Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 공조장치의 인버터 일체형 전동압축기 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 에어컨의 압축 부하가 큰 경우, 전동압축기의 모터에서 생성되는 토크를 넘어서서 인버터에 과전류가 발생될 경우, 인버터의 정지없이 모터의 회전수만을 감소시켜 정격 출력 및 토크는 유지시킬 수 있으며, 과부하로 인해 모터의 구동가능 토크를 초과한 경우에도 각속도인 회전수를 감소시켜 토크를 증가시킬 수도 있어 차량의 에어컨에서는 지속적으로 운전자에게 쾌적한 환경을 제공할 수 있으며, 인버터 및 전동압축기의 위험 요소를 줄여 2차 손상을 방지할 수 있는 차량용 공조장치의 인버터 일체형 전동압축기 제어방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 그 기술적 구성은 차량의 공조장치에서 인버터 일체형 전동압축기를 구동시키기 위한 모터의 목표 회전수를 산출하는 제1 단계; 상기 목표 회전수에 따라 구동되는 모터에 인가된 전류가 제어부에 기 설정된 임계값을 초과하는지의 여부를 확인하는 제2 단계; 상기 모터로 인가된 전류가 임계값을 초과한 경우, 상기 목표 회전수를 감소시켜 전류를 감소시키는 피드백 제어를 수행하고, 상기 모터로 인가된 전류가 임계값을 초과하지 않은 경우, 상기 목표 회전수에 따라 모터를 회전시키는 제3 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
