多媒体消息业务环境 ( Multimedia Message Service Environment , 简称 MMSE )中定义的相关接口协议有 8种( MM1 - MM8 ), 其中与 MMS直接相 关的接口协议有 MM1、 MM3、 MM4、 MM7。 MM1定义了 MMS用户代理和 MMSC之间的事务处理格式; MM3定义了多媒体消息业务中心和外部应用服 务器交互信息时的协议。 MM4接口协议用于不同多媒体消息系统的多媒体消 息业务中心之间的消息传递; MM7 用于定义多媒体消息 (MM, Multimedia Message ) 在多媒体消息业务中心与 MMS 增值业务提供商 ( MMS VAS applications )之间传递的消息格式。
为适应 SP发送多媒体消息时, 同样的内容订阅用户非常多的情况, 以及 用户在群发多媒体消息时, 同样的内容需要发送给多个用户的情况, 在多媒 体消息国际规范的基础上, 进一步扩展提出并建设了多媒体消息业务网关 ( MMSG ), 用于分发 SP的业务和用户群发的消息, 实现了 SP或用户到多媒 体消息业务网关的群发、 多媒体消息业务网关到多媒体消息业务中心的群发, 提高了多媒体消息的发送效率。
现有的 SP发送多媒体消息的流程如图 2所示, 具体步骤如下:

多媒体消息业务网关 310, 用于接收并存储服务供应商 SP提交的多媒体 消息, 以及转发存储多媒体消息的 URL地址;
多媒体消息业务中心 320,用于接收多媒体消息业务网关 310转发的 URL 地址, 并将该 URL地址通知终端。
接收多媒体消息时, 终端收到多媒体消息业务中心通知的 URL地址, 可 以根据该 URL地址去提取多媒体消息。
其中, 多媒体消息业务网关 310的结构如图 3B所示, 包括接收单元 311、 存储单元 312和转发单元 313:
接收单元 311 , 用于接收 SP提交的多媒体消息;
存储单元 312, 用于将接收单元 311接收到的多媒体消息进行存储; 转发单元 313 , 用于转发存储单元 312存储多媒体消息的 URL地址。 存储单元 312可以将接收单元 311接收到的多媒体消息存储到多媒体消 息业务网关 310 内部的存储介质中, 也可以将其存储到多媒体消息业务网关 310外部的存储介质中,而不再将多媒体消息转发并存储到多媒体消息业务中 心 320, 从而减轻多媒体消息业务中心的压力。
此外, 由于现有技术中, 对于多个用户订阅相同内容的多媒体消息的情 况, 多媒体消息业务网关需要转发多条相同内容的多媒体消息给多媒体消息 业务中心, 多媒体消息业务中心也要相应存储多条相同内容的多媒体消息, 这就给 MMSC造成了更大的压力。 而釆用本发明方案, 由于 MMSG的存储 空间比 MMSC的存储空间大, 故由 MMSG将多条相同内容的 MM存储到自 身内部的存储介质中也是可行的, 当然, MMSG也可以将多条相同内容的 MM存储到自身外部的存储介质中。 另外, 用于接收存储转发 MM的装置不 限于为 MMSG , 也可以为其它类似系统, 例如为另一个 MMSC (记为 MMSC2 ), 由 MMSC2接收并存储 MM, 以及转发存储 MM的 URL地址给 MMSC1; MMSC1再将 MMSC2转发来的 URL地址通知终端。 由于 MMSC2 的存储空间相对较小, 所以较佳地, MMSC2将多条相同内容的 MM存储到 自身外部的存储介质中。 更进一步较佳地, 为了节约存储介质的空间, 以及 使得 MMSC2也可以将接收到的多条相同内容中的一条 MM存储到自身内部 的存储介质中, 本发明实施例提出了如下的存储单元 312的结构。
存储单元 312的结构如图 3C所示, 包括判断模块 3121、 存储模块 3122 和索引生成模块 3123:
判断模块 3121 , 用于判断接收单元 311接收到的多媒体消息是否已存储 在存储介质中;
存储模块 3122, 用于在判断模块 3121的判断结果为否时, 将该多媒体消 息存储到存储介质中;
索引生成模块 3123 , 用于生成与存储模块 3122存储多媒体消息的 URL 地址对应的索引信息。
这样, 对于相同内容的多媒体消息, 存储单元 312可以在存储介质中存 储一条该多媒体消息, 并生成与订阅用户个数相等的与存储该多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索引信息, 终端用户根据 MMSC通知的 URL地址到存储介 质中按照该 URL地址对应的索引信息提取该多媒体消息, 提取成功后, 可以 删除该条索引信息, 也可以对该条索引信息进行标记, 表明该终端用户已提 取该多媒体消息, 当所有的索引信息都被删除或都被标记时, 说明所有订阅 该多媒体消息的终端用户都已经提取了该多媒体消息, 便可以将所有被标记 的索引信息以及该多媒体消息进行删除。
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供一种多媒体消息存储地址发送方法, 其流 程如图 4所示, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 410、 多媒体消息业务网关接收 SP提交的多媒体消息;
步骤 420、 MMSG将接收到的多媒体消息进行存储;
本步骤中, MMSG可以将该多媒体消息存储到其内部或外部的存储介质 中。
步骤 430、 MMSG转发存储该多媒体消息的 URL地址给 MMSC; 步骤 440、 MMSC将 MMSG转发来的 URL地址通知给终端。
其中, 步骤 420中将多媒体消息进行存储的过程包括步骤:
步骤 421、 判断该多媒体消息是否已存储在存储介质中;
步骤 422、 若已存储, 则生成与存储该多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索 引信息; 若未存储, 则将该多媒体消息存储到存储介质中, 并生成与存储该 多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索引信息。
依据上述多媒体消息存储地址发送系统及方法, 本发明实施例提供一种 多媒体消息发送方法, 其流程如图 5所示, 具体包括如下步骤:
步骤 510、 多媒体消息业务网关接收 SP提交的多媒体消息;
步骤 520、 MMSG将接收到的多媒体消息进行存储;
本步骤中, MMSG可以将该多媒体消息存储到其内部或外部的存储介质 中, 且对于相同内容的多媒体消息, 可以只存储一条该多媒体消息的内容, 同时生成与订阅用户个数相等的与存储该多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索引 信息, 具体过程与步骤 421和步骤 422相同, 此处不再赘述。
步骤 530、 MMSG转发存储该多媒体消息的 URL地址给 MMSC; 步骤 540、 MMSC将 MMSG转发来的 URL地址通知给终端; 步骤 550、 终端根据 MMSC通知的 URL地址提取多媒体消息;
本步骤中, 终端用户根据 MMSC通知的 URL地址到存储介质中按照该 URL地址对应的索引信息提取该多媒体消息, 提取成功后, 可以删除该条索 引信息, 也可以对该条索引信息进行标记, 表明该终端用户已提取该多媒体 消息。 当所有的索引信息都被删除或都被标记时, 说明所有订阅该多媒体消 息的终端用户都已经提取了该多媒体消息。
步骤 560、 终端提取多媒体消息成功后, 返回确认消息给 MMSC;
步骤 570、 MMSC接收到终端发来的确认消息后,生成话单,并向 MMSG 或类似系统以及其内部或外部的存储介质发送递送报告;
步骤 580、多媒体消息网关或类似系统接收到递送报告后,生成计费话单; 存储介质接收到递送报告后, 便可以将所有被标记的索引信息以及该多媒体 消息进行删除。
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供一种多媒体消息业务网关, 其结构见图 3B 所示, 包括接收单元 311、 存储单元 312和转发单元 313:
接收单元 311 , 用于接收 SP提交的多媒体消息;
存储单元 312, 用于将接收单元 311接收到的多媒体消息进行存储; 转发单元 313 , 用于转发存储单元 312存储多媒体消息的 URL地址。 其中, 存储单元 312可以将接收单元 311接收到的多媒体消息存储到多 媒体消息业务网关内部或外部的存储介质中。 见图 3C所示, 包括以下三个模 块:
判断模块 3121 , 用于判断所述接收单元 311接收到的多媒体消息是否已 存储在存储介质中;
存储模块 3122, 用于在判断模块 3121的判断结果为否时, 将所述多媒体 消息存储到存储介质中;
索引生成模块 3123 , 用于生成与所述存储模块 3122存储多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索引信息。
存储单元存储多媒体消息的方法同上, 此处不再赘述。 相应地, 本发明实施例还提供一种多媒体消息业务中心, 包括: 接收单 元, 用于接收多媒体消息; 判断单元, 用于判断所述接收单元接收到的多媒 体消息是否已存储在存储介质中; 存储单元, 用于在判断单元的判断结果为 否时, 将所述多媒体消息存储到存储介质中; 索引生成模块, 用于生成与所 述存储单元存储多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索引信息; 转发单元, 用于转 发存储单元存储多媒体消息的 URL地址。
所述存储介质处于: 所述多媒体消息业务中心内部; 或所述多媒体消息 业务中心外部。
通过本发明实施例提供的多媒体消息存储地址发送系统及方法, 可以在 多媒体消息业务网关 (或第二多媒体消息业务中心) 内部或外部设立专门的 存储介质, 用于存储多媒体消息, 而不再将多媒体消息转发并存储到第一多 媒体消息业务中心中, 减轻了第一多媒体消息业务中心的压力, 提高了第一 多媒体消息业务中心的利用率, 同时由于相同内容的多媒体消息可以仅存储 一条, 可以降低存储量, 从而提高多媒体消息发送的成功率。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种多媒体消息存储地址发送系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收存储转发装置, 用于接收并存储多媒体消息, 以及转发存储多媒体 消息的 URL地址;
第一多媒体消息业务中心, 用于接收所述接收存储转发装置转发来的 URL地址, 并将所述 URL地址通知终端。
2、如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接收存储转发装置包括: 接收单元, 用于接收多媒体消息;
存储单元, 用于将接收单元接收到的多媒体消息进行存储;
转发单元, 用于转发存储单元存储多媒体消息的 URL地址。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述存储单元将接收单元接 收到的多媒体消息存储到所述接收存储转发装置内或所述接收存储转发装置 外的存储介质中。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述存储单元包括: 判断模块, 用于判断所述接收单元接收到的多媒体消息是否已存储在存 储介质中;
存储模块, 用于在判断模块的判断结果为否时, 将所述多媒体消息存储 到存储介质中;
索引生成模块, 用于生成与所述存储模块存储多媒体消息的 URL地址对 应的索引信息。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接收存储转发 装置为:
多媒体消息业务网关; 或
第二多媒体消息业务中心。
6、 一种多媒体消息存储地址发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收存储转发装置接收并存储多媒体消息; 以及 转发存储多媒体消息的 URL地址给第一多媒体消息业务中心; 第一多媒体消息业务中心将所述接收存储转发装置转发来的 URL地址通 知终端。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收存储转发装置将接 收到的多媒体消息存储到自身的或外部的存储介质中。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收存储转发装置存储 接收到的多媒体消息包括:
判断接收到的多媒体消息是否已存储在存储介质中;
若已存储, 则生成与存储所述多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索引信息; 若未存储, 则将所述多媒体消息存储到存储介质中, 并生成与存储所述 多媒体消息的 URL地址对应的索引信息。
9、 如权利要求 6-8任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收存储转发 装置为:
多媒体消息业务网关; 或
第二多媒体消息业务中心。
10、 一种多媒体消息业务网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收多媒体消息;
存储单元, 用于将接收单元接收到的多媒体消息进行存储;
转发单元, 用于转发存储单元存储多媒体消息的 URL地址。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的多媒体消息业务网关, 其特征在于, 所述存储 单元将接收单元接收到的多媒体消息存储到所述多媒体消息业务网关内或所 述多媒体消息业务网关外的存储介质中。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的多媒体消息业务网关, 其特征在于, 所述存储 单元包括:
判断模块, 用于判断所述接收单元接收到的多媒体消息是否已存储在存 储介质中;
存储模块, 用于在判断模块的判断结果为否时, 将所述多媒体消息存储 到存储介质中;
索引生成模块, 用于生成与所述存储模块存储多媒体消息的 URL地址对 应的索引信息。
13、 一种多媒体消息业务中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收多媒体消息;
判断单元, 用于判断所述接收单元接收到的多媒体消息是否已存储在存 储介质中;
存储单元, 用于在判断单元的判断结果为否时, 将所述多媒体消息存储 到存储介质中;
索引生成模块, 用于生成与所述存储单元存储多媒体消息的 URL地址对 应的索引信息;
转发单元, 用于转发存储单元存储多媒体消息的 URL地址。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的多媒体消息业务中心, 其特征在于, 所述存储 介质处于:
所述多媒体消息业务中心内部; 或
所述多媒体消息业务中心外部。
