一种共享网络的用户管理方法、 相应的设备和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 具体涉及一种共享网络的用户管理方法、相应 的设备和系统。 背景技术
网络共享, 指的是多个不同的运营商共用一个移动网络的网络运营方式, 相对于传统移动网络运营商要投入巨额的资金来建设和升级网络的情况而言, 这种方式可以大大节约运营商的成本投入。
网络共享, 可以是运营商之间的网络共享, 也可以是运营商与移动虚拟网 络运营商 ( MVNO, Mobile Virtual Network Operator )之间的网络共享。 移动 虚拟网络运营商,通常指本身没有运营牌照或者发展规模受到限制, 需要利用 已有的基础移动运营商( MNO, Mobile Network Operator )的网络发展自己的 用户, 并向用户提供业务的运营者。对于本身具有运营牌照的移动网络运营商 也可以通过租用其他移动网络运营商的网络来发展自己的用户和提供业务,这 也可以看作是移动虚拟网络运营商。 随着网络共享能力的增强, 一个移动网络 运营商的网络可能为多个参与运营商 ( PMNO, Participant MNO ) (即基础移 动运营商或移动虚拟网络运营商)服务。该为多个参与运营商提供服务的移动 网络运营商, 即主运营商需要针对各个参与运营商进行网络资源的管理和控 制, 例如为不同的参与运营商分配不同的无线 (Radio )接入资源、 最大用户 数和最大承载(Bearer ) /分组数据协议 ( PDP, Packet Data Protocol ) 资源等, 从而确保服务的所有参与运营商都有足够的网络资源可用。在现有技术中, 主 运营商一般会通过归属用户服务器( HSS, Home Subscriber Server )東统计和 监测各个参与运营商的接入用户总数,以防止某个参与运营商在该运营商网络 中接入的用户数量超出签约的接入用户总数, 从而对主运营商的利益造成侵 害。
在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中, 本发明的发明人发现, 现有技术中, 当用户设备执行分离流程后, 虽然 MME与该用户设备已经分离, 但 HSS并 无法得知, 故可能会出现网络中某参与运营商实际接入的用户数量小于 HSS 中统计的相关参与运营商的接入用户数量的情况,影响接入用户数量控制的准 确性, 甚至影响用户的正常接入, 降低网络性能。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种共享网络的用户管理方法、相应的设备和系统, 可 以提高接入用户数量控制的准确性, 提高网络性能。
第一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种共享网络的用户信息管理设备, 包括: 获取单元, 用于从用户接入管理设备中获取用户管理信息, 所述用户管理 信息包括参与运营商的标识信息、 以及无效用户信息 /有效用户信息, 所述无 效用户信息用于指示已经从所述参与运营商的网络分离,但所述用户接入管理 设备仍保留有其用户上下文的用户设备,所述有效用户信息用于指示附着于所 述参与运营商的网络的用户设备;

为了对本发明实施例更好地进行描述,以下将对共享网络的网络结构进行 简略说明。
如图 la所示, 该共享网络中存在有多个参与运营商, 比如参与运营商 1、 参与运营商 2 参与运营商 n, 等等, 这多个运营商通过核心网为用户设备 提供服务, 其中, 用户设备可以通过接入网接入核心网, 其中, 接入网可以是 多种网络结构, 比如演进的通用移动通信网络陆地无线接入网 ( E-UTRAN, Evolved UMTS Territorial Radio Access Network )、 增强型数据速率全球移动通 信系统演进技术无线接入网络(GERAN, GSM EDGE Radio Access Network ) 或通用移动通信网络陆地无线接入网( UTRAN, UMTS Territorial Radio Access Network )等等, 其中, 该共享网络中还可以包括多个用户接入管理设备, 比 如用户接入管理设备 1、用户接入管理设备 2 用户接入管理设备 m,等等, 这多个用户接入管理设备具体可以为移动性管理实体 ( MME, Mobility Management Entity ), 主要用于负责控制面的移动性管理, 如用户上下文和移 动状态管理以及分配用户临时身份标识等, 当然, 该用户接入管理设备具体也 可以是其他设备, 比如, 对于共享网络中的漫游场景, 如果某参与运营商在拜 访地部署了漫游支撑系统, 也称为用户关系管理系统 ( CRM, Customer Relationship Management ), 则该用户接入管理设备具体可以为 CRM, 除了用 户接入管理设备, 该共享网络还可以包括用户信息管理设备, 比如归属网络服 务器(HSS, Home Subscriber Server ), 主要用于存储用户签约信息, 其中, 一个用户信息管理设备可以对应多个用户接入管理设备,当用户接入管理设备 接收到用户设备的接入请求之后,可以根据接收到的接入请求发送鉴权请求给 用户信息管理设备以进行鉴权, 并且, 用户信息管理设备还可以根据各个参与 运营商与主运营商签约的接入用户数量限定值对各个参与运营线的用户接入 进行控制。 需说明的是, 为了描述方便, 在图 la中省略了多个网元, 应当理解 的是,在实际的网络结构中,除了图 la所示的网元之外,还可以包括其他网元, 比如接入网关、 服务网关和分组数据网关等等。

其中, 该预置阔值可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置, 比如, 可以设置为 参与运营商和主运营商签约的接入用户数量, 或者,设置为略小于参与运营商 和主运营商签约的接入用户数量的值, 等等, 当确定该接入用户数量超过预置 阔值时, 则表明资源可能已经濒临紧张的状态, 因此, 此时需要对接入用户数 量进行更新, 以确实资源是否真的紧张, 以便对用户的接入进行精确地控制。 707、 MME在接收到该通知后, 上报用户管理信息给 HSS。

其中,无效用户信息用于指示已经从该参与运营商的网络分离但该用户接 入管理设备仍保留有其用户上下文的用户设备,而有效用户信息则用于指示附 着于该参与运营商的网络的用户设备。其中, 无效用户信息和有效用户信息可 以以多种数据结构的形式来表现, 比如, 以无效用户信息为例, 则该无效用户 信息具体可以是无效接入用户的信息列表,该信息列表可以包括用户设备的标 识, 还可以包括用户设备的状态和分离时间等信息, 或者, 该无效信息也可以 是相应 MME中属于该 PMNO的无效用户设备的数量, 等等, 而有效用户信息 与此类似, 在此不再赘述。
708、 HHS接收到 MME发送的用户管理信息后, 根据该用户管理信息更新 该参与运营商的接入用户信息。
例如, HHS具体可以根据用户管理信息中携带的参与运营商的标识信息确 定相应的参与运营商,然后根据无效用户信息或有效用户信息更新该确定的参 与运营商的接入用户信息, 比如,如果该用户管理信息中携带的是无效用户信 息的话,则可以在该参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除与该无效用户信息对 应的接入用户信息的记录; 又比如,如果该用户管理信息中携带的是有效用户 信息的话,则可以在该参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除除所述有效用户信 息对应的接入用户信息之外的记录。
比如,如果该无效用户信息包括用户设备的标识, 用户设备的状态以及分 离时间等,则该用户信息管理设备需核对存储的接入用户信息与接收到的无效 用户信息是否匹配,如无效用户信息包括的用户标识匹配, 则更新相应接入用 户数信息, 如不匹配, 则忽略该条信息。 如果该无效用户信息只包含无效用户 设备的数量, 则该用户信息管理设备直接更新相应接入用户数信息。

例如, HHS具体可以根据用户管理信息中携带的参与运营商的标识信息确 定相应的参与运营商,然后根据无效用户信息或有效用户信息更新该确定的参 与运营商的接入用户信息, 比如,如果该用户管理信息中携带的是无效用户信 息的话,则可以在该参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除与该无效用户信息对 应的接入用户信息的记录; 又比如,如果该用户管理信息中携带的是有效用户 信息的话,则可以在该参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除除所述有效用户信 息对应的接入用户信息之外的记录。

更新单元,用于根据所述用户管理信息更新所述参与运营商的接入用户信 息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户信息管理设备, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元 包括第一接收子单元、 第一确定子单元和第一发送子单元;
所述第一接收子单元,用于接收用户接入管理设备根据用户设备发送的接 入请求所发起的鉴权请求, 所述鉴权请求携带参与运营商的标识信息;

5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的用户信息管理设备, 其特征在于, 所述更新单元,具体用于在所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除除所 述有效用户信息对应的接入用户信息之外的记录,所述参与运营商的接入用户 信息表用于记录所述参与运营商的接入用户信息。
6、 一种用户接入管理设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收用户设备发送的接入请求, 所述接入请求携带用 户标识;
第一确定单元,用于根据所述用户标识确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营 商;
第一发送单元, 用于根据所述接入请求向用户信息管理设备发送鉴权请 求, 所述鉴权请求携带参与运营商的标识信息, 以便所述用户信息管理设备根 据所述参与运营商的标识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商,以及确定 所述参与运营商的接入用户数量;
所述第一接收单元,还用于接收所述用户信息管理设备在确定所述接入用 户数量超过预置阔值时发送的通知,所述通知指示接入管理设备上报用户管理 信息;
所述第一发送单元, 还用于发送用户管理信息给所述用户信息管理设备, 使得所述用户信息管理设备根据所述用户管理信息更新所述参与运营商的接 入用户信息, 所述用户管理信息包括参与运营商的标识信息、 以及无效用户信 息 /有效用户信息, 所述无效用户信息用于指示已经从所述参与运营商的网络 分离,但所述用户接入管理设备仍保留有其用户上下文的用户设备, 所述有效 用户信息用于指示附着于所述参与运营商的网络的用户设备。
7、 一种用户接入管理设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二接收单元, 用于接收用户设备发送的接入请求, 所述接入请求携带用 户标识;
第二确定单元,用于根据所述用户标识确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营 商;
第二发送单元, 用于根据所述接入请求向用户信息管理设备发送鉴权请 求, 所述鉴权请求携带参与运营商的标识信息, 以便所述用户信息管理设备根 据所述参与运营商的标识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商,以及确定 所述参与运营商的接入用户数量;
所述第二接收单元, 还用于接收用户信息管理设备返回的鉴权响应消息, 所述鉴权响应消息携带所述接入用户数量;
所述第二发送单元,还用于确定所述接入用户数量超过预置阔值时, 向用 户信息管理设备发送用户管理信息,使得所述用户信息管理设备根据所述用户 管理信息更新所述参与运营商的接入用户信息,所述用户管理信息包括参与运 营商的标识信息、 以及无效用户信息 /有效用户信息, 所述无效用户信息用于 指示已经从所述参与运营商的网络分离,但所述用户接入管理设备仍保留有其 用户上下文的用户设备,所述有效用户信息用于指示附着于所述参与运营商的 网络的用户设备。
8、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的共享网 络的用户信息管理设备。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 还包括权利要求 6或 7 所述的用户接入管理设备。
10、 一种共享网络的用户管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
从用户接入管理设备中获取用户管理信息,所述用户管理信息包括参与运 营商的标识信息、 以及无效用户信息 /有效用户信息, 所述无效用户信息用于 指示已经从所述参与运营商的网络分离,但所述用户接入管理设备仍保留有其 用户上下文的用户设备,所述有效用户信息用于指示附着于所述参与运营商的 网络的用户设备;
根据所述用户管理信息更新所述参与运营商的接入用户信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从用户接入管理设备 中获取用户管理信息, 包括:
接收用户接入管理设备根据用户设备发送的接入请求所发起的鉴权请求, 所述鉴权请求携带参与运营商的标识信息;
根据所述参与运营商的标识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商,以 及确定所述参与运营商的接入用户数量;
在确定所述接入用户数量超过预置阔值时,向承载所述参与运营商的业务 的多个接入管理设备发送通知, 所述通知指示接入管理设备上报用户管理信 息;
接收所述多个接入管理设备发送的用户管理信息。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从用户接入管理设备 中获取用户管理信息, 包括:
接收用户接入管理设备根据用户设备发送的接入请求所发起的鉴权请求, 所述鉴权请求携带参与运营商的标识信息;
根据所述参与运营商的标识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商,以 及确定所述参与运营商的接入用户数量;
发送鉴权响应消息给所述用户接入管理设备,所述鉴权响应消息携带所述 接入用户数量;
接收所述接入管理设备发送的用户管理信息,所述用户管理信息由所述接 入管理设备确定所述接入用户数量超过预置阔值时发送。
13、 根据权利要求 10至 12任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 用户管理信息更新所述参与运营商的接入用户信息, 包括:
在所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除与所述无效用户信息对应的 接入用户信息的记录,所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表用于记录所述参与运 营商的接入用户信息; 或者,
在所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除除所述有效用户信息对应的 接入用户信息之外的记录,所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表用于记录所述参 与运营商的接入用户信息。
14、 一种共享网络的用户管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户设备发送的接入请求, 所述接入请求携带用户标识; 根据所述用户标识确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商;
根据所述接入请求向用户信息管理设备发送鉴权请求,所述鉴权请求携带 参与运营商的标识信息,以便所述用户信息管理设备根据所述参与运营商的标 识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商,以及确定所述参与运营商的接入 用户数量;
接收所述用户信息管理设备在确定所述接入用户数量超过预置阔值时发 送的通知, 所述通知指示接入管理设备上报用户管理信息;
发送用户管理信息给所述用户信息管理设备,使得所述用户信息管理设备 根据所述用户管理信息更新所述参与运营商的接入用户信息。
15、 一种共享网络的用户管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户设备发送的接入请求, 所述接入请求携带用户标识;
根据所述用户标识确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商;
根据所述接入请求向用户信息管理设备发送鉴权请求,所述鉴权请求携带 参与运营商的标识信息,以便所述用户信息管理设备根据所述参与运营商的标 识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商,以及确定所述参与运营商的接入 用户数量;
接收用户信息管理设备返回的鉴权响应消息,所述鉴权响应消息携带所述 接入用户数量;
确定所述接入用户数量超过预置阔值时,向用户信息管理设备发送用户管 理信息,使得所述用户信息管理设备根据所述用户管理信息更新所述参与运营 商的接入用户信息, 所述用户管理信息包括参与运营商的标识信息、 以及无效 用户信息 /有效用户信息, 所述无效用户信息用于指示已经从所述参与运营商 的网络分离,但所述用户接入管理设备仍保留有其用户上下文的用户设备, 所 述有效用户信息用于指示附着于所述参与运营商的网络的用户设备。
16、 一种共享网络的用户信息管理设备, 其特征在于, 包括用于存储数据 的存储器, 用于收发数据的收发接口和处理器, 其中:
所述处理器, 用于所述从用户接入管理设备中获取用户管理信息, 所述用 户管理信息包括参与运营商的标识信息、 以及无效用户信息 /有效用户信息, 所述无效用户信息用于指示已经从所述参与运营商的网络分离,但所述用户接 入管理设备仍保留有其用户上下文的用户设备,所述有效用户信息用于指示附 着于所述参与运营商的网络的用户设备;根据所述用户管理信息更新所述参与 运营商的接入用户信息。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的用户信息管理设备, 其特征在于,
所述处理器,具体用于通过收发接口接收用户接入管理设备根据用户设备 发送的接入请求所发起的鉴权请求, 所述鉴权请求携带参与运营商的标识信 息,根据所述参与运营商的标识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商, 以 及确定所述参与运营商的接入用户数量,在确定所述接入用户数量超过预置阔 值时,通过收发接口向承载所述参与运营商的业务的多个接入管理设备发送通 知, 所述通知指示接入管理设备上报用户管理信息, 并通过收发接口接收所述 多个接入管理设备发送的用户管理信息。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的用户信息管理设备, 其特征在于,
所述处理器,具体用于通过收发接口接收用户接入管理设备根据用户设备 发送的接入请求所发起的鉴权请求, 所述鉴权请求携带参与运营商的标识信 息,根据所述参与运营商的标识信息确定所述用户设备所属的参与运营商, 以 及确定所述参与运营商的接入用户数量,通过收发接口发送鉴权响应消息给所 述用户接入管理设备, 所述鉴权响应消息携带所述接入用户数量, 通过收发接 口接收所述接入管理设备发送的用户管理信息,所述用户管理信息由所述接入 管理设备确定所述接入用户数量超过预置阔值时发送。
19、 根据权利要求 16至 18任一项所述的用户信息管理设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理器,具体用于在所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除与所述 无效用户信息对应的接入用户信息的记录,所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表 用于记录所述参与运营商的接入用户信息; 或者,
所述处理器,具体用于在所述参与运营商的接入用户信息表中删除除所述 有效用户信息对应的接入用户信息之外的记录,所述参与运营商的接入用户信 息表用于记录所述参与运营商的接入用户信息。
