Abstract

L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur constitué d'un ensemble de tubes capillaires dans lesquels s'écoule un fluide à refroidir et/ou à chauffer, les tubes capillaires étant mouillés à l'eau ou avec une solution de sorption hygroscopique dans le même sens d'écoulement que le fluide et de l'air circulant autour desdits tubes dans un sens d'écoulement opposé à celui du fluide. Selon l'invention, l'ensemble de tubes capillaires est constitué d'au moins une nappe de tubes (10), dont les tubes capillaires présentent une surface hydrophile ou permettant la dispersion de l'eau, pourvue d'un angle de contact inférieur à 20°.
