- 청구항 1항에 있어서, 상기 핸들 프레임 회동 부재는,상기 핸들 프레임을 고정 설치하기 위한 핸들 프레임 고정 부재와,상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재의 중심부에 설치되어 상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재를 회전하는 회전 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거의 핸들 프레임 회동 장치.
- 청구항 2항에 있어서, 상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재는,일측이 반원구를 가지는 고정 하우징;상기 하우징을 맞물려 핸들 프레임을 관통시키는 관통구;상기 관통구에 핸들 프레임 삽입 후 상기 하우징의 양측을 결합하는 고정 부재; 및상기 회전 부재의 회전 방향에 따라 상기 핸들 프레임을 안내하기 위해 상기 고정 하우징의 소정 위치에 설치하는 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거의 핸들 프레임 회동 장치.
- 청구항 3항에 있어서, 상기 회전 부재는,상기 하우징의 중심부 외측에 설치되는 회전 하우징과,상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재의 돌출부와 맞물려 설치되고 상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재를 탑승자의 의지에 의해 결정된 방향 및 각도로 안내하는 가이드 홈을 포함하되,상기 가이드 홈은,상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재의 이송 각도를 미리 정해진 소정 각도 이내로 제한하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거의 핸들 프레임 회동 장치.
- 청구항 4항에 있어서, 상기 회전 부재는,상기 회전 부재의 하우징 내측와 상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재의 하우징의 외측에 각각 고정 설치되어 상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재를 원래 상태로 복원하는 탄성 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거의 핸들 프레임 회동 장치.
- 청구항 제2항에 있어서, 상기 장치는,상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재와 상기 회전 부재의 각 하우징의 소정 위치에 서로 맞물리도록 설치되어 상기 회전 부재를 상기 핸들 프레임 고정 부재에 고정 유지시키는 스토퍼를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거의 핸들 프레임 회동 장치.
