工业实用性
本发明一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 在盘片体上设有多个由一面通出另一面 的透孔, 使得在烘烤食物的过程中, 被烘烤食物能够全面受热, 烘烤后产品的 全部外观烤色能够更加均匀, 同时, 由于被烘烤食物的所有表面均能最大限度 地与空气接触, 因而可以很容易地达到制品全部表皮酥脆的效果, 从而有效地 提升了产品的品质和档次, 具有良好的工业实用性。

权利要求书
[ 1] 一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 包括一盘片体, 盘片体的一面设有至少一个 的凹入部而使盘片体的另一面形成对应的至少一个的凸出部, 其特征在于 : 在盘片体上设有多个由一面通出另一面的透孔。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述的 盘片体的形状为矩形。
[3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述的 盘片体的透孔呈均匀分布。
[4] 根据权利要求 3所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述的 盘片体的透孔在盘片体上呈方阵形式排列。
[5] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述的 盘片体的一面的凹入部为多个, 该盘片体的一面的凹入部的形状为长条形
, 多个长条形排列在一起而使盘片体的截面成波浪形状。
[6] 根据权利要求 5所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述的 盘片体的凹入部为通条式凹入部, 在通条凹入部的两端还连接有把手, 把 手与盘片体之间采用点焊相固定。
[7] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述的 盘片体的一面的凹入部为一个, 该盘片体的一面的凹入部的形状为圆形, 该圆形凹入部的凹入面为平面。
[8] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述的 盘片体的一面的凹入部为至少一个, 该盘片体的一面的凹入部的形状为圆 形或椭圆形或矩形或三角形或多边形或菱形。
[9] 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述 的透孔的形状为圆形。
[ 10] 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的一种微波炉 /烤箱的带孔烤盘, 其特征在于: 所述 的透孔的形状为椭圆形或矩形或三角形或多边形或菱形。
