本实施将从拜访网络网元, 即拜访网络的网络侧设备的角度进行描述, 该 拜访网络网元具体可以为通用分组无线月良务技术( GPRS , General Packet Radio Service )服务节点 ( SGSN, Serving GPRS Support Node )或移动性管理实体 ( MME, Mobility Management Entity )等。
一种漫游场景下的数据业务处理方法, 包括: 获取用户选择的漫游服务提 供商信息, 其中, 该漫游服务提供商信息包括漫游服务提供商标识, 根据获取 到的漫游服务提供商信息选择网关, 通过该网关进行数据业务处理。
如图 1所示, 具体流程可以如下:
101、 获取用户选择的漫游服务提供商信息, 其中, 该漫游服务提供商信 息至少包括可以识别出该漫游服务提供商的信息, 即漫游服务提供商标识, 比 如, 具体可以是 MVNO标识或虚拟 APN等信息; 其中, 虚拟 APN不同于实 际采用的 APN , 该虚拟 APN主要用于标识 MVNO。
例如,具体可以采用如下任意一种方法来获取用户选择的漫游服务提供商 信息, 如下:

所述处理单元,还用于根据所述插入签约数据消息向用户终端发起去附着 流程;接收用户终端重新发起的附着请求; 根据所述附着请求向归属网络的归 属用户服务器请求鉴权;接收所述归属网络的归属用户服务器返回的鉴权通过 响应。
19、 根据权利要求 10所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于,
所述获取单元, 具体用于从用户终端获取用户选择的漫游服务提供商信 息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于,
所述获取单元, 具体用于接收用户终端重新发起的附着请求, 所述附着请 求中携带有用户选择的漫游服务提供商信息,所述用户选择的漫游服务提供商 信息是由所述漫游业务支撑系统提供给用户终端的。
21、 根据权利要求 10至 20任一项所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 还包 括接收单元和重定向单元;
接收单元, 用于接收用户终端发起的数据业务请求;
重定向单元, 用于将所述数据业务请求重定向到漫游业务支撑系统,使得 漫游业务支撑系统将多个漫游服务提供商信息发送给用户终端以供用户选择。
22、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 10至 21任一项所述的网 络侧设备。
23、 一种网络侧设备, 其特征在于, 包括处理器、 用于存储数据的存储器 和用于收发数据的收发单元;
其中, 处理器用于获取用户选择的漫游服务提供商信息, 所述漫游服务提 供商信息包括漫游服务提供商标识;根据获取到的漫游服务提供商信息选择网 关; 通过所述网关进行数据业务处理。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于,
所述处理器,具体用于从归属网络的归属用户服务器中获取用户选择的漫 游服务提供商信息; 或者,从漫游代理设备中获取用户选择的漫游服务提供商 信息; 或者,从拜访网络的归属用户服务器中获取用户选择的漫游服务提供商 信息; 或者, 从用户终端获取用户选择的漫游服务提供商信息。
25、 根据权利要求 23或 24所述的网络侧设备, 其特征在于,
所述处理器,还用于接收用户终端发起的数据业务请求; 将所述数据业务 请求重定向到漫游业务支撑系统,使得漫游业务支撑系统将多个漫游服务提供 商信息发送给用户终端以供用户选择。
