Abstract

본 발명은, 중량%로, C: 0.03 ~ 0.13%, Si: 0.1% 이하, Mn: 0.7 ~ 2.0%, P: 0.05 ~ 0.15%, S: 0.2 ~ 0.5%, B: 0.001 ~ 0.01%, Cr: 0.1 ~ 0.5%, Ti: 0.05 ~ 0.4%, N: 0.005 ~ 0.015%, O: 0.03% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 무연쾌삭강에 관한 것으로, 상기 무연쾌삭강은 선재 압연방향 단면에서 입자 크기 5㎛2 이상의 MnS 개재물이 소재 mm2당 300~1000개 범위로 존재할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 이를 위하여 강재 제조 단계에서 전산소량을 단계별로 적절히 제어하여 친환경적인 무연쾌삭강을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
