Abstract

본 발명은 중량물을 픽업하여 이송중에 와이어 로프의 파손시에도 안전하게 중량물을 이송할 수 있는 중량물 안전집게에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 중량물 안전집게는 상측에 크레인 고리에 연결되는 연결구가 마련되고, 와이어 로프가 권취되며 구동원에 의하여 선택적으로 회전되는 와이어로프 드럼이 구비된 구동부; 상기 구동부의 하부에 힌지연결되어 상호 교차 배치된 링크부재; 상기 링크부재와 힌지연결 및 교차 배치되어 중량물을 자중에 의하여 픽업하거나 해지하는 집게부재; 상기 집게부재가 각각 힌지연결되고, 상기 와이어로프가 연결되는 풀리가 설치되어 선택적으로 상하 이동되는 연결판; 그리고 상기 와이어로프의 파손시 상기 중량물 안전집게(자중:5~200 ton)의 급격한 낙하로 인한 충격에 의해 천정크레인의 궤도이탈 등 2차 안전사고의 위험이 크므로 상기 연결판의 급격한 낙하를 방지하도록 상기 구동부와 상기 연결판을 연결 구속하는 체인 안전수단을 포함하여 이루어짐이 바람직하다.
