Abstract

본 발명은 pH 민감성 입자 및 이의 제조 방법 및 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 pH 민감성 금속 나노 입자와 이의 제조 방법 및 광열 치료를 통한 세포사멸을 통한 치료용 용도를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 pH 민감성 금속 나노입자는 금속 나노입자에 pH에 따라 전하가 변하는 pH 민감성 리간드 화합물이 형성되어 있어, 암세포와 같은 비정상적 pH 환경을 가지는 세포에서 응집될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 pH 민감성 금속 나노입자는 응집 후 광열 과정을 통해서 세포의 사멸을 유도할 수 있어, 암세포 치료와 같이 세포의 사멸을 통한 치료가 가능하게 된다.
