求。
步骤 204、 即时消息服务器根据所述用户登录信息查询请求, 查询所述转 移号码的用户登录信息后反馈至即时消息网关。
实施中, 即时消息网关向即时消息服务器发送对转移号码的用户登录信 息查询请求, 该请求中包括即时消息标识。 即时消息服务器接收到用户登录 信息查询请求后, 可以查询转移号码的用户登录信息, 获得转移号码中的即 时消息标识当前所登录的即时消息终端的地址信息, 该地址信息可以包括 IP 地址和端口号, 并将此包括了 IP地址和端口号的地址信息返回给即时消息网 关。
步骤 205、 即时消息网关根据所述用户登录信息, 将电信网络按所述业务 请求消息提供的业务信息转移至对应的即时消息终端。
实施中, 即时消息网关可以做相应的格式转换后, 将电信网络提供的业 务转移至对应的即时消息终端的地址。
当语音(呼叫)业务被即时消息网关转换为 VoIP语音呼叫业务时, 还可 以进一步包括:
即时消息网关确定根据用户登录信息将 VoIP语音呼叫业务转移至即时消 息终端是否成功;
在确定出转移失败后, 即时消息网关以即时消息的形式通知即时消息终 端本次语音业务的执行状态。
当语音业务被即时消息网关转换为 VoIP语音呼叫业务时, 如果因为防火 墙等原因使得 VoIP语音呼叫不能到达即时消息终端, 或即时消息终端没有及 时响应呼叫请求, 则即时消息网关可以生成语音呼叫到达通知, 以即时消息 的形式向即时消息终端告知语音呼叫信息(主叫用户的电话号码等)。 语音呼 叫到达通知的内容可以为: "电话 XX曾在 XX时 XX分向您发起语音呼叫 " 等。
下面分别以电信网络业务中的语音业务、 短信业务、 彩信业务为例进行 说明, 本领域普通技术人员根据这三种业务的实施方式可以很容易的概括出 电信网络业务中其他业务的具体实施方式, 即根据业务的特点确定出被叫用 户终端的即时消息转移号码后, 通过即时消息服务器反馈的用户登录状态, 即时消息网关将业务转移到即时消息终端。
一、 语音业务
当电信网络接收的业务请求消息为语音 (呼叫) 业务请求消息时, 电信 网络才艮据所述被叫用户终端号码确定出即时消息转移号码可以为:
在语音业务由移动网络发起时, 则移动网络的交换设备根据移动网络的 归属位置寄存器 (HLR )和 /或拜访位置寄存器(VLR )确定出即时消息转移 号码, 移动网络的交换设备可以包括: 移动网络的移动交换中心网关、 移动 网络的移动交换中心、 移动网络的移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器其中之一或 任意组合;
在语音业务由固定网络或其他通信网络(如集群通信接入网、 IP接入网 等)发起时, 则固定网络或其他通信网络中进行语音呼叫控制的交换设备根 据固定网络或其他通信网络中保存用户语音转移业务签约数据等详细信息的 用户数据库确定出即时消息转移号码。
如图 3 所示, 一个实施例中, 移动网络语音呼叫无条件转移至即时消息 终端的网络结构主要涉及归属位置寄存器( HLR, Home Location Register )、 移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心 ( GMSC/MSC , Gateway Mobile Switching Center/ Mobile Switching Center )、 即时消息网关( IM GW )和即时消息服务器 ( IM Server )等。 下面分别对其进行说明: 1、 归属位置寄存器
归属位置寄存器可以用于保存用户语音呼叫无条件转移的签约数据和其 它详细信息。 若被叫用户签约并激活了语音呼叫无条件转移至即时消息终端 业务, 即被叫用户开通了语音呼叫无条件转移业务, 那么归属位置寄存器就 将用户预先设置的语音呼叫业务下的即时消息转移号码反馈给移动交换中心 网关 /移动交换中心。 当然, 用户也可以无需签约而直接激活上述语音呼叫无 条件转移业务, 即直接在归属位置寄存器中设置即时消息转移号码。
2、 移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心
移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心可以做相应的局数据, 并能够根据归属 位置寄存器返回的即时消息转移号码中的即时消息接入号将语音呼叫路由到 即时消息网关。
3、 即时消息网关
即时消息网关可以向即时消息服务器发送对转移号码的用户登录信息查 询请求, 即在该请求中包括即时消息标识, 从而请求查询用户当前登录的即 时消息终端的地址信息,该地址信息可以包括 IP地址和 VoIP端口号。并根据 查询结果, 即时消息网关向釆用上述即时消息标识登录的即时消息终端发起 语音呼叫, 并实现 VoIP转换。 如果因为防火墙等原因使得 VoIP语音呼叫不 能到达即时消息终端, 或即时消息终端没有及时响应呼叫请求, 则即时消息 网关还可以生成语音呼叫到达通知, 以即时消息的形式向即时消息终端告知 语音呼叫信息, 信息中可以包括主叫用户的电话号码、 呼叫时间等。
4、 即时消息服务器
即时消息服务器接收到来自即时消息网关的对转移号码的用户登录信息 查询请求后, 进行信息查询。 并根据即时消息标识查询相应用户当前所登录 的即时消息终端的地址信息 ,如 IP地址和 VoIP端口号,并将此 IP地址和 VoIP 端口号返回给即时消息网关。 如果即时消息服务器查询不到用户的信息或者 该对应的即时消息用户未登录或不可用, 则即时消息服务器可以向即时消息 网关反馈错误信息或呼叫不可及信息。 如图 4所示, 移动网络语音呼叫无条件转移至即时消息终端的处理流程 下:
步骤 401、 用户 A发出与移动用户 B建立语音呼叫的业务请求消息; 步骤 402、 移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心收到语音呼叫请求消息, 向 归属位置寄存器发送查询信息, 查询移动用户 B的状态和业务信息;
步骤 403、 在归属位置寄存器中查询到移动用户 B签约并激活了语音呼 叫无条件转移业务;
步骤 404、归属位置寄存器将查询到的转移号码返回给移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心, 此转移号码可以为即时消息接入号加上即时消息标识;
步骤 405、 移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心对转移号码中的即时消息接 入号做路由分析, 向对应的即时消息网关发起呼叫, 发起呼叫请求的同时发 送即时消息转移号码中的即时消息标识;
步骤 406、即时消息网关根据即时消息标识向即时消息服务器查询移动用 户 B所登录的即时消息终端的状态;
步骤 407、 即时消息服务器接收到查询请求后, 根据即时消息标识查询用 户 B的即时消息终端状态。 如果查询不到用户 B的即时消息终端状态信息, 或者用户 B未登录即时消息终端, 则进入步骤 408; 否则进入步骤 410;
步骤 408、 即时消息服务器向即时消息网关返回即时消息用户不可及信 息;
步骤 409、 即时消息网关向移动网络的移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心 返回呼叫失败信息, 呼叫结束。
步骤 410、 即时消息服务器将用户 B使用的即时消息终端 IP地址和 VoIP 端口号返回给即时消息网关;
步骤 411、即时消息网关向用户 B的即时消息终端发起呼叫,并进行 VoIP 转换; 如果用户 B接受呼叫请求, 则进入步骤 412; 否则, 进入步骤 415; 当 然, 这里如果即时通信系统釆用的不是 VoIP协议, 而是其他通信协议, 则即 时消息网关所进行的转换也可以是转换成即时通信系统釆用的其他通信协 议。
步骤 412、 即时消息终端向即时消息网关返回应答信息;
步骤 413、 即时消息网关向移动网络的移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心 返回接受呼叫请求的应答信息;
步骤 414、 移动交换中心网关 /移动交换中心向用户 A返回接受呼叫请求 的应答信息; 至此, 语音通信建立, 用户 A和用户 B可以进行语音通信。
步骤 415、 即时消息网关生成语音呼叫到达通知, 以即时消息的形式发送 给用户 B的即时消息终端。
一个实施例中,假设用户 C呼叫移动用户 D且移动用户 D设置了语音呼 叫转移(遇忙转移、 无应答转移等其他非无条件转移)至即时消息终端业务, 如图 5 所示, 移动网络语音呼叫转移 (遇忙转移、 无应答转移等其他非无条 件转移) 至即时消息终端的网络结构中, 该类型业务转移主要涉及移动交换 中心 /拜访位置寄存器(MSC/VLR )、 即时消息网关 (IM GW )和即时消息服 务器(IM Server )等, 下面对各实体进行说明:
1、 移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器
移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器可以保存用户语音呼叫转移 (遇忙转移、 无应答转移等其他非无条件转移) 的签约数据和其它详细信息, 以及相应的 局数据。 在判定被叫用户正忙或无应答等呼叫不可及后, 进行用户数据查询。 若被叫用户签约并激活了语音呼叫转移 (遇忙转移、 无应答转移等其他非无 条件转移)至即时消息终端业务, 那么移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器就根据 特定转移号码中的即时消息接入号将语音呼叫路由到对应的即时消息网关。
2、 即时消息网关
即时消息网关向即时消息服务器发送对转移号码的用户登录信息查询请 求, 请求查询即时消息标识对应用户当前登录的即时消息终端的地址信息, 如 IP地址和 VoIP端口号。 根据查询结果, 即时消息网关实现 VoIP转换, 并 向即时消息终端发起语音呼叫。 如果因为防火墙等原因使得 VoIP语音呼叫不 能到达即时消息终端, 或即时消息终端没有及时响应呼叫请求, 则即时消息 网关将生成语音呼叫到达通知, 以即时消息的形式向即时消息终端告知语音 呼叫信息 (主叫用户的电话号码等)。
3、 即时消息服务器
即时消息服务器接收到来自即时消息网关的对转移号码的用户登录信息 查询请求后, 进行相应用户登录信息的查询。 根据即时消息标识查询相应用 户当前所登录的即时消息终端的地址信息,如 IP地址和 VoIP端口号,并将此 IP地址和 VoIP端口号返回给即时消息网关。如果即时消息服务器查询不到即 时消息用户的信息或者该对应的即时消息用户未登录或不可用, 则即时消息 服务器可以向即时消息网关反馈错误信息或呼叫不可及信息。
如图 6所示, 移动网络语音呼叫转移 (遇忙转移、 无应答转移等其他非 无条件转移)至即时消息终端的处理流程如下:
步骤 601、 用户 C发出与移动用户 D进行语音呼叫的业务请求消息; 步骤 602、 移动交换中心判定移动用户 D正忙或无应答等呼叫不可及; 步骤 603、 移动交换中心向拜访位置寄存器发送查询信息;
步骤 604、 在拜访位置寄存器中查询到移动用户 D签约并激活了遇忙转 移或无应答转移等呼叫不可及时转移至即时消息终端业务;
步骤 605、拜访位置寄存器将查询到的转移号码返回给移动交换中心, 转 移号码可以为即时消息接入号加上即时消息标识;
步骤 606、移动交换中心对转移号码中的即时消息接入号做路由分析, 向 对应的即时消息网关发起呼叫, 发起呼叫请求的同时发送转移号码中的即时 消息标识;
步骤 607、即时消息网关通过即时消息标识向即时消息服务器查询移动用 户 D所登录的即时消息终端的状态;
步骤 608、 即时消息服务器接收到查询请求后, 根据即时消息标识查询用 户 D登录的即时消息终端状态。 如果查询不到用户 D登录的即时消息终端状 态信息, 或者用户 D未登录即时消息终端, 则进入步骤 609; 否则进入步骤 步骤 609、 即时消息服务器向即时消息网关返回即时消息用户不可及信 息;
步骤 610、 即时消息网关向移动网络的移动交换中心返回呼叫失败信息, 呼叫结束。
步骤 611、 即时消息服务器将用户 D登录的即时消息终端 IP地址和 VoIP 端口号返回给即时消息网关;
步骤 612、 即时消息网关向用户 D登录的即时消息终端发起语音呼叫, 并进行 VoIP转换; 如果用户 D接受呼叫请求, 则进入步骤 613; 否则, 进入 步骤 616;
步骤 613、 即时消息终端向即时消息网关返回应答信息;
步骤 614、即时消息网关向移动网络的移动交换中心返回接受呼叫请求的 应答信息;
步骤 615、 移动交换中心向用户 C返回接受呼叫请求的应答信息; 至此, 语音通信建立, 用户 C和用户 D可以进行语音通信。
步骤 616、 即时消息网关生成语音呼叫到达通知, 以即时消息的形式发送 给用户 D登录的即时消息终端。
一个实施例中, 4叚设用户 E呼叫固网用户 F且固网用户 F设置了语音呼 叫转移至即时消息终端, 如图 7 所示, 固定网络语音呼叫转移至即时消息终 端的网络结构中, 该类型业务转移主要涉及固网交换机、 即时消息网关 (IM GW )和即时消息服务器(IM Server )等, 下面对各实体进行说明:
1、 固网交换机
固网交换机中可以保存用户语音呼叫转移的签约数据和其它详细信息, 以及相应的局数据。 若被叫用户签约并激活了语音呼叫转移至即时消息终端 业务, 即开通了语音呼叫转移业务, 那么固网交换机就根据特定转移号码中 的即时消息接入号将语音呼叫路由到对应的即时消息网关。 当然, 用户也可 以无需签约而直接激活语音呼叫转移至即时消息终端的业务, 即直接在固网 交换机中设置即时消息转移号码。 2、 即时消息网关
即时消息网关向即时消息服务器发送对转移号码的用户登录信息查询请 求, 请求查询转移号码中的即时消息标识对应用户当前登录的即时消息终端 的地址信息, 如 IP地址和 VoIP端口号。 才艮据查询结果, 即时消息网关实现 VoIP转换,并向即时消息终端发起语音呼叫。如果因为防火墙等原因使得 VoIP 语音呼叫不能到达即时消息终端, 或即时消息终端没有及时响应呼叫请求, 则即时消息网关将生成语音呼叫到达通知, 以即时消息的形式向即时消息终 端告知语音呼叫信息 (主叫用户的电话号码等)。
3、 即时消息服务器
即时消息服务器接收到来自即时消息网关的对转移号码的用户登录信息 查询请求后, 进行用户登录信息的查询。 根据转移号码中的即时消息标识查 询对应的即时消息用户当前所登录的即时消息终端的地址信息, 如 IP地址和 VoIP端口号, 并将此 IP地址和 VoIP端口号返回给即时消息网关。 如果即时 消息服务器查询不到即时消息用户的即时消息终端状态信息或者该对应的即 时消息用户未登录或不可用, 则即时消息服务器可以向即时消息网关反馈错 误信息或呼叫不可及信息。
如图 8所示, 固定网络语音呼叫转移至即时消息终端的处理流程如下: 步骤 801、 用户 E发出与固定用户 F进行语音呼叫的业务请求消息; 步骤 802、 固网交换机查询固定用户 F的状态和业务信息, 查询到该用户 F签约并激活了语音呼叫转移至即时消息终端业务,为用户 F设置的转移号码 可以为即时消息接入号加上即时消息标识;
步骤 803、 固网交换机对转移号码中的即时消息接入号做路由分析, 向对 应的即时消息网关发起呼叫, 发起呼叫请求的同时发送转移号码中的即时消 息标识;
步骤 804、即时消息网关向即时消息服务器查询固定用户 F所登录的即时 消息终端的状态;
步骤 805、 即时消息服务器接收到查询请求后, 根据即时消息标识查询用 户 F登录的即时消息终端状态。 如果查询不到用户 F登录的即时消息终端状 态信息, 或者用户 F 未登录即时消息终端, 则进入步骤 806; 否则进入步骤 808;
步骤 806、 即时消息服务器向即时消息网关返回即时消息用户不可及信 息;
步骤 807、 即时消息网关向固网交换机返回呼叫失败信息, 呼叫结束。 步骤 808、 即时消息服务器将用户 F登录的即时消息终端 IP地址和 VoIP 端口号返回给即时消息网关;
步骤 809、 即时消息网关向用户 F登录的即时消息终端发起语音呼叫, 并 进行 VoIP转换。 如果用户 F接受呼叫请求, 则进入步骤 810; 否则, 进入步 骤 813;
步骤 810、 即时消息终端向即时消息网关返回应答信息;
步骤 811、 即时消息网关向固网交换机返回接受呼叫请求的应答信息; 步骤 812、 固网交换机向用户 E返回接受呼叫请求的应答信息; 至此, 语 音通信建立, 用户 E和用户 F可以进行语音通信。
步骤 813、 即时消息网关生成语音呼叫到达通知, 以即时消息的形式发送 给用户 F的即时消息终端。
二、 短信业务
当电信网络接收的业务请求消息为包括短信的短信发送请求消息时, 转 移号码在短信增值业务平台中保存; 电信网络根据所述被叫用户终端号码确 定出即时消息转移号码可以为:
电信网络中的短信业务中心在接收到所述短信发送请求消息后, 向短信 增值业务平台发送业务查询信息; 短信增值业务平台在接收到业务查询信息 后, 将即时消息转移号码反馈至短信业务中心。
以电信网络短信业务转移至即时消息终端为例, 电信网络中的设备主要 涉及短信业务中心和短信增值业务平台。 首先可以通过运营商的客服网络或 即时消息等工具在短信业务中心设置短信转移业务标识, 在短信增值业务平 台设置将短信转移至即时消息终端, 并配置相关信息;
在发信方发送短信发送请求消息至短信业务中心后, 短信业务中心根据 短信发送请求消息中的被叫用户终端号码, 确定收信方的短信转移业务标识; 根据收信方的短信转移业务标识向短信增值业务平台发送业务查询信息; 短 信增值业务平台根据收信方配置的签约业务信息, 将对应的即时消息转移号 码反馈至短信业务中心; 短信业务中心根据转移号码中的即时消息接入号进 行路由分析, 将短信和即时消息标识发送给即时消息网关; 即时消息网关使 用即时消息标识查询即时消息服务器上的相关信息, 获取收信方登录的即时 消息终端的地址信息, 如 IP地址和端口号; 最后由即时消息网关将短信转换 为即时消息的形式发送给收信方。
一个实施例中,假设用户 A发送短信至用户 B且用户 B设置了短信转移 至即时消息终端, 如图 9 所示, 短信转移至即时消息终端的系统结构中, 该 类型业务转移主要涉及短信业务中心、 短信增值业务平台、 即时消息网关、 即时消息服务器、 和即时消息终端, 下面对各实体进行说明:
1、 短信业务中心
短信业务中心可以保存用户的短信转移业务标识, 并据此判断被叫用户 终端是否开通了短信转移业务。 若被叫用户终端开通了短信转移业务, 那么 短信业务中心需要向短信增值业务平台发送业务查询信息, 短信增值业务平 台将特定的转移号码反馈给短信业务中心。 此外, 短信业务中心需做相应的 局数据, 根据对应的转移号码中的即时消息接入号将短信和即时消息标识发 送给对应的即时消息网关。 这里, 用户可以通过签约后激活的方式开通短信 转移业务, 也可以通过无需签约而直接激活的方式开通短信转移业务。
2、 短信增值业务平台
短信增值业务平台可以保存用户短信增值业务的签约数据和其它详细信 息, 包括是否签约并激活了短信转移业务以及对应的转移号码, 从而完成业 务的逻辑判断和业务处理。 此外, 短信增值业务平台还需要实时地将用户的 签约信息同步到短信业务中心。 3、 即时消息网关
短信业务中心通过即时消息网关与即时通信系统互通。 即时消息网关接 收到短信业务中心发来的短信和即时消息标识后, 向即时消息服务器发起包 括即时消息标识的用户登录信息查询请求, 请求查询对应用户登录的即时消 息终端的地址信息, 如 IP地址和端口号。 才艮据查询结果, 即时消息网关将短 信转换成即时消息的形式, 并发送至相应的即时消息终端。
4、 即时消息服务器
即时消息服务器接收到来自即时消息网关的对即时消息标识的用户登录 信息查询请求后, 进行用户登录信息查询。 即时消息服务器将查询到的即时 消息终端地址信息, 如 IP地址和端口号返回给即时消息网关。
如图 10所示, 短信转移至即时消息终端的处理流程如下:
步骤 1001、 用户 A发出向用户 B发送短信的业务请求消息, 提交短信到 短信业务中心;
步骤 1002、 短信业务中心预应答用户 A;
步骤 1003、 短信业务中心查询用户 B的业务签约状态;
步骤 1004、 如果用户 B设置有短信转移业务, 则短信业务中心向短信增 值业务平台发送查询信息, 同时保存短信实体;
步骤 1005、 短信增值业务平台查询用户 B的业务签约数据和详细业务信 息;
步骤 1006、 如果用户 B签约并激活了短信转移业务, 则短信增值业务平 台将查询到的短信转移号码反馈给短信业务中心, 这里的短信转移号码即上 述即时消息转移号码;
步骤 1007、 短信业务中心根据短信转移号码中的即时消息接入号作路由 分析, 确定短信发送路径;
步骤 1008、 短信业务中心根据路由分析结果, 将短信发送给即时消息网 关, 并同时发送短信转移号码中的即时消息标识;
步骤 1009、 即时消息网关使用短信转移号码中的即时消息标识向即时消 息服务器查询用户登录信息;
步骤 1010、 即时消息服务器根据即时消息标识查询用户 B的即时消息终 端状态;
步骤 1011、即时消息服务器将用户 B使用的即时消息终端的 IP地址和端 口号返回给即时消息网关;
步骤 1012、 即时消息网关将短信转换为即时消息的形式发送给用户 B的 即时消息终端;
步骤 1013、 即时消息终端向即时消息网关反馈短信接收成功消息; 步骤 1014、 即时消息网关向短信业务中心发送应答信息;
步骤 1015、 短信业务中心向用户 A发送状态 ^艮告, 并删除短信实体。 至此, 短信转移至即时消息终端的流程结束。
三、 彩信业务
当电信网络接收的业务请求消息为包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息时, 转 移号码可以在用户 /终端数据库设置;
则电信网络根据被叫用户终端号码确定出即时消息转移号码可以为: 电信网络中的彩信中心接收到彩信发送请求消息后, 向用户 /终端数据库 发送业务查询信息; 用户 /终端数据库在接收到业务查询信息后, 将即时消息 转移号码反馈至彩信中心。
实施中, 当用户 /终端数据库在将即时消息转移号码反馈至彩信中心时, 还可以进一步包括反馈用于命令非彩信(MMS )终端处理系统发送彩信通知 的转移原因;
彩信中心将即时消息转移号码及转移原因发送至非 MMS终端处理系统; 非 MMS终端处理系统将业务内容 (彩信)保存至彩信相册, 并根据转移 原因发送彩信通知和转移号码中的即时消息标识至即时消息网关, 所述彩信 通知中包括标识业务内容在彩信相册保存地址的 URL ( Uniform Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符);
则即时消息网关根据用户登录信息将电信网络按业务请求消息提供的业 务转移至对应的即时消息终端可以为:
将彩信通知中的 URL发送至对应的即时消息终端, 具体可以即时消息的 形式发送;
即时消息用户根据接收的 URL接收业务内容。
具体实施中, 可以首先通过运营商的客服网络或即时消息等工具向系统 申请彩信转移至即时消息终端业务, 并在用户 /终端数据库设置对应的即时消 息转移号码;
在发信方发送彩信至彩信中心后, 彩信中心向用户 /终端数据库发送业务 查询信息;用户 /终端数据库查询到收信方用户签约并激活了彩信转移业务时, 将彩信转移号码和转移原因反馈至彩信中心, 这里的彩信转移号码即上述的 即时消息转移号码; 彩信中心根据彩信转移原因对转移号码中的即时消息接 入号进行路由分析, 并将彩信连同彩信转移号码中的即时消息标识及转移原 因发送至非 MMS终端处理系统;
非 MMS终端处理系统保存彩信至系统中的彩信相册,并根据转移原因判 断该彩信需通过即时消息通知即时消息终端后, 将彩信保存地址的 URL作为 彩信通知与彩信转移号码中的即时消息标识一起发送至即时消息网关;
即时消息网关使用彩信转移号码中的即时消息标识查询即时消息服务器 上的收信方用户登录信息, 获取收信方登录的即时消息终端的地址信息, 如 IP地址和端口号;
然后, 即时消息网关将彩信通知转换为即时消息的形式发送给收信方即 时消息终端。 收信方可以根据彩信通知中的彩信存放地址 URL信息, 通过网 页浏览器访问彩信相册, 提取彩信。
在即时消息转移号码反馈至彩信中心后, 彩信中心还可以釆用与短信转 移至即时消息终端类似的方法, 直接将彩信和即时消息转移号码, 或者直接 将彩信和即时消息标识, 发送至即时消息网关, 即时消息网关生成包括彩信 的即时消息, 并在通过即时消息标识向即时消息服务器查询到用户登录的即 时消息终端 IP地址和端口号后, 将该即时消息发送到用户登录的即时消息终 端。
一个实施例中, 假设用户 A发送彩信至用户 B , 且用户 B设置了彩信转 移业务, 如图 11所示, 彩信转移至即时消息终端的系统结构中, 该类型业务 转移主要涉及彩信中心、 用户 /终端数据库、 非 MMS终端处理系统(彩信相 册)、 即时消息网关、 即时消息服务器、 和即时消息终端, 下面对各实体进行 说明:
1、 彩信中心
彩信中心在接收到用户发送的彩信后, 向用户 /终端数据库查询被叫用户 的彩信转移业务信息。 收到查询反馈后, 彩信中心根据彩信转移原因对转移 号码中的即时消息接入号进行路由分析, 将彩信、 彩信转移原因及彩信转移 号码中的即时消息标识发送至非 MMS终端处理系统。
2、 用户 /终端数据库
用户 /终端数据库可以保存用户彩信转移业务的签约数据和其它详细信 息。 若被叫用户签约并激活了彩信转移至即时消息终端业务, 即开通了彩信 转移业务, 那么用户 /终端数据库将用户预先设置的彩信转移号码和转移原因 反馈给彩信中心。 当然, 用户也可以无需签约而直接激活彩信转移至即时消 息终端业务, 即直接在用户 /终端数据库中设置彩信转移号码。
3、 非 MMS终端处理系统(彩信相册 )
非 MMS终端处理系统接收从彩信中心转发的彩信、彩信转移原因及即时 消息标识, 并将彩信存储至系统中的彩信相册。 另一方面, 非 MMS终端处理 系统在根据彩信转移原因判断需通过即时消息通知即时消息终端后, 则将彩 信保存地址的 URL作为彩信通知与即时消息标识一起发往即时消息网关。
4、 即时消息网关
非 MMS终端处理系统通过即时消息网关与即时通信系统互通。即时消息 网关接收到彩信通知和即时消息标识后, 向即时消息服务器发起包括即时消 息标识的用户登录信息查询请求, 请求查询对应用户登录的即时消息终端的 地址信息, 如 IP地址和端口号。 才艮据查询结果, 即时消息网关将彩信通知转 换成即时消息的形式, 并发送至相应的即时消息终端。
5、 即时消息服务器
即时消息服务器接收到来自即时消息网关的用户登录信息查询请求后, 根据即时消息标识进行用户登录信息查询。 即时消息服务器将查询到的即时 消息终端地址信息, 如 IP地址和端口号返回给即时消息网关。
如图 12所示, 彩信转移至即时消息终端的处理流程如下:
步骤 1201、 用户 A发出向用户 B发送包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息, 并 提交彩信到彩信中心;
步骤 1202、 彩信中心向用户 /终端数据库发送查询信息;
步骤 1203、用户 /终端数据库查看用户 B是否签约并激活了彩信转移至即 时消息终端业务。 如果已签约并激活, 则用户 /终端数据库查找用户预先设置 的彩信转移号码和转移原因, 进入步骤 1204;
步骤 1204、 用户 /终端数据库将查询到的彩信转移号码和转移原因反馈给 彩信中心;
步骤 1205、 彩信中心根据转移原因解析彩信转移号码, 获知需将彩信转 移至即时消息终端, 则将彩信、彩信转移号码及转移原因发送至非 MMS终端 处理系统;
步骤 1206、 非 MMS终端处理系统保存彩信至彩信相册, 并对转移原因 进行判断分析。 由分析可知, 该彩信需要转移至即时消息终端, 则根据彩信 转移号码中的即时消息接入号, 将彩信保存地址的 URL作为彩信通知与彩信 转移号码中的即时消息标识一起发送至即时消息网关;
步骤 1207、 即时消息网关使用即时消息标识向即时消息服务器查询用户 B当前登录的即时消息终端状态;
步骤 1208、 即时消息服务器根据即时消息标识查询用户 B的即时消息终 端状态;
步骤 1209、 即时消息服务器将查询到的即时消息用户 B使用的即时消息 终端 IP地址和端口号返回给即时消息网关; 步骤 1210、 即时消息网关将彩信通知转换为即时消息的形式发送给用户 B的即时消息终端;
步骤 1211、即时消息用户 B收到彩信通知后,可才艮据彩信存放地址 URL, 使用网页浏览器到彩信相册提取彩信。
至此, 彩信转移至即时消息终端的流程结束。
本发明实施例还提供了一种业务转移系统、 一种电信网络设备、 一种短 信业务中心、 一种短信增值业务平台、 一种交换设备、 一种彩信中心、 一种 非彩信终端处理系统, 下面结合附图对上述系统及设备进行说明。
如图 13A所示, 本发明实施例中提供的业务转移系统可以包括: 电信网络设备 1310, 用于接收业务请求消息, 根据该业务请求消息中的 被叫用户终端标识查询为该被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息标 识; 并将所述业务请求消息和所述即时消息标识发送给即时通信网络设备; 即时通信网络设备 1320, 用于接收所述业务请求消息和所述即时消息标 识, 根据所述业务请求消息生成转发到即时消息终端的业务信息, 并根据所 述即时消息标识, 将所述业务信息转发到对应的即时消息终端。
其中, 即时通信网络设备的结构如图 13B所示, 包括:
即时消息网关 1321 , 用于接收所述业务请求消息, 将该业务请求消息转 换为即时消息通信协议支持的业务信息, 并将该业务信息转发到对应即时消 息用户登录的即时消息终端;
即时消息服务器 1322, 用于接收即时消息网关发来的包括所述即时消息 标识的查询请求, 根据所述即时消息标识, 查询对应即时消息用户登录的即 时消息终端地址信息, 并将所述即时消息终端地址信息返回给所述即时消息 网关。
下面对电信网络中用户终端发起的业务分别为语音业务、 短信业务、 彩 信业务时, 本系统的具体实施方式进行说明。
一、 语音业务
电信网络设备 1310可以包括: 用户数据库, 用于存储用户终端是否开通了呼叫转移业务的信息, 以及 为已经开通了呼叫转移业务的用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息标 识;
交换设备, 用于接收呼叫业务请求消息, 根据所述呼叫业务请求消息中 的被叫用户终端标识从所述用户数据库查询为开通了呼叫转移业务的所述被 叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将所述呼叫业务请求消息和所述即时消 息标识发送给即时通信网络设备。
其中, 所述交换设备和所述用户数据库设置在固网交换机中; 或者 所述交换设备为移动交换中心, 所述用户数据库为归属位置寄存器或者 拜访位置寄存器。
即时消息网关 1321可以包括:
业务处理模块, 用于在接收到电信网络按所述业务请求消息提供的语音 业务后, 将语音业务转化为 VoIP语音呼叫业务;
业务转移模块, 用于根据用户登录信息, 将 VoIP语音呼叫业务转移至对 应的即时消息终端。
即时消息网关 1321还可以包括:
确定模块, 用于确定根据用户登录信息将 VoIP语音呼叫业务转移至所述 转移号码所属的即时消息终端是否成功;
通知模块, 用于在确定模块确定出转移失败后, 以即时消息的形式通知 即时消息终端本次语音业务的执行状态。
二、 短信业务
所述电信网络设备 1310可以包括:
短信增值业务平台, 用于存储为用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消 息标识;
短信业务中心, 用于接收包括短信的短信发送请求消息, 在根据所述短 信发送请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识确定出该被叫用户终端开通了短信转 移业务时, 根据所述被叫用户终端标识, 从所述短信增值业务平台查询为所 述被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将该即时消息标识和所述短信发送 给即时通信网络设备。
短信业务中心可以包括:
确定模块, 用于根据所述业务请求消息中的被叫用户终端号码, 确定被 叫用户的短信转移业务标识;
查询模块, 用于根据所述短信转移业务标识, 向短信增值业务平台发送 业务查询信息。
三、 彩信业务
所述电信网络设备 1310包括:
用户 /终端数据库, 用于存储用户终端是否开通了彩信转移业务的信息, 以及为已经开通了彩信转移业务的用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息 标识;
彩信中心, 用于接收包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息, 根据所述彩信发送 请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识从用户 /终端数据库查询为开通了彩信转移业 务的被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将所述彩信和所述即时消息标识 发送给即时通信网络设备。
如图 13C所示, 本发明实施例提供的另一种业务转移系统可以包括: 电信网络设备 1330 , 用于接收包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息, 根据所述 彩信发送请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识查询为该被叫用户终端设置的即时 消息标识, 并存储所述彩信, 生成包括所述彩信存储地址的彩信通知, 将该 彩信通知和所述即时消息标识发送给即时通信网络设备;
即时通信网络设备 1340, 用于接收所述彩信通知和所述即时消息标识, 将所述彩信通知转换成即时消息, 并根据所述即时消息标识将该即时消息转 发到对应的即时消息终端。
其中电信网络设备 1330可以包括:
用户 /终端数据库, 用于存储用户终端是否开通了彩信转移业务的信息, 以及为已经开通了彩信转移业务的用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息 标识;
彩信中心, 用于接收包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息, 根据该彩信发送请 求消息中的被叫用户终端标识从用户 /终端数据库中查询为开通了彩信转移业 务的所述被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将所述彩信、 彩信转移原因 及所述即时消息标识发送给非 MMS终端处理系统;
非彩信终端处理系统, 用于存储来自彩信中心的彩信, 在根据彩信转移 原因判断出需通过即时消息发送彩信通知时, 生成包括所述彩信存储地址的 彩信通知, 并将该彩信通知和所述即时消息标识发送给即时通信网络设备。
所述用户 /终端数据库进一步用于在将即时消息转移号码反馈至彩信中心 时, 反馈用于命令非 MMS终端处理系统发送彩信通知消息的转移原因。
所述即时通信网络设备 1340可以包括:
即时消息网关, 用于接收所述彩信通知和所述即时消息标识, 将该彩信 通知转换成即时消息, 并将该即时消息转发到对应即时消息用户登录的即时 消息终端;
即时消息服务器, 用于接收即时消息网关发来的包括所述即时消息标识 的查询请求, 根据所述即时消息标识, 查询对应即时消息用户登录的即时消 息终端地址信息, 并将所述即时消息终端地址信息返回给所述即时消息网关。
如图 14所示, 电信网络设备可以包括:
接收模块 1401 , 用于接收电信网络中用户终端的业务请求消息, 所述业 务请求消息中包括被叫用户终端号码、 以及业务内容;
确定模块 1402, 用于根据所述被叫用户终端号码确定出即时消息转移号 码;
触发模块 1403 , 用于触发即时消息网关查询所述转移号码的用户登录信 息。
如图 15A所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种短信业务中心可以包括: 接收模块 1501 , 用于接收用户终端的业务请求消息, 所述业务请求消息 中包括被叫用户终端号码、 以及业务内容; 确定模块 1502, 用于根据所述业务请求消息中的被叫用户终端号码, 确 定被叫用户的短信转移业务标识;
查询模块 1503 , 用于才艮据所述短信转移业务标识, 向短信增值业务平台 发送业务查询信息, 查询即时消息转移号码。
如图 15B所示, 本发明实施例提供的另一种短信业务中心可以包括: 接收模块 1510, 用于接收包括短信的短信发送请求消息;
查询模块 1520, 用于根据所述短信发送请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识 查询为所述被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息标识;
发送模块 1530, 用于将所述即时消息标识和所述短信发送给即时通信网 络设备。
其中, 所述查询模块 1520包括:
第一查询子模块, 用于在根据所述被叫用户终端标识确定所述被叫用户 终端开通了短信转移业务时, 通知第二查询子模块; 在根据该被叫用户终端 标识确定所述被叫用户终端未开通短信转移业务时, 通知所述发送模块; 第二查询子模块, 用于根据来自所述第一查询子模块的通知, 根据所述 被叫用户终端标识, 查询为所述被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消 息标识;
所述发送模块 1530进一步用于根据来自所述第一查询子模块的通知, 将 所述短信转发给所述被叫用户终端。
如图 16A所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种短信增值业务平台可以包括: 接收模块 1601 , 用于接收短信业务中心的业务查询信息;
查询模块 1602, 用于才艮据业务查询信息, 查询即时消息转移号码; 发送模块 1603 ,用于将查询到的即时消息转移号码反馈至短信业务中心。 如图 16B所示,本发明实施例提供的另一种短信增值业务平台可以包括: 接收模块 1610, 用于接收包括用户终端标识的短信转移业务查询信息; 查询模块 1620, 用于根据所述用户终端标识查询为该用户终端设置的业 务转移对应的即时消息标识; 发送模块 1630, 用于将查询到的即时消息标识反馈至所述查询信息的发 送方。

接收模块 1701 , 用于接收呼叫业务请求消息;
查询模块 1702, 用于根据所述呼叫业务请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识 查询为开通了呼叫转移业务的所述被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识;
发送模块 1703 , 用于将所述呼叫业务请求消息和所述即时消息标识发送 给即时通信网络设备。

接收模块 1801 , 用于接收用户终端的业务请求消息, 所述业务请求消息 中包括被叫用户终端号码、 以及业务内容;

由上述实施例可知, 本发明可以解决现有技术不能实现语音、 短信、 彩 信等电信网络业务转移至即时通信系统的问题, 并且, 无需业务发起用户知 晓接收端用户的即时消息相关信息, 也能够将业务信息发送到对应的即时消 息终端, 大大提高了电信网络业务转移技术的实用性, 拓展了电信网络业务 和即时消息的应用范围; 进一步, 本发明还可以使由于防火墙等原因无法使用即时消息终端接收 语音呼叫等业务的用户, 仍然可以通过即时消息的形式, 接收到语音呼叫等 业务到达通知, 获知主叫用户的电话号码等信息, 从而不会错过任何来电等 被叫业务;
同时, 本发明能够充分利用现有的标准和网络, 对网络改动小, 容易实 现; 且不仅适用于移动通信网络, 也同样适用于固定通信网络等其他支持语 音、 短信或彩信业务的通信网络。
本发明在实施中包括但不限于语音业务、 短信业务、 彩信业务等有转移 需求的电信网络业务。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1、 一种业务转移方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收业务请求消息, 该业务请求消息中包括被叫用户终端标识; 根据所述被叫用户终端标识查询为该被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应 的即时消息标识, 并基于所述业务请求消息生成转发到即时消息终端的业务 信息;
根据所述查询到的即时消息标识, 将所述业务信息转发到对应的即时消 息终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述查询为该被叫用户终 端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息标识之前, 进一步包括: 判断该被叫用户 终端是否开通了业务转移;
在判断出该被叫用户终端开通了业务转移时, 执行所述查询步骤。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述即时消息标识包括: 能被即时消息服务器识别的个人用户标识, 或者, 即时通信系统分配给用户 的唯一标识号码, 或者, 与即时消息用户唯一标识号码绑定的用户终端号码。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述即时消息标识设置在 即时消息转移标识中, 该即时消息转移标识中还包括: 即时消息接入标识; 则生成所述业务信息, 并将该业务信息转发到所述即时消息终端包括: 根据所述即时消息接入标识, 将所述业务请求消息和即时消息标识发送 给即时消息网关, 即时消息网关根据接收的业务请求消息生成对应的业务信 息, 并根据所述即时消息标识将该业务信息转发到对应的即时消息终端。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务请求 消息为呼叫业务请求消息;
则生成的所述业务信息为所述即时消息终端所釆用通信协议形式的呼叫 请求。

10、 一种业务转移系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
电信网络设备, 用于接收业务请求消息, 根据该业务请求消息中的被叫 用户终端标识查询为该被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息标识; 并将所述业务请求消息和所述即时消息标识发送给即时通信网络设备;

11、根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述电信网络设备包括: 短信增值业务平台, 用于存储为用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消 息标识;
短信业务中心, 用于接收包括短信的短信发送请求消息, 在根据所述短 信发送请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识确定出该被叫用户终端开通了短信转 移业务时, 根据所述被叫用户终端标识, 从所述短信增值业务平台查询为所 述被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将该即时消息标识和所述短信发送 给即时通信网络设备。
12、根据权利要求 10所述的系统,其特征在于, 所述电信网络设备包括: 用户数据库, 用于存储用户终端是否开通了呼叫转移业务的信息, 以及 为已经开通了呼叫转移业务的用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息标 识;
交换设备, 用于接收呼叫业务请求消息, 根据所述呼叫业务请求消息中 的被叫用户终端标识从所述用户数据库查询为开通了呼叫转移业务的所述被 叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将所述呼叫业务请求消息和所述即时消 息标识发送给即时通信网络设备。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述交换设备和所述用 户数据库设置在固网交换机中; 或者
所述交换设备为移动交换中心, 所述用户数据库为归属位置寄存器或者 拜访位置寄存器。
14、根据权利要求 10所述的系统,其特征在于, 所述电信网络设备包括: 用户 /终端数据库, 用于存储用户终端是否开通了彩信转移业务的信息, 以及为已经开通了彩信转移业务的用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息 标识;
彩信中心, 用于接收包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息, 根据所述彩信发送 请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识从用户 /终端数据库查询为开通了彩信转移业 务的被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将所述彩信和所述即时消息标识 发送给即时通信网络设备。
15、 根据权利要求 10至 14中任一所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述即时 消息标识设置在即时消息转移标识中, 该即时消息转移标识中进一步包括: 即时消息接入标识;
则所述电信网络设备查询所述即时消息标识时, 获取所述即时消息接入 标识, 并根据该即时消息接入标识, 将所述即时消息标识和业务请求消息发 送给对应的即时通信网络设备。
16、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述即时通信网络设备 包括:
即时消息网关, 用于接收所述业务请求消息, 将该业务请求消息转换为 即时消息通信协议支持的业务信息, 并将该业务信息转发到对应即时消息用 户登录的即时消息终端。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述即时通信网络设备 进一步包括: 即时消息服务器, 用于接收即时消息网关发来的包括所述即时 消息标识的查询请求, 根据所述即时消息标识, 查询对应即时消息用户登录 的即时消息终端地址信息, 并将所述即时消息终端地址信息返回给所述即时 消息网关;
所述即时消息网关进一步根据所述地址信息将所述业务信息转发到对应 的即时消息终端。
18、 一种业务转移系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
电信网络设备, 用于接收包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息, 根据所述彩信 发送请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识查询为该被叫用户终端设置的即时消息 标识, 并存储所述彩信, 生成包括所述彩信存储地址的彩信通知, 将该彩信 通知和所述即时消息标识发送给即时通信网络设备;
即时通信网络设备, 用于接收所述彩信通知和所述即时消息标识, 将所 述彩信通知转换成即时消息, 并根据所述即时消息标识将该即时消息转发到 对应的即时消息终端。
19、根据权利要求 18所述的系统,其特征在于, 所述电信网络设备包括: 用户 /终端数据库, 用于存储用户终端是否开通了彩信转移业务的信息, 以及为已经开通了彩信转移业务的用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息 标识;
彩信中心, 用于接收包括彩信的彩信发送请求消息, 根据该彩信发送请 求消息中的被叫用户终端标识从用户 /终端数据库中查询为开通了彩信转移业 务的所述被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识, 并将所述彩信、 彩信转移原因 及所述即时消息标识发送给非彩信终端处理系统;
非彩信终端处理系统, 用于存储来自彩信中心的彩信, 在根据彩信转移 原因判断出需通过即时消息发送彩信通知时, 生成包括所述彩信存储地址的 彩信通知, 并将该彩信通知和所述即时消息标识发送给即时通信网络设备。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述即时通信网络设备 包括:
即时消息网关, 用于接收所述彩信通知和所述即时消息标识, 将该彩信 通知转换成即时消息, 并将该即时消息转发到对应即时消息用户登录的即时 消息终端。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述即时通信网络设备 进一步包括: 即时消息服务器, 用于接收即时消息网关发来的包括所述即时 消息标识的查询请求, 根据所述即时消息标识, 查询对应即时消息用户登录 的即时消息终端地址信息, 并将所述即时消息终端地址信息返回给所述即时 消息网关;
所述即时消息网关进一步根据所述地址信息将所述即时消息转发到对应 的即时消息终端。
22、 一种短信业务中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收包括短信的短信发送请求消息;
查询模块, 用于根据所述短信发送请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识查询 为所述被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消息标识;
发送模块, 用于将所述即时消息标识和所述短信发送给即时通信网络设 备。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的短信业务中心, 其特征在于, 所述查询模块 包括:
第一查询子模块, 用于在根据所述被叫用户终端标识确定所述被叫用户 终端开通了短信转移业务时, 通知第二查询子模块; 在根据该被叫用户终端 标识确定所述被叫用户终端未开通短信转移业务时, 通知所述发送模块; 第二查询子模块, 用于根据来自所述第一查询子模块的通知, 根据所述 被叫用户终端标识, 查询为所述被叫用户终端设置的业务转移对应的即时消 息标识;
所述发送模块进一步用于根据来自所述第一查询子模块的通知, 将所述 短信转发给所述被叫用户终端。
24、 一种短信增值业务平台, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收包括用户终端标识的短信转移业务查询信息; 查询模块, 用于根据所述用户终端标识查询为该用户终端设置的业务转 移对应的即时消息标识;
发送模块, 用于将查询到的即时消息标识反馈至所述查询信息的发送方。
25、 一种交换设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收呼叫业务请求消息;
查询模块, 用于根据所述呼叫业务请求消息中的被叫用户终端标识查询 为开通了呼叫转移业务的所述被叫用户终端设置的即时消息标识;
发送模块, 用于将所述呼叫业务请求消息和所述即时消息标识发送给即 时通信网络设备。
26、 一种非彩信终端处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收来自彩信中心的彩信、 彩信转移原因和即时消息标 识;
存储模块, 用于存储所述接收模块接收到的彩信;
彩信通知生成模块, 用于在根据所述彩信转移原因判断出需通过即时消 息发送彩信通知时, 生成包括所述彩信存储地址的彩信通知;
发送模块, 用于将所述生成的彩信通知和所述即时消息标识发送给即时 通信网络设备。
