技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种群组管理方法、 网络设备和网络系 统。
背景技术
为了应对无线宽带技术的挑战, 保持 3GPP网络的领先优势, 3GPP在 2004 年底制定了长期演进计划( Long Term Evolution , LTE )。 在该演进计划的指导 下定义了新的移动通信网络的架构, 该架构与现在的 GPRS/UMTS相比更加扁 平, 并且只保留了分组域, 因此可以称为演进的分组网络(evolved packet system , EPS )。 无线演进网络的核心网主要包含移动管理实体 ( Mobility Management Entity, MME )、 服务网关( Serving Gateway )和分组数据网络网 关 (Packet Data Network Gateway , P-GW )三个逻辑功能体, 其中的 MME 是移动管理实体, 负责 NAS信令和 NAS信令加密以及漫游、 跟踪等功能, 分 配用户临时身份标识、 安全功能等; Serving Gateway负责本地的移动性锚点 和 3GPP系统内部的移动性锚点以及合法监听相关信息; P-GW则负责策略执行 和计费以及合法监听相关功能。
M2M是机器对机器 (Machine to Machine )通信的筒称。 广义上来说, M2M通信可以包括: 机器对机器; 机器对移动电话, 如远程监视用户设备; 移动电话对机器, 如用户远程控制等等。 但是, M2M通信的重点在于机器对 机器的通信。
由于 M2M类型的用户设备(User Equipment, UE )数量庞大, 为了便于 管理, 在具体的应用中, 多个具有相同机器类型控制器 (Mechine Type Controller, MTC )的 M2M用户设备可以组成一个群组, 筒称 M2M群组, 可以 将 M2M群组作为一个整体进行管理或控制。 当然, 组群的方式可以有多种, 如: 具有相同 MTC的机器到机器类型的用户设备可以组成一个 M2M群组; 或 者同属于某一个 M2M群组的用户设备可以组成一个群组; 或者与同一个服务 器(Server )进行交互的用户设备可以组成一个群组等等。 当然, 也可以由人 对人( Human to Human, H2H )类型的终端组成一个群, 该组群的方法可以 和 M2M类型的终端相同。
在现有的 EPS网络中 , 无法实现对该群组类型的用户设备进行管理。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供了一种群组管理方法, 实现了对群组类型 的用户设备进行群组管理。
一种群组管理方法, 包括:
移动性管理网元接收群组类型的用户设备的接入请求消息, 所述接入请 求消息中包含所述用户设备的标识信息;
所述移动性管理网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息获取所述用户设备的 群组签约信息和差异化签约信息。
一种群组管理的方法, 包括:
当群組中增加或者减少用户设备时, 机器类型控制服务器修改所述发生 改变的用户设备的差异化签约信息;
所述机器类型控制服务器通知归属用户服务器修改所述用户设备的群组 签约信息。
一种网络设备, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收群组类型的用户设备的接入请求消息, 所述接入请 求消息中包含所述用户设备的标识信息;
获取单元, 用于根据所述接收单元中接收到的所述用户设备的标识信息 获取所述用户设备的群组签约信息和差异化签约信息。
一种网络系统, 包括移动性管理网元、 机器类型控制服务器和归属用户 服务器, 其中

在本发明实施例以及后续的实施例中 , 该群组类型的用户设备是指该用 户设备属于一个群组, 运营商或者所有者采用群组管理方式对改用户设备进 行管理。 该类型的用户设备具有以下特点: 同一群组的用户设备的签约标识 (如 IMSI ) 可以相同, 也可以不同 , 组成同一个群组的用户设备具有相同的 群组标识等等。
在本发明实施例以及其他的实施例中, 移动性管理网元可以包括: 在 3GPP网络中的移动性管理实体 MME或者服务 GPRS数据网关 SGSN等; 在 非 3GPP网络中的接入网关 AGW等,移动性管理网元还可以包括演进的分组 数据网关 (Evolved Packet Data Gateway, ePDG )等。
在本发明实施例以及其他的实施例中, 该用户设备的接入请求消息可以 是附着请求消息, 也可以是位置更新请求消息, 位置更新请求消息可以包括 位置区更新 ( location Area update , LAU )、 3艮踪区更新 ( Tracking Area update , TAU )或者路由区更新 ( Routing Area update, RAU )等等。
用户设备的标识可以包括用户设备的群组标识和用户设备的设备标识 等, 进一步的, 如果该群组的用户设备的签约标识相同时, 所述用户设备的 标识还可以包含用户设备的签约标识, 其中用户设备的签约标识可以是国际 移动用户标识( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, TMST )等, 用户设备 的群组标识可以是 Group ID等, 用户设备的设备标识可以是国际移动设备识 另' J码 ( international mobile equipment identify, IMEI )等。
其中用户设备的群组标识如 Group ID可以由多个字段组成, 可以对该字 段进行相应的设置, 如设置该 Group ID的第一个字段表示存储该用户设备所 在群组的群组签约信息的 HSS的地址信息, 第三个字段表示存储该用户设备 差异化签约信息的机器类型控制器服务器 (MTC Server ) 的地址信息; 也可 以用第二个字段表示存储该用户设备所在群组的群组签约信息的 HSS的地址 信息, 第一个字段表示存储该用户设备差异化签约信息的 MTC Server的地址 信息等等。 也可以用群组标识的不同比特(Byte )位来表示存储该用户设备群 组标识的 HSS的地址信息和存储该用户设备差异化信息的 MTC Server的地址 信息。
本发明实施例以及后续其他实施例中的 MTC Server均可做如下解释: M2M应用服务器, 该服务器中包含用户设备或者群组的信息或者数据, 包括 用户设备的差异签约信息, 进一步的, 也可以包含用户设备的群组签约信息, 该服务器可以是群组的管理服务器或者是的管理服务器。
其中需要说明的是, 该用户设备所在群组的群组签约信息是该群组的用 户设备所共有的签约信息。 该用户设备的差异化签约信息是该用户设备区别 于本群组内其它用户设备的签约信息。 其中 MTC Server也可以存储部分群组 签约信息, 或者部分群组签约信息既可以保存在 HSS中, 也可以保存在 MTC Server中等。

移动性管理网元获取该 HSS的地址信息,向该 HSS发送位置更新请求消 息, 该位置请求消息中可以包括用户设备的标识; HSS根据该用户设备的标 识, 如群组标识查找该用户设备的群组签约信息; 返回位置更新响应消息给 该用户设备, 该位置更新相应消息中包含该用户设备的群组签约信息, 进一 步的, 该群签约信息中还可以包含存储该用户设备差异化签约信息的 MTC Server的地址信息;
可选地, 移动性管理网元获取该用户设备的差异化签约信息之前, 还包 括获取该 MTC Server的地址信息, 包括:
移动性管理网元根据获取的群签约信息来获得该 MTC Server 的地址信 息; 或者
解析用户设备所在群组的标识, 来获取该 MTC Server的地址信息; 或者 才艮据移动性管理网元上配置缺省的 MTC Server的地址信息等。
移动性管理网元根据获取的 MTC Server的地址信息, 向 MTC Server发 送请求消息, 请求该用户设备的差异化签约信息, 该请求消息中可以包含该 用户设备的标识信息, MTC Server根据用户设备的标识信息, 如用户设备的 设备标识, 查找该用户设备的差异化签约信息, 并返回给移动性管理网元。 可选地, 移动性管理网元也可以根据指示信息, 向 MTC Server索取该用 户设备的差异化签约信息, 该指示信息可以是该用户设备发送给该移动性管 理网元的, 也可以是 HSS发送给移动性管理网元的, 指示信息的形式可以是 任意的, 本发明不做任何限制。

进一步的, HSS需要获取 MTC Server的地址信息, 包括:
HSS从移动性管理网元处获取该用户设备的群组标识,如接收移动性管理 网元发送的用户设备的群组标识, 解析该群组标识, 获取该用户设备所对应 的 MTC Server的地址信息; 或者
根据该用户设别的群组标识和预先配置的群组标识和 MTC Sercer地址信 息的对应关系获取该 MTC Server的地址信息; 或者
在 HSS上配置缺省的 MTC Server的地址信息。
3、 当 HSS和 MTC Server合设在一起时, 包括:
移动性管理网元获取该 HSS的地址信息,向该 HSS发送位置更新请求消 息, 该位置请求消息中可以包括用户设备的标识信息; HSS根据该用户设备 的标识信息 , 如群组标识和设备标识查找该用户设备的群签约信息和个性化 签约信息; 并将该群签约信息和个性化签约信息返回移动性管理网元。 其中 HSS在具体应用中还可以表示为 HSS/MTC Server。
进一步的, MTC Server还可以对用户设备的合法性进行校验, 检验该用 户设备所在的群组是否合法 , 或者检验该用户设备是否是该群组的用户设备。 该检验的步骤可以在 MTC Server上进行,也可以在 HSS上进行,也可以在移 动性管理网元上进行。
在本发明实施例中, 移动性管理网元获取该用户设备的群组签约信息后, 后续该群组的其他成员通过该移动性管理网元接入到该网络时, 该移动性管 理网元可以不用在到 HSS中获取该用户设备的群组签约信息, 直接利用保存 在该移动性管理网元上的该群组的签约信息。
采用本发明实施例提供的方法, 将用户设备的群组签约信息存储在 HSS 中, 并且将该用户设备的差异化签约信息保存在 MTC Server中, 根据用户设 备的需要, 分别获取该用户设备的差异化签约信息和群组签约信息, 实现了 对用户设备的群组管理, 并且将该用户设备的差异化签约信息保存在 MTC Server中, 可以减少用户设备与 HSS的交互次数, 减少网络侧的负荷, 最大 限度的不影响正常的其他用户设备设备的正常工作。 参照附图 2, 本发明实施例提供了一种群组管理的方法, 包括:
201、 用户设备发送附着请求消息到移动性管理网元;
其中, 该用户设备可以是群组类型的用户设备, 该附着请求消息中可以 包含用户设备的设备标识(如 IMEI )和群组标识(如 Group ID )等等。 进一 步的, 如果该用户设备所在群组的签约标识相同时, 该附着请求消息中也可 以包含签约标识(如 IMSI ),其中所述用户设备的设备标识看作是签约信息的 索引, 用以区分群组中不同用户设备, 所述 Group ID也可以看作是签约信息 的索引, 用以区分不同的群组。 在本发明实施例中, 用户设备的设备标识和 群组标识的也可以是其它的表现形式, 本发明实施例不做具体的限制。
在本发明实施例以及其他的实施例中, 移动性管理网元可以包括: 在 3GPP网络中的移动性管理实体 MME或者服务 GPRS数据网关 SGSN等; 在 非 3GPP网络中的接入网关 AGW等 , 进一步 , 移动性管理网元还可以包括演 进的分组数据网关 (Evolved Packet Data Gateway, ePDG )等。
202、 移动性管理网元发送位置更新请求 Update Location Request消息到 HSS,其中该位置更新请求消息中可以包含群组标识,用以获取该用户设备所 在群的群组签约信息。
移动性管理网元可以根据该用户设备的标识信息和在移动性管理网元上 配置的对应关系确定该用户设备是群组用户设备; 或者
根据用户设备所携带的指示信息, 确定该用户设备是群组用户设备, 该 指示信息可以是指示该用户设备是群组用户设备的指示, 或者是一个标识位, 标识该用户设备是群组用户设备等; 或者

其中, 该位置更新请求消息中还可以包含移动性管理网元的 ID信息, 以 使 HS S记录服务当前用户设备的移动性管理网元的 ID信息。
203、 HSS接收所述位置更新请求消息, 并根据该位置更新请求消息中的 群组标识查找到该群的签约信息, 向移动性管理网元发送位置更新响应 Update Location Ack消息 ,该位置更新响应消息中包含该用户设备所在群的签 约信息。
其中,该用户设备所在群的签约信息中可以包含 MTC Server的地址信息, 如 MTC Server的 IP地址信息,以使该移动性管理网元能够根据该 MTC Server 的地址信息寻址到该 MTC Server。

其中, HSS和 MTC Server之间存储签约信息的对应关系参照附图 3, 在 HSS上存储该用户设备群组的签约信息,在 MTC Server上存储该群组所有用 户设备的差异化签约信息, 进一步的, HSS上保存有 MTC Server的地址信息 等。
需要说明的是, 对于群组中第一个注册到网络中某个移动性管理网元的 用户设备, 该移动性管理网元根据该用户设备的群组信息从 HSS中获得该用 户设备所在群组的签约信息。 后续, 如果有该群组中其它的用户设备也注册 到该移动性管理网元上时, 该移动性管理网元可以不再向 HSS获取群的签约 信息。
204、 移动性管理网元根据接收到的位置更新响应消息, 获取存储该用户 设备差异化签约信息的 MTC Server的地址信息, 并向该 MTC Server索取该 用户设备的差异化数据, 包括:
移动性管理网元向 MTC Server发送请求消息, 该请求消息可以是订约数 据请求 Subscribe Data Request消息等 , 该订约数据请求消息中可以包含用户 设备的设备标识 ( IMEI ), 进一步的, 还可以包含用户设备的群组标识( Group ID X 进一步的, 该订约数据请求消息中还可以包括移动性管理网元的 ID信 息。
其中移动性管理网元寻址 MTC Server的方式可以是,根据 HSS返回的该 用户设备所在群的签约信息所包含的 MTC Server的信息, 来获取该 MTC的 地址信息, 也可以是根据解析获取的用户设备的群组标识获得 MTC Server的 地址信息等等。
进一步的 , 移动性管理网元确定该用户设备是群组类型的用户设备后, 再向 MTC Server发送请求消息, 请求该用户设备的差异化签约信息。
205、 MTC Server接收该订约数据请求消息,根据该订约数据请求消息中 包含的用户设备的设备标识来获取该用户设备的差异化签约信息, 并将该用 户设备差异化的签约信息发送给移动性管理网元。
同时 , 如果该订约数据请求消息中包含为该用户设备提供服务的移动性 管理网元的 ID信息,则 MTC Server将该移动性管理网元的 ID信息保存下来。
需要说明的是, MTC Server可以进一步校验该用户设备的合法性, 如, 校验该用户设备是否属于一个合法的群组, 进一步的, 也可以检验该用户设 备的签约标识是否跟设备标识绑定等等。 校验合法后, 向移动性管理网元发 送该用户设备的差异化签约信息。
其中, 对该用户设备进行校验的方法可以包括, MTC Server根据移动性 管理网元提供的用户设备的群组标识和设备标识 , 确定该用户设备是否属于 该群组,同时确认用户设备的群组标识和设备标识的对应关系是否合法。 MTC Server确认的前提是, MTC Server中已经保存了该群组成员与群组的对应关 系 (即, 该群组中包含哪些成员); 进一步的, 该 MTC Server还可以保存每 个成员签约标识与其设备标识的绑定关系。
需要说明的是, 该群组成员与群组的对应关系以及群组成员的签约标识 与群组成员的设备标识的绑定关系也可以保存在 HSS中 , HSS对校验群组成 员是否合法, 进一步, 校验群组成员签约标识与其设备标识的绑定关系是否 合法。 如果检验合法, 则 HSS向移动性管理网元发送该用户设备所在群的群 组签约信息。
需要说明的是, 在步骤 203中, 如果 HSS向移动性管理网元发送的群签 约信息中包含群组成员与群组的对应关系以及群组成员签约标识与群组成员 设备标识的绑定关系 , 则移动性管理网元根据获取的群签约信息可以执行群 组成员校验, 和 /或群组成员签约标识与群组成员设备标识绑定校验, 如果检 验成功, 则允许用户设备接入, 此处所提到的用户设备可以是后续注册到该 移动性管理网元的该群组的其它成员。
其中, 移动性管理网元获取用户设备的设备标识的方式, 可以是用户设 备主动上报给移动性管理网元, 如通过接入请求消息发送给移动性管理网元; 也可以是移动性管理网元需要时 , 主动向用户设备索取等等。
206、 移动性管理网元接收到该用户设备的差异化的签约信息后, 发送附 着接受 Attatch Accept消息给该用户设备。
其中,如果 HSS或者 MTC Server对该用户设备的校验没有通过,则 HSS 或者 MTC Server不返回该用户设备的差异化签约信息, 则移动性管理网元发 送附着拒绝消息给该用户设备; 或者该移动性管理网元校验该用户设备不合 法, 也发送附着拒绝消息给该用户设备, 拒绝该用户设备接入到网络。
采用本发明实施例提供的方法, 将群组用户设备的群组签约信息存储在
HSS中, 并且将该用户设备的差异化签约信息保存在 MTC Server中, 根据用 户设备的需要, 分别获取该用户设备的差异化签约信息和群组签约信息, 实 现了对群组类型用户的群组管理, 并且将该用户设备的差异化签约信息保存 在 MTC Server中,可以减少用户设备与 HSS的交互次数,减少网络侧的负荷, 最大限度的不影响其它类型的用户设备设备的通信。 参照附图 4, 本发明实施例提供了一种群组管理的方法, 包括:
401、 用户设备发送位置更新请求到移动性管理网元, 该位置更新请求中 可以包括用户设备所在群的群组标识和用户设备的设备标识。
402、 移动性管理网元发送位置更新请求 Update Location Request消息到 HSS,该位置更新请求消息中可以包括用户设备所在群的群组标识和用户设备 的设备标识, 具体参照步驟 202。
进一步的, 该位置请求消息中还可以包含指示信息, 指示该 HSS向 MTC Server获取该用户设备的差异化签约信息,或者指示该移动性管理网元无法与 MTC Server直接进行数据传递等等。
移动性管理网元根据该用户设备的标识信息确定该用户设备是 M2M 用 户设备, 具体参照步骤 202。
403、 HSS向 MTC Server发送请求消息请求用户设备的差异化签约信息, 该请求消息可以是订阅数据请求 Subscribe Data Request消息, 该订阅数据请 求消息中包含用户设备所在群的群组标识和用户设备的设备标识。
其中, HSS寻址 MTC Server的方法可以是: HSS配置群组标识与 MTC Server地址信息的对应关系; 或者移动性管理网元向 HSS提供群组标识, 则 HSS可以确认 MTC Server的地址信息。
可选地, HSS向 MTC Server发送请求消息之前, 还需要确定用户设备是 否是群组类型的用户设备, 如果是则向 MTC Server发送请求消息, 如果不是 则不发送请求消息。
404、 MTC Server将该用户设备的差异化签约信息发送给 HSS。
可选地, MTC Server可以进一步校验用户设备的合法性, 如, 校验用户 设备是否属于一个合法群组 , 也可以检验用户设备的签约标识是否跟设备标 识绑定等等。 如果该用户设备被校验合法, 则向 HSS发送该用户设备的差异 化签约信息。 包括:
MTC Server根据 HSS发送的该用户设备群组标识和设备标识,确认该用 户设备是否属于该群组, 同时确认用户设备签约标识和设备标识的对应关系 是否合法, 其中, MTC Server已经保存了群组成员与群组的对应关系 (即一 个群组中包含哪些成员); 另外该 MTC Server还可以保存每个成员的签约标 识与其设备标识的绑定关系等等。
405、 HSS向移动性管理网元发送位置更新确认 Update Location Ack消息, 该位置更新确认消息中包含该用户设备的群组签约信息和差异化签约信息。
406、 移动性管理网元发送位置更新接受消息给用户设备, 为所述用户设 备提供后续的服务。
需要说明的是, 如果 MTC Server和 HSS是合设在一起的, 则步骤 403 和步驟 404中, HSS到 MTC Server中获取差异化的签约信息的过程可以看作 是内部实现。
采用本发明实施例提供的方法, 将群组类型的用户设备的群组签约信息 存储在 HSS中, 并且将该用户设备的差异化签约信息保存在 MTC Server中, 当用户设备接入到网络时, 能最大限度的利用目前的网络架构, 同时将该用 户设备的差异化签约信息存储在 MTC Server中, 可以减少用户设备与 HSS 的交互次数, 减轻网络侧的负荷, 最大限度的不影响正常的 H2H用户设备设 备的通信。 参照附图 5, 本发明实施例提供了一种群组管理的方法,在本发明实施例 中, 群组以机器对机器 M2M群组为例, 进行描述, 该方法包括:
500、 群组的所有者或者运营商在群组中添加或者删除一个用户设备。 其中, 添加或者删除的方法可以是通过 MTC Server的界面或者运营支撑 系统( Operational Support System, OSS )的接口来完成, 如: M2M Group的 所有者可以通过 OMA操作(即通过一个网页链接到 MTC Server的操作页面) 来修改 M2M Grou 的群组成员列表( M2ME ID List )。
501、 MTC Server为该用户设备创建或者删除差异化签约信息,并且 MTC Server向 HSS发送请求消息,请求同步 HSS中群组成员准入列表信息,包括: 如果是在群组中增加一个用户设备, 则 MTC Server为该用户设备创建签 约信息, 并将该用户设备添加到群组成员中, 同时为了同步 HSS中群组成员 的准入列表 , MTC Server发送请求消息 , 请求 HSS将该用户设备加入到这个 群组的准入列表中 ,如, MTC Server发送增加 M2M群组请求 Add UE To M2M Group Request的消息到 HSS , 该请求消息包括可以用户设备签约标识和用户 设备的 ID等等。 进一步的, 该请求消息中海可以包括用户设备的身份, 用户 设备准许使用的时间长度、 区域等信息; 或者
如果是在群组中删除一个用户设备, 则 MTC Server删除该用户设备的签 约信息, 并将该用户设备从群组成员中删除, 同时, 为了同步 HSS中群组成 员的准入列表, MTC Server发送请求消息, 请求 HSS将该用户设备从这个群 组的准入列表中删除,如 MTC Server向 HSS发送请求删除 M2M群组中该用 户设备的消息, 该请求消息中可以包括用户设备的签约标识和用户设备的 ID 等等。
502、 HSS接收该请求消息, 将该用户设备加入到 M2M群组的成员列表 中, 并返回增加该用户设备到 M2M 群组确认 Add UE to M2M Group Acknowledge消息到 MTC Server;
或者将该用户设备从 M2M群组的成员列表中删除,返回从该 M2M群组 中删除该用户设备确认 Delete UE to M2M Group Acknowledge消息到 MTC Scrvcr。
503、 HSS向 MME插入签约数据, 即 HSS将爹改后的 M2M群组成员列 表通知服务该群组的 MME。
504、 MME接收到签约数据后, 返回确认消息到 HSS, 保证了 HSS和 MTC Server中数据的同步更新。
在本发明的另外一个实施例中,如果 HSS和 MTC Server合设的话,则本 步驟 501和 502的实现过程可以看作是内部实现。
在本发明的另外一个实施例中, 如果 HSS中保存有群组成员签约标识与 群组成员设备标识的绑定关系, 当 MTC Server 改变所述绑定关系的时候, MTC Server也需要将 HSS中的邦定关系同步; 如果移动性管理网元保存有群 组成员签约标识与群组成员设备标识的绑定关系时, 当 MTC Server改变所述 绑定关系的时候, MTC Server也需要将移动性管理网元中的绑定关系同步, 其具体流程参照本发明实施例中 501〜504。
在本发明的另外一个实施例中 , MTC Server也可以增加或者删除用户设 备的信息通过发送给第三方网元, 该第三方网元再将该信息发送给 HSS, 即 通过第三方网元来实现 MTC Server和 HSS中数据的同步。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 当第三方网元可以是 OSS 时, 如果在 M2M 群组中增加或者删除一个用户设备, 则 MTC Server为该用户设备创建或者删 除差异化签约信息, 并将该增加或者删除用户设备的信息通知给 OSS, 进一 步的, 该 OSS也可以对这个操作进行认证, 如果认证通过, 则 OSS修改该 M2M群组的成员列表, 将该用户设备增加 M2M群组的准入用户列表中, 或 者将该用户设备从 M2M群组的准入用户列表中删除, 同时 OSS将该用户设 备增加或者删除的信息通知给 HSS, 以使 HSS修改该用户设备所在群组的相 关信息, HSS修改该群组信息的过程参照步驟 502。
采用本发明实施例所提供的方法,当某群组的用户设备发生改变时, MTC Server能及时更改该用户设备的签约信息, 并且通知 HSS更改 HSS中所保存 的签约信息,保证了 HSS和 MTC Server中该用户设备签约信息的同步, 实现 对群组类型的用户设备的群组管理。 参照附图 6a, 本发明实施例提供了一种网络设备, 包括:

在本发明实施例中第一请求消息可以是位置更新请求 Update Location Request消息 , 第二请求消息可以是订约数据请求 Subscribe Data Request消息 等, 移动性管理网元和机器类型控制服务器之间可以直接传递数据信息。
在本发明的另外一个实施例中, 所述归属用户服务器 703, 还用于向机器 类型控制服务器 702发送第三请求消息, 请求该用户设备的差异化签约信息, 第三请求消息中包含该用户设备的设备标识, 并将获取的该用户设备的差异 化签约信息发送给移动性管理网元 701;
机器类型控制服务 702器根据第三请求消息将该用户设备的差异化签约 信息发送给归属用户服务器 703。
在本发明实施例中 , 第三请求消息可以是订阅数据请求 Subscribe Data Request消息, 同时, 移动性管理网元和机器类型控制服务器之间不能直接传 递信息 , 只能通过其他网元如归属用户服务器来传递数据信息。

本发明实施例所提供的网络系统中, 群组类型的用户设备的群组签约信 息可以存储在归属用户服务器中, 该用户设备的差异化签约信息可以存储在 机器类型控制服务器中, 并且可以根据用户设备的需要, 分别获取该用户设 备的差异化签约信息和群组签约信息, 实现了对群组类型用户的群组管理, 并且将该用户设备的差异化签约信息保存在机器类型控制服务器中, 可以减 少用户设备与归属用户服务器的交互次数, 减少网络侧的负荷, 最大限度的 不影响其它类型的用户设备的通信。 参照附图 8a, 本发明实施例还提供了一种网络系统, 包括机器类型控制 服务器 801和归属用户服务器 802, 当群组中增加或者删除用户设备时,
机器类型控制服务器 801 , 用于修改发生改变的用户设备的差异化签约信 息, 并通知归属用户服务器 802修改该用户设备的群组签约信息;
归属用户服务器 802, 用于根据机器类型控制服务器 801的通知, 修改发 生改变的用户设备的群组签约信息。
参照附图 8b, 在本发明的另外一个实施例中, 该网络系统还可以包括: 第三方网元 803, 用于接收机器类型控制服务器 801发送的通知, 并将该 通知发送给所述归属用户服务器 802;
归属用户服务器 802根据第三方网元 803的通知修改所述发生改变的用户 设备的签约信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 该第三方网元可以是 OSS等。
在本发明的另外一个实施例中 ,
如果群组中增加一个用户设备, 则机器类型控制服务器 801为该用户设备 创建差异化签约信息, 将该用户设备添加到群组成员中; 或者
如果群组中删除一个用户设备, 则机器类型控制服务器 801删除该用户 设备的差异化签约信息, 并将该用户设备从群组成员中删除。
釆用本发明实施例所提供的网络系统 , 当某群组的用户设备发生改变时, 机器类型控制服务器能及时更改该用户设备的签约信息, 并且通知归属用户 服务器更改其所保存的签约信息, 保证了归属用户服务器和机器类型控制服 务器中该用户设备签约信息的同步, 实现对群组类型的用户设备的群组管理。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步驟 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于计算机可读取 存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步驟; 而前述的 存储介质包括: ROM, RAM,磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。 显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明 的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1、 一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动性管理网元接收群组类型的用户设备的接入请求消息, 所述接入请求 消息中包含所述用户设备的标识信息;
所述移动性管理网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息获取所述用户设备的群 组签约信息和差异化签约信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管理 网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息获取所述用户设备的群组签约信息和差异化 签约信息包括:
所述移动性管理网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息从归属用户服务器中获 取所述用户设备的群组签约信息 , 所述用户设备的标识信息包括所述用户设备 的群组标识,
所述移动性管理网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息从机器类型控制服务器 中获取所述用户设备的差异化签约信息 , 所述用户设备的标识信息包括所述用 户设备的设备标识;
或者
所述移动性管理网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息从归属用户服务器中获 取所述用户设备的群组签约信息和差异化签约信息 , 所述用户设备的标识信息 包括所述用户设备的群组标识和设备标识。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管理 网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息从机器类型控制服务器中获取所述用户设备 的差异化签约信息之前还包括:
所述移动性管理网元将所述接收到的用户设备的群组标识进行解析, 获取 所述机器类型控制服务器的地址信息; 或者
所述移动性管理网元接收所述用户设备的群组签约信息, 所述群组签约信 息中包括所述机器类型控制服务器的地址信息。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管理 网元根据所述用户设备的标识信息从归属用户服务器中获取所述用户设备的群 组签约信息和差异化签约信息, 包括:
当所述归属用户服务器和所述机器类型控制服务器合设时, 所述移动性管 理网元直接从所述归属用户服务器获取所述用户设备的群签约信息和差异化签 约信息; 或者
当所述归属用户服务器和所述机器类型控制服务器分开设置时, 所述移动 性管理网元从所述归属用户服务器中获取所述用户设备的群组签约信息和差异 化签约信息 , 其中所述用户设备的群组签约信息保存在所述归属用户服务器上, 所述用户设备的差异化签约信息是所述归属用户服务器从所述机器类型控制服 务器中获取的。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 当所述归属用户 服务器和所述机器类型控制服务器分开设置时, 还包括:
所述归属用户服务器从所述移动性管理网元处获取所述用户设备的群组标 识, 根据所述用户设备的群组标识, 以及预先配置的群组标识和机器类型控制 服务器地址信息的对应关系获取所述机器类型控制服务器的地址信息; 或者 所述归属用户服务器对获取的所述用户设备的群組标识进行解析来获取所 述机器类型控制服务器的地址信息。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任一所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述机器类型控制服务器、 所述归属用户服务器和所述移动性管理网元中 的至少一个对所述用户设备进行验证。
7、 如权利要求 1至 5任一所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述移动性管理网元保存所述用户设备的群组签约信息。
8、 一种群组管理的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当群组中增加或者减少用户设备时, 机器类型控制服务器修改所述发生改 变的用户设备的差异化签约信息; 所述机器类型控制服务器通知归属用户服务器修改所述用户设备的群组签 约信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知归属用 户服务器修改所述用户设备的群组签约信息包括:
所述机器类型控制服务器直接通知所述归属用户服务器修改所述用户设备 的群组签约信息; 或者
所述机器类型控制服务器通过第三方网元通知所述归属用户服务器修改所 述用户设备的群组签约信息。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的一种群组管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述机器类 型控制服务器修改所述发生改变的用户设备的差异化签约信息包括:
如果群组中增加一个用户设备, 则所述机器类型控制服务器为所述用户设 备创建差异化签约信息, 将所述用户设备添加到群组成员中; 或者
如果群组中删除一个用户设备, 则所述机器类型控制服务器删除所述用户 设备的差异化签约信息, 并将所述用户设备从群组成员中删除。
11、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收群组类型的用户设备的接入请求消息, 所述接入请求 消息中包含所述用户设备的标识信息;
获取单元 , 用于根据所述接收单元中接收到的所述用户设备的标识信息获 取所述用户设备的群组签约信息和差异化签约信息。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元包括: 第一获取子单元, 用于根据所述用户设备的标识信息从归属用户服务器中 获取所述用户设备的群组签约信息 , 所述用户设备的标识信息包括用户设备的 群组标识 , 根据所述用户设备的标识信息从机器类型控制服务器中获取所述用 户设备的差异化签约信息 , 所述用户设备的标识信息包括用户设备的设备标识; 或者
第二获取子单元, 用于根据所述用户设备的标识信息从归属用户服务器中 获取所述用户设备的群组签约信息和差异化签约信息, 所述用户设备的标识信 息包括用户设备的群组标识和设备标识。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的一种网络设备, 其特征在于,
当所述接收单元中接收到的所述用户设备的标识包含所述用户设备的群组 标识时,
所述获取单元, 还用于将所述接收单元中接收到的所述用户设备的群组标 识进行解析, 获取所述机器类型控制服务器的地址信息; 或者
所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述用户设备的群组签约信息, 所述群组签约 信息中包括机器类型控制服务器的地址信息;
所述获取单元, 还用于根据所述接收单元中接收到的群组签约信息获取所 述机器类型控制服务器的地址信息。
14、 如权利要求 11至 13任一所述的一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 保存单元, 用于保存所述群组类型的用户设备的群组签约信息。
15、 一种网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括移动性管理网元、 机器类型控制服 务器和归属用户服务器, 其中
所述移动性管理网元, 用于接收用户设备的接入请求消息, 所述接入请求 消息中包含所述用户设备的标识信息, 根据所述用户设备的标识信息获取所述 用户设备的群组签约信息和差异化签约信息;
所述机器类型控制服务器, 用于将所述用户设备的差异化签约信息发送给 所述移动性管理网元;
所述归属用户服务器, 用于将所述用户设备的群组签约信息发送给所述移 动性管理网元。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的网络系统, 其特征在于,
所述移动性管理网元, 还用于向所述机器类型控制服务器发送第一请求消 息, 请求所述用户设备的差异化签约信息, 所述第一请求消息中包含所述用户 设备的设备标识; 向所述归属用户服务器发送第二请求消息, 请求所述用户设 备的群组签约信息, 所述第二请求消息中包含所述用户设备的群组标识; 所述机器类型控制服务器根据所述第一请求消息中所包含的设备标识获取 所述用户设备的差异化签约信息 , 并发送给所述移动性管理网元;
所述归属用户服务器根据所述第二请求消息中包含的群组标识获取所述用 户设备的群组签约信息, 并发送给所述移动性管理网元。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的网络系统, 其特征在于,
所述归属用户服务器, 还用于向所述机器类型控制服务器发送第三请求消 息, 请求所述用户设备的差异化签约信息, 所述第三请求消息中包含所述用户 设备的设备标识, 并将获取的所述用户设备的差异化签约信息发送给所述移动 性管理网元;
所述机器类型控制服务器根据所述第三请求消息将所述用户设备的差异化 签约信息发送给所述归属用户服务器。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的网络系统, 其特征在于,
所述归属用户服务器 , 还用于解析所述用户设备的群组标识来获取所述机 器类型控制服务器的地址信息; 或者
根据预先配置的群组标识和机器类型控制服务器地址的对应关系, 以及获 取的所述用户设备的群組标识获取所述机器类型控制服务器的地址信息。
19、 如权利要求 15所述的网络系统, 其特征在于,
所述移动性管理网元, 还用于解析所述用户设备的群组标识来获取所述机 器类型控制服务器的地址信息; 或者
根据接收到的所述用户设备的群组签约信息来获取所述机器类型控制服务 器的地址信息。
20、 一种网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括机器类型控制服务器和归属用户服 务器, 当群组中增加或者减少用户设备时,
所述机器类型控制服务器, 用于修改所述发生改变的用户设备的差异化签 约信息, 并通知所述归属用户服务器修改所述用户设备的群组签约信息; 所述归属用户服务器, 用于根据所述机器类型控制服务器的通知, 修改所 述发生改变的用户设备的群组签约信息。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的网络系统, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三方网元, 用于接收所述机器类型控制服务器发送的通知, 并将所述通 知发送给所述归属用户服务器;
所述归属用户服务器根据所述第三方网元的通知修改所述发生改变的用户 设备的签约信息。
22、 如权利要求 20或 21所述的网络系统, 其特征在于,
如果群组中增加一个用户设备, 则所述机器类型控制服务器为所述用户设 备创建差异化签约信息, 将所述用户设备添加到群组成员中; 或者
如果群组中删除一个用户设备, 则所述机器类型控制服务器删除所述用户 设备的差异化签约信息, 并将所述用户设备从群组成员中删除。
