Abstract

본 발명은 자성 나노클러스터를 포함하는 코어부; 상기 코어부를 둘러싸고 있는 쉘부; 상기 쉘부를 둘러싸고 있는 표면부; 및 상기 표면부에 로딩된 약물을 포함하는 자성 나노 구조체, 이를 포함하는 항암용 조성물 및 상기 자성 나노 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 나노 구조체는 암 주변 신생혈관에서 축척되고 높은 감도로 MRI에 의해 확인되므로, 기존보다 더 고해상도로 종양의 위치를 확인할 수 있고, 실질적인 광열/광역학 치료와 화학적 항암 치료가 동시에 가능하여 치료 효율을 높일 수 있으므로, 결과적으로 적은 양으로도 효과적인 항암 치료가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
