多媒体消息的处理方法及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种多媒体消息的处理方法及系统。 背景技术 多媒体消息业务是一种能够在手机和手机之间、 业务提供商和手机之间 以及手机和电子邮件( Email )服务器等其他应用服务器之间传送多媒体内容 的消息服务, 已经得到了广泛的应用, 为手机用户提供了及时快捷的服务, 同时也丰富了用户生活。 目前, 手机获取多媒体消息的设置有两种, 即, 自动获取和延时获取。 设置为自动获取时,手机收到多媒体消息中心( Multimedia Messaging Service Center, 简称为 MMSC )下发的通告消息, 自动向 MMSC发起获取请求, 获 取成功后, 向 MMSC发送通告响应消息, 表示该条多媒体消息到达最终流 程, MMSC出相应话单日志, 并删除多媒体消息控制信息, 终止流程; 设置 为延时获取时, 手机收到 MMSC下发的通告消息后不再自动发起获取请求, 而是由用户手动发起获取请求, 从收到通告消息开始到该条消息过期为止的 任何时间点, 用户都可以手动获取, 其中, 多媒体消息的有效期通常设置为 48小时, 即, 在这个有效期内用户都可以获取成功。 但是, 发明人发现上述的相关技术中, 设置为延时获取时, 如果由于收 到通告消息之后用户未及时(即, 在有效期内)获取多媒体消息而导致过期, 则 MMSC会触发过期操作, 删除多媒体消息控制信息, 终止流程。 可见, 这种情况业务失败, 对运营商来说, 无法收取该业务的费用, 损失了相应的 经济收入,对于用户来说, 过期之后用户再也没有机会去查看该多媒体消息。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种多媒体消息的处理方案, 以至少解决上 述的相关技术中由于网络侧存储的多媒体消息过期后被删除而影响运营商收 入和用户体险的问题。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种多媒体消息的 处理方法。 根据本发明的多媒体消息的处理方法, 包括以下步骤: 多媒体消息中心 MMSC向移动终端发送多媒体消息的通告消息; 在 MMSC检测到该多媒体 消息在预定时间内未被用户成功获取的情况下, MMSC将该多媒体消息通过 MM7接口转发至增值业务平台 VASP;以及 VASP存储接收到的来自 MMSC 的多媒体消息, 并向移动终端发送携带与多媒体消息对应的统一资源定位符 URL地址的提示短信。 优选地, VASP存储接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息包括: 将多媒体 消息存储在与移动终端对应的空间中。 优选地, 向移动终端发送携带与多媒体消息对应的 URL地址的提示短 信之前, 还包括: 通过 WEB发布获耳又与多媒体消息对应的 URL地址。 优选地, 预定时间小于多媒体消息在 MMSC中的有效期时间。 优选地, MMSC向移动终端发送多媒体消息的通告消息后, MMSC将 多媒体消息的转存状态设置为等待; 在预定时间内 MMSC没有接收到移动 终端对多媒体消息的获取请求的情况下, MMSC将多媒体消息的转存状态更 新为转存, 并将多媒体消息通过 MM7接口转发至 VASP; VASP接收到来自 MMSC的多媒体消息后,向 MMSC发送 MM7接口的响应消息;以及 MMSC 接收到 MM7接口的响应消息后, 将多媒体消息的转存状态更新为成功。 优选地, MMSC将多媒体消息通过 MM7接口转发至 VASP包括: 将多 媒体消息编码后通过 MM7接口转发至 VASP; VASP存储接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息包括: VASP对接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息进行 解码, 并将解码后的多媒体消息存储。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种多媒体消息 的处理系统。 根据本发明的多媒体消息的处理系统, 包括多媒体消息中心 MMSC和 增值业务平台 VASP, 其中, MMSC包括: 检测模块, 设置为在 MMSC向移 动终端发送多媒体消息的通告消息后, 检测该多媒体消息在预定时间内是否 被用户成功获取; 以及转发模块, 设置为在检测模块检测到该多媒体消息在 预定时间内未被用户成功获取的情况下, 将该多媒体消息通过 MM7接口转 发至 VASP; VASP包括: 存储模块, 设置为存储接收到的来自 MMSC的多 媒体消息; 以及发送模块, 设置为向移动终端发送携带与多媒体消息对应的 统一资源定位符 URL地址的提示短信。 优选地, 存储模块还设置为将接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息存储 在与移动终端对应的空间中。 优选地, VASP还包括: 获取模块, 设置为通过 WEB发布获取与多媒体 消息对应的 URL地址。 优选地, MMSC还包括: 编码模块, 设置为对多媒体消息进行 MM7接 口规范的编码, 并将编码后的多媒体消息发送给转发模块; VASP还包括: 解码模块, 设置为对接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息进行解码, 并将解 码后的多媒体消息发送给存储模块。 通过本发明, 釆用增加增值业务平台的方式, 解决了相关技术中由于网 络侧存储的多媒体消息过期后被删除而影响运营商收入和用户体验的问题, 延长了多媒体消息在网络侧的保存时间, 增加了系统便捷性和处理能力。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是 居本发明实施例的多媒体消息的处理方法的流程图; 图 2是 居本发明实施例的多媒体消息的处理系统的结构框图; 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息的处理系统的结构框图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例二的多媒体消息的处理系统的结构框图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例二的多媒体消息的处理方法的业务流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1是 居本发明实施例的多媒体消息的处理方法的流程图, 该方法包 括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S 102, MMSC向移动终端发送多媒体消息的通告消息; 步骤 S 104, 在 MMSC检测到该多媒体消息在预定时间内未被用户成功 获取的情况下, MMSC将多媒体消息通过 MM7接口转发至增值业务平台 ( Value Added Service Platform , 简称为 VASP ); 以及 步骤 S 106, VASP存储接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息, 并向移动 终端发送携带与多媒体消息对应的统一资源定位符 ( Uniform Resource Locator , 简称为 URL ) 地址的提示短信。 通过本发明实施例, 釆用增加 VASP (即, 相册) 的方式, 解决了相关 技术中由于网络侧存储的多媒体消息过期后被删除而影响运营商收入和用户 体验的问题, 延长了多媒体消息在网络侧的保存时间, 增加了系统便捷性和 处理能力。 例如, 在步骤 S 102之后, 当上述预定时间 (即, 设置的转相册时间) 到达时, 若移动终端还未获取该多媒体消息成功, 则 MMSC可以按照上述 方法将多媒体消息转存到 VASP, 并向移动终端发携带 URL的提示短信, 在 该多媒体消息在 MMSC中过期后,还可以通过访问 URL来查看在 VASP(即, 相册) 中存储的多媒体消息的内容, 提高了系统性能, 增加了用户体验。 优选地, 在步骤 S 106中, VASP存储接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消 息包括: 将多媒体消息存储在 VASP与移动终端对应的空间中。 例如, VASP 可以将多媒体消息存储在 VASP专门为该移动终端 ( 目的用户) 分配的独立 空间 (可以是预先设定的存储资源) 中。 该方法明确了 VASP为转存多媒体 消息的目的移动终端分配了单独的空间, 这样提高了系统的效率, 可操作性 强。 优选地, 在步骤 S 106中, VASP可以通过 WEB发布获取与多媒体消息 对应的 URL地址, 再向移动终端发送携带该 URL地址的提示短信。 例如, VASP可以将携带该 URL地址的提示短信通过短消息业务中心 ( Short Message Service Center , 简称为 SMSC )发送给移动终端。 该方法提供了一 种获取 URL的方式,使得用户可以通过访问 URL来查看多媒体消息的内容, 实现简单、 可操作性强。 优选地, 上述预定时间 (即, 转相册时间) 小于多媒体消息在 MMSC 中的有效期时间。 例如, 多媒体消息的有效期是 48小时, 但是这里的转相 册时间可以是 2小时, 即, 2小时内未获取, 即转相册。 优选地, 在步骤 S 102之后, MMSC可以将多媒体消息的转存状态设置 为等待; 在预定时间内 MMSC没有接收到移动终端对多媒体消息的获取请 求的情况下, MMSC可以将多媒体消息的转存状态更新为转存, 并将多媒体 消息通过 MM7接口转发至 VASP; VASP接收到来自 MMSC的多媒体消息 后, 向 MMSC发送 MM7接口的响应消息; 以及 MMSC接) 到 MM7接口 的响应消息后, 可以将多媒体消息的转存状态更新为成功。 本实施例通过在 MMSC侧设置多媒体消息的转存状态, 来区分每个多 媒体消息所处的状态, 从而使得检测多媒体消息是否被转发到相册的判断流 程更加有序, 提高了系统的准确率和有效性。 优选地, 在实施过程中, 步骤 S 106之后, 如果多媒体消息到达 MMSC 的有效期时, 用户还未来获取, MMSC还可以判断多媒体消息的转存状态是 否为成功; 若为成功, 则向多媒体消息的发送方发送成功的投递报告; 否则, 向多媒体消息的发送方发送失败的投递报告。 该方法使得多媒体消息的发送 方可以知晓发送结果, 完善了系统流程。 优选地, MMSC将多媒体消息通过 MM7接口转发至 VASP包括: 将多 媒体消息编码后通过 MM7接口转发至 VASP; VASP存储接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息包括: VASP对接收到的来自 MMSC的多媒体消息进行 解码, 并将解码后的多媒体消息存储。 本实施例中, MMSC与 VASP之间通过 MM7接口传送消息, 所以, 在 通过 MM7接口发送之前, 需要按照 MM7接口规范编码,从 MM7接口接收 到的消息也需要先按照 MM7接口规范进行解码, 该方法实现简单, 可操作 性强。 图 2是 居本发明实施例的多媒体消息的处理系统的结构框图, 该系统 包括: MMSC 22和 VASP 24, 以下对各网元进行详细说明。
MMSC 22包括: 检测模块 222 , 设置为在 MMSC 22向移动终端发送多 媒体消息的通告消息后, 检测该多媒体消息在预定时间内是否被用户成功获 取; 以及转发模块 224, 耦合至检测模块 222, 设置为在检测模块 222检测 到该多媒体消息在预定时间内未被用户成功获取的情况下, 将多媒体消息通 过 MM7接口转发至 VASP 24;
VASP 24包括: 存储模块 242 , 耦合至转发模块 224, 设置为存储接收到 的来自 MMSC 22的多媒体消息; 以及发送模块 244 , 耦合至存储模块 242 , 设置为向移动终端发送携带与多媒体消息对应的 URL地址的提示短信。 通过本发明实施例, 釆用增加 VASP 24的方式, 解决了相关技术中由于 网络侧存储的多媒体消息过期后被删除而影响运营商收入和用户体验的问 题,延长了多媒体消息在网络侧的保存时间,增加了系统便捷性和处理能力。 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息的处理系统的结构框图, 如 图 3所示, VASP 24还包括: 获取模块 246, 耦合至发送模块 244, 设置为通 过 WEB发布获取与多媒体消息对应的 URL地址。 优选地, MMSC 22的转发模块 224包括: 编码单元 2242 , 设置为对多 媒体消息进行 MM7接口规范的编码, 并将编码后的多媒体消息发送给转发 模块 224; VASP 24的存储模块 242包括: 解码单元 2422 , 设置为对接收到 的来自 MMSC 22的多媒体消息进行解码, 并将解码后的多媒体消息发送给 存储模块 242。 优选地, VASP 24的存储模块 242还设置为将接收到的来自 MMSC的多 媒体消息存储在与移动终端对应的空间中。 优选地, 上述预定时间 (即, 转相册时间) 小于多媒体消息在 MMSC 中的有效期时间。 例如, 多媒体消息的有效期是 48小时, 但是这里的转相 册时间可以是 2小时, 即, 2小时内未获取, 即转相册。 需要说明的是, 为了简单起见, 本发明实施例中的 VASP以下以 "相册,, 代称。 下面将结合实例对本发明实施例的实现过程进行详细描述。 实施例一 本实施例中, 多媒体消息的处理方法流程可以为: 首先, MMSC在给目 的用户 (即, 移动终端) 下发通告消息的同时, 设置定时器; 若在定时时间 (即, 预定时间或转相册时间)到达时, 目的用户仍未来获取, 则通过 MM7 接口将该多媒体消息转发到系统设定的增值业务平台 VASP (以下代称 "相 册"); 其次, 相册收到多媒体消息后将其存储于用户独立空间并通过 WEB 方式发布, 然后以短信方式将访问该消息的 URL地址发送给目的用户 (即, 多媒体消息的接收方), 使得目的用户可以通过访问上述 URL地址来查看该 多媒体消息。 在具体实施过程中, 相册可以与每个用户绑定, 为每个用户开辟单独的 空间, 这样可以较长时间的保存该多媒体消息, 相当于扩展了手机存储。 多媒体消息的处理系统可以包括: MMSC定时扫描模块、 MMSC MM7 接口编码及发送模块、相册 MM7接收及解码模块、相册存储模块、相册 WEB 发布模块、 相册短信提示模块, 下面对各模块进行详细说明。
MMSC定时扫描模块, 用于在下发通告消息时, 设定消息转相册状态为 "等待转相册" (即, 转存状态为等待); 然后定时扫描多媒体消息控制信息, 判断当前时间与 MMSC下发通告消息时间的差值, 在该差值大于系统设定 的转相册时间, 且多媒体消息的转相册状态为 "等待转相册"时, 修改该多媒 体消息的转相册状态为"转相册中"(即, 转存状态为转存), 以便避免重复扫 描, 并触发转相册流程。 具体地, 可以^ 1该多媒体消息按 MM7接口规范编 码后发到相册, 转相册成功后更新转相册状态为"成功转相册" (即, 转存状 态为成功)。如果多媒体消息由于用户未来获取而过期, 则判断该多媒体消息 的转相册状态是否为 "成功转相册,,, 若为"成功转相册,,, 则系统认为该条业 务成功。
MMSC MM7接口编码及发送模块, 用于按 MM7接口规范将多媒体消 息进行编码, 并将编码后的内容携带在 MM7接口消息 (例如, 可以是 MM7 Deliver.REQ消息) 中发送给相册。 相册 MM7接收及解码模块: 用于接收 MMSC发过来的上述 MM7接口 消息, 按 MM7接口规范进行解码, 得到多媒体消息附件。 相册存储模块, 用于将解码得到的多媒体消息附件存储于目的用户的独 立空间。 相册 WEB发布模块, 用于将多媒体消息附件通过 WEB发布, 并产生对 应的 URL地址。 相册短信提示模块, 用于向短消息业务中心 ( Short Message Service Center, 简称为 SMSC )发送短信提示, 其中, 短信内容包含访问该多媒体 消息的 URL地址。 本实施例 MMSC增加了未获取的多媒体消息转相册流程 (例如, 增加 相册设备,), 釆用这种方式, 对于用户来说, 转到相册的多媒体消息可以较 长时间保存, 避免过期未获取被系统删除无法查看的情况, 方便用户使用; 对于运营商来说, 转相册成功的业务相当于手机获取成功, 4巴原来由于过期 失败的业务变成了成功业务, 提高了成功率。 实施例二 本实施例结合了上述多个优选实施例的技术方案, 下面结合图 4和图 5 来详细描述。 图 4是根据本发明实施例二的多媒体消息的处理系统的结构框图, 如图 4所示, 多媒体消息的处理系统包括的实体有: 用户代理( User Agent , 简称为 UA , 例如, 用户手机终端或多媒体消息 业务 MMS终端), 用于通过无线网络发送和接收多媒体消息, 其中, 无线网 络和 MMSC釆用的是 MM1接口; 相册, 用于为每个用户开辟单独空间, 接收 MMSC通过 ΜΜ7接口发送 的多媒体消息, 将其存储于与用户对应的独立空间中, 并通过 WEB发布, 获取与该多媒体消息对应的 URL地址, 然后通过 SMSC将该 URL地址发送 给用户, 以便用户可以通过手机或者电脑访问该 URL来查看该多媒体消息;
SMSC, 用于发送短信给 UA;
MMSC, 用于多媒体消息的保存和转发, 对于一定时间内用户未来获取 的多媒体消息, MMSC将其转发到相册处理。 图 5是 居本发明实施例二的多媒体消息的处理方法的业务流程图, 以 UA 1和 UA_2两个手机终端间发送多媒体消息的业务过程为例进行说明, 其中, UA_2设置延时获取, 如图 5所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 1 , MMSC收到 UA_1向 UA_2用户发送多媒体消息 (例如, 携带 在用户提交请求 MMl_Submit.REQ消息中),向 UA_1返回提交成功响应(即, MMl Submit.RES消息;)。 步骤 2, MMSC存储多媒体消息, 设置过期扫描和转相册扫描操作 (例 如,对预定时间的设置),且设置该多媒体消息的转相册状态为"等待转相册", 并通过 SMSC向 UA_2下发通告消息(例如, MM I Notification.REQ消息;), 通知其获取多媒体消息。 步骤 3 , UA_2收到通告消息, 因设置延时获取, 向 MMSC返回通告响 应 (即, MMl_Notification.RES消息), 告知 MMSC延时获取。 步骤 4, MMSC定时扫描模块判断转相册时间到达, 并且该消息转相册 状态为 "等待转相册", 则触发转相册流程, 并将转相册状态改为"转相册中", 以防止重复扫描。 步骤 5 , MMSC将多媒体消息按 MM7接口编码。 步骤 6 , MMSC将编码后的内容通过 MM7接口消息 (例如,

MM7_Deliver.RES消息)后, 判定该转相册流程成功, 则将多媒体消息转相 册状态置为"转相册成功"。 步一骤 9,相册对 MMSC发送来的 MM7接口消息(即, MM7_Deliver.REQ 消息) 进行解码。 步骤 10, 相册将解码得到的多媒体消息存放于用户 UA_2独立空间, 并 通过 WEB进行发布, 得到对应的 URL地址。 步骤 11 , 相册将包含 URL地址的提示短信发送给 SMSC。 步骤 12, SMSC将短信发送给目的用户 UA_2。 步骤 13 , UA_2收到提示短信, 得知 UA_1发送过多媒体消息, 并可以 通过手机 WAP上网或者在电脑上通过短信中的 URL地址可以浏览该多媒体 消息。 步骤 14-16为用户在转相册之后有效期内来获取的情况, 这种情况与转 相册流程互不影响: 步骤 14 , UA_2用收到的通告消息获取多媒体消息。 步骤 15 , UA_2收到 MMSC的获取响应消息, 成功获取多媒体消息后, 向 MMSC发送用户确认消息(例如, MM l Acknowlegement.REQ消息;), 通 知 MMSC该条消息流程结束。 步骤 16, MMSC收到 UA_2的用户确认消息后, 终止流程, 出话单, 并 向 UA_1发送投递报告, 通知 UA_1多媒体消息获取成功。 步骤 17用户未获取多媒体消息而导致过期的情况: 步骤 17, MMSC定时扫描模块扫描该条多媒体消息到达过期时间, 判 断该条多媒体消息的转相册状态是否为 "转相册成功",若转相册状态为 "转相 册成功,,, 则确定该业务成功, 出话单并向 UA_1发送成功的投递报告; 若不 为"转相册成功,,, 则任务业务失败, 出话单并向 UA_1发送失败的投递 4艮告。 步骤 18, 多媒体消息过期后, UA_2无法通过通告消息获取该多媒体消 息, 但是可以通过相册下发的 URL地址去相册查看该多媒体消息。 综上所述, 本发明实施例涉及多媒体消息业务 ( Multimedia Messaging Service, 简称为 MMS ) 领域, 可以避免用户因来不及获取多媒体消息而导 致过期被多媒体消息中心删除的情况, 既可以提高业务成功率, 保障运营商 的利益, 又能方便用户, 提高用户满意程度。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

8. 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述存储模块还设置为将接收到 的来自所述 MMSC的所述多媒体消息存储在与所述移动终端对应的 空间中。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述 VASP还包括:
获取模块, 设置为通过 WEB发布获取与所述多媒体消息对应的 URL地址。
10. 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的系统, 其中,
所述 MMSC还包括: 编码模块, 设置为对所述多媒体消息进行 MM7接口规范的编码,并将编码后的所述多媒体消息发送给所述转发 模块; 所述 VASP还包括:解码模块,设置为对接收到的来自所述 MMSC 的所述多媒体消息进行解码, 并将解码后的所述多媒体消息发送给所 述存储模块。
