步骤 201 :核心网实体比较接入请求中携带的位置信息与特定区域的位 置信息, 并在接入请求中携带的位置信息显示的位置包含在特定区域内时, 拒绝 MTC接入实体的接入请求。
本步骤中,特定区域的位置信息可以作为 MTC接入实体的签约数据保 存在 HSS中, 该签约数据在 MTC接入实体执行附着请求时, 从 HSS发送 到核心网实体如 MME, 这种方式在本文中称为特定区域由 MTC用户决定 的方式;也可以由网络预先设置并存储在核心网实体如 MME中,这种方式 称为特定区域由网络决定的方式。
特定区域的位置信息可以通过跟踪区标识来指示; 或者, 通过小区标 识来指示; 或者通过路由区标识来指示; 或者通过跟踪区标识、 小区标识 和路由区标识的任意组合来指示, 比如某个跟踪区中的某个小区等。
本发明方法还包括: 核心网实体向 MTC接入实体返回拒绝响应, 在接 收到的拒绝响应中包含延迟时间时, MTC接入实体在延迟时间到时后再次 向核心网实体发起接入请求; 在接收到的拒绝响应中未包含延迟时间时 , MTC接入实体根据本地缺省设置的延迟时间或随机生成的延迟时间, 在延 迟时间到时之后再次向核心网实体发起接入请求。
本发明通过对特定区域的位置信息的设定, 实现了限制某个特性区域 的 MTC接入实体的接入, 满足了时间容忍特性提出的在特定区域内限制
MTC接入实体接入的需求。
针对本发明方法, 还提供一种限制 MTC接入实体接入特定区域的系 统, 如图 3所示, 至少包括 MTC接入实体, 基站和核心网实体, 其中, MTC接入实体, 用于通过基站向核心网实体发送接入请求。
核心网实体, 用于比较接入请求中携带的位置信息与特定区域的位置 信息, 并在接入请求中携带的位置信息显示的位置包含在特定区域内时, 拒绝 MTC接入实体的接入请求。
核心网实体, 还用于向 MTC接入实体返回拒绝响应。
MTC接入实体, 还用于在接收到的拒绝响应中包含延迟时间时, 在延 迟时间到时之后再次向核心网实体发起接入请求; 在接收到拒绝响应中未 包含延迟时间时, 根据本地缺省设置的延迟时间或随机生成的延迟时间, 在延迟时间到时之后再次向核心网实体发起接入请求。
核心网实体中预先设置有特定区域的位置信息, 或者,
本发明系统还包括 HSS ,用于存储作为 MTC接入实体的签约数据的特 定区域的位置信息; 此时, 核心网实体, 还用于从 HSS中获取特定区域的 位置信息。
图 4为本发明实施例的流程示意图, 下面结合图 4详细描述本发明方 法的具体实施例。
第一实施例中, 釆用特定区域由 MTC用户决定的方式, 以接入请求为 附着请求为例。
首先, MTC用户在签约 MTC设备或 MTC组时, 将其签约为时间容忍 特性, 并设置应用时间容忍特性的特定区域的位置信息。 特定区域的位置 信息可以通过跟踪区标识来指示; 或者, 通过小区标识来指示; 或者通过 路由区标识来指示; 或者通过艮踪区标识、 小区标识和路由区标识的任意 组合来指示, 比如某个跟踪区中的某个小区等。 同时, 网络根据 MTC用户 的需求, 将签约数据保存在 HSS中。 具体实现属于本领域技术人员惯用技 术手段, 这里不再详述, 这里强调的是, MTC用户预先将特定区域的位置 信息存储在 HSS中。
接着, MTC设备或 MTC组向基站发送附着请求, 基站将小区的标识 和所属的跟踪区标识或路由区标识, 和 /或小区标识作为位置信息添加到附 着请求中, 并发送给 MME。
然后, MME在本地没有与发起附着请求的 MTC设备或 MTC组对应 的签约数据时,向 HSS发送更新位置请求, HSS在接收到更新位置请求后, 将发起附着请求的 MTC设备或 MTC组的签约数据发送给 MME; MME比 较附着请求中的跟踪区标识或路由区标识, 和 /或小区标识, 与签约数据中 的跟踪区标识或路由区标识, 和 /或小区标识, 如果附着请求中的位置信息 显示的位置区域包含在签约数据中的位置信息显示的特定区域内时, 向 MTC设备或 MTC组发送附着请求拒绝消息。
进一步地, MME可以将延迟时间携带在附着请求拒绝消息中, 此时,
MTC设备或 MTC组在延迟时间到时后再次向 MME发起附着请求。 如果 在附着请求拒绝消息中未携带延迟时间, 那么, MTC设备或 MTC组根据 本地缺省设置的延迟时间或随机生成一个延迟时间, 在延迟时间到时后再 次向 MME发起附着请求。
第二实施例中, 釆用特定区域由网络决定的方式, 以接入请求为附着 请求为例。
首先, 网络运营商根据地域特点, 将一些热点区域作为特定区域。 网 络运营商在这些热点区域限制签约为时间容忍特性的 MTC设备或 MTC组 的接入, 并将这些特定区域通过跟踪区和 /或路由区和 /或小区来标识, 将跟 踪区标识和 /或路由区标识和 /或小区标识, 作为特定区域的位置信息预先存 储在 MME中。
接着, MTC设备或 MTC组向基站发送附着请求, 基站将小区的标识 和所属的跟踪区标识或路由区标识, 和 /或小区标识作为位置信息添加到附 着请求中, 并发送给 MME。
然后, MME附着请求中的跟踪区标识或路由区标识, 和 /或小区标识, 与本地预先存储有的跟踪区标识或路由区标识, 或 /和小区标识, 如果附着 请求中的位置信息显示的位置区域包含在签约数据中的位置信息显示的特 定区域内时, 向 MTC设备或 MTC组发送附着请求拒绝消息。
进一步地, MME可以将延迟时间携带在附着请求拒绝消息中, 此时,
MTC设备或 MTC组在延迟时间到时后再次向 MME发起附着请求。 如果 在附着请求拒绝消息中未携带延迟时间, 那么, MTC设备或 MTC组根据 本地缺省设置的延迟时间或随机生成一个延迟时间, 在延迟时间到时后再 次向 MME发起附着请求。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种限制接入特定区域的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 机器类型通信 MTC接入实体向核心网实体发送接入请求;
核心网实体比较接入请求中携带的位置信息与特定区域的位置信息, 并在接入请求中携带的位置信息显示的位置包含在特定区域内时, 拒绝
MTC接入实体的接入请求。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC接入实体向 核心网实体发送接入请求为: 所述 MTC接入实体经由基站向核心网实体发 送接入请求;
所述基站在接收到来自 MTC接入实体的接入请求时, 将所述 MTC接 入实体的位置信息携带在接入请求中。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 所述核心网实体向 MTC接入实体返回拒绝响应,在拒绝响应中包含延 迟时间 , MTC接入实体在延迟时间到时后再次向核心网实体发起接入请求; 或者,
所述核心网实体向 MTC接入实体返回拒绝响应, 所述 MTC接入实体 根据本地缺省设置的延迟时间或随机生成的延迟时间, 在延迟时间到时后 再次向核心网实体发起接入请求。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述特定区域的位置信 息为所述 MTC接入实体的签约数据并保存在用户归属服务器 HSS中。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述核心网实体比较之 前, 该方法还包括: 所述 MTC接入实体执行接入请求时, 所述核心网实体 从 HSS获取所述特定区域的位置信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC接入实体向 核心网实体发送接入请求之前还包括: 网络预先设置所述特定区域的位置信息, 并存储在所述核心网实体中。
7、 根据权利要求 1~6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述特定区域 的位置信息通过跟踪区标识来指示; 或者, 通过小区标识来指示; 或者通 过路由区标识来指示; 或者通过跟踪区标识、 小区标识和路由区标识的任 意组合来指示。
8、 根据权利要求 1~6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入请求 为: 附着请求, 或业务请求, 或无线资源控制 RRC连接请求, 或跟踪区 TA 更新请求, 或路由区 RA更新请求, 或分组数据网络 PDN连接请求。
9、 根据权利要求 1~6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC接 入实体包括 MTC设备或 MTC组。
10、 一种限制接入特定区域的系统, 其特征在于, 至少包括 MTC接入 实体, 基站和核心网实体, 其中,
MTC接入实体, 用于通过基站向核心网实体发送接入请求;
核心网实体, 用于比较接入请求中携带的位置信息与特定区域的位置 信息, 并在接入请求中携带的位置信息显示的位置包含在特定区域内时, 拒绝 MTC接入实体的接入请求。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述核心网实体, 还 用于向 MTC接入实体返回拒绝响应;
所述 MTC接入实体, 还用于在接收到的拒绝响应中包含延迟时间时, 在延迟时间到时后再次向核心网实体发起接入请求; 在接收到拒绝响应中 未包含延迟时间时, 根据本地缺省设置的延迟时间或随机生成的延迟时间, 在延迟时间到时后再次向核心网实体发起接入请求。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述核心网实 体中预先设置有特定区域的位置信息。
13、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括 HSS, 用于存储作为 MTC接入实体的签约数据的特定区域的位置信息; 相 应地,
所述核心网实体, 还用于从 HSS中获取特定区域的位置信息。
14、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC接入 实体包括 MTC设备或 MTC组;
所述核心网实体为 MME。
