一种发送彩信的方法, 装置和系统
技术领域 本发明涉及移动通信领域, 尤其是一种发送彩信的方法, 装置和系统。
背景技术
手机报是移动运营商与媒体单位合作的一项自有增值业务, 它以彩信通 信方式为主, ^ WAP (Wireles s Acces s Protocol , 无线接入协议)方式辅助浏 览, 向客户提供及时的、 便捷的新闻、 体育、 娱乐、 文化、 生活等各种资讯 服务。 客户可以随时收到报刊彩信并以醫方式直接阅读。 如附图 1所示, 是各种手机报彩信的网络架构示意图。 首先各类媒体生成手机报彩信, 通过 IP骨干网发送到各个 多媒体消息 服务中心(Mul t imedia Mes saging Service Center , MMSC) , 又称为彩信中心, 彩信中心保存手机报内容并为每个终端生成一个统一资源定位符 (URL ), 通 过短信中心将该 URL下发至终端。终端收到提示信息后通过 WAP网关(WAPGW ) 自动向彩信中心目标 URL发起 GET请求, 获取手机报内容。 从附图 1 中可以 看出, 终端获取手机报彩信需要经过 WAP网关和 IP骨干网。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现现有技术至少存在如下问题: 对于手 机报等这类内容相同, 但是接收方不同的群发类彩信业务一般在某个时间段 集中发送(比如早晚各发一次 ), 导致短时间内彩信中心会收到大量终端提取 彩信的请求消息, 因此 WAP网关到彩信中心的链路数和流量瞬间增大, 对 IP 骨干网流量瞬间冲击较大, 影响终端正常的业务访问, 降低终端用户体验。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供一种发送彩信的方法, 装置和系统。 用以 解决某个时间段群发彩信请求过大, 导致彩信中心和 WAP 网关之间的链路数 和流量短时间内过大的问题。 为解决上述问题, 本发明实施例提供一种发送彩信的方法, 其中包括: 根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获取所述群发彩信内容; 緩存所述群发彩信内容; 接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信内 容发送给所述第二终端。 本发明实施例还提供了一种发送彩信的装置, 包括获取模块, 緩存模块 和发送模块; 所述获取模块, 用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获 取所述群发彩信内容; 所述緩存模块, 用于緩存所述获取模块从彩信中心获取的群发彩信内容; 所述发送模块, 用于在收到后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求时, 将所述緩存模块緩存的彩信内容发送给所述第二终端。 本发明实施例还提供了一种彩信中心, 所述彩信中心包含接收模块, 标 识模块和发送模块; 所述接收模块用于接收群发彩信内容; 还用于接收当 醫 网关收到终端 提取群发彩信请求时转发过来的请求消息; 所述标识模块用于在给终端生成的用于提取所述群发彩信的 URL地址中 添加公共参数标识; 所述发送模块用于将所述添加了所述公共参数标识的群发彩信提取通知 消息发送给所述群发彩信内容对应的目的终端; 还用于在收到 WAP 网关转发 的终端提取群发彩信内容请求时, 将与所述公共参数标识对应的群发彩信内 容发送给所述 WAP网关。 本发明实施例还提供了一种彩信中心, 所述彩信中心包含第一发送模块 和第二发送模块; 所述第一发送模块用于针对同一群发彩信的所有目的终端生成相同的
URL并发送给所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端;
所述第二发送模块用于根据 WAP 网关转发的终端提取群发彩信的请求, 将所述群发彩信内容以及所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端信息发送给 WAP网关。 本发明实施例还提供一种发送彩信的系统, 所述系统包括业务媒体平台, 彩信中心, WAP网关; 所述业务媒体平台用于生成群发彩信内容; 所述彩信中心用于接收所述业务媒体平台生成的群发彩信内容; 所述 WAP 网关用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从所述彩信中心 获取所述群发彩信内容并緩存; 接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信内容发送给所述第二终端。
由上述技术方案可知, 本发明实施例通过由 WAP 网关緩存其通过第一终 端请求后, 从彩信中心获取的群发彩信内容, 对于后续第二终端提取所述群 发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的彩信内容发送给所述第二终端, 实现了减轻 WAPGW和 MMSC之间的信息流量, 节省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终端用 户体验的目的。

为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本发 明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于 本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围
实施例一、
如图 1所示:
S20 根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获取所述群发彩 信内容。 该第一终端提取群发彩信的请求是指请求将该群发彩信发送给该第 一终端的信息, 可用是第一终端发送的, 也可以是其它具有第一终端信息的 设备发送的。
彩信中心可以从业务媒体平台收到彩信内容, 收到彩信内容后, 彩信中 心会緩存彩信消息内容。 WAP网关可以在首次收到终端提取彩信的请求后, 将 请求消息转发给彩信中心, 并接收彩信中心根据请求消息发送的彩信内容。 S202、 緩存所述群发彩信内容。
WAP网关緩存所述群发彩信内容, 进一步的,还可以为緩存的所述群发彩 信内容指定緩存时间, 以便对于緩存的彩信内容进行生命周期控制, 例如定 期删除緩存的群发彩信内容等。
S203、接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信 内容发送给所述第二终端。 该第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求是指请求将 该群发彩信发送给所述第二终端的信息, 可用是第二终端发送的, 也可以是 其它具有第二终端信息的设备发送的。
由于群发彩信业务的特点是彩信内容相同, 但是接收方不同, 通过在 WAP网 关上緩存彩信内容后, 后续该群发彩信的所有目的终端都可以在 WAP 网关上 即可获得彩信内容, 不必再去彩信中心获取。
本领域技术人员可以理解, 不同用户可以通过不同的 WAP网关获取彩信。 由于用户通过哪个 WAP 网关获取彩信, 对彩信中心可能是不可知的, 因此只 要收到 WAP网关的获取彩信请求,彩信中心即将相应的彩信发送给相应的 WAP 网关。 这样可能存在多个 WAP 网关緩存同一份的群发彩信内容的情况, 只要 某个 WAP网关緩存了群发彩信内容, 该醫网关在收到后续终端提取所述群 发彩信请求时, 即可以将所述緩存的群发彩信内容发送给所述后续终端。
本发明实施例通过由 醫 网关緩存其通过第一终端请求后, 从彩信中心 获取的群发彩信内容, 对于后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述 緩存的彩信内容发送给所述第二终端, 实现了减轻 WAPGW和 MMSC之间的信息 流量, 节省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终端用户体验的目的。
实施例二、
本发明实施例二如图 3所示:
S30、 业务媒体平台生成群发彩信内容 (如手机报彩信)并将其发送给彩信 中心, 由于群发彩信内容相同, 只是接收方手机号不同, 可以为所述群发彩 信内容生成一个公共参数标识; 具体的, 业务媒体平台可以为附图 3 中的内容管理服务器; 在本实施例 中, 内容管理服务器为某个群发彩信内容(如某一期手机报彩信)生成了一 个公共参数标识, 如信息 ID(MSGID): 123456789, 群发彩信内容接收方的手 机号, 即所述群发彩信对应的 目 的终端的手机号为 137******, 138******139******^"; 本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 具体的公共参数标识可以有多种形式, 目的终端手机号数量可以大于 3个, 本发明实施例在此不做限定; 当然, 所述公共参数标识也可以由彩信中心生成, 业务媒体平台向彩信 中心提供群发彩信内容。
S3 彩信中心收到业务媒体平台发送的群发彩信内容, 緩存该群发彩信 内容, 向终端下发彩信提取通知, 并在为终端生成的彩信提取 URL地址时添 加所述公共参数标识; 对于收到的彩信内容, 彩信中心可以通过消息中是否包含公共参数标识 字段判断是普通彩信还是群发彩信。 如果未包含公共参数标识字段则为普通 彩信, 按照普通彩信流程处理。 若包含公共参数标识字段则为群发彩信。 在附图 3中可以看到, 彩信中心 MMSC推送(PUSH)的三个示例性的统一 资源定位符 URL中都包含了相同的 MSGID,—个更加具体的通知消息例子可以 如下: http: //218.200.246.105/XKmixqQ8FehA?msgid=123456789, 其中公共 参数标识 msgid=123456789, 可以是某个手机报业务的公共参数标识; 可以理解, 如果没有从所述业务媒体平台获得公共参数标识, 所述彩信 中心也可以通过其他彩信标识字段判断所述彩信是否为群发彩信, 并对群发 彩信分配公共参数标识, 添加到下发给终端的彩信提取通知消息中。
S32、 WAP 网关在首次收到终端提取彩信请求时, 解析得到提取群发彩信 请求 URL地址中的公共参数标识, 然后将终端请求转发到彩信中心, 彩信中 心将该公共参数标识对应的群发彩信内容, 即彩信消息体(body ) , 发送给 WAP网关, WAP网关在收到彩信中心响应后, 根据所述公共参数标识字段緩存 所述群发彩信内容;
在附图 3 , 步骤 S321中, 终端 1提取彩信(例如手机 彩信) 的请求为 该 WAP网关收到的针对该群发彩信内容的首次提取请求, 在 S322步骤中, 网 关将请求转发给彩信中心,从附图中的 S323步骤可以看出, MMSC返回了群发 彩信内容, 即彩信消息体给 WAP网关, ΨΑΡ网关在收到固 SC返回的群发彩信 内容后, 根据 MSGID緩存其收到的相应的群发彩信内容;
进一步的, WAP网关还可以为緩存的群发彩信内容指定緩存时间, 以便对 于緩存的群发彩信内容进行生命周期控制, 例如, 在緩存所述群发彩信内容 的时候, 同时启动緩存定时器, 在定时器超时后删除緩存内容, 从而避免緩 存内容过多影响系统性能和安全, 并保证消息的时效性。
在步骤 S324 中, WAPGW把包含群发彩信内容的彩信发送给终端 1 , S325-328为后续规范的信令流程, 在此不再赘述。
S33、 WAP网关再次收到提取彩信的请求时, 根据请求 URL中的公共参数 标识去查找对应的緩存的群发彩信内容, 如果找到緩存的群发彩信内容, 则 从緩存中提取出来, 通过获取的所述緩存的群发彩信内容对应的目的终端信 息, 将包含消息内容的彩信发送至相应的目的终端;
如步骤 S331中所示, 终端 1发送的 GET请求中包含有与终端 1相同的公 共参数标识 MSGID, WAPGW据此判断其是否緩存有该 MSGID对应的群发彩信内 容, 即彩信消息体;
在收到其他终端提取彩信的请求时, 确认緩存有相应的群发彩信内容后, WAP网关还可以对该终端进行鉴权;
如附图 3中步骤 S332所示, WAPGW通过向彩信中心发起终端身份鉴权请 求, 来对终端进行鉴权, 具体的, 可以在终端 Get请求的 Header中添加一个 鉴权标识字段: x-wap-mms- i d-auth , 在后续步骤中, 彩信中心收到带有鉴权 标识字段的请求时, 只需判断终端身份是否合法, 即是否是彩信中心存储的, 针对某个群发彩信有接收权限的目的终端, 来给予 WAPGW适当的反馈, 确定 是否给终端下发群发彩信内容。 WAPGW判断是否合法可以通过固 SC反馈的响 应状态码或者响应头部字段标识来完成。 对于合法的终端, 如果 WAP 网关只 緩存了彩信内容(如 Re t r i eve. Re s 消息体中的 cont ent部分), 则可以利用 经过鉴权后, 彩信中心返回的鉴权结果中包含的目的终端的地址(如接收号 码), 将其緩存的相应的群发彩信内容发送给该目的终端; 如果 WAP网关不仅 緩存了彩信内容, 而且还緩存了包含接收方地址字段的彩信消息, 如整个 Re t r i eve. Re s消息体, 则 WAP网关收到彩信中心返回的鉴权通过结果后, 将 緩存的彩信消息中的接收方地址替换为目的终端地址, 并将其緩存的相应的 群发彩信内容发送给终端; 对于彩信中心反馈不合法的终端, WAP网关直接拒 绝终端请求;
如步骤 S 334中所示, 由于 WAP网关緩存了包含彩信内容和接收方地址字 段的彩信消息, 如果终端 2鉴权通过, WAPGW通过将緩存的群发彩信中的接收 方地址字段中的终端信息修改为目的终端信息, 即将终端 1 的手机号替换为 终端 2的手机号, 将包含消息内容的群发彩信发送到终端 2。 由于彩信中心收到带有鉴权标识字段的请求时, 只需判断终端身份是否 合法, 而不再需要将对应的群发彩信内容发送给 WAPGW, 因此, 同样可以达到 减轻 WAPGW和 MMSC之间的流量, 节省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终端体 验的目的; 本领域技术人员可以理解, 在不需要由彩信中心对终端 2 进行鉴权的情 况下,醫网关找到緩存的群发彩信内容后, 可以直接将緩存的终端 1的手机 号替换为终端 2的手机号, 并将包含群发彩信内容的彩信发送给终端 2。
S 34、 后续对于任何该群发彩信的请求终端, 如终端 3提取彩信的请求, 都可以从 WAPGW获得緩存的群发彩信内容, 具体流程与 S33中的描述类似, 在此不再赘述。 该群发彩信的请求终端是指发送提取该群发彩信的请求的终 端。
本发明实施例通过由 WAPGW緩存其通过终端首次请求后, 从彩信中心获 取的群发彩信内容, 对于后续终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的 彩信内容发送给相应的终端, 实现了减轻 WAPGW和固 SC之间的信息流量, 节 省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终端体验的目的。
在 WAPGW緩存了相应的群发彩信消息体后, 对于后续其他终端提取所述 群发彩信的请求, 可以通过对原有信令消息进行改造, 实现由固 SC对所述后 续请求终端进行鉴权处理, 由于只是对原有信令进行了适当的改造, 依然遵 从原有的彩信提取信令流程, 能够实现在对现网信令流程较小改动的前提下 , 实现节省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终端体验的目的。
实施例三、 本发明实施例三如附图 4所示:

WAP 网关可以通过緩存包含接收方地址字段的彩信消息来实现对所述群 发彩信内容的緩存。
进一步的, WAPGW还可以为緩存的群发彩信内容指定緩存时间, 以便对于 緩存的群发彩信内容进行生命周期控制, 例如, 在緩存所述群发彩信内容的 时候, 同时启动緩存定时器, 在定时器超时后删除緩存内容, 从而避免緩存 消息过多影响系统性能和安全, 并保证消息的时效性。 另外, 也可以同时对 緩存的目的终端信息指定緩存时间, 该緩存时间和对应的緩存消息体相同。
543、 WAP网关再次收到终端提取请求时, 判断若存在所述请求中 URL对 应的緩存的群发彩信内容, 则进一步根据所述緩存的所有目的终端信息判断 所述发起请求的终端是否在所述緩存的目的终端信息中, 如果在, 则在获取 终端 2 的信息后, 通过修改所述緩存的群发彩信内容对应的彩信中的终端信 息为目的终端信息, 将群发彩信发送至相应的目的终端, 否则拒绝终端请求; 具体的, 在步骤 S432中, WAPGW在收到终端 2的 GET请求后, 判断是否 緩存了该 GET请求中的 URL对应的彩信消息体(body ), 如果是, 再判断该终 端是否在所述 URL对应或者该緩存的彩信消息体对应的终端列表中, 如果是, 则通过将群发彩信中的目的终端手机号修改为终端 2 的手机号, 将相应的彩 信发送给终端 2;
544、 后续对于任何该群发彩信的请求, 都可以利用相应的方法从 WAPGW 获得緩存的彩信内容并下发给对应的终端, 具体流程和步骤 S43 中的描述类 似, 在此不再赘述。
进一步的, 本发明实施例在步骤 S432中, 在确定緩存了对应的消息体并 且终端也在 URL或者緩存消息对应的终端列表中后, 还可以进一步由彩信中 心进行鉴权, 并根据鉴权后的结果确定是否给相应的终端发送彩信, 具体的 与彩信中心交互来进行鉴权的方法, 与前述实施例二中的步骤 S332-S333相 同, 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例通过由 WAPGW緩存其通过终端首次请求后, 从彩信中心获 取的群发彩信内容, 对于后续终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的 彩信内容发送给相应的终端, 实现了减轻 WAPGW和固 SC之间的信息流量, 节 省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终端体验的目的。
进一步的, 本实施例通过由 MMSC给所有群发彩信终端生成同样的 URL, 并将终端列表信息下发给 WAPGW,由 WAPGW来对请求终端是否是该群发彩信接 收终端进行鉴权判断, 减轻了 MMSC的负担。
实施例四 本发明实施例还提供了一种发送彩信的装置, 如图 5 所示, 该装置可以 是一种 WAP网关,所述装置包括:获取模块 501 ,緩存模块 502 ,发送模块 503; 所述获取模块 501 , 用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心 获取所述群发彩信内容; 所述緩存模块 502 ,用于緩存所述获取模块 501从彩信中心获取的群发彩 信内容;
所述发送模块 503 , 用于在收到后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求 时, 将所述緩存模块 502緩存的群发彩信内容发送给所述第二终端。
可选的, 所述装置还可以包括定时模块 504 , 用于对所述緩存的群发彩信 内容设定緩存时间, 从而可以对緩存内容进行生命周期管理。 本发明实施例装置通过由緩存模块 502緩存其通过第一终端请求后, 由 获取模块 501 从彩信中心获取的群发彩信内容, 对于后续第二终端提取所述 群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的彩信内容通过发送模块 503发送给所述第二 终端, 实现了减轻 WAPGW和 MMSC之间的信息流量, 节省带宽资源, 避免消息 阻塞, 提高终端体验的目的。
实施例五 本发明实施例还提供了一种群发彩信的装置, 如图 6 所示, 该装置可以 是一种 WAP网关,所述装置包括:获取模块 601 ,緩存模块 602 ,发送模块 603; 所述获取模块 601 用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心 获取所述群发彩信内容;

所述緩存模块 602 用于緩存所述获取模块从彩信中心获取的群发彩信内 容;
所述发送模块 603用于在收到后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求时, 将所述緩存模块 602緩存的彩信内容发送给所述第二终端。所述发送模块 603 具体可以包括: 查找单元 6031 , 修改单元 6032和发送单元 6033 , 所述查找 单元 6031用于在接收到后续第二终端提取群发彩信的请求时, 根据所述请求 URL中的公共标识查找到对应的緩存彩信内容; 所述修改单元 6032用于在所 述查找单元找到对应的緩存群发彩信内容后, 修改緩存的群发彩信内容对应 的彩信中的终端信息为所述第二终端信息; 所述发送单元 6033用于将包含消 息内容的彩信发送至所述第二终端;
所述发送模块 603还可以包括鉴权模块 6034 ,所述鉴权模块 6034用于在 所述查找模块 6031查找到对应的緩存彩信内容后, 进一步向彩信中心发送鉴 权请求, 对终端身份进行验证, 所述修改单元 6032和发送单元 6034根据鉴 权结果确定是否将包含群发彩信内容的彩信发送至所述第二终端, 具体鉴权 过程可以参考前述方法实施例 2中的描述, 在此不再赘述。 本发明实施例装置通过由緩存模块緩存其通过第一终端请求后, 由获取 模块从彩信中心获取的群发彩信内容, 对于后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信 的请求, 将所述緩存的彩信内容通过发送模块发送给所述第二终端, 实现了 减轻 WAPGW和 MMSC之间的信息流量, 节省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终 端体验的目的。
实施例六: 本发明实施例还提供了一种群发彩信的装置, 如附图 7 所示, 该装置可 以是一种 wap网关, 所述装置包括: 获取模块 701 , 緩存模块 702 , 发送模块 703; 所述获取模块 701 用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心 获取所述群发彩信内容, 并同时获取所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端 信息;
所述緩存模块 702用于緩存所述获取模块 701从彩信中心获取的群发彩 信内容, 并同时緩存所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端信息;
所述发送模块 703用于在收到后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求时, 将所述緩存模块 702 緩存的彩信内容发送给相应的终端; 所述发送模块 703 具体可以包括: 判断单元 7031 , 修改单元 7032和发送单元 7033; 所述判断 单元 7031用于判断接收到的后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求中 URL是 否存在对应的緩存的群发彩信内容, 如果存在, 进一步根据所述緩存的所有 目的终端信息判断所述发起请求的终端是否在所述緩存的目的终端信息中; 所述修改单元 7032用于在所述判断单元得到的结果为 "是" 时, 修改緩存的 所述群发彩信内容对应的彩信中的终端信息为所述第二终端信息; 所述发送 单元 7033用于将包含消息内容的彩信发送至所述第二终端;
所述发送模块 703还可以包括鉴权模块 7034 ,所述鉴权模块 7034用于在 所述判断模块 7031 查找到对应的緩存彩信内容并确认存在相应的终端信息 后, 进一步向彩信中心发送鉴权请求, 对终端身份进行验证, 所述发送单元 7033 根据鉴权结果确定是否将包含群发彩信内容的彩信发送至所述第二终 端, 具体鉴权过程可以参考前述方法实施例 2中的描述, 在此不再赘述。
实施例七: 本发明实施例提供一种彩信中心, 如附图 8 所示, 所述彩信中心包含接 收模块 801 , 标识模块 802和发送模块 803。
所述接收模块 801 用于接收包含公共参数标识的群发彩信内容; 还用于 接收当 WAP网关收到终端提取群发彩信请求时转发过来的请求消息;
所述标识模块 802用于在给终端生成的用于提取所述群发彩信的 URL地 址中添加公共参数标识; 所述发送模块 803 用于将所述添加了所述公共参数标识的群发彩信提取 通知消息发送给终端; 所述发送模块 803还用于: 在收到 WAP网关转发的终 端提取群发彩信内容请求时, 将与所述公共参数标识对应的群发彩信内容发 送给所述 WAP网关。 实施例八: 本发明实施例还提供一种彩信中心, 参考附图 9 , 所述彩信中心包含第一 发送模块 901和第二发送模块 902 ;
所述第一发送模块 901 用于针对同一群发彩信的所有目的终端生成相同 的 URL并发送给所述群发彩信的所有目的终端;
所述第二发送模块 902用于根据 WAP网关转发的终端提取群发彩信的请 求, 将所述群发彩信内容以及所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端信息发 送给 WAP网关。 实施例九: 本发明实施例还提供了一种发送彩信的系统, 参考附图 1 0 , 所述系统包 括业务媒体平台 1 001 , 彩信中心 1 002 , WAP网关 1 003 ; 所述业务媒体平台 1 001用于生成群发彩信内容; 例如手机报彩信内容; 所述彩信中心 1 002用于接收所述业务媒体平台 1 001生成的群发彩信内 容;
所述 WAP网关 1 003用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从所述彩信 中心 1 002获取所述群发彩信内容并緩存; 接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩 信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信内容发送给所述第二终端。 本发明实施例提供的发送彩信的系统通过由 雷 网关緩存其通过第一终 端请求后, 从彩信中心获取的群发彩信内容, 对于后续第二终端提取所述群 发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的彩信内容发送给相应的终端, 实现了减轻 WAPGW 和固 SC之间的信息流量, 节省带宽资源, 避免消息阻塞, 提高终端用户体验 的目的 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读 存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括如下步骤: 根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获取所述群发彩信内容; 緩存所述群发彩信内容;
接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信内 容发送给所述第二终端。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进 行限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技 术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的 ^"神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要求
1、 一种发送彩信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获取所述群发彩信内容; 緩存所述群发彩信内容;
接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信内 容发送给所述第二终端。
2、 如权利要求 1中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端提取群发彩 信的请求和第二终端提取群发彩信的请求中包含有所述群发彩信内容的公共 参数标识。
3、 如权利要求 2中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩信中心在给所述第 一终端和第二终端生成的用于提取所述群发彩信的 URL地址中添加所述公共 参数标识。
4、 如权利要求 3中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据第一终端提取群 发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获取所述群发彩信内容, 具体包括:
在收到所述第一终端提取群发彩信的请求时, 解析得到所述请求的 URL 地址中包含的公共参数标识, 将所述请求转发到彩信中心, 并接收所述彩信 中心根据所述公共参数标识下发的群发彩信内容。
5、 如权利要求 4中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收后续第二终端提 取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信内容发送给所述第二终端具 体包括:
接收到后续第二终端提取群发彩信的请求时, 根据所述请求 URL中的公 共参数标识查找到对应的緩存的群发彩信内容, 通过获取的所述第二终端信 息, 将包含消息内容的彩信发送至所述第二终端。
6、 如权利要求 4中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收后续第二终端提 取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的群发彩信内容发送给所述第二终端具 体包括: 接收到后续第二终端提取群发彩信的请求时, 根据所述请求 URL中的公 共参数标识查找到对应的緩存的群发彩信内容;
请求所述彩信中心对所述第二终端进行鉴权, 并在鉴权通过后, 通过获 取的所述第二终端信息, 将包含消息内容的彩信发送至所述第二终端。
7、 如权利要求 1中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端和第二终端 提取群发彩信的请求中包含有相同的 URL。
8、 如权利要求 7中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述相同的 URL由彩信 中心针对同一群发彩信的所有目的终端生成, 并发送给所述群发彩信的所有 目的终端。
9、 如权利要求 8中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据第一终端提取群 发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获取所述群发彩信内容, 进一步包括, 从彩信中 心同时获取所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端信息;
所述緩存所述群发彩信内容进一步包括, 同时緩存所述从彩信中心获取 的所述彩信内容对应的所有目的终端信息。
10、 如权利要求 9 中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收后续第二终端 提取所述群发彩信的请求, 将所述緩存的彩信内容发送给所述第二终端, 具 体包括:
接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求, 判断若存在所述请求中 URL对应的緩存的群发彩信内容, 进一步根据所述緩存的所有目的终端信息 判断所述第二终端是否在所述緩存的目的终端信息中, 如果在, 通过获取的 所述第二终端信息, 将群发彩信发送至所述第二终端。
11、 如权利要求 1-10所述的发送彩信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述緩存群 发彩信内容还包括: 为所述緩存的群发彩信内容指定緩存时间, 并根据所述 緩存时间对所述緩存的群发彩信内容进行生命周期管理。
12、 一种发送彩信的装置, 所述装置包括获取模块, 緩存模块和发送模 块; 所述获取模块, 用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从彩信中心获 取所述群发彩信内容;
所述緩存模块, 用于緩存所述获取模块从彩信中心获取的群发彩信内容; 所述发送模块, 用于在收到后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求时, 将所述緩存模块緩存的彩信内容发送给所述第二终端。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的发送彩信的装置, 其特征在于,
所述获取模块具体包括终端请求解析单元, 转发单元和接收单元; 所述终端请求解析单元用于对收到的第一终端提取群发彩信请求, 解析 得到所述请求的 URL地址中包含的公共参数标识; 所述转发单元用于将所述 收到的第一终端提取群发彩信请求转发到彩信中心; 所述接收单元用于接收 所述彩信中心根据所述公共参数标识下发的群发彩信内容;
所述发送模块具体包括查找单元, 修改单元和发送单元;
所述查找单元用于在接收到后续第二终端提取群发彩信的请求时, 根据 所述请求 URL中的公共标识查找到对应的緩存彩信内容; 所述修改单元用于 在所述查找单元找到对应的緩存群发彩信内容后, 修改緩存的群发彩信内容 对应的彩信中的终端信息为目的终端信息; 所述发送单元用于将包含消息内 容的彩信发送至所述第二终端。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的发送彩信的装置, 其特征在于,
所述获取模块进一步用于获取群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端信息; 所述緩存模块进一步用于緩存所述获取模块获取的所述群发彩信内容对 应的所有目的终端信息;
所述发送模块具体包括: 判断单元, 修改单元和发送单元;
所述判断单元用于判断接收到的后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求 中 URL是否存在对应的緩存的群发彩信内容, 如果存在, 进一步根据所述緩 存的所有目的终端信息判断所述第二终端是否在所述緩存的目的终端信息 中; 所述修改单元用于在所述判断单元得到的结果为 "是" 时, 修改緩存的 所述群发彩信内容对应的彩信中的终端信息为目的终端信息; 所述发送单元 用于将包含消息内容的彩信发送至所述第二终端。
15、 如权利要求 12-14所述的发送彩信的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还 包括定时模块, 用于对所述緩存的群发彩信内容设定緩存时间。
16、 一种彩信中心, 其特征在于, 所述彩信中心包含接收模块, 标识模 块和发送模块;
所述接收模块用于接收群发彩信内容; 还用于接收当 WAP网关收到终端 提取群发彩信请求时转发过来的请求消息;
所述标识模块用于在给终端生成的用于提取所述群发彩信的 URL地址中 添加公共参数标识;
所述发送模块用于将所述添加了所述公共参数标识的群发彩信提取通知 消息发送给所述群发彩信内容对应的目的终端; 还用于在收到 WAP网关转发 的终端提取群发彩信内容请求时, 将与所述公共参数标识对应的群发彩信内 容发送给所述 WAP网关。
17、 一种彩信中心, 其特征在于, 所述彩信中心包含第一发送模块和第 二发送模块;
所述第一发送模块用于针对同一群发彩信的所有目的终端生成相同的 URL并发送给所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端;
所述第二发送模块用于根据 WAP网关转发的终端提取群发彩信的请求, 将所述群发彩信内容以及所述群发彩信内容对应的所有目的终端信息发送给 WAP网关。
18、 一种发送彩信的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括业务媒体平台, 彩信中心, WAP网关;
所述业务媒体平台用于生成群发彩信内容;
所述彩信中心用于接收所述业务媒体平台生成的群发彩信内容; 所述 WAP网关用于根据第一终端提取群发彩信的请求, 从所述彩信中心 获取所述群发彩信内容并緩存; 接收后续第二终端提取所述群发彩信的请求 , 将所述緩存的群发彩信内容发送给所述第二终端。
