步骤 202、 短信中心接收该请求;
步骤 203、 短信中心向归属位置寄存器(HLR )查询该手机是否注册了 该功能, 若是, 执行步骤 204; 若未注册, 则执行步骤 205;
如果第一终端注册了该功能, 则可以选择激活 (即成功启动该功能)或 暂不激活该功能(暂不启动该功能), 但是如果第一终端并没有注册该功能, 则不能激活该功能, 即不能成功启动该功能。
步骤 204、 短信中心接受该请求, 登记该第一终端的号码, 并反馈成功 信息; 结束;
步骤 205、 短信中心拒绝该请求, 并反馈失败消息。
第一终端在成功启动了该功能后, 可以将其标识信息包含在第一终端发 送给服务器的信息中。
在短消息协议规范中, TPUD被定义为在 MS与 SC之间传输的直接承载 短消息应用层数据的协议数据单元, TPUD—共有六种, 分别为: 发送短消 息 ( SM-DELIVER ) 、 短消息业务发送才艮告 ( SMS-DELIVER-REPORT ) 、 提交短消息( SM-SUBMIT )、短消息业务提交报告( SMS-SUBMIT-REPORT )、 短消 息业务命令 ( SMS-COMMAND ) 及短消 息业务状态 4艮告 ( SMS-STATUS-REPORT ) 。
SM-SUBMIT是 MS->SC方向的一种 TPDU,其基本的信息元包括:传输 协议的短消息类型标识(ΤΡ-ΜΉ ) 、 TP-RD (表示短信中心是否重复接收相 同的发送地址和接收地址的短信)、 TP-VPF (表示有效期是否有效)、 TP-RP (表示要求一个应答路径)、TP-UDHI(表示 TP-UD字段包含头信息)、TP-SRR (表示是否需要状态报告) 、 TP-MR (表示发送短消息) 、 TP-DA (表示目 标 SME的地址) 、 TP-PID (表示上一层的协议) 、 TP-DCS (表示用户数据 的编码方式) 、 TP- VP (表示短消息有效期) 、 TP-UDL (表示用户数据的长 度)和 TP-UD (表示用户数据, 即短消息内容) , 这些信息元定义了 MS向 SC方向的 TPDU中都包含了什么信息, 比如 TPUD类型、短消息目的地址等 等, 为了与这些信息元加以区别, 在 SM-SUBMIT信息元中定义了一个新的 信息元: TP-SRTR,用以标识终端发送给 SC的信息中是否启动了反馈接收端 状态的功能; 即 TP-SRTR为上述方法实施例中提到的标识信息; 当然, 本领 域的技术人员还可以通过增加其他新的信息元来实现该功能, 此实施例中的 TP-SRTR仅为示例。
结合对上述 SM-SUBMIT信息元的分析, 图 3给出了本发明提供的一种 能力格式示意图。
如图 4所示, 为本发明提供的源终端发送短信到短消息中心实施例的流 程图, 在该实施例中提到的 MS即为源终端, 该过程包括:
步骤 401、 MS向 MSC发送一条短消息;
该短消息中可以包括: SMS内容, 目的 SC地址, 以及是否激活反馈接 收端状态的功能的标识信息;
步骤 402、 MSC向 VLR查询 MS是否可以发送短消息;
步骤 403、 VLR向 MSC反馈相关信息;
如果 MS可正常发送短消息, 则提供 MSISDN号码;
步骤 404、 若 MS可正常发送短消息, 则 MSC向 IWMSC转发短消息; 短消息中包括 SMS内容、 源 MS的 MSISDN号码、 目的 SC地址, 以及 源 MS是否激活本功能。
步骤 405、 IWMSC向 SC转发短消息。
该短消息中包括 SMS内容、 第一终端的 MSISDN号码、 目的 SC地址, 以及第一终端 MS是否激活该功能。
至此, SC成功接收到第一终端发送的短消息, 需要注意的是, SC需要 记录第一终端是否启动该功能, 以及第一终端的短消息到达 SC 的时间 Time A。
SC成功接收到第一终端发送的短消息后,可以将该短消息发送给接收端 (目的终端) , 如图 5所示, 为本发明提供的短消息中心将短消息发送到目 的终端实施例的流程图, 该过程包括:
步骤 501、 SC向网关移动交换中心 (GMSC )发送短消息;
步骤 502、 GMSC向目的终端所属的 HLR查询路由信息;
步骤 503、 HLR返回确认信息;
如果查询成功, 则返回路由信息中包含目的 MS所在的 MSC号码, 以及 目的终端用户的国际移动用户识别码 (IMSI)、 本地移动用户识别码( LMSI ); 步骤 504、 GMSC向 MSC发送短消息;
GMSC需要根据获得的路由信息向目的 MSC发送短消息,其中包含 SMS 内容、 源 SC地址、 目的 MS的 IMSI或 LMSI;
步骤 505、 MSC向 VLR查询目的 MS的相关信息;
步骤 506、 VLR向 MSC返回确认信息;
步骤 507、 MSC向目的 MS转发短消息。
至此, SC成功将从源 MS (第一终端)发送的短消息转发给目的 MS (接 收端) 。
另外, 上述源终端发送短信到短消息中心的实施例和短消息中心将短消 息发送到目的终端的实施例可以合并为一个实施例, 即短消息中心将源终端 的短信发送到目的终端的实施例。
在 SC成功将从源 MS发送的短消息转发给目的 MS后, 还需要向源 MS 反馈该短消息是否已经成功地到达目的 MS, 若未成功到达, 还需要向源 MS 反馈目的 MS的当前状态。
在移动终端发送短信到短消息中心的实施例中已经说明, 如果源终端发 送的信息元中含有成功启动反馈接收端状态的功能的标识信息, 则 SC在接 收到源终端发送的短消息后, 记录该短消息到达的时刻 TimeA和源终端号 码 。 这样, 如果当前时间 -TimeA>TimeB, 源终端仍然未回复信息, 则 SC开 始获取目 MS的当前状态; 其中, TimeB为预设时间, 该预设时间可根据需 要动态调整。
如图 6所示,为本发明提供的短消息中心获取目的终端当前状态实施例 的流程图, 该过程包括:
步骤 601、 SC向目的终端归属的 MSC发起查询请求;
SC可以根据 HLR路由信息中的目的终端归属 MSC号,直接向目的终端 归属 MSC发起查询请求, 该请求中包括源终端号码、 目的终端号码;
步骤 602、 目的终端归属的 MSC向 VLR查询目的 MS的当前状态; VLR保存的是用户的动态信息和状态信息,以及从 HLR下载的用户的签 约信息。 当 MSC向其查询目的 MS的相关信息时, VLR就可以将这些相关 信息上报给 MSC; 其中, 上述相关信息包括 MS是否签约了 SMS业务, 是 否已经漫游, 是否已经关机以及是否已经停机等等;
步骤 603、 VLR向目的终端归属的 MSC反馈目的 MS的当前状态; 步骤 604、 目的终端归属的 MSC向 SC反馈目的 MS的当前状态。
至此, SC已经获取了目的 MS的当前状态, 在此之后, SC可以将获得 的目的 MS的当前状态转发给源 MS。如图 7所示, 为本发明提供的短消息中 心将目的终端的当前状态反馈给源终端实施例的流程图, 该过程包括:
步骤 701、 SC将获取的目的终端的当前状态反馈给源终端对应的 MSC; SC在获取目的终端的当前状态后, 将目的终端的当前状态、 目的终端号 码以及源终端号码反馈给源终端对应的 MSC;
步骤 702、 源终端对应的 MSC将目的终端的当前状态反馈给源终端。 源终端对应的 MSC收到 SC发送来的信息后, 根据源终端号码, 反馈该 目的终端的当前状态给源终端。
至此, SC完成了将目的终端的当前状态转发给源终端。
另外, 上述短消息中心获取目的终端当前状态的实施例和短消息中心将 目的终端的当前状态反馈给源终端的实施例可以合并为一个实施例, 即短消 息中心获取目的终端的当前状态, 并将其返回源终端的实施例。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中的第一终端即为源终端, 接收端即为目的终端。 本发明反馈接收端状态的方法, 通过服务器为第一终端开启反馈接收端 状态的功能, 使得服务器在接收端停机、 关机、 未注册等情况下, 可以获取 接收端的当前状态并反馈给第一终端。
如图 8所示, 为本发明反馈接收端状态系统实施例的结构示意图, 该系 统包括第一终端 81、 服务器 82和接收端 83 , 其中: 第一终端设置成向服务 器发送短信和接收服务器反馈的接收端的当前状态; 服务器设置成: 为第一 终端开启反馈接收端状态的功能; 以及在接收到第一终端发送的短信后下发 给接收端, 若自收到所述短信的时刻起, 在预设时间内, 未收到上述接收端 发送给上述第一终端的短信, 则获取上述接收端的当前状态, 并反馈给上述 第一终端。
其中, 所述第一终端还设置成向服务器发送启动该功能的请求; 所述服 务器还设置成在收到该请求后,向归属位置寄存器 HLR查询该第一终端是否 注册了该功能; 若是, 则为第一终端开启反馈接收端状态的功能; 若未注册, 则反馈启动失败信息。
另夕卜,上述系统还可以包括:接收端归属的移动业务交换中心 MSC和拜 访位置寄存器 VLR, 上述服务器还可以包括获取模块, 其中, 上述服务器的 获取模块可以设置成向接收端归属的 MSC发送查询请求以获取接收端的当 前状态; 接收端归属的 MSC的查询模块设置成根据接收的查询请求向 VLR 查询接收端的当前状态; 上述 VLR可以设置成向接收端归属的 MSC反馈接 收端的当前状态;接收端归属的 MSC的反馈模块可以设置成向服务器反馈接 收端的当前状态。 优选地, 上述 Λ良务器可以位于短信中心。
本发明反馈接收端状态的系统, 通过服务器为第一终端开启反馈接收端 状态的功能, 使得服务器在接收端停机、 关机、 未注册等情况下, 可以获取 接收端的当前状态并反馈给第一终端。
本发明还提供了一种服务器, 所述服务器设置成: 为第一终端开启反馈 接收端状态的功能; 以及在接收到第一终端发送的短信后下发给接收端, 若 自收到所述短信的时刻起, 在预设时间内, 未收到上述接收端发送给上述第 一终端的短信, 则上述服务器获取上述接收端的当前状态, 并反馈给上述第 一终端。
优选地, 上述 Λ良务器可以位于短信中心或彩信中心。
该服务器与反馈接收端状态的系统实施例中的服务器的功能相同, 在此 不赘述。
该服务器通过为第一终端开启反馈接收端状态的功能, 从而可以在接收 端停机、 关机、 未注册等情况下, 获取接收端的当前状态并反馈给第一终端。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上上述仅是本发明的优选实施方案, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润 饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明中, 服务器为第一终端开启反馈接收端状态的 功能, 使得服务器在接收端停机、 关机、 未注册等情况下, 可以获取接收端 的当前状态并反馈给第一终端。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种反馈接收端状态的方法, 包括:
服务器为第一终端开启反馈接收端状态的功能; 以及
所述服务器接收到第一终端发送的短信后下发给接收端, 若自收到所述 短信的时刻起,在预设时间内未收到所述接收端发送给所述第一终端的短信, 则所述服务器获取所述接收端的当前状态, 并反馈给所述第一终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的反馈接收端状态的方法, 其中, 服务器为第一 终端开启反馈接收端状态的功能的步骤包括:
所述第一终端向所述服务器发送启动反馈接收端状态的功能的请求; 所述服务器收到该请求后,向归属位置寄存器 HLR查询第一终端是否注 册了反馈接收端状态的功能; 若是, 则服务器为第一终端开启反馈接收端状 态的功能; 若未注册, 则服务器反馈启动失败信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的反馈接收端状态的方法, 其中, 所述服务器获 取所述接收端的当前状态的步骤包括:
所述服务器向接收端归属的移动业务交换中心 MSC发送查询请求; 接收端归属的 MSC根据接收的所述查询请求向拜访位置寄存器 VLR查 询接收端的当前状态;
所述 VLR向接收端归属的 MSC反馈接收端的当前状态; 以及
所述接收端归属的 MSC向服务器反馈接收端的当前状态。
4、根据权利要求 1-3任一权利要求所述的反馈接收端状态的方法,其中, 所述 Λ良务器位于短信中心中。
5、 一种反馈接收端状态的系统, 包括第一终端、服务器和接收端,其中: 第一终端设置成向服务器发送短信, 以及接收服务器反馈的接收端的当 前状态;
服务器设置成: 为第一终端开启反馈接收端状态的功能; 以及, 在接收 到第一终端发送的短信后下发给接收端, 若自收到所述第一终端发送的短信 的时刻起, 在预设时间内未收到所述接收端反馈给所述第一终端的短信, 则 获取所述接收端的当前状态, 并反馈给所述第一终端。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的反馈接收端状态的系统, 其中,
所述第一终端还设置成向服务器发送启动反馈接收端状态的功能的请 求;
所述服务器还设置成:在收到第一终端的请求后,向归属位置寄存器 HLR 查询该第一终端是否注册了反馈接收端状态的功能; 若是, 则为第一终端开 启反馈接收端状态的功能; 若未注册, 则反馈启动失败信息。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的反馈接收端状态的系统, 还包括: 接收端归属 的移动业务交换中心 MSC和拜访位置寄存器 VLR, 其中,
所述服务器还设置成向接收端归属的 MSC发送查询请求来获取所述接 收端的当前状态;
接收端归属的 MSC设置成: 根据接收的查询请求向 VLR查询接收端的 当前状态, 以及向服务器反馈所述接收端的当前状态;
所述 VLR设置成向接收端归属的 MSC反馈接收端的当前状态。
8、根据权利要求 5-7任一权利要求所述的反馈接收端状态的系统,其中, 所述 Λ良务器位于短信中心中。
9、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器设置成: 为第一终端开启反馈 接收端状态的功能; 以及, 在接收到第一终端发送的短信后下发给接收端, 若自收到所述短信的时刻起, 在预设时间内, 未收到所述接收端反馈给所述 第一终端的短信, 则获取所述接收端的当前状态, 并反馈给所述第一终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的服务器, 其中, 所述服务器位于短信中心中。
