Description

一种检索终端外部标识的方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域, 尤其涉及一种检索终端外部标识 (EID, External Identifier ) 的方法及系统。 背景技术
图 1是现有技术中移动通信系统的结构示意图, 如图 1所示, 移动通 信系统主要由核心网 (CN, Core Network )、 接入网 (RAN, Radio Access Network )和终端组成。 其中, CN 负责非接入层事务, 例如终端位置更新 等, 并且 CN是用户面的锚点; RAN包括基站, 主要负责接入层事务, 如 无线资源的管理, 基站之间可以根据实际情况存在物理或逻辑上的连接, 如图 1中的基站 1和基站 2或基站 1和基站 3之间的连接, 每个基站还可 以和 CN 中的一个或多个核心网节点连接。 终端为用户设备(UE, User Equipment ), 终端指的是可以与 CN进行通信的各种设备, 如移动电话、 平 板电脑、 笔记本电脑等。
目前, CN中具有以下网元:
移动性管理实体(MME, Mobility Management Entity )或服务 GPRS 支持节点 ( SGSN, Serving GPRS Support Node )是 CN中负责管理终端接 入控制、位置信息更新以及切换的单元, 负责 CN到终端的非接入层信令控 制和将终端注册到 CN的功能;
归属用户服务器(HSS, Home Subscriber Server )或归属用户位置寄存 器( HLR, Home Location Register )是 CN中负责保存用户的签约数据、 身 份信息、 认证信息和授权信息等信息的实体。 根据不同情况, HSS或 HLR 可用于保存用户的身份信息及用户与终端的绑定信息, 或只保存用户的身 份信息, 用户与终端的绑定信息由网管保存, 或直接保存终端的身份信息。
HSS或 HLR还负责用户的签约数据库的维护, 以及执行用户的身份验证和 授权等。业务平台可从 HSS或 HLR查询用户的身份信息或终端的身份信息; 分组数据网网关( P-GW, Packet Data Network-Gateway )位于用户侧, 主要功能为 IP地址分配、会话管理、策略与计费规则功能( PCRF, Policy and Charging Rules Function )选择、 路由选择和数据转发、 服务质量(QoS, Quality of Service )控制、 计费、 策略和计费执行等;
互操作功能实体(IWF, Inter- Working Function )是位于移动通信网与 外部公网之间的一个连接实体, 能够实现协议转换、 地址查询、 信息保存 等功能。 IWF对外连接机器类型通信( MTC , Machine Type Communications ) 服务器, 对内可以连接到 HSS或 HLR, 或 MME或 SGSN等 CN网元;
MTC 认证、 鉴权和计费功能 ( AAA , Authentication Authorization Accounting )服务器归属公共陆地移动通信网络( HPLMN, Home Public Land Mobile Network ) 中, 在网络出口提供终端在移动通信网络的内部标识, 如 国际移动用户识别码 ( IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number )到外部标识间的转译功能。 MTC AAA服务器可被部署用于根据 终端的 IMSI返回终端的 EID, 也可被部署作为 P-GW与外部分组数据网 ( PDN, Packet Data Network ) 中的 AAA服务器之间的远程用户拨号认证 系统 ( RADIUS , Remote Authentication Dial In User Service )或 Diameter代 理服务器。
终端的 EID应是全局唯一的, 并包含以下两个部分:
1 )域名标识 (DID, Domain Identifier ): 标识一个移动通信网络的运 营商控制下的域名, 此域名用于标识由运营商所提供服务的访问地址, 如 MTC-IWF提供的服务,且运营商可以使用不同的 DID以支持不同的服务接 入; 2 )本地标识( LID, Local Identifier ): 由移动通信网络的运营商进行管 理, 用于导出或获取终端的 IMSI, 且 LID在适用域内是唯一的。
对于一些业务, 如监控管理系统需要从终端获取监控数据, 需要通过 服务器触发终端, 使终端建立与服务器的连接, 以实现终端通过与服务器 建立的连接上报需要的数据给服务器。 终端收到服务器的触发消息后, 就 需要能立即响应, 并建立与服务器的连接。 目前为了满足服务器对终端的 触发需求, 已有解决方案使用终端的 EID进行 MTC服务器与 CN之间的通 信, 并在 CN中存储终端的 IMSI与 EID之间的对应关系。 然而, 终端仅有 一个 IMSI, 却可能有一个或多个 EID, 如果有多个 EID, 则 CN根据 IMSI 可以得到多个 EID, 因此不能确定使用哪个 EID, 如此, 将造成 CN错误地 响应 MTC服务器的终端触发请求。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种检索终端 EID的方法及系 统, 网络侧能够检索到终端的 EID, 进而使用正确的 EID响应 MTC服务器 的终端触发请求。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种检索终端 EID的方法, 包括:
网络侧存储终端的 EID的参考号 (RN, Reference Number )与终端的 EID的对应关系;
终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求时,网络侧根据终端的 EID的 RN以 及所述对应关系, 检索与所述 RN对应的终端的 EID。
上述方法中, 所述终端的 EID的 RN在网络侧进行预先配置, 或由网 络侧的 RN网元动态分配。
上述方法中, 所述网络侧存储终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对应 关系为: 终端入网时, 运营商为终端配置终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对 应关系, 并将所述对应关系作为终端的签约数据存储到网络侧的 HSS中。
上述方法中, 所述终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求时, 网络侧根据终 端的 EID的 RN以及所述对应关系,检索与所述 RN对应的终端的 EID为: MTC-IWF读取收到的终端的服务 MME发送的触发消息发送报告携带 的终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN,根据读取的终端的 IMSI, 在本地存储 的终端的信息中查找对应所述读取的终端的 IMSI的终端的 EID, 根据读取 的终端的 EID的 RN, 在查找到的终端的多个 EID中, 检索与所述读取的 终端的 EID的 RN对应的终端的 EID;
MTC-IWF发送携带检索到的终端的 EID的触发消息发送报告给 MTC 服务器。
上述方法中,所述 MTC-IWF读取收到的终端的服务 MME发送的触发 消息发送报告携带的终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN之前,该方法还包括: MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将携带终端的 EID的终端触 发请求消息发送给 MTC-IWF;
MTC-IWF通过携带终端的 EID的用户信息请求消息向 HSS请求终端 的信息; HSS根据所述终端的 EID, 在本地存储的终端的签约数据中查找 对应的包含终端的 IMSI、 服务 CN节点标识、 终端的 EID的 RN的终端的 信息, 并发送给 MTC-IWF;
MTC-IWF存储收到的终端的信息,构建携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID 的 RN的触发消息发送给终端的服务 MME, 其中;
终端的服务 MME触发终端建立与自身的非接入层 ( NAS, Non Access Stratum )连接, 在 NAS连接建立完成后, 将携带终端的 EID的 RN的触发 消息封装在 NAS信令中发送给终端; 或者, 终端的服务 MME直接将携带 终端的 EID的 RN的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中发送给终端; 终端发送携带终端的 EID的 RN的触发响应消息给终端的服务 MME; 终端的服务 MME发送携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN的触发消 息发送报告给 MTC-IWF。
上述方法中, 所述终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求时, 网络侧根据终 端的 EID的 RN以及所述对应关系,检索与所述 RN对应的终端的 EID为:
MTC AAA读取收到的用户身份请求消息中的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN,根据读取的终端的 IMSI,在本地存储的对应终端的信息中查找到终端 的多个 EID; 根据读取的终端的 EID的 RN, 在终端的多个 EID中,检索与 所述读取的终端的 EID的 RN对应的终端的 EID; 将检索到的终端的 EID 通过用户身份响应消息发送给服务 P-GW。
上述方法中, 所述 MTC AAA读取收到的用户身份请求消息中的 IMSI 和终端的 EID的 RN之前 , 该方法还包括:
终端附着到网络时, 网络侧为终端建立与服务 P-GW之间的默认 PDN 连接, 并将终端注册到 MTC服务器;
MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将携带终端的 EID、 注册信 息的终端触发请求消息发送到终端的服务 P-GW;
服务 P-GW通过携带终端的 EID的用户身份请求消息向 MTC AAA请 求终端的信息;
MTC AAA根据收到的终端的 EID,在本地存储的数据中查找对应的终 端的信息, 并当未找到对应的终端的信息时, 向 HSS发送用户身份请求消 息; HSS根据用户身份请求消携带的终端的 EID, 在本地的终端的签约数 据中, 找到对应的包含终端的 IMSI、 终端的 EID对应的终端的 EID的 RN 的终端的信息, 并通过用户身份响应消息返回给 MTC AAA; 所述终端的信 息; MTC AAA将收到的用户身份响应消息发送给服务 P-GW;
服务 P-GW存储收到的终端的信息, 根据终端的注册信息通过默认 PDN连接, 将携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN的触发消息通过 IP数 据包发送给终端;
终端读取 IP数据包携带的触发消息, 并向服务 P-GW发送携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN的 PDN连接建立请求消息;
服务 P-GW通过携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN的用户身份请求 消息向 MTC AAA请求终端的 EID。
上述方法中, 该方法还包括:

MTC-IWF发送携带检索到的终端的 EID的触发消息发送报告给 MTC 服务器。
上述方法中, 所述 MTC-IWF存储 HSS发送的用户信息响应消息携带 的终端的信息之前, 该方法还包括:
MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将携带终端的 EID的终端触 发请求消息发送给 MTC-IWF;
MTC-IWF通过携带终端的 EID的用户信息请求消息向 HSS请求终端 的信息;
HSS根据用户信息请求消息携带的终端的 EID, 在本地存储的终端的 签约数据中查找对应的包含终端的信息包括终端的 IMSI、 服务 CN节点标 识的终端的信息, 并通过用户信息响应消息将找到的终端的信息发送给 MTC-IWF。
上述方法中,所述 MTC-IWF读取收到的终端的服务 MME发送的触发 消息发送报告携带的终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN之前,该方法还包括: 终端的服务 MME触发终端建立与自身的 NAS连接,并在 NAS连接建 立完成后, 将携带终端的 EID的 RN的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中发送给 终端; 或者, 终端的服务 MME直接将携带终端的 EID的 RN的触发消息 封装在 NAS信令中发送给终端;
终端发送携带终端的 EID的 RN的触发响应消息给终端的服务 MME; 终端的服务 MME发送携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN的触发消 息发送报告给 MTC-IWF。
本发明还提供一种检索终端 EID的系统, 位于网络侧, 包括: 存储单 元及检索单元; 其中,
存储单元, 用于存储终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对应关系; 检索单元, 用于终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求时, 根据终端的 EID 的 RN以及存储单元存储的所述对应关系, 检索与所述 RN对应的终端的 EID。
上述系统中, 所述终端的 EID的 RN在网络侧进行预先配置, 或由网 络侧的核心网网元动态分配。
本发明提供的检索终端 EID的方法及系统,网络侧存储终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对应关系; 终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求时, 网 络侧根据终端的 EID的 RN以及所述对应关系, 检索与所述 RN对应的 终端的 EID, 如此, 网络侧能够根据终端的 EID的 RN检索到终端的 EID, 进而使用正确的 EID响应 MTC服务器的终端触发请求,用于解决现有技术 中根据 IMSI得到多个 EID, 不能确定使用哪个 EID, 造成的核心网错误地 响应 MTC服务器的终端触发请求的问题。 附图说明

下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明再做进一步的详细说明。
本发明提供一种检索终端 EID的方法, 该方法包括: 网络侧存储终端 的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对应关系;终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求 时, 网络侧根据终端的 EID的 RN, 检索与该 RN对应的终端的 EID。 其中, 所述终端的 EID的 RN可以由运营商在网络侧进行预先配置; 或者, 可以由网络侧的 RN网元进行动态分配。

具体地, HSS收到来自 MTC-IWF的用户信息请求消息后, 根据所述 用户信息请求消息中携带的终端的 EID, 在本地存储的终端的签约数据中 查找对应的终端的信息, 所述终端的信息包括终端的 IMSI、 服务 CN节点 标识; 由于 HSS中存储有终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对应关系, 因 此, HSS还可以找到终端的 EID的 RN; HSS通过用户信息响应消息将找 到的终端的信息发送给 MTC-IWF; 其中, 所述服务 CN节点可以是终端的 服务 MME。
步驟 205, MTC-IWF收到 HSS发送的用户信息响应消息后, 存储所述 用户信息响应消息中携带的终端的信息, 并利用所述终端的信息中的 IMSI 和终端的 EID的 RN, 构建触发消息, 然后根据终端的服务 CN节点标识, 将触发消息发送给终端的服务 MME。
步驟 206, 所述服务 MME收到 MTC-IWF发送的触发消息后, 根据所 述触发消息中的终端的 IMSI查询本地数据库, 获得所述终端的状态; 如果 所述终端处于空闲状态,则所述服务 MME发送寻呼消息给所述终端,所述 终端收到寻呼消息后发送业务请求信令给所述服务 MME,用于请求建立与 所述服务 MME的 NAS连接; NAS连接建立完成后, 所述服务 MME将携 带所述终端的 EID的 RN的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中, 并将所述 NAS 信令发送给所述终端, 即触发消息作为所述 NAS信令的一个信息元被发送 给所述终端;如果所述终端处于连接状态,则所述服务 MME直接将携带所 述终端的 EID的 RN的触发消息封装在所述 NAS信令中, 并将所述 NAS 信令发送给所述终端; 其中, 所述 NAS信令可以是下行链路 NAS传输 ( Downlink NAS transport )信令; 这里, 所述服务 MME封装在所述 NAS 信令中的触发消息中, 至少携带所述终端的 EID的 RN,还可以携带所述终 端的标识, 如 IMSI、 移动用户识别号码 (MSISDN , Mobile Subscriber Identification Number )等。
步驟 207, 所述终端收到所述服务 MME发送的 NAS信令后, 读取所 述 NAS信令中携带的触发消息,然后发送触发响应消息给所述服务 MME, 所述触发响应消息中携带触发消息中的终端的 EID的 RN。
步驟 208, 所述服务 MME接收到来自所述终端的触发响应消息后, 读 取所述触发响应消息中携带的终端的 EID的 RN,然后发送触发消息发送报 告给 MTC-IWF , 所述触发消息发送报告中携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID 的 RN。
步驟 209, MTC-IWF收到所述服务 MME发送的触发消息发送报告后, 读取所述触发消息发送报告中携带的终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN, 根 据读取的终端的 IMSI, 在本地预先存储的终端的信息中查找对应所述读取 的终端的 IMSI的终端的 EID, 再根据读取的终端的 EID的 RN, 在查找到 的终端的多个 EID中, 检索与所述读取的终端的 EID的 RN对应的终端的 EID, 如此, 网络侧中的 MTC-IWF可以根据 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN, 唯一确定一个终端的 EID; MTC-IWF发送触发消息发送报告给 MTC服务 器, 用于通知 MTC服务器所述终端触发请求消息发送成功, 所述触发消息 发送报告中携带检索到的终端的 EID。
图 3是本发明实现检索终端 EID的方法的实施例二的流程示意图, 应 用于网络侧的 CN网元动态分配终端的 EID的 RN, 终端响应 MTC服务器 的触发请求时, 所述 CN网元根据终端的信息, 以及终端的 EID的 RN, 检 索对应的终端的 EID的场景; 如图 3所示, 该方法包括以下步驟: 步驟 301 , MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将终端触发请求 消息发送给 MTC-IWF; 其中, 所述终端触发请求消息中携带终端的 EID、 应用的标识、 自身的地址。
步驟 302, MTC-IWF收到来自 MTC服务器的终端触发请求消息后, 通过用户信息请求消息向 HSS请求终端的信息, 所述用户信息请求消息中 携带终端的 EID。
步驟 303 , HSS收到来自 MTC-IWF的用户信息请求消息后, 根据所述 用户信息请求消息中携带的终端的 EID, 在本地存储的终端的签约数据中 查找对应的终端的信息, 并发送给 MTC-IWF;
这里, 所述终端的信息包括终端的 IMSI、 服务 CN节点标识; HSS通 过用户信息响应消息将找到的终端的信息发送给 MTC-IWF; 其中, 所述服 务 CN节点可以是终端的服务 MME。
步驟 304, MTC-IWF收到 HSS发送的所述用户信息响应消息后, 存储 所述用户信息响应消息中携带的终端的信息, 并为终端分配终端的 EID的 RN;
这里, 终端的 EID的 RN可以是^^据终端的活动动态分配的序号, 也 可以利用终端的 EID中的 LID;
为终端分配终端的 EID的 RN后, MTC-IWF保存终端的 EID的 RN与 终端的 EID的对应关系, 例如, 可以在自身的存储信息中建立 RN与 EID 关系 (RN-EID relations ) 列表, 所述关系列表用于指示终端的 EID的 RN 与终端的 EID的——对应关系,所述 RN与 EID关系列表可以如表 2所示:

MTC-IWF利用收到的所述用户信息响应消息中携带的 IMSI及动态分 配的终端的 EID的 RN, 构建触发消息, 并根据终端的服务 CN节点标识, 将该触发消息发送给终端的服务 MME。
步驟 305, 所述服务 MME收到 MTC-IWF发送的触发消息后, 根据所 述触发消息中的终端的 IMSI查询本地数据库, 获得所述终端的状态; 如果 所述终端处于空闲状态,则所述服务 MME发送寻呼消息给所述终端,所述 终端收到寻呼消息后发送业务请求信令给所述服务 MME,用于请求建立与 所述服务 MME的 NAS连接; NAS连接建立完成后, 所述服务 MME将携 带所述终端的 EID的 RN的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中, 并将所述 NAS 信令发送给所述终端, 即触发消息作为所述 NAS信令的一个信息元被发送 给终端;如果所述终端处于连接状态,则所述服务 MME直接将携带所述终 端的 EID的 RN的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中, 并将所述 NAS信令发送 给所述终端; 其中, 所述 NAS信令可以是 Downlink NAS transport信令; 这里, 所述服务 MME封装在所述 NAS信令中的触发消息中, 至少携带所 述终端的 EID的 RN, 还可以携带所述终端的标识, 如 IMSI、 MSISDN等。
步驟 306, 所述终端收到所述服务 MME发送的 NAS信令后, 读取所 述 NAS信令中携带的触发消息,然后发送触发响应消息给所述服务 MME, 该触发响应消息中携带触发消息中的终端的 EID的 RN。
步驟 307, 所述服务 MME接收到来自所述终端的触发响应消息后, 读 取所述触发响应消息中携带的终端的 EID的 RN,然后发送触发消息发送报 告给 MTC-IWF , 所述触发消息发送报告中携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID 的 RN。
步驟 308, MTC-IWF收到所述服务 MME发送的触发消息发送报告后, 读取所述触发消息发送报告中携带的终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN, 根 据读取的终端的 IMSI, 在本地预先存储的终端的信息中查找对应所述读取 的 IMSI的终端的 EID, 再^^据读取的终端的 EID的 RN, 在查找到的终端 的多个 EID中, 检索与所述读取的终端的 EID的 RN对应的终端的 EID, 如此, 网络侧中的 MTC-IWF可以根据 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN, 唯一确 定一个终端的 EID; MTC-IWF发送触发消息发送报告给 MTC服务器, 用 于通知 MTC服务器所述终端触发请求消息发送成功,所述触发消息发送报 告中携带检索到的终端的 EID。
实施例三
图 4是本发明实现检索终端 EID的方法的实施例三的流程示意图, 应 用于运营商预先在网络侧的 HSS中配置终端的 EID的 RN, MTC AAA从 HSS获取终端的信息, 并根据获取的终端的信息, 以及终端的 EID的 RN , 检索对应的终端的 EID的场景; 如图 4所示, 该方法包括以下步驟:
步驟 401 , 运营商为终端配置终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对应 关系, 并将所述对应关系作为终端的签约数据存储到 HSS中;
具体地, 终端入网时, 运营商为终端配置终端的 EID的 RN与终端的
EID 的对应关系, 并将所述对应关系作为终端的签约数据存储到网络侧的 HSS中; 例如, 可以在 HSS的存储信息中建立 RN与 EID关系 ( RN-EID relations )列表, 所述关系列表用于指示终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的 ——对应关系, 所述 RN与 EID关系列表可以如表 3所示:

本实施例中, 终端的 EID的 RN是由运营商预先配置的, 可以是序号, 也可以利用终端的 EID中的 LID。
步驟 402 ,终端开机并附着到网络上时,网络侧为终端建立与服务 P-GW 之间的默认 PDN连接, 用于支持永远在线功能; 同时, 网络侧将终端注册 到 MTC服务器, 注册信息包括终端的 IP地址、 端口和协议。
步驟 403 , MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将终端触发请求 消息发送到终端的服务 P-GW; 其中, 所述终端触发请求消息中携带终端的 EID、 注册信息、 应用的标识、 自身的地址。
步驟 404, P-GW收到来自 MTC服务器的终端触发请求消息后, 通过 用户身份请求消息向 MTC AAA请求终端的信息, 所述用户身份请求消息 中携带终端的 EID。
步驟 405 , MTC AAA收到来自 P-GW的用户身份请求消息后, 根据所 述用户信息请求消息中携带的终端的 EID, 在本地存储的数据中查找对应 的终端的信息, 本实施例中, 由于 MTC AAA没有对应的终端的信息, 因 此, MTC AAA需要向 HSS发送用户身份请求消息, 请求从 HSS获取终端 的信息; HSS根据收到的用户身份请求消息中携带的终端的 EID, 在本地 的终端的签约数据中, 找到对应的终端的信息, 将找到的终端的信息通过 用户身份响应消息返回给 MTC AAA; 所述终端的信息包括终端的 IMSI、 终端的 EID对应的终端的 EID的 RN; MTC AAA将收到的用户身份响应消 息发送给 P-GW。
步驟 406, P-GW收到所述用户身份响应消息后, 并将所述用户身份响 应消息中的终端的信息进行存储,并利用所述终端的信息中的终端的 IMSI 和终端的 EID的 RN,构建触发消息,并根据终端的注册信息通过默认 PDN 连接, 将所述触发消息通过 IP数据包发送给终端。
步驟 407, 终端收到 P-GW发送的 IP数据包后, 读取 IP数据包中携带 的触发消息, 并向 P-GW发送 PDN连接建立请求消息, 所述 PDN连接建 立请求消息中携带从触发消息中提取的终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN。 步驟 408, P-GW收到来自终端的 PDN连接建立请求消息后, 读取所 述 PDN连接建立请求消息中的终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN, 并通过 用户身份请求消息向 MTC AAA请求终端的 EID, 所述用户身份请求消息 中携带终端的 IMSI和终端的 EID的 RN。
步驟 409, MTC AAA收到来自 P-GW的用户身份请求消息后, 读取所 述用户身份请求消息中的 IMSI和终端的 EID 的 RN, 根据读取的终端的
IMSI, 在本地存储的对应终端的信息中查找到终端的多个 EID, 再根据读 取的终端的 EID的 RN, 在终端的多个 EID中, 检索与所述读取的终端的
EID的 RN对应的终端的 EID; 最后,将检索到的终端的 EID通过用户身份 响应消息发送给 P-GW。
步驟 410, P-GW 收到用户身份响应消息后, 使用其中携带的终端的
EID响应 MTC服务器的终端触发请求, 建立所述终端的 EID对应终端与
MTC服务器之间的连接。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提供一种检索终端 EID的系统, 图 5是本 发明实现检索终端 EID的系统的结构示意图, 如图 5所示, 该系统位于网 络侧, 该系统包括: 存储单元 50及检索单元 60; 其中,
存储单元 50 , 用于存储终端的 EID的 RN与终端的 EID的对应关系; 查找单元 60, 用于终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求时, 根据终端的
EID的 RN以及存储单元 50存储的所述对应关系, 检索与所述 RN对应的 终端的 EID。
其中, 所述终端的 EID的 RN在网络侧进行预先配置, 或由网络侧的 CN网元动态分配。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种检索终端外部标识的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 网络侧存储终端的外部标识的参考号与终端的外部标识的对应关系; 终端响应机器类型通信(MTC )服务器的触发请求时, 网络侧根据终 端的外部标识的参考号以及所述对应关系, 检索与所述参考号对应的终端 的外部标识。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述终端的外部标识的参考号在网络侧进行预先配置, 或由网络侧的 核心网网元动态分配。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧存储终端的 外部标识的参考号与终端的外部标识的对应关系为:
终端入网时, 运营商为终端配置终端的外部标识的参考号与终端的外 部标识的对应关系, 并将所述对应关系作为终端的签约数据存储到网络侧 的归属用户服务器(HSS ) 中。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端响应 MTC服 务器的触发请求时, 网络侧根据终端的外部标识的参考号以及所述对应关 系, 检索与所述参考号对应的终端的外部标识为:
机器类型通信-互操作功能实体(MTC-IWF )读取收到的终端的服务移 动性管理实体(MME )发送的触发消息发送 4艮告携带的终端的国际移动用 户识别码(IMSI )和终端的外部标识的参考号, 根据读取的终端的 IMSI, 在本地存储的终端的信息中查找对应所述读取的终端的 IMSI的终端的外部 标识, 根据读取的终端的外部标识的参考号, 在查找到的终端的多个外部 标识中, 检索与所述读取的终端的外部标识的参考号对应的终端的外部标 识;
MTC-IWF发送携带检索到的终端的外部标识的触发消息发送报告给 MTC服务器。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC-IWF读取收 到的终端的服务 MME发送的触发消息发送报告携带的终端的 IMSI和终端 的外部标识的参考号之前, 该方法还包括:
MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将携带终端的外部标识的终 端触发请求消息发送给 MTC-IWF;
MTC-IWF通过携带终端的外部标识的用户信息请求消息向 HSS请求 终端的信息; HSS根据所述终端的外部标识, 在本地存储的终端的签约数 据中查找对应的包含终端的 IMSI、 服务核心网 (CN )节点标识、 终端的外 部标识的参考号的终端的信息, 并发送给 MTC-IWF;
MTC-IWF存储收到的终端的信息, 构建携带终端的 IMSI和终端的外 部标识的参考号的触发消息发送给终端的服务 MME;
终端的服务 MME触发终端建立与自身的非接入层(NAS )连接, 在 NAS连接建立完成后, 将携带终端的外部标识的参考号的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中发送给终端; 或者, 终端的服务 MME直接将携带终端的外部 标识的参考号的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中发送给终端;
终端发送携带终端的外部标识的参考号的触发响应消息给终端的服务 MME;
终端的服务 MME发送携带终端的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号的 触发消息发送报告给 MTC-IWF。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端响应 MTC服 务器的触发请求时, 网络侧根据终端的外部标识的参考号以及所述对应关 系, 检索与所述参考号对应的终端的外部标识为:
MTC认证、 鉴权和计费功能(AAA )读取收到的用户身份请求消息中 的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号, 根据读取的终端的 IMSI, 在本地存 储的对应终端的信息中查找到终端的多个外部标识; 根据读取的终端的外 部标识的参考号, 在终端的多个外部标识中, 检索与所述读取的终端的外 部标识的参考号对应的终端的外部标识; 将检索到的终端的外部标识通过 用户身份响应消息发送给服务 P-GW。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC AAA读取收 到的用户身份请求消息中的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号之前,该方法 还包括:
终端附着到网络时,网络侧为终端建立与服务分组数据网网关( P-GW ) 之间的默认分组数据网 ( PDN )连接, 并将终端注册到 MTC服务器;
MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将携带终端的外部标识及注 册信息的终端触发请求消息发送到服务 P-GW;
月良务 P-GW 通过携带终端的外部标识的用户身份请求消息向 MTC AAA请求终端的信息;
MTC AAA根据收到的终端的外部标识,在本地存储的数据中查找对应 的终端的信息, 并当未找到对应的终端的信息时, 向 HSS发送用户身份请 求消息; HSS根据用户身份请求消携带的终端的外部标识, 在本地的终端 的签约数据中, 找到对应的包含终端的 IMSI、 终端的外部标识对应的终端 的外部标识的参考号的终端的信息, 并通过用户身份响应消息返回给 MTC AAA; MTC AAA将收到的用户身份响应消息发送给服务 P-GW;
服务 P-GW存储收到的终端的信息, 根据终端的注册信息通过默认 PDN连接, 将携带终端的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号的触发消息通 过 IP数据包发送给终端;
终端读取 IP数据包携带的触发消息, 并向服务 P-GW发送携带终端的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号的 PDN连接建立请求消息;
服务 P-GW通过携带终端的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号的用户身 份请求消息向 MTC AAA请求终端的外部标识。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 服务 P-GW收到用户身份响应消息后, 使用收到的用户身份响应消息 携带的终端的外部标识响应 MTC服务器的终端触发请求,建立收到的用户 身份响应消息携带的终端的外部标识对应终端与 MTC服务器之间的连接。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧存储终端的 外部标识的参考号与终端的外部标识的对应关系为:
MTC-IWF存储 HSS发送的用户信息响应消息携带的终端的信息, 并 为终端分配终端的外部标识的参考号, 保存终端的外部标识的参考号与终 端的外部标识的对应关系;
MTC-IWF利用用户信息响应消息携带的 IMSI及分配的终端的外部标 识的参考号, 构建触发消息, 并将所述触发消息发送给终端的服务 MME。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端响应 MTC服 务器的触发请求时, 网络侧根据终端的外部标识的参考号以及所述对应关 系, 检索与所述参考号对应的终端的外部标识为:
MTC-IWF读取收到的终端的服务 MME发送的触发消息发送报告携带 的终端的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号, 根据读取的终端的 IMSI, 在 本地存储的终端的信息中查找对应所述读取的终端的 IMSI的终端的外部标 识, 根据读取的终端的外部标识的参考号, 在查找到的终端的多个外部标 识中, 检索与所述读取的终端的外部标识的参考号对应的终端的外部标识; MTC-IWF发送携带检索到的终端的外部标识的触发消息发送报告给 MTC服务器。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC-IWF存储 HSS发送的用户信息响应消息携带的终端的信息之前, 该方法还包括:
MTC服务器需要从终端获取实时数据时, 将携带终端的外部标识的终 端触发请求消息发送给 MTC-IWF;
MTC-IWF通过携带终端的外部标识的用户信息请求消息向 HSS请求 终端的信息;
HSS根据用户信息请求消息携带的终端的外部标识, 在本地存储的终 端的签约数据中查找对应的包含终端的信息包括终端的 IMSI、 服务 CN节 点标识的终端的信息, 并通过用户信息响应消息将找到的终端的信息发送 给 MTC-IWF。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MTC-IWF读取 收到的终端的服务 MME发送的触发消息发送报告携带的终端的 IMSI和终 端的外部标识的参考号之前, 该方法还包括:
终端的服务 MME触发终端建立与自身的 NAS连接,并在 NAS连接建 立完成后, 将携带终端的外部标识的参考号的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中 发送给终端;或者,终端的服务 MME直接将携带终端的外部标识的参考号 的触发消息封装在 NAS信令中发送给终端;
终端发送携带终端的外部标识的参考号的触发响应消息给终端的服务 MME;
终端的服务 MME发送携带终端的 IMSI和终端的外部标识的参考号的 触发消息发送报告给 MTC-IWF。
13、 一种检索终端外部标识的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统位于网络侧, 包括: 存储单元及检索单元; 其中,
存储单元, 用于存储终端的外部标识的参考号与终端的外部标识的对 应关系;
检索单元, 用于终端响应 MTC服务器的触发请求时, 根据终端的外部 标识的参考号以及存储单元存储的所述对应关系, 检索与所述参考号对应 的终端的外部标识。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述终端的外部标识的参考号在网络侧进行预先配置, 或由网络侧的 核心网网元动态分配。
