Abstract

Tube à rayons X utilisant un matériau nanostructuré et système correspondant. Le système de tube à rayons X de l'invention comprend: un module d'émission de rayons X émettant des rayons X au moyen du matériau nanostrucuturé; et une structure dans laquelle le module d'émission de rayons X est séparé du corps du système de tube à rayons X. Ainsi, il est ainsi possible d'améliorer l'efficacité d'émission du faisceau d'électrons et de remplacer facilement les échantillons. De plus, cette invention permet de réduire les dégâts liés à l'exposition de tissus normaux aux rayonnements et de mieux concentrer le faisceau d'électrons.
