Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de tarification de l'utilisation d'un système de route publique, etc., par des véhicules, appelé tarification routière. Chaque véhicule (1) comporte des moyens de traitement de véhicule (2), qui sont conçus pour évaluer et transmettre des données associées à des mouvements du véhicule le long ou à travers le système de route, appelée données de mouvement (m). Le système de route comprend des moyens (3) pour stocker des données de route (r). Des moyens de traitement de tarification (4) sont prévus pour traiter les données de mouvement (m) reçues à partir de chaque véhicule individuel en données de tarification individuelle (p). Les moyens de traitement de véhicule (2) transmettent les données de mouvement (m) du véhicule aux moyens de traitement de tarification (4). Les moyens de traitement de tarification (4) calculent les données de tarification (p) à l'aide des données de mouvement reçues (m) et des données de route associées (r) et renvoient les données de tarification calculées (p) aux moyens de traitement de véhicule (2) du véhicule pertinent (1). Les moyens de traitement de véhicule (2) reçoivent les données de tarification (p) et les rendent disponibles à la personne responsable de déclarer la tarification routière. Une autorité de vérification (5) transmet des codes de vérification changeant dans le temps (v) aux moyens de traitement de tarification, qui sont liés à des sections de route. Des identifiants de véhicule, par exemple des plaques d'immatriculation, de véhicules passants sont enregistrés par des caméras, avec le temps. Lorsque les données de tarification (p), calculées par les moyens de traitement de prix, sont renvoyées aux moyens de traitement de véhicule (2), les codes de vérification qui correspondent aux sections de route le long desquelles le véhicule s'est déplacé et aux temps pendant lesquels le véhicule s'est déplacé, sont ajoutées à ces données de tarification.
