下面结合附图对本发明实施例发送消息的方法、 装置、 系统进行详细描述。 为更准确地表征发送给接收终端的消息已经发送成功, 本发明实施例提供 了一种发送消息的系统, 包括: 消息服务中心和消息发送装置。 其中,
其中, 所述消息服务中心, 用于将接收到的发送终端发送的消息下发给所 述消息发送装置, 所述消息中携带发送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟标识; 并将所 述消息发送装置重新构造的消息发送给接收终端。 其中, 所述接收终端虚拟标 识可以为接收终端虚拟专用移动网号码。

其中, 消息发送装置可以直接将接收状态报告发送给发送终端, 也可以通 过消息服务中心或其它网络实体转发接收状态报告给发送终端。 此时, 消息服 务中心, 还用于将消息发送装置构造的接收状态报告转发给发送终端。
另外, 消息服务中心可根据具体的应用场景选择不同的网络实体来实现, 例如该消息服务中心可以是多媒体消息服务中心、 短消息中心等, 本发明实施 例均以多媒体消息业务为例进行说明, 短消息等业务可以类似处理。 消息发送 装置也可根据具体的应用场景选择不同的网络实体来实现, 例如在具体应用中, 所述消息发送装置可以为虚拟专用移动网网关。
在上述实施例所述的系统中, 是通过消息发送装置来确认消息是否成功下 发给接收方终端, 并在下发成功时构造接收状态报告, 将所述接收状态报告发 送给接收终端。 因此, 本发明实施例能够更准确的表征发送给接收方手机终端 的多媒体消息已经递送成功。
为更准确地表征发送给接收终端的消息已经发送成功, 本发明实施例提供 了一种发送消息的系统, 如图 1所示, 包括: 消息服务中心 11和虚拟专用移动 网网关 12。 其中,
其中, 所述消息服务中心 11 , 用于将接收到的发送终端发送的消息下发给 所述虚拟专用移动网网关 12 , 所述消息中携带发送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟专 用移动网号码; 并将所述虚拟专用移动网网关 12重新构造的消息发送给接收终 端。
虚拟专用移动网网关 12 , 用于根据接收到的消息, 重新构造所述消息, 并 将所述重新构造的消息通过所述消息服务中心 11发送给所述接收终端; 并根据 所述重新构造的消息的下发情况, 构造发送给所述发送终端的接收状态报告, 并将所述接收状态报告发送给发送终端。
此外, 为避免发送终端接收到两次接收状态报告, 虚拟专用移动网网关 12 还用于在接收到消息服务中心 11发送的消息后, 向所述消息服务中心 11发送 响应消息, 并且在该响应消息中包括用于指示所述消息服务中心不向发送终端 发送接收状态报告的标识。 并且在重新构造所述消息的过程中, 所述虚拟专用 移动网网关 12可存储所述消息中携带的发送终端标识, 以准确的将构造的接收 状态报告发送给相应的发送终端。
其中, 虚拟专用移动网网关 12可以直接将接收状态报告发送给发送终端, 也可以通过消息服务中心 11或其它网络实体转发接收状态报告给发送终端。 此 时, 消息服务中心 11 , 还用于将虚拟专用移动网网关 12构造的接收状态报告转 发给发送终端。
另外,消息服务中心 11可根据具体的应用场景选择不同的网络实体来实现, 例如该消息服务中心可以是多媒体消息服务中心、 短消息中心等, 本发明实施 例均以多媒体消息业务为例进行说明, 短消息等业务可以类似处理。
在上述实施例所述的系统中, 是通过 VP顯网关来确认消息是否成功下发给 接收方终端, 并在下发成功时构造接收状态报告, 将所述接收状态报告发送给 接收终端。 因此, 本发明实施例能够更准确的表征发送给接收方手机终端的多 媒体消息已经递送成功。
本发明实施例发送消息的方法包括如下过程:
S10 VASP接收由消息服务中心下发的消息, 所述消息中携带发送终端标 识、 接收终端虚拟标识。 其中, 所述接收终端虚拟标识可以为接收终端虚拟专用移动网号码。
5102、 所述 VASP根据所述发送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟标识, 重新构造所 述消息, 并将重新构造的消息通过所述消息服务中心发送给所述接收终端。
以所述接收终端虚拟标识为接收终端虚拟专用网移动号码为例, 所述 VASP 重新构造消息的过程即是将所述消息中携带的发送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟专 用移动网号码分别转换为发送终端的虚拟专用移动网号码、 接收终端标识以得 到重新构造的消息。
并且, 在重新构造消息的过程中, 所述 VASP还可存储所述消息服务中心下 发的消息中携带的发送终端标识。 同时, 在所述重新构造的消息中可以携带要 求关于所述重新构造的消息的接收状态报告标识。
5103、 根据所述重新构造的消息的下发情况, 构造发送给所述发送终端的 接收状态报告, 并将所述接收状态报告发送给所述发送终端。
在此步骤中, 所述 VASP接收所述消息服务中心返回的关于所述重新构造的 消息的接收状态报告, 并获取存储的发送终端标识, 然后根据关于所述重新构 造的消息的接收状态报告和发送终端标识构造发送给所述发送终端的接收状态 报告。
其中, 所述接收状态报告可以由 VASP直接发送给所述接收终端, 或者通过 MSC发送给所述发送终端。
为了避免发送终端接收到两次接收状态报告, 在步骤 S101后, 所述方法还 可包括:
S101a、 VASP向所述消息服务中心发送响应消息, 在该响应消息中包括用于 指示消息服务中心不向发送终端发送接收状态报告的标识。 消息服务中心接收 VASP 的响应消息, 根据该响应消息中携带的不向发送终端发送接收状态报告的 标识, 不再向发送终端发送接收状态报告。
在本发明实施例所述的方法中, 通过 VASP来确认多媒体消息是否成功下发 给接收方终端, 并在下发成功时构造接收状态报告, 将所述接收状态报告发送 给接收终端。 因此, 本发明实施例能够更准确的表征发送给接收方手机终端的 多媒体消息已经递送成功。
其中,在上述实施例中,向 VASP发送消息的消息服务中心和向终端发送 VASP 重新构造的消息服务中心可以不为同一个消息服务中心。所述 VASP可以为 VP顯 网关(Vi r tua l Pr ivate Mobi le Network, 虚拟专用移动网)。 在以下的实施例 中, 以 VPMN网关为例, 消息中心为多媒体消息中心为例, 详细描述一下本发明 实施例发送消息的方法的实现过程。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例发送消息的方法, 包括:
S20 VPMN 网关接收由消息服务中心下发的消息, 其中所述消息中携带发 送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟专用移动网号码 ( VP顯号码)。
在本发明实施例中, 发送终端和接收终端可以为手机终端、 PDA ( Persona l Dig i ta l As s i s tant , 个人数字助理)等。 所述发送终端标识或接收终端标识可 相应的为发送终端号码或接收终端号码。
在多媒体消息业务中, S201所述 VP顯网关接收由消息服务中心下发的发送 终端的消息具体为:
S201 发送终端给 MMSC发送消息, 该消息中携带发送终端标识和接收终 端虚拟专用移动网 VPMN号码。 此外, 为了使得 VP顯网关准确的获知发送终端 对于接收状态报告的需求, 在所述消息中还可包括发送终端请求传递接收状态 报告的指示。
S2012、 丽 SC判断被叫是虚拟专用移动网 VPMN号码, 将该消息转发给 VPMN 网关。
S202、 VPMN 网关根据所述发送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟专用网移动号码, 重新构造所述消息, 并将重新构造的消息通过所述消息服务中心发送给所述接 收终端。
在此步骤中, VPMN 网关将所述消息中携带的发送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟 专用移动网号码分别转换为发送终端的虚拟专用移动网号码、 接收终端标识得 到重新构造的消息。
另外, 在重新构造消息的过程中, 虚拟专用移动网网关可存储所述消息中 携带的发送终端标识, 以准确的将构造的接收状态报告发送给相应的发送终端。
S203、 根据所述重新构造的消息的下发情况, 构造发送给所述发送终端的 接收状态报告, 并将所述接收状态报告发送给所述发送终端。
在此步骤中, VPMN 网关可首先接收所述消息服务中心返回的关于所述重新 构造的消息的接收状态报告, 然后获取存储的发送终端标识, 再根据关于所述 重新构造的消息的接收状态报告和发送终端标识构造发送给所述发送终端的接 收状态报告。
具体的, 若关于所述重新构造的消息的接收状态报告表示重新构造的消息 的下发成功, 即接收终端成功接收消息, 则会在所述接收状态报告中表示接收 终端接收消息成功。 若关于所述重新构造的消息的接收状态报告表示重新构造 的消息的下发失败, 即接收终端接收消息失败, 则会在接收状态报告中表示接 收终端接收消息失败。
在向所述发送终端发送接收状态报告的过程中, VPMN 网关可直接将接收状 态报告发送给发送终端; 或者, 所述 VPMN网关通过消息服务中心和其它网络实 体将接收状态报告发送给发送终端。 在本发明实施例中, VP顯 网关构造的接收 状态报告可为短消息、 多媒体消息状态报告或增强信息。
为了避免发送终端接收到两次接收状态报告,如图 3所示,在步骤 S201后, 所述方法还可包括:
S201a、 VPMN网关向所述消息服务中心发送响应消息, 在该响应消息中包括 用于指示消息服务中心不向发送终端发送接收状态报告的标识。 消息服务中心 接收 VP顯网关的响应消息, 根据该响应消息中携带的不向发送终端发送接收状 态报告的标识, 不再向发送终端发送接收状态报告。
在本发明实施例所述的方法中, 通过 VP顯网关来确认多媒体消息是否成功 下发给接收方终端, 并在下发成功时构造接收状态报告, 将所述接收状态报告 发送给接收终端。 因此, 本发明实施例能够更准确的表征发送给接收方手机终 端的多媒体消息已经递送成功。
以下以发送终端 13811111111给接收终端 13811111112发送多媒体消息为 例,对本发明实施例发送消息的方法进行描述。终端 13811111111和 13811111112 归属同一 VPMN集团, 13811111111对应的 VPMN号码为 111111 , 13811111112对 应的 VP顯号码为 111112。 其中的消息服务中心为多媒体消息服务中心。 如图 4 所示, 包括:
(1)发送终端输入接收终端地址 111112 ,提交消息到 MMSC,请求 M0 ( Mobi le Or ig ina ted, 终端发起)状态 4艮告。
(2) MMSC收到所述消息,确定发送终端为 13811111111 ,接收终端为 111112。 MMSC给发送终端返回应答, 标识消息提交成功。
(3)丽 SC根据接收终端地址 111112将多媒体消息路由转发给 VPMN网关,并 在消息中标识发送终端是否请求了 M0状态报告。 此实施例中, 消息中标识发送 终端请求了 M0状态报告。
(4) VP顯网关收到转发的消息, 确定发送终端为 13811111111 , 接收终端为 111112。 VPMN网关给 MMSC返回应答, 标识转发成功, 并在消息中标识不允许向 发送终端发送 M0状态 ^艮告。
MMSC收到来自 VPMN网关的 AT (Appl ica t ion Terminated, 应用终止)转发 消息应答, 判断不允许向发送终端传递 M0状态 告, 则不再向发送终端发起 M0 状态报告。
(5) VPMN网关完成长短号的获取和转换, 将 13811111111转化为 VPMN号码 111111 , 将 VPMN号码 111112转化为 13811111112 , 并重新构造多媒体消息, 发 送终端为 111111 , 接收终端为 13811111112。
(6) VPMN 网关提交新构造的多媒体消息到 MMSC , 请求 AO (Appl ica t ion Or ig inated,应用发起)状态报告。
(7) MMSC收到提交消息,发送终端为 111111 ,接收终端为 13811111112。 MMSC 给 VPMN网关返回应答, 标识提交成功。
(8)丽 SC 完成 MT (Mobi le Terminated,终端终止)多媒体消息的下发, 接收 终端 13811111112收到多媒体消息, 发送终端为 111111。
(9)丽 SC向 VP顯发起 AO状态报告,标识多媒体消息已经成功发送到接收终 端 13811111112。
(10) VPMN网关收到 AO状态报告后, 根据业务最终递送状态, 进行相应的计 费处理后, 继续向发送终端发起 M0状态报告流程。
(11) VPMN网关重新构造下发给接收终端的 M0状态报告,接收终端为原始发 送终端 13811111111 , 下发给发送终端 13811111111。
该过程中, 也可以为:
A、 VPMN网关将下发给接收终端的 M0状态报告下发给 MMSC;
B、 MMSC收到 M0状态艮告, 根据接收终端地址将 M0状态艮告递送给发送终 端 13811111111。
M0 状 态 报 告 可 以 使 用 多 媒体 消 息 的 发 送 报 告 消 息 (MMl _de l ivery_repor t. REQ) , 也可以使用普通的短消息, 或者其他消息方式通 知发送终端。

根据所述重新构造的消息的下发情况, 构造发送给所述发送终端的接收状 态报告, 并将所述接收状态报告发送给所述发送终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的发送消息的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收由消 息服务中心下发的消息后, 所述方法还包括:
向所述消息服务中心发送响应消息, 在所述响应消息中包括用于指示所述 消息服务中心不向发送终端发送接收状态报告的标识。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的发送消息的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述发送终 端标识、 接收终端虚拟标识, 重新构造所述消息具体为:
将所述消息中携带的发送终端标识、 接收终端虚拟标识分别转换为发送终 端的虚拟专用移动网号码、 接收终端标识以得到重新构造的消息。

存储所述消息服务中心下发的消息中携带的发送终端标识。

接收所述消息服务中心返回的关于所述重新构造的消息的接收状态报告; 获取存储的发送终端标识;
根据关于所述重新构造的消息的接收状态报告和发送终端标识构造发送给 所述发送终端的接收状态报告。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的发送消息的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述接收状态 报告发送给所述发送终端具体包括:
直接将所述接收状态报告发送给所述发送终端;
或通过所述消息服务中心将所述接收状态报告发送给所述发送终端。

15、 根据权利要求 14所述的发送消息的系统, 其特征在于, 所述消息发送 装置还用于在接收到的所述消息后向所述消息服务中心发送响应消息, 在所述 响应消息中包括用于指示所述消息服务中心不向发送终端发送接收状态报告的 标识。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的发送消息的系统, 其特征在于, 所述消息发送 装置还用于在重新构造所述消息的过程中存储所述消息中携带的发送终端标 识。
17、 根据权利要求 14 - 16任一权利要求所述的发送消息的系统, 其特征在 于, 所述消息发送装置直接将所述接收状态报告发送给发送终端, 或者通过所 述消息服务中心将所述接收状态报告发送给所述发送终端。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的发送消息的系统, 所述消息发送装置为虚拟专 用移动网网关, 所述接收终端虚拟标识为接收终端虚拟专用网移动号码。
