SMSGW 将短消息发送到 RN 标识指示的被叫号码的本地当前运营网络的 SMSGW;本地当前运营网络的 SMSGW将短消息通过被叫号码的当前 SMSC 发送给被叫号码。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种短消息号码携带实现系统, 包括: 被叫短消息中心 SMSC,用于接收发送给发生号码携带的被叫号码的短消息; 将短消息发送给号码携带移动交换中心 NPMSC; NPMSC, 用于将短消息发 送给被叫号码。 优选的, 该短消息号码携带实现系统还包括: 归属位置寄存器 HLR, 用 于向被叫 SMSC提供被叫号码的 NPMSC地址; 被叫 SMSC根据 NPMSC地 址, 将短消息发送给 NPMSC地址指示的 NPMSC。 优选的, NPMSC 包括: 标识获取模块, 用于获取被叫号码的网络 RN 标识, 在短消息的被叫号码前添加 RN标识; 发送模块, 用于将添加了 RN 标识的短消息发送给本地短消息互通网关 SMSGW, 并由本地 SMSGW将短 消息发送给被叫号码。 优选的, 标识获取模块包括: 查询获取模块, 用于使用被叫号码, 从号 码携带数据库 NPDB中查询并获取被叫号码对应的 RN标识。 优选的, 该短消息号码携带实现系统还包括: 本地短消息互通网关 SMSGW, 用于^ 1短消息发送到 RN标识指示的被叫号码的本地当前运营网 络的 SMSGW; 本地当前运营网络的 SMSGW, 用于将短消息通过被叫号码 的当前 SMSC发送给被叫号码。 本发明通过在现网中设置独立的管理号码携带用户的移动交换中心 NPMSC, 实现对号码携带用户的统一专门管理。 这样, 无须对被叫短消息中 心 SMSC进行改造, 被叫 SMSC在接收到传统的短消息后, 将短消息发送给 NPMSC, 由 NPMSC进行后续发送处理, 从而使得被叫 SMSC通过 NPMSC 即可实现对被叫号码携带用户的访问, 大大减少了对现网的改造, 也有效降 低了系统实现成本。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是根据相关技术的一种 NPHLR解决方案的示意图; 图 2 是 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携带实现方法的步骤流程 图; 图 3是才艮据本发明实施例的另一种短消息号码携带实现方法的步骤流程 图; 图 4是 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携出的处理流程图; 图 5是 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携入的处理流程图; 图 6是 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携带实现系统的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 参照图 2 , 示出了 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携带实现方法的 步 4聚流程图, 包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S202:被叫短消息中心 SMSC接收到发送给发生号码携带的被叫号 码的短消息; 步骤 S204:被叫 SMSC将短消息发送给号码携带移动交换中心 NPMSC; 本步骤中, 被叫 SMSC可以从归属位置寄存器 HLR获取 NPMSC的地 址, 将短消息发送给该地址的 NPMSC。 NPMSC用于独立地对号码携带用户 进行统一管理。 步骤 S206: NPMSC将短消息发送给被叫号码。 相关技术中, 在实现跨地域访问号码携带用户时, 需要对现网的各个短 信中心、 短信网关等进行改造, 改造工作量大、 ?丈造过程复杂、 成本高。 通 过本实施例, 在现网中设置独立的对号码携带用户进行统一管理的 NPMSC, 使得被叫 SMSC在被叫用户发生号码携带时,直接将短消息发送给 NPMSC, 再由 NPMSC进行后续处理, 从而无须对被叫短消息中心 SMSC及短消息网 关等进行改造, 即可实现对被叫号码携带用户的访问, 降低了系统实现成本。 参照图 3 , 示出了 居本发明实施例的另一种短消息号码携带实现方法 的步骤流程图, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S302: 被叫 SMSC接收发送给被叫号码的短消息; 步骤 S304:被叫 SMSC向被叫归属位置寄存器 HLR查询被叫位置信息, HLR判断被叫号码是否发生号码携带, 若是, 执行步骤 S306, 若否, 执行 步骤 S312; 步骤 S306: HLR返回被叫模拟位置的 NPMSC地址(即统一管理号码携 带用户的 MSC的地址, 而不是被叫号码的直接 MSC地址;), 被叫 SMSC继 续按照正常信令流程将短消息下发到模拟位置的 NPMSC; 被叫 SMSC通过从 HLR获取 NPMSC地址, 直接将短消息发送到对应 的 NPMSC, 大大减少了系统查找 NPMSC时间, 提高了系统效率。 步骤 S308: NPMSC收到短消息后, 根据被叫号码查询号码携带数据库 NPDB, 获得被叫号码当前签约的网络远端节点 RN标识, 并将短消息的被 叫号码前添加 RN标识后, 转发到本运营商短消息互通网关 SMSGW; 其中 NPDB可以单独设置, 也可以设置于 NPMSC中。 通过 NPDB , NPMSC能够高效快速地查找到被叫号码对应的 RN标识, 而通过 RN标识, NPMSC直接将短消息发送到相应的 SMSGW,从而有效提 高了 SMSGW定位准确性和系统执行效率。 步骤 S310: 本运营商 SMSGW接收到携带 RN标识的短消息后, 依据 RN标识将短消息经被叫号码当前签约运营商网络的 SMSGW, 转发到被叫 号码当前签约的 SMSC进行下发, 完成短消息发送流程; 步骤 S312: 当被叫 SMSC向被叫归属位置寄存器 HLR查询被叫位置信 息时, 如果被叫号码没有发生号码携带, 被叫 HLR返回被叫号码真实位置 MSC地址 (即被叫号码直接的 MSC的地址;), 被叫 SMSC按照正常流程将 短消息下发到真实位置的 MSC , 完成短消息发送流程。 需要说明的是, 上述过程中, 如果被叫 SMSC和被叫 HLR异地, 那么 被叫 SMSC 直接跨地域访问被叫 HLR, 进行位置信息查询。 同样地, HLR 才艮据被叫号码的携带情况向异地被叫 SMSC 返回真实位置或者模拟位置的 MSC地址。 相应于上述号码携带流程, 在发生号码携带的用户携入时, 当前签约运 营商网络的 SMSGW根据短消息的 RN标识将短消息投递到该 RN标识指示 的 SMSC; 该 SMSC收到短消息后, 去掉其中的 RN标识, 按照本网流程向 号码携带 NPHLR或 HLR发出查询请求(其中, NPHLR作为携入用户的 HLR 和移动性数据管理, 与现网的 HLR在网络中处于同等地位, 当外网用户携 入本网络后,对于 SMSC查询消息, NPHLR返回真实的 MSC地址;); NPHLR 向该 SMSC返回携带该携入用户真实位置的 MSC地址的响应消息; SMSC 收到该响应消息后, 直接将短消息投递到真实位置的 MSC进行下发。 其中, NPHLR和现网的 HLR可以合设, 也可以将 NPHLR单独设置, 单独设置 NPHLR有利于减少对现网的改造和影响。 本实施例实现了号码可携带跨地域短消息处理, 避免了本地号码可携带 实施后对异地非号码携带地区造成影响, 为更好地开展号码携带业务提供了 保障。 参照图 4, 示出了 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携出的处理流程 图。 本实施例中, 主、 被叫分属不同地区 (异地、 本地), 其中, 主叫号码为 异地运营商 A方的号码, 被叫号码为本地号码携带地区运营商 B方的号码, 被叫号码从 B携出, A和 B为不同的运营商。 本实施例的短消息号码携出处理流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 S402: 主叫号码的归属运营商 A的短消息中心 SMSC_A (异地) 从 MSC_A (异地)接收短消息; 步骤 S404: SMSC_A (异地) 收到短消息后, 判断被叫号码为运营商 B 的归属用户, 则将短消息转发到主叫运营商互通网关 SMSGW_A (异地;); 步骤 S406: SMSGW_A (异地)继续将短消息转发到被叫运营商 B互通 网关 SMSGW_B (异地 ); 步骤 S408: SMSGW_B (异地)将短消息转发到被叫运营商的短消息中 心 SMSC B (异地;); 步骤 S410: 被叫运营商的 SMSC_B (异地)接收到短消息后, 向被叫号 码归属的 HLR_B (本地) 查询被叫号码位置信息; 步骤 S412: 如果被叫号码未发生号码携带, HLR_B (本地)向 SMSC_B (异地)返回被叫号码真实位置的 MSC_B地址, SMSC_B (异地) 按照正 常流程将短消息下发到真实位置的 MSC_B; 如果被叫号码发生号码携带, HLR B (本地) 返回被叫号码模拟位置的 MSC_B地址, SMSC_B (异地) 继续按照正常信令流程将短消息下发到模拟位置的 MSC_B (本地;); 步骤 S414: 模拟位置的 MSC_B (本地) 收到短消息后, 根据被叫号码 查询 NPDB_B (本地), 获得被叫号码当前签约的网络 RN标识, 并将短消 息被叫号码前添加 RN标识后, 转发到短消息互通网关 SMSGW_B (本地;); 步骤 S416: SMSGW B (本地)收到携带 RN标识的短消息后, 依据 RN 标识将短消息发送到被叫号码当前签约运营商网络 X的 SMSGW_X (本地); 步骤 S418: SMSGW_X (本地)转发短消息到被叫号码当前签约网络的
SMSC X (本地), SMSC X (本地) 进行后续下发。 参照图 5 , 示出了 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携入的处理流程 图, 本实施例中, 被叫号码为本地号码携带地区携入号码。 本实施例的短消息号码携入处理流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 S502: 本地外网运营商 X互通网关 SMSGW_X根据接收到的短消 息的 RN标识,将短消息转发到被叫号码当前签约网络的 SMSGW_B(本地;); 步骤 S504: SMSGW B (本地 ) 将短消息投递到 SMSC B (本地 ); 步骤 S506: SMSC_B (本地) 收到短消息后, 去掉 RN标识, 按照本网 流程向 NPHLR_B (本地 ) 发送被叫号码位置查询请求; NPHLR B (本地 ) 向 SMSC_B (本地) 返回携带携入号码真实位置的 MSC地址的响应消息; 步骤 S508: SMSC B (本地) 收到响应消息后, 直接将短消息投递到真 实位置的 MSC_B进行下发。 参照图 6 , 示出了 居本发明实施例的一种短消息号码携带实现系统的 结构框图, 包括: 被叫短消息中心 SMSC602和 NPMSC604。 其中, 被叫 SMSC602 , 用于接收发送给发生号码携带的被叫号码的短消 息; 将短消息发送给 NPMSC; NPMSC604, 用于将短消息发送给被叫号码。 NPMSC独立地对号码携带用户进行统一管理。 优选的, 本实施例的短消息号码携带实现系统还包括: 归属位置寄存器 HLR606,用于向被叫 SMSC602提供被叫号码的 NPMSC地址。被叫 SMSC602 才艮据 NPMSC地址, 将短消息发送给 NPMSC地址指示的 NPMSC604。
HLR606 负责管理本网号码的签约数据和移动性数据管理。 当用户发生 号码携带出网络后, 将用户属性置 NP相关标记, 对于短消息中心 SMSC的 位置查询消息, 返回指向模拟位置的 MSC的地址或 GT。 另夕卜, 系统设置 NPHLR, 当外网用户携入本网络后, 对于短消息中心 SMSC的位置查询消息, NPHLR返回真实位置的 MSC地址或 GT。 NPHLR 可以和 HLR合设, 也可以单独设置 NPHLR, 以减少对现网的影响。 SMSC对于被叫号码是本网归属号码按照原来流程向 HLR进行路由查 询处理, 如果未发生号码携出, 按照原来流程将短消息下发到 HLR返回的 真实位置的 MSC; 如果发生号码携出, 则根据 HLR返回的模拟位置的 MSC 地址, 按照原有消息流程将短消息下发到模拟位置的 MSC进行后续处理。 对于外网携入号码, SMSC向 NPHLR进行路由查询, 并才艮据返回的真实位 置的 MSC地址进行消息下发。 优选的, 本实施例的短消息号码携带实现系统还包括: 本地短消息互通 网关 SMSGW608,用于将短消息发送到 RN标识指示的被叫号码的本地当前 运营网络的 SMSGW610; 本地当前运营网络的 SMSGW610, 用于将短消息 通过被叫号码的当前 SMSC发送给被叫号码。 优选的, NPMSC604包括: 标识获取模块, 用于获取被叫号码的网络远 端节点 RN标识, 将短消息的被叫号码前添加 RN标识; 发送模块, 用于将 添加了 RN标识的短消息发送给本地短消息互通网关 SMSGW608,并由本地 SMSGW将短消息发送给被叫号码。 优选的, 标识获取模块包括: 查询获取模块, 用于使用被叫号码, 从号 码携带数据库 NPDB中查询并获取被叫号码对应的 RN标识。
NPDB保存携入携出用户相关 RN信息等, NPDB可以单独设置, 也可 以内置于 NPMSC中。 当用户发生携带出网络后, 短消息中心 SMSC才艮据 HLR606返回的查询 响应中的 GT 号码或 NPMSC 地址, 将短消息直接下发到 NPMSC604。
NPMSC604查询 NPDB后, 将短消息的被叫号码前添力口 RN标识, 转发到本 地短消息互通网关 SMSGW608。 本地 SMSGW608按照被叫网络进行短消息 转发, 对于带有 RN标识的短消息, 才艮据 RN标识转发到本地当前运营网络 的 SMSGW610, 本地当前运营网络的 SMSGW610将短消息通过被叫号码的 当前 SMSC发送给被叫号码。 本实施例实现了号码可携带跨地域短消息处理, 避免了本地号码可携带 实施后对异地非号码携带地区造成的影响, 为更好地开展号码携带业务提供 了保障。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

6. —种短消息号码携带实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
被叫短消息中心 SMSC, 用于接收发送给发生号码携带的被叫号码 的短消息; 将所述短消息发送给号码携带移动交换中心 NPMSC;
所述 NPMSC , 用于将所述短消息发送给所述被叫号码。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:归属位置寄存器 HLR, 用于向所述被叫 SMSC 提供所述被叫号码的 NPMSC 地址; 所述被叫 SMSC才艮据所述 NPMSC地址, 将所述短消息发送给所述 NPMSC地址 指示的 NPMSC。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 NPMSC包括:
标识获取模块, 用于获取所述被叫号码的网络远端节点 RN标识, 在所述短消息的被叫号码前添加所述 RN标识;
发送模块, 用于将所述添加了 RN标识的短消息发送给本地短消息 互通网关 SMSGW, 并由所述本地 SMSGW将所述短消息发送给所述被 叫号码。
9. 才艮据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述标识获取模块包括: 查询获取模块, 用于使用所述被叫号码, 从号码携带数据库 NPDB 中查询并获耳又所述被叫号码对应的所述 RN标识。

本地短消息互通网关 SMSGW, 用于将所述短消息发送到所述 RN 标识指示的所述被叫号码的本地当前运营网络的 SMSGW;
所述本地当前运营网络的 SMSGW, 用于将所述短消息通过所述被 叫号码的当前 SMSC发送给所述被叫号码。
