Description

短消息的发送方法及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及移动通讯领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种短消息的发送方法及系统。 背景技术 在现有技术中, 演进的分组域系统(Evolved Packet System, 简称为 EPS) 网络不 提供电路交换业务, 因此 EPS网络的移动性管理实体(Mobile Management Entity, 简 称 MME) 并不能支持普通短消息的发送。 通常 EPS网络提供上网下载, 上传等数据 业务, 而电路交换网络提供语音通话, 短消息等业务。 而 EPS网络能给用户提供更高 峰值速率的数据业务, 因此较多使用数据业务的用户通常注册在 EPS网络, 然而在享 受高速数据业务的同时, 这些用户也需要接收短消息业务, 为了满足这一需求, 要求 注册在 EPS网络的用户同时也注册到能提供短消息业务的电路交换网络,如图 1所示, 短消息的发送过程如下: 从短消息业务中心 (Short Messaging Service- Service Center, 简称为 SMS-SC)发送到用于短消息发送的移动交换中心网关(Short Messaging Service- Gateway Mobile Switching Center, 简称为 SMS-GMSC), SMS-GMSC向归属用户服务 器 (Home Subscriber Server, 简称为 HSS) 查询终端的服务节点信息, 即移动交换中 心的地址和移动性管理单元的地址, 在获得地址后发送到移动交换中心 (Mobile Switching Center , 简称为 MSC), 再由移动交换中心发送到 MME, 最后由 MME将 短消息发送到终端。 以下将上述短消息的发送方案涉及到的网元作简单介绍: SMS-SC: 生成短消息内容, 根据短消息协议封装成短消息数据包。
SMS-GMSC:接收 SMS-SC发送的短消息数据包;能读取短消息数据包中的参数, 并检查参数; 向 HSS查询终端的路由信息(这里的路由信息指发送短消息经由的 MSC 禾口 MME标识);
HSS: 存储每一个签约用户的签约信息, 以及服务节点信息 (例如为终端提供服 务的服务节点 (MSC或 MME) 的标识);
MSC: 在电路交换网络为终端提供服务 (服务包括控制信令的发送, 短小发送, 移动性管理) 的核心网实体; MME: 在分组交换网络为终端提供服务 (服务包括控制信令的发送, 短小发送, 移动性管理) 的核心网实体。 在上述短消息发送机制中, 要求终端必须能同时在 EPS网络和电路交换网络注册 才能接收短消息业务。 这就要求在部署 EPS网络的同时还必须部署电路交换网络。 然 而在部署新网络的区域, 同时部署分组交换网络和电路交换网络会给运营商会增加运 营成本, 因此为了降低运营成本, 运营商需要在部署新的 EPS网络时, 不再同时部署 同覆盖的电路交换网络, 因此, 在这种场景下用户将无法接收短消息业务。 针对相关技术中的上述问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 针对相关技术中, 在仅有分组交换网络场景下, 无法实现短消息业务等问题, 本 发明提供了一种短消息的发送方法及系统, 以至少解决上述问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种短消息的发送方法, 包括: SMS-SC 将短消 息发送到 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC将短消息发送给 MME后, 所述 MME检测到终 端不可及时, 向 SMS-GMSC发送失败报告; 所述 SMS-GMSC接收所述发送失败报告 并向归属用户服务器发送短消息发送状态消息, 其中, 所述归属用户服务器根据所述 短消息发送状态消息设置等待数据; 在检测到终端由不可及转为可及时, 所述 MME 发送警告消息通知所述归属用户服务器终端可及; 所述归属用户服务器获知所述终端 可及后, 根据所述等待数据通知所述 SMS-SC终端可及, 其中, 所述 SMS-SC在获知 所述终端重新可及后, 重新发送所述短消息。 当终端处于以下之一状态时, 则确定为不可及: 所述终端在预定时间内未对所述
MME的寻呼作出响应; 所述终端的状态为去附着状态。 上述短消息发送状态消息包括: 所述终端的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI 和所述 SMS-SC的标识;或所述终端的外部标识和所述 SMS-SC的标识;或所述终端的 IMSI, 所述 SMS-SC的标识和发送失败的原因; 或所述终端的外部标识, 所述 SMS-SC的标 识和发送失败的原因。 上述等待数据包括: 所述终端的 IMSI或外部标识、 所述 SMS-SC的标识和第一 等待标识, 其中, 所述第一等待标识用于指示终端在分组交换网络中不可及。 上述等待数据还包括: 第二等待标识, 用于指示终端在演进分组交换网络中不可 及的原因。 上述警告消息包括: 终端的 IMSI或外部标识。 当终端处于以下之一状态时, 则确定为由不可及转为可及: MME接收到终端的 寻呼响应; 终端附着到网络。 当终端不可及时, 所述 MME在本地设置第一等待标识。 上述方法还包括: 在首次检测到所述终端可及时, 所述 MME将所述短消息直接 发送给所述终端。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种短消息的发送系统, 包括: SMS-SC、 SMS-GMSC MME和归属用户服务器, 其中, 所述 MME包括: 检测模块, 设置为 在 SMS-SC将短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC将短消息发送给 MME后, 检 测终端是否可及; 第一发送模块, 设置为在所述检测模块检测到终端不可及时, 向所 述 SMS-GMSC发送失败报告; 第一通知模块, 设置为在所述检测模块检测到终端由 不可及转为可及时, 通知所述归属用户服务器终端可及; 所述 SMS-GMSC包括: 第 一接收模块, 设置为接收来自于所述 MME的所述发送失败报告; 第二发送模块, 设 置为向归属用户服务器发送短消息发送状态消息, 其中, 所述归属用户服务器根据所 述短消息发送状态消息设置等待数据; 所述归属用户服务器包括: 第二接收模块, 设 置为接收来自于所述 SMS-GMSC 的所述短消息发送状态消息; 第二通知模块, 设置 为在获知所述终端可及后, 根据所述等待数据发送警告消息通知所述 SMS-SC终端可 及, 其中, 所述 SMS-SC在获知所述终端重新可及后, 重新发送所述短消息 上述第一发送模块, 还设置为在首次检测到所述终端可及时, 将所述短消息直接 发送给所述终端。 通过本发明, 采用短消息服务中心 SMS-SC 将短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC , SMS-GMSC在将短消息发送给 MME后, 利用检测到的终端是否可及, 指示 SMS-SC 重发上述短消息的技术手段, 解决了相关技术中, 在仅有分组交换网络场景下, 无法 实现短消息业务等问题, 使得在仅有分组交换网络覆盖的区域也能接收短消息业务。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1为根据相关技术的短消息的发送过程示意图; 图 2为根据本发明实施例的短消息的发送方法的流程图; 图 3为根据本发明实施例的短消息的发送系统的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 2为根据本发明实施例的短消息的发送方法的流程图。 如图 2所示, 该方法包 括: 步骤 S202, SMS-SC将短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC将短消息发送给 MME后, 所述 MME检测到终端不可及时, 向 SMS-GMSC发送失败报告; 步骤 S204, SMS-GMSC接收所述发送失败报告并向 HSS发送短消息发送状态消 息, 其中, 所述 HSS根据所述短消息发送状态消息设置等待数据; 步骤 S206, 在检测到终端由不可及转为可及时, MME通知所述 HSS终端可及; 步骤 S208, HSS获知所述终端可及后, 根据所述等待数据发送警告消息通知所 述 SMS-SC终端可及, 其中, 所述 SMS-SC在获知所述终端重新可及后, 重新发送所 述短消息。 上述处理过程, 由于在未部署电路交换网络的情况下, 也可利用 MME 和 SMS-GMSC将短消息发送给 MME, 使 MME将短消息发送给终端, 尤其是在终端不 可及时, 也可以指示 SMS-SC重发上述短消息的技术手段, 因此, 可以解决, 在仅有 分组交换网络场景下, 无法实现短消息业务等问题, 使得在仅有分组交换网络覆盖的 区域也能接收短消息业务。 上述步骤 S204 在具体应用时, 即检测到终端不可及时, MME 经由所述 SMS-GMSC向 HSS发送通知消息, 采用以下处理过程实现:
1、 当终端不可及时, MME在本地设置第一等待标识, 发送短消息发送失败报告 给 SMS-GMSC。 其中, 当终端处于以下几种状态时, 被认为是不可及: 1 ) MME寻呼 终端, 但是没有接收到终端对寻呼的响应, 即终端在预定时间内未对 MME的寻呼作 出响应; 2) 终端去附着; 上述第一等待标识为 U RE (用于指示终端在 EPS 网络不 可及): 该等待标识为布尔型变量, 在这里将其值设置为 "TRUE"。 其中, 上述去附着 的含义如下: 终端可以主动发起去附着请求给 MME, MME删除网络给终端分配的承 载, 将该终端的状态标识为去附着状态; 或者 MME在预定时间没有接收终端的信令 或数据, 会认为终端从网络去附着, 将该终端的状态标识为去附着状态。
2、 SMS-GMSC发送短消息发送状态报告 (消息) 给 HSS。 其中, 所述短消息发送状态消息包括以下信息: 所述终端的国际移动用户识别码
(International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 简称为 IMSI)和所述 SMS-SC的标识; 或者所 述终端的外部标识和所述 SMS-SC的标识; 或者所述终端的 IMSI,所述 SMS-SC的标 识和发送失败的原因; 或者所述终端的外部标识, 所述 SMS-SC的标识和发送失败的 原因。 其中, 上述 IMSI, 为移动通信网络内部使用的标识; 其余则为终端的外部标识, 即移动通信网络外部使用的标识。 外部标识的含义如下: 终端的外部标识是全球唯一 的标识, 主要用于在移动通信网络之外的应用服务器上标识终端, 其组成部分可以包 含运营商的标识以及随机串号。 终端的外部标识在移动通信网络内部对应唯一的终端 的 IMSI。 终端可以有多个外部标识, 例如终端支持多个应用类型, 每个应用在应用服 务器上都分配有不同的外部标识, 这也意味着, 一个 IMSI可以对应多个外部标识
3、 HSS将该终端的标识, SMS-SC的标识和等待标识保存为等待数据; 上述等待标识有两种设置方式: 1 )一个等待标识 U RE (相当于第一等待标识, 用于指示终端在 EPS 网络不可及): 该标识为布尔型变量, 在这里将其值设置为 "TRUE"。 2)两个等待标识 UNRE和 UNRR (相当于第二等待标识, 用于指示终端不 可及的理由): U RE设置为 "TRUE", U RR设置为 "寻呼无响应 "或"终端去附着"。 步骤 S206中的上述处理过程在具体应用时可以具体表现为以下处理过程: 1、 当 终端重新可及时(例如终端响应了 MME的寻呼), MME发送消息通知 HSS终端可及; 2、 HSS根据所述等待数据查询该终端对应的 SMS-SC, 发送消息通知 SMS-SC终端可 及; 3、 SMS-SC重发短消息,该重发过程包括: 1、 SMS-SC发送短消息到 SMS-GMSC; 2、 SMS-GMSC发送路由信息查询消息给 HSS; 3、 HSS发送路由信息给 SMS-GMSC, 路由信息中包含为终端提供服务的 MME标识; 4、 SMS-GMSC根据路由信息, 发送 短消息到 MME; 5、 MME将短消息发送到终端。 在本实施例中, 上述等待数据可以包括: 所述终端的 IMSI 或外部标识、 所述 SMS-SC 的标识和第一等待标识, 其中, 所述第一等待标识用于指示终端在演进分组 交换网络中不可及。但是并不限于此, 只要该等待数据满足使上述 HSS能够将终端重 新可及的状态通知给 SMS-SC即可。 上述等待数据的获取方式有多种, 可以在 HSS预先设置, 也可以根据 HSS接收 的上述通知消息中携带的信息设置, 还可以由 MME设置。 正如上面所述, 上述等待数据中可以包括第一等待标识, 但是有时为了能够使查 询方获知终端不可及的原因, 上述等待数据中还可以包括第二等待标识, 该第二等待 标识用于指示所述终端不可及的原因。 在步骤 S208中, 上述警告消息可以包括但不限于: 终端的 IMSI或外部标识。 当终端处于以下之一状态时, 则确定为由不可及转为可及: MME接收到终端的 寻呼响应;终端附着到网络。其中,终端附着到网络时,会发送附着请求信令给 MME, MME接收到终端的请求信令后, 认为终端可及。 从上述实施例可以看出, 上述处理过程主要是针对终端不可及时的处理方案, 但 是, 在首次便检测到终端可及时, MME可以将短消息直接发送给所述终端。 采用该 处理过程, 同样可以在仅有分组交换网络的情况下, 实现将短消息发送给终端。 在具 体应用时, 此种情况下的处理过程可以包括: 1、 SMS-SC发送短消息到 SMS-GMSC; 2、 SMS-GMSC发送路由信息查询消息给 HSS; 3、 HSS发送路由信息给 SMS-GMSC, 路由信息中包含为终端提供服务的 MME标识; 4、 SMS-GMSC根据路由信息, 发送 短消息到 MME; 5、 MME将短消息发送到终端。 在本实施例中还提供了一种短消息的发送系统, 用于实现上述实施例及优选实施 方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述, 下面对该装置中涉及到模块进行说明。 如以下所 使用的, 术语"模块"可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描 述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并 被构想的。 图 3为根据本发明实施例的短消息的发送系统的结构框图。 如图 3所示, 该系统包括: MME 10、 SMS-GMSC 20、 HSS 30 和 SMS-SC 40, 其中, MME 10包括: 检测模块 102, 连接至第一发送模块 104和第一通知模块 106, 设 置为在 SMS-SC 40将短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC 20, SMS-GMSC 20将短消息发送给 MME 10后, 检测终端是否可及; 第一发送模块 104, 设置为在所述检测模块检测到终端不可及时, 向所述 SMS-GMSC 20发送失败报告; 第一通知模块 106, 设置为在所述检测模块检测到终端由不可及转为可及时, 发 送警告消息通知所述 HSS终端可及;
SMS-GMSC 20包括: 第一接收模块 202, 与第一发送模块 104相连, 设置为接收 来自于 MME 10的所述发送失败报告; 第二发送模块 204, 与第二接收模块 302相连, 设置为向 HSS 30发送短消息发送状态消息, 其中, HSS 30根据所述短消息发送状态 消息设置等待数据;
HSS 30包括: 第二接收模块 302, 设置为接收来自于所述 SMS-GMSC 20的所述 短消息发送状态消息; 第二通知模块 304, 与第一通知模块 106相连, 设置为在获知 所述终端可及后, 根据所述等待数据通知所述 SMS-SC 40 终端可及, 其中, 所述 SMS-SC 40在获知所述终端重新可及后, 重新发送所述短消息 为了更好地理解上述实施例, 以下结合优选实施例详细说明。 实施例 1 本实施例中, HSS保存等待数据时使用 IMSI, 等待标识为 U RE和 UNRR, 具 体处理过程如下: 1、 SMS-SC构建短消息, 将短消息发送给 SMS-GMSC。 短消息中包含终端的标 识 IMSI, SMS-SC的标识和 SMS-SC需要发送的文本信息或多媒体数据;
2、 SMS-GMSC接收到短消息后, 读取短消息中的 IMSI, 将终端的标识包含在路 由信息请求消息中发送给 HS S ;
3、 HSS接收到路由信息请求消息后, 读取请求消息中的 IMSI, 使用该 IMSI在本 地数据库查找该 IMSI对应的 MME的标识, 然后将 IMSI以及对应的 MME的标识在 路由信息反馈消息发送给 SMS-GMSC;
4 SMS-GMSC收到路由信息反馈消息后,读取其中的 MME的标识,将从 SMS-SC 接收的短消息发送到该 MME;
5、 MME读取短消息中的 IMSI, 根据 IMSI查询本地的数据库, 获得该终端的状 态, 如果该终端处于空闲状态, 则 MME发送寻呼消息给终端, 终端接收到寻呼消息 后发送业务请求信令给 MME请求建立与 MME的 NAS (非接入层) 连接。 在 NAS 连接建立完成后, MME将从 SMS-GMSC接收到的短消息封装在 NAS信令 Downlink NAS transport 即短消息作为该 NAS信令的一个信息元发送给终端;如果该终端处 于连接状态, 则 MME直接将短消息封装在 NAS信令 Downlink NAS transport中, 发 送给终端;
6、 如果终端不可及, 即 MME查询该终端处于空闲状态, 发送寻呼消息以后, 5 分钟内未能收到终端的业务请求信令, 则认为终端未能响应寻呼; 或者 MME查询该 终端处于去附着状态时, 则在本地设置等待标识 U RE (UE Not Reachable in EPS), 将该标识的值设置为 "TRUE", 并发送短消息发送报告给 SMS-GMSC, 报告中包含以 下信息: A: 短消息发送状态: 设置为失败; B: 理由: 设置为终端未响应寻呼 (或终 端未附着, 在本实施例中以终端未响应寻呼为例); C: 终端标识: IMSI;
7、 SMS-GMSC接收到 MME发送的短消息发送报告后, 读取其中的内容, 如果 短消息发送状态为失败, 则发送短消息发送状态报告给 HSS, 报告中包含以下信息:
A: 短消息发送状态: 设置为失败; B: 理由: 设置为终端未响应寻呼; C: SMS-SC 标识: 设置为接收到该短消息中所设置的 SMS-SC的标识; D: 终端标识: IMSI;
8、 HSS本地维护一个等待数据库, 专用于保存短消息发送失败后的相关信息, 包 含终端的标识, 等待标识和短消息源 SMS-SC的标识。 在 HSS接收到 SMS-GMSC发 送的短消息发送状态报告后, 读取报告的内容, 如果短消息发送状态为失败, 理由是 终端不可及, 则将所接收到的报告中的 IMSI, SMS-SC的标识, 以及为该条等待数据 添加等待标识 U RE和 U RR (UE Not Reachable Reason), UNRE设置为 "TRUE", U RR设置为 "终端为响应寻呼",保存在等待数据中,使用 IMSI作为等待数据的索引;
9、如果在 MME设置等待标识 UNRE后, 终端响应了 MME发送的寻呼消息, 发 送业务请求信令到 MME后, MME清除本地的 UNRE标识, 并发送终端可及通知信 令给 HSS, 信令中包含: A、 终端标识: IMSIB、 终端状态: 终端可及;
10、 HSS接收到终端可以通知信令后, 如果信令中的终端状态为终端可及, 则根 据信令中的 IMSI查询等待数据, 获取以该 IMSI为索引的 SMS-SC的标识, 发送通知 信令给 SMS-GMSC, 信令中包含终端的标识 IMSI和 SMS-SC的标识; 11、 SMS-GMSC在接收到通知信令后,读取信令中的 SMS-SC的标识,根据标识, 发送通知信令到该 SMS-SC, 通知信令中包含终端的标识 IMSI;
12、 SMS-SC接收到通知信令后, 根据通知信令中的 IMSI, 查询需要发送到该终 端的短消息, 将该终端的短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC再将短消息发送到 MME, 然后有 MME发送到终端; 13、 终端接收到短消息后, 发送确认反馈信息给 MME, MME发送短消息发送报 告给 SMS-GMSC, 报告中包含: A: 短消息发送状态: 发送成功; B: 理由: 空; C: 终端标识: IMSI;
14、 SMS-GMSC接收到短消息发送报告后, 如果短消息发送状态是成功, 则发送 短消息发送报告给 SMS-SC, 报告指示终端的标识和短消息发送成功, 同时发送短消 息发送状态报告给 HSS, 报告指示终端的标识和短消息发送成功;
15、 HSS接收到 SMS-GMSC发送短消息发送状态报告后, 读取其中的消息, 如 果报告指示短消息发送成功, 则根据报告中的 IMSI查询等待数据, 将该 IMSI对应的 等待数据记录删除。 实施例 2 本实施例中, HSS保存等待数据时使用 IMSI, 等待标识为 U RE, 本实施例的具 体实现方案如下:
1、 SMS-SC构建短消息, 将短消息发送给 SMS-GMSC。 短消息中包含终端的标 识 IMSI, SMS-SC的标识和 SMS-SC需要发送的文本信息或多媒体数据; 2、 SMS-GMSC接收到短消息后, 读取短消息中的 IMSI, 将终端的标识包含在路 由信息请求消息中发送给 HS S ;
3、 HSS接收到路由信息请求消息后, 读取请求消息中的 IMSI, 使用该 IMSI在本 地数据库查找该 IMSI对应的 MME的标识, 然后将 IMSI以及对应的 MME的标识在 路由信息反馈消息发送给 SMS-GMSC; 4 SMS-GMSC收到路由信息反馈消息后,读取其中的 MME的标识,将从 SMS-SC 接收的短消息发送到该 MME;
5、 MME读取短消息中的 IMSI, 根据 IMSI查询本地的数据库, 获得该终端的状 态, 如果该终端处于空闲状态, 则 MME发送寻呼消息给终端, 终端接收到寻呼消息 后发送业务请求信令给 MME请求建立与 MME的 NAS (非接入层) 连接。 在 NAS 连接建立完成后, MME将从 SMS-GMSC接收到的短消息封装在 NAS信令 Downlink NAS transport 即短消息作为该 NAS信令的一个信息元发送给终端;如果该终端处 于连接状态, 则 MME直接将短消息封装在 NAS信令 Downlink NAS transport中, 发 送给终端; 6、 如果终端不可及, 即 MME查询该终端处于空闲状态, 发送寻呼消息以后, 5 分钟内未能收到终端的业务请求信令, 则认为终端未能响应寻呼; 或者 MME查询该 终端处于去附着状态时, 则在本地设置等待标识 U RE (UE Not Reachable in EPS), 将该标识的值设置为 "TRUE", 并发送短消息发送报告给 SMS-GMSC, 报告中包含以 下信息: A: 短消息发送状态: 设置为失败; B: 理由: 终端不可及; C: 终端标识: IMSI;
7、 SMS-GMSC接收到 MME发送的短消息发送报告后, 读取其中的内容, 如果 短消息发送状态为失败, 则发送短消息发送状态报告给 HSS, 报告中包含以下信息: A: 短消息发送状态: 设置为失败; B: 理由: 终端不可及; C: SMS-SC标识: 设置 为接收到该短消息中所设置的 SMS-SC的标识; D: 终端标识: IMSI;
8、 HSS本地维护一个等待数据库, 专用于保存短消息发送失败后的相关信息, 包 含终端的标识, 等待标识和短消息源 SMS-SC的标识。 在 HSS接收到 SMS-GMSC发 送的短消息发送状态报告后, 读取报告的内容, 如果短消息发送状态为失败, 理由是 终端不可及, 则将所接收到的报告中的 IMSI, SMS-SC的标识, 以及为该条等待数据 添加等待标识 U RE, U RE设置为 "TRUE", 保存在等待数据中, 使用 IMSI作为等 待数据的索引;
9、如果在 MME设置等待标识 UNRE后, 终端响应了 MME发送的寻呼消息, 发 送业务请求信令到 MME后, MME清除本地的 UNRE标识, 并发送终端可及通知信 令给 HSS, 信令中包含: A、 终端标识: IMSI; B、 终端状态: 终端可及; 10、 HSS接收到终端可以通知信令后, 如果信令中的终端状态为终端可及, 则根 据信令中的 IMSI查询等待数据, 获取以该 IMSI为索引的 SMS-SC的标识, 发送通知 信令给 SMS-GMSC, 信令中包含终端的标识 IMSI和 SMS-SC的标识;
11、 SMS-GMSC在接收到通知信令后,读取信令中的 SMS-SC的标识,根据标识, 发送通知信令到该 SMS-SC, 通知信令中包含终端的标识 IMSI; 12、 SMS-SC接收到通知信令后, 根据通知信令中的 IMSI, 查询需要发送到该终 端的短消息, 将该终端的短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC再将短消息发送到 MME, 然后有 MME发送到终端;
13、 终端接收到短消息后, 发送确认反馈信息给 MME, MME发送短消息发送报 告给 SMS-GMSC, 报告中包含: A: 短消息发送状态: 发送成功; B: 理由: 空; C: 终端标识: IMSI; 14、 SMS-GMSC接收到短消息发送报告后, 如果短消息发送状态是成功, 则发送 短消息发送报告给 SMS-SC, 报告指示终端的标识和短消息发送成功, 同时发送短消 息发送状态报告给 HSS, 报告指示终端的标识和短消息发送成功;
15、 HSS接收到 SMS-GMSC发送短消息发送状态报告后, 读取其中的消息, 如 果报告指示短消息发送成功, 则根据报告中的 IMSI查询等待数据, 将该 IMSI对应的 等待数据记录删除。 实施例 3 在本实施例中, 等待数据中使用终端的外部标识索引。 本实施例可以采用以下处 理过程实现短消息的发送: 1、 SMS-SC构建短消息, 将短消息发送给 SMS-GMSC。 短消息中包含终端的外 部标识, SMS-SC的标识和 SMS-SC需要发送的文本信息或多媒体数据;
2、 SMS-GMSC接收到短消息后, 读取短消息中的终端的外部标识, 将终端的外 部标识包含在路由信息请求消息中发送给 HSS;
3、 HSS接收到路由信息请求消息后, 读取请求消息中的终端的外部标识, 使用该 外部标识查询 HSS保存的内外部标识映射表, 获得该终端的 IMSI, 并使用该 IMSI在 本地数据库查找该 IMSI对应的 MME的标识, 然后将 IMSI以及对应的 MME的标识 在路由信息反馈消息发送给 SMS-GMSC;
4 SMS-GMSC收到路由信息反馈消息后,读取其中的 MME的标识,将从 SMS-SC 接收的短消息发送到该 MME; 5、 MME读取短消息中的 IMSI, 根据 IMSI查询本地的数据库, 获得该终端的状 态, 如果该终端处于空闲状态, 则 MME发送寻呼消息给终端, 终端接收到寻呼消息 后发送业务请求信令给 MME请求建立与 MME的 NAS (非接入层) 连接。 在 NAS 连接建立完成后, MME将从 SMS-GMSC接收到的短消息封装在 NAS信令 Downlink NAS transport 即短消息作为该 NAS信令的一个信息元发送给终端;如果该终端处 于连接状态, 则 MME直接将短消息封装在 NAS信令 Downlink NAS transport中, 发 送给终端;
6、 如果终端不可及, 即 MME查询该终端处于空闲状态, 发送寻呼消息以后, 5 分钟内未能收到终端的业务请求信令, 则认为终端未能响应寻呼; 或者 MME查询该 终端处于去附着状态时, 则在本地设置等待标识 U RE (UE Not Reachable in EPS), 将该标识的值设置为 "TRUE", 并发送短消息发送报告给 SMS-GMSC, 报告中包含以 下信息: A: 短消息发送状态: 设置为失败; B: 理由: 终端不可及; C: 终端标识: IMSI;
7、 SMS-GMSC接收到 MME发送的短消息发送报告后, 读取其中的内容, 如果 短消息发送状态为失败, 则发送短消息发送状态报告给 HSS, 报告中包含以下信息:
A: 短消息发送状态: 设置为失败; B: 理由: 终端不可及; C: SMS-SC标识: 设置 为接收到该短消息中所设置的 SMS-SC的标识; D: 终端标识: 终端的外部标识;
8、 HSS本地维护一个等待数据库, 专用于保存短消息发送失败后的相关信息, 包 含终端的外部标识,等待标识和短消息源 SMS-SC的标识。在 HSS接收到 SMS-GMSC 发送的短消息发送状态报告后, 读取报告的内容, 如果短消息发送状态为失败, 理由 是终端不可及, 则将所接收到的报告中的终端的外部标识, SMS-SC 的标识, 以及为 该条等待数据添加等待标识 U RE, U RE设置为 "TRUE", 保存在等待数据中, 使用 终端的外部标识作为等待数据的索引;
9、如果在 MME设置等待标识 UNRE后, 终端响应了 MME发送的寻呼消息, 发 送业务请求信令到 MME后, MME清除本地的 UNRE标识, 并发送终端可及通知信 令给 HSS, 信令中包含: A、 终端标识: IMSI; B、 终端状态: 终端可及;
10、 HSS接收到终端可以通知信令后, 如果信令中的终端状态为终端可及, 则根 据信令中的 IMSI查询内外部标识映射表, 获得终端的外部标识, 然后查询等待数据 库, 获取对应的 SMS-SC的标识, 发送通知信令给 SMS-GMSC, 信令中包含终端的外 部标识和 SMS-SC的标识;
11、 SMS-GMSC在接收到通知信令后,读取信令中的 SMS-SC的标识,根据标识, 发送通知信令到该 SMS-SC, 通知信令中包含终端的外部标识;
12、 SMS-SC 接收到通知信令后, 根据通知信令中的外部标识, 查询需要发送到 该终端的短消息, 将该终端的短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC再将短消息发 送到 MME, 然后有 MME发送到终端;
13、 终端接收到短消息后, 发送确认反馈信息给 MME, MME发送短消息发送报 告给 SMS-GMSC, 报告中包含: A: 短消息发送状态: 发送成功; B: 理由: 空; C: 终端标识: IMSI; 14、 SMS-GMSC接收到短消息发送报告后, 向 HSS发送短消息发送状态报告, 报告包含终端的外部标识和指示短消息发送成功;
15、 HSS接收到 SMS-GMSC发送短消息发送状态报告后, 读取其中的消息, 如 果报告指示短消息发送成功, 则根据报告中的 IMSI查询内外部标识映射表, 获得终 端的外部标识, 根据终端的外部标识查询等待数据, 将该 IMSI对应的等待数据记录 删除, 并将终端的外部标识反馈给 SMS-GMSC;
16、 SMS-GMSC接收到终端的外部标识后, 发送短消息发送报告给 SMS-SC, 报 告包含终端的外部标识和指示短消息发送成功。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种软件, 该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实 施方式中描述的技术方案。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种存储介质, 该存储介质中存储有上述软件, 该存储介质包括但不限于: 光盘、 软盘、 硬盘、 可擦写存储器等。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种短消息的发送方法, 包括:
短消息服务中心 SMS-SC将短消息发送到用于短消息发送的移动交换中心 网关 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC将短消息发送给移动性管理实体 MME后, 所 述 MME检测到终端不可及时, 向 SMS-GMSC发送失败报告;
所述 SMS-GMSC接收所述发送失败报告并向归属用户服务器发送短消息 发送状态消息, 其中, 所述归属用户服务器根据所述短消息发送状态消息设置 等待数据;
在检测到终端由不可及转为可及时, 所述 MME通知所述归属用户服务器 终端可及;
所述归属用户服务器获知所述终端可及后, 根据所述等待数据发送警告消 息通知所述 SMS-SC终端可及, 其中, 所述 SMS-SC在获知所述终端重新可及 后, 重新发送所述短消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 当终端处于以下之一状态时, 则确定为不可及: 所述终端在预定时间内未对所述 MME的寻呼作出响应;
所述终端的状态为去附着状态。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述短消息发送状态消息包括:
所述终端的国际移动用户识别码 IMSI和所述 SMS-SC的标识; 或所述终端的外部标识和所述 SMS-SC的标识;
或所述终端的 IMSI, 所述 SMS-SC的标识和发送失败的原因; 或所述终端的外部标识, 所述 SMS-SC的标识和发送失败的原因。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述等待数据包括:
所述终端的 IMSI或外部标识、 所述 SMS-SC的标识和第一等待标识, 其 中, 所述第一等待标识用于指示终端在分组交换网络中不可及。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述等待数据还包括: 第二等待标识, 用 于指示终端在演进分组交换网络中不可及的原因。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述警告消息包括: 终端的 IMSI或外部 标识。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 当终端处于以下之一状态时, 则确定为由不可及 转为可及:
MME接收到终端的寻呼响应;
终端附着到网络。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当终端不可及时, 所述 MME在本地设置 第一等待标识。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
在首次检测到所述终端可及时, 所述 MME将所述短消息直接发送给所述 终端。 一种短消息的发送系统, 包括: 短消息服务中心 SMS-SC、 用于短消息发送的 移动交换中心网关 SMS-GMSC、 移动性管理实体 MME和归属用户服务器, 所述 MME包括:
检测模块, 设置为在 SMS-SC将短消息发送到 SMS-GMSC, SMS-GMSC 将短消息发送给 MME后, 检测终端是否可及;
第一发送模块, 设置为在所述检测模块检测到终端不可及时, 向所述 SMS-GMSC发送失败报告;
第一通知模块, 设置为在所述检测模块检测到终端由不可及转为可及时, 发送警告消息通知所述归属用户服务器终端可及;
所述 SMS-GMSC包括:
第一接收模块, 设置为接收来自于所述 MME的所述发送失败报告; 第二发送模块,设置为向归属用户服务器发送短消息发送状态消息,其中, 所述归属用户服务器根据所述短消息发送状态消息设置等待数据;
所述归属用户服务器包括:
第二接收模块, 设置为接收来自于所述 SMS-GMSC 的所述短消息发送状 态消息; 第二通知模块, 设置为在获知所述终端可及后, 根据所述等待数据通知所 述 SMS-SC终端可及, 其中, 所述 SMS-SC在获知所述终端重新可及后, 重新 发送所述短消息
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中, 所述第一发送模块, 还设置为在首次检测 到所述终端可及时, 将所述短消息直接发送给所述终端。
