Description
终端组的移动性管理实体选择方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及机器类型通信 ( MTC, Machine Type Communication )技术, 特别是指一种终端组的移动性管理实体 ( MME , Mobility Management Entity )选择方法及系统。 背景技术
图 1为传统的蜂窝无线通信系统结构示意图, 如图 1所示, 蜂窝无线 通信系统主要由核心网(CN, Core Network )、接入网(RAN, Radio Access Network ) 、 以及终端组成。 其中, CN 负责非接入层事务, 比如: 终端位 置更新等, 并且是用户面的锚点。 RAN包括: 基站、 或基站及基站控制器, RAN负责接入层事务, 比如: 无线资源的管理等, 基站之间可以根据实际 情况存在物理或逻辑上的连接, 如图 1所示的基站 1与基站 2之间的连接, 基站 1与基站 3之间的连接, 并且每个基站可以和一个以上 CN节点连接。 终端, 也就是指用户设备(UE, User Equipment ) , 是指可以和蜂窝无线通 信网络通信的各种设备, 比如: 移动电话或笔记本电脑等。
MTC业务就是指: 机器与机器之间进行通信的业务。 在 MTC业务中, 不需要人的参与, 所有通信均由机器自主完成, 通过传感器等感知设备获 得数据, 然后通过通信模块将数据上报给移动通信网络, 并通过移动通信 网络接入到公共数据网中。 MTC业务可以包括: 物流监控、 安全监测、 远 程医疗检测、 以及远程抄表等应用。 MTC业务的数据由移动运营商或专门 的 MTC运营商的特定服务器进行管理, 可供 MTC用户或 MTC管理者查 看。 在这个过程中, 获取业务所需要的数据的设备即为终端。
MTC业务引入了一些与传统移动通信不同的特性, 比如: 组(Group )
特性等, 当 Group特性被激活时,运营商网络可基于 Group, 对需要接收相 同消息的终端的消息量进行优化。 该特性需要在 MTC 用户签约某终端组 时, 运营商在该终端组的各终端的签约信息中设置并激活 Group特性, 并 将设置后的各终端的签约信息存储在用户归属服务器 (HSS , Home Subscriber Server ) 中。 这里, HSS为电信网络中负责保存用户或终端设备 的身份信息、 认证信息、 以及授权信息等的实体。 根据不同情况, HSS 可 用于保存用户的身份信息及用户与终端设备的绑定信息, 或者, 可以只保 存用户的身份信息, 或者, 可以只保存终端设备的身份信息。 其中, 当 HSS 只保存用户的身份信息时, 可由网关保存用户与终端设备的绑定信息。 另 外, HSS还负责用户的签约数据库、 以及执行用户的身份验证和授权等。 业务平台可从 HSS查询用户或终端设备的签约信息。
现有技术中, 当终端附着到网络上时, MME从 HSS 中获得该终端的 签约信息, 并保存在本地。 其中, MME为核心网中用于管理用户终端控制 信令的实体, 负责接入控制, 包括: 鉴权控制、 标识指配、 用户标识和设 备标识验证、 信令面加密、 与演进型节点 B ( eNB, evolved Node B )之间 的一致性保护、 2G/3G与演进分组系统(EPS, Evolved Packet System )之 间安全参数及服务质量(QoS, Quality of Service )参数的转换、 接入许可 控制、 决定是否可以获得请求的资源并预留这些资源、 合法监听、 移动性 管理、 会话管理、 对 EPS承载的相关操作、 以及网元选择等。 其中, 所述 标识指配是指全球唯一临时标识 (GUTI , Globally Unique Temporary Identity )及跟踪区标识列表 ( TAI List, Tracking Area Identity List )等的指 配; 所述移动性管理具体可以是实现对 UE当前位置的跟踪和记录等。
而对于 MTC业务的 Group特性,要求网络能对终端组的 MME选择进 行控制, 即: 根据签约的组信息, 网络应能提供一种使终端组选择相同移 动性管理实体的机制。然而,在现有技术中,还未有网络能对终端组的 MME
选择进行控制的技术方案。 发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种终端组的 MME选择方法及 系统, 能有效地对终端组的 MME选择进行控制。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种终端组的 MME选择方法, 该方法包括:
MME收到终端发送的附着请求,并在确定本地没有有效的所述终端的 签约数据后, 向 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据;
HSS确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME不为组代表 MME后,向所述当 前为所述终端服务的 MME返回终端组管理消息及所述终端的签约数据; 所述当前为所述终端服务的 MME向终端组管理消息中的组代表 MME 标识对应的组代表 MME, 发送所述终端的上下文信息, 并向所述终端发送 附着接受信令;
所述终端将所述附着接受信令中的组代表 MME标识对应的 MME, 作 为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME。

第二 MME, 用于接收第一 MME发送的所述终端的上下文信息; 终端, 用于向第一 MME发送附着请求, 并在收到第一 MME发送的附 着接受信令后, 将第二 MME作为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME。

实施例一
本实施例的应用场景为: 组代表终端由 HSS指定, 本实施例终端组的 ΜΜΕ选择方法, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 401 : 在终端入网时, 终端组用户将组内各终端签约为具有 Group 特性的终端, 并将由运营商为该终端组分配的 Group Identity, 作为终端的
签约数据存储在 HSS中;
步驟 402: 终端开机后, 发送附着请求到 MME;
这里, 所述请求包括: 终端标识及安全证书。
步驟 403: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME收到终端的附着请求, 并在通 过对终端标识及安全证书的鉴权后, 通过更新位置请求消息向 HSS请求该 终端的签约数据;
这里, 所述更新位置请求消息包含: 终端标识及 MME标识; 其中, 所 述终端标识具体可以是国际移动用户识别码 ( IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number ) ; 所述 MME 标识具体可以是全球唯一 MME标识(GUMMEI ) 。
步驟 404: HSS收到当前为所述终端服务的 MME的请求后,根据终端 标识在本地存储的信息中查找所述终端对应的签约信息, 并根据所述终端 对应的签约信息, 确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME的身份;
这里, 所述终端对应的签约信息包括: 终端的 Group Identity;
所述根据所述终端对应的签约信息,确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME 的身份, 具体为:
如果所述终端为 HSS指定的组代表终端, 且所述终端为终端组第一个 附着的终端, 则 HSS将当前为所述终端服务的 MME作为组代表 MME; 如果所述终端为 HSS指定的组代表终端, 且所述终端不为终端组第一 个附着的终端, 或者, 所述终端不为组代表终端, 则 HSS将当前为所述终 端服务的 MME作为普通 MME。
其中, HSS会保存所述终端所在的终端组中的第一个附着的终端标识 , 据此可以获知所述终端是否为终端组的第一个附着的终端。
步驟 405: HSS通过更新位置确认消息,向当前为所述终端服务的 MME 提供终端的签约数据, 同时携带终端组管理消息;
这里,所述终端组管理消息包含:组代表 MME标识及终端标识;其中, 所述组代表 MME标识具体可以是: GUMMEI; 所述终端标识可以是 IMSI。
步驟 406: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME存储收到的签约数据, 并通过 读取更新位置确认消息, 接收到终端组管理消息, 将自身标识与信息中的 组代表 MME标识进行匹配, 根据匹配结果, 进行相应的处理操作;
具体地,确定匹配时, 当前为所述终端服务的 MME向所述终端发送附 着接受信令;
确定不能匹配时, 当前为所述终端服务的 MME通过 S10参考点上的 User Datagram Protocol信令, 向组代表 MME发送所述终端的上下文信息, 并向所述终端发送附着接受信令;
其中, 所述 S10参考点是指: MME之间的参考点, 用于 MME重定位 和 MME之间的信息交互;
所述附着接受信令包含: 所述终端的签约特性、 终端的 Group Identity, 以及组代表 MME标识信息。

MME选择方法, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 501 : 在终端入网时, 终端组用户将组内各终端签约为具有 Group 特性的终端, 并将由运营商为该终端组分配的 Group Identity, 作为终端的 签约数据存储在 HSS中;
步驟 502: 终端开机后, 发送附着请求到 MME;
这里, 所述请求包括: 终端标识及安全证书。
步驟 503: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME收到终端的附着请求, 并在通 过对终端标识及安全证书的鉴权后, 通过更新位置请求消息向 HSS请求该 终端的签约数据;
这里, 所述更新位置请求消息包含: 终端标识及 MME标识; 其中, 所 述终端标识具体可以是 IMSI; 所述 MME标识具体可以是 GUMMEL
步驟 504: HSS收到当前为所述终端服务的 MME的请求后, 根据终端 标识在本地存储的信息中查找所述终端对应的签约信息, 并根据所述终端 对应的签约信息,确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME的身份,并在当确定当 前所述终端为 HSS为组代表 MME时, 执行步驟 508, 当确定当前所述终 端为 HSS不为组代表 MME时, 执行步驟 505;
这里, 所述终端对应的签约信息包括: 终端的 Group Identity;
所述根据所述终端对应的签约信息,确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME 的身份, 具体为:
如果所述终端为 HSS指定的组代表终端, 且所述终端为终端组第一个 附着的终端, 则 HSS将当前为所述终端服务的 MME作为组代表 MME; 如果所述终端为 HSS指定的组代表终端, 且所述终端不为终端组第一 个附着的终端, 或者, 所述终端不为组代表终端, 则 HSS将当前为所述终 端服务的 MME作为普通 MME。
步驟 505: HSS通过 Insert Subscriber Data消息, 向组代表 MME发送
终端组管理消息;
这里, 所述终端组管理消息包含: 普通 MME标识及终端标识; 其中, 所述普通 MME标识就是指:当前为所述终端服务的 MME;所述普通 MME 标识 GUMMEI; 所述终端标识可以是 IMSI。
步驟 506: 组代表 MME收到 Insert Subscriber Data消息后, 通过 S10 参考点上的 User Datagram Protocol信令, 向当前为所述终端服务的 MME 发送终端上下文请求消息;
这里, 所述终端上下文请求消息包含: 所述终端标识; 其中, 所述终 端标识具体可以是 IMSI。
步驟 507: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME收到请求消息后, 通过向组代 表 MME发送终端上下文请求确认消息,向组代表 MME提供所述终端的上 下文信息, 之后执行步驟 408;
步驟 508: HSS通过更新位置确认消息,向当前为所述终端服务的 MME 提供终端的签约数据;
这里, 所述签约数据包含组代表 MME标识、 以及 Group Identity; 其 中, 所述组代表 MME标识具体可以是: GUMMEL
在实际应用时, 在执行步驟 505~507 以及步驟 508时, 无先后顺序, 换句话说, 也可以先执行步驟 508, 再执行步驟 505~507。
步驟 509: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME存储收到的签约数据, 并向所 述终端发送附着接受信令;
这里, 所述附着接受信令包含: 所述终端的签约特性、 终端的 Group Identity、 以及组代表 MME标识信息。
步驟 510:所述终端收到所述附着接受信令后,通过读取附着接受信令, 存储终端的 Group Identity, 并以组代表 MME作为新的当前为所述终端服 务的 MME。
这里, 所述以组代表 ΜΜΕ作为新的当前为所述终端服务的 ΜΜΕ, 具 体为:
所述终端将本地存储的信息中的当前服务的 ΜΜΕ标识更新为组代表 ΜΜΕ标识。
如果当前为所述终端服务的 ΜΜΕ为组代表 ΜΜΕ, 则所述终端不做任 何操作。
实施例三
本实施例的应用场景为: 组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定, 本实施例终端组的 ΜΜΕ选择方法, 如图 6所示, 包括以下步驟:

步驟 603: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME收到终端的附着请求, 并在通 过对终端标识及安全证书的鉴权后, 通过更新位置请求消息向 HSS请求该 终端的签约数据;
这里, 所述更新位置请求消息包含: 终端标识及 MME标识; 其中, 所 述终端标识具体可以是 IMSI; 所述 MME标识具体可以是 GUMMEL
步驟 604: HSS收到当前为所述终端服务的 MME的请求后, 根据终端 标识在本地存储的信息中查找所述终端对应的签约信息, 并根据所述终端 对应的签约信息, 确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME的身份;
这里, 所述终端对应的签约信息包括: 终端的 Group Identity;
所述根据所述终端对应的签约信息,确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME 的身份, 具体为:
如果所述终端为由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定的组代表终端,则 HSS 将当前为所述终端服务的 MME作为组代表 MME;
如果所述终端不为由 MTC 用户与运营商签约设定的组代表终端, 则 HSS将当前为所述终端服务的 MME作为普通 MME。
步驟 605: HSS通过更新位置确认消息,向当前为所述终端服务的 MME 提供终端的签约数据, 同时携带终端组管理消息;
这里,所述终端组管理消息包含:组代表 MME标识及终端标识;其中, 所述组代表 MME标识具体可以是: GUMMEI;所述终端标识可以是 IMSI。
步驟 606: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME存储收到的签约数据, 并通过 读取更新位置确认消息, 接收到终端组管理消息, 将自身标识与信息中的 组代表 MME标识进行匹配, 根据匹配结果, 进行相应的处理操作;
具体地,确定匹配时, 当前为所述终端服务的 MME向所述终端发送附 着接受信令;
确定不能匹配时, 当前为所述终端服务的通过 S10 参考点上的 User Datagram Protocol信令, 向组代表 MME发送所述终端的上下文信息, 并向 所述终端发送附着接受信令;
其中, 所述 S10参考点是指: MME之间的参考点, 用于 MME重定位 和 MME之间的信息交互;
所述附着接受信令包含: 所述终端的签约特性、 终端的 Group Identity, 以及组代表 MME标识信息。
步驟 607:所述终端收到所述附着接受信令后,通过读取附着接受信令, 存储终端的 Group Identity, 并以组代表 MME作为新的当前为所述终端服
务的 MME。
这里, 所述以组代表 ΜΜΕ作为新的当前为所述终端服务的 ΜΜΕ , 具 体为:
所述终端将本地存储的信息中的当前服务的 ΜΜΕ标识更新为组代表 ΜΜΕ标识。
如果当前为所述终端服务的 ΜΜΕ为组代表 ΜΜΕ, 则所述终端不做任 何操作。
实施例四
本实施例的应用场景为: 组代表终端由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定, 本实施例终端组的 ΜΜΕ选择方法, 如图 7所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 701 : 在终端入网时, 终端组用户将组内各终端签约为具有 Group 特性的终端, 并将由运营商为该终端组分配的 Group Identity, 以及由 MTC 用户与运营商签约设定的组代表终端,作为终端的签约数据存储在 HSS中; 这里, 所述将由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定的组代表终端, 作为终端 的签约数据存储在 HSS中, 具体为:

对应的签约信息,确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME的身份,并在当确定当 前所述终端为 HSS为组代表 MME时, 执行步驟 708, 当确定当前所述终 端为 HSS不为组代表 MME时, 执行步驟 705;
这里, 所述终端对应的签约信息包括: 终端的 Group Identity;
所述根据所述终端对应的签约信息,确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME 的身份, 具体为:
如果所述终端为由 MTC用户与运营商签约设定的组代表终端,则 HSS 将当前为所述终端服务的 MME作为组代表 MME;
如果所述终端不为由 MTC 用户与运营商签约设定的组代表终端, 则 HSS将当前为所述终端服务的 MME作为普通 MME。
步驟 705: HSS通过插入 Insert Subscriber Data消息, 向组代表 MME 发送终端组管理消息;
这里, 所述终端组管理消息包含: 普通 MME标识及终端标识; 其中, 所述普通 MME标识就是指:当前为所述终端服务的 MME;所述普通 MME 标识 GUMMEI; 所述终端标识可以是 IMSI。
步驟 706: 组代表 MME收到 Insert Subscriber Data消息后, 通过 S10 参考点上的 User Datagram Protocol信令, 向当前为所述终端服务的 MME 发送终端上下文请求消息;
这里, 所述终端上下文请求消息包含: 所述终端标识; 其中, 所述终 端标识具体可以是 IMSI。
步驟 707: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME收到请求消息后, 通过向组代 表 MME发送终端上下文请求确认消息,向组代表 MME提供所述终端的上 下文信息, 之后执行步驟 708;
步驟 708: HSS通过更新位置确认消息,向当前为所述终端服务的 MME 提供终端的签约数据;
这里, 所述签约数据包含组代表 MME标识、 以及 Group Identity; 其 中, 所述组代表 MME标识具体可以是: GUMMEL
在实际应用时, 在执行步驟 705~707 以及步驟 708时, 无先后顺序, 换句话说, 也可以先执行步驟 708, 再执行步驟 705~707。
步驟 709: 当前为所述终端服务的 MME存储收到的签约数据, 并向所 述终端发送附着接受信令;
这里, 所述附着接受信令包含: 所述终端的签约特性、 终端的 Group Identity, 以及组代表 MME标识信息。
步驟 710:所述终端收到所述附着接受信令后,通过读取附着接受信令, 存储终端的 Group Identity, 并以组代表 MME作为新的当前为所述终端服 务的 MME。
这里, 所述以组代表 MME作为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME , 具 体为:
所述终端将本地存储的信息中的当前服务的 MME标识更新为组代表 MME标识。
如果当前为所述终端服务的 MME为组代表 MME, 则所述终端不做任 何操作。
为实现图 2所示的方法,本发明还提供了一种终端组的 MME选择系统 , 如图 8所示, 该系统包括: 第一 MME 81、 HSS 82、 第二 MME 83、 以及终 端 84; 其中,
第一 MME 81 , 用于收到终端 84发送的附着请求, 并在确定本地没有 有效的所述终端的签约数据后, 向 HSS 82请求所述终端的签约数据, 并在 收到 HSS 82返回的终端组管理消息及所述终端 84的签约数据后, 向第二 MME 83发送所述终端 84的上下文信息, 并向终端 84发送附着接受信令;
HSS 82,用于确定第一 MME 81不为组代表 MME后,向第一 MME 81
返回终端组管理消息及所述终端 84的签约数据;
第二 MME 83 , 用于接收第一 MME 81发送的所述终端 84的上下文信 终端 84, 用于向第一 MME 81发送附着请求, 并在收到第一 MME 81 发送的附着接受信令后,将第二 MME 83 ,作为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME。
这里, 需要说明的是: 第一 MME 81为当前为终端 84服务的 MME, 第二 MME 83为终端 84所在终端组的组代表 MME。 MME。
这里, 需要说明的是: 本发明的所述系统中的第一 MME 81、 HSS 82、 以及终端 84的具体处理过程已在上文中详述, 不再赘述。
为实现图 3所示的方法,本发明还提供了一种终端组的 MME选择系统, 如图 8所示, 该系统包括: 第一 MME 91、 HSS 92、 第二 MME 93、 以及终 端 94; 其中,
第一 MME 91 , 用于收到终端 94发送的附着请求, 并在确定本地没有 有效的所述终端的签约数据后, 向 HSS 92请求所述终端的签约数据, 并存 储收到的 HSS 92返回的所述终端 94的签约数据, 向终端 94发送附着接受 信令, 并向第二 MME 93提供所述终端 94的上下文信息;
HSS 92,用于确定第一 MME 91不为组代表 MME后,向第二 MME 93 发送终端组管理消息, 并向第一 MME 91返回所述终端 94的签约数据; 第二 MME 93 , 用于收到 HSS 92发送的终端组管理消息后, 根据终端 组管理消息, 从第一 MME 91获取所述终端 94的上下文信息;
终端 94, 用于向第一 MME 91发送附着请求, 并在收到第一 MME 91 发送的附着接受信令后,将第二 MME 93 ,作为新的当前为所述终端服务的
MME。
这里, 需要说明的是: 第一 MME 91为当前为终端 94服务的 MME, 第二 MME 93为终端 94所在终端组的组代表 MME。

Claims
1、 一种终端组的移动性管理实体(MME )选择方法, 其特征在于, 该 方法包括:
MME收到终端发送的附着请求,并在确定本地没有有效的所述终端的 签约数据后, 向用户归属服务器(HSS )请求所述终端的签约数据;
HSS确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME不为组代表 MME后,向所述当 前为所述终端服务的 MME返回终端组管理消息及所述终端的签约数据; 所述当前为所述终端服务的 MME向终端组管理消息中的组代表 MME 标识对应的组代表 MME, 发送所述终端的上下文信息, 并向所述终端发送 附着接受信令;
所述终端将所述附着接受信令中的组代表 MME标识对应的 MME, 作 为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 将终端组标识作为终端的签约数据存储至 HSS。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在 HSS确定当前为所述 终端服务的 MME不为组代表 MME之前, 该方法进一步包括:
4、根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在 HSS将为组代表终端 服务的 MME作为组代表 MME之前 , 该方法进一步包括:
HSS指定组代表终端; 或者,
机器类型通信(MTC )用户与运营商签约设定组代表终端, 并将设定 的组代表终端保存至 HSS中。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向终端 组管理消息中的组代表 MME标识对应的组代表 MME , 发送所述终端的上 下文信息, 为: 所述当前为所述终端服务的 MME通过 S10参考点上的信令, 向组代 表 MME发送所述终端的上下文信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述 附着接受信令中的组代表 MME标识对应的 MME , 作为新的当前为所述终 端服务的 MME, 为:
所述终端将本地存储的信息中的当前服务的 MME标识更新为组代表 MME标识。
7、 一种终端组的 MME选择方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
MME收到终端发送的附着请求,并在确定本地没有有效的所述终端的 签约数据后, 向 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据;
HSS确定当前为所述终端服务的 MME不为组代表 MME后,向组代表 MME发送终端组管理消息, 并向所述当前为所述终端服务的 MME返回所 述终端的签约数据;
所述组代表 MME根据终端组管理消息 ,从所述当前为所述终端服务的 MME获取所述终端的上下文信息, 且所述当前为所述终端服务的 MME存 储收到的签约数据, 并向所述终端发送附着接受信令;
所述终端将所述附着接受信令中的组代表 MME标识对应的 MME, 作 为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 将终端组标识作为终端的签约数据存储至 HSS。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在 HSS确定当前为所述 终端服务的 MME不为组代表 MME之前, 该方法进一步包括:
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在 HSS将为组代表终 端服务的 MME作为组代表 MME之前, 该方法进一步包括: HSS指定组代表终端; 或者,
MTC用户与运营商签约设定组代表终端, 并将设定的组代表终端保存 至 HSS中。
11、 根据权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向组 代表 MME发送终端组管理消息, 为:
HSS通过 S6a参考点上的信令, 向组代表 MME发送终端组管理消息。
12、 根据权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从所 所述组代表 MME通过 S10参考点上的信令, 向所述当前为所述终端 服务的 MME发送终端上下文请求消息; 请求确认消息, 向所述组代表 MME提供所述终端的上下文信息。
13、 根据权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所 述附着接受信令中的组代表 MME标识对应的 MME, 作为新的当前为所述 终端服务的 MME, 为:
所述终端将本地存储的信息中的当前服务的 MME标识更新为组代表 MME标识。
14、 一种终端组的 MME选择系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 第一 MME、 HSS、 第二 MME、 以及终端; 其中,
第一 MME, 用于收到终端发送的附着请求, 并在确定本地没有有效的 所述终端的签约数据后, 向 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据, 并在收到 HSS 返回的终端组管理消息及所述终端的签约数据后,向第二 MME发送所述终 端的上下文信息, 并向终端发送附着接受信令;
HSS, 用于确定第一 MME不为组代表 MME后, 向第一 MME返回终 端组管理消息及所述终端的签约数据; 第二 MME, 用于接收第一 MME发送的所述终端的上下文信息; 终端, 用于向第一 MME发送附着请求, 并在收到第一 MME发送的附 着接受信令后, 将第二 MME作为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 HSS, 还用于将 为组代表终端服务的 MME作为组代表 MME。
16、 一种终端组的 MME选择系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 第一 MME、 HSS、 第二 MME、 以及终端; 其中,
第一 MME, 用于收到终端发送的附着请求, 并在确定本地没有有效的 所述终端的签约数据后, 向 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据, 并存储收到的 HSS 返回的所述终端的签约数据, 向终端发送附着接受信令, 并向第二 MME提供所述终端的上下文信息;
HSS, 用于确定第一 MME不为组代表 MME后, 向第二 MME发送终 端组管理消息, 并向第一 MME返回所述终端的签约数据;
第二 MME, 用于收到 HSS发送的终端组管理消息后, 根据终端组管 理消息, 从第一 MME获取所述终端的上下文信息;
终端, 用于向第一 MME发送附着请求, 并在收到第一 MME发送的附 着接受信令后, 将第二 MME作为新的当前为所述终端服务的 MME。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 HSS, 还用于将 为组代表终端服务的 MME作为组代表 MME。
