本发明有关于一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 尤指一种应用盖合方式提供使 用者易于将包袋类或衣着类等挠性围体快速收纳及取用的多功能构造。 背景技术
在现代化高度发展的工商业社会, 绝大多数人对于如何以更简便及轻巧的方 式携带各种随身物品的需求已大为提高, 例如: 为了减少塑胶袋使用的环保目的, 而在商场购物时应自备的环保购物袋, 以及为了避免因气温变化或者雨季来临时 的防寒或防雨目的而需随身携带的薄型外套、 风雨衣或各种衣着体。 然而, 目前 市售为提供使用者折叠收纳而设计的相关结构, 不论是应用于环保购物袋、 薄型 外套、 风雨衣或各种衣着体, 都无法达到简便、 快速的收纳及取用, 且因受限于 其产品结构, 也仅只于单一的收纳功能, 并不具备同时置纳物品的复合功能或趣 味性的外观变化设计。
以目前市售的环保购物袋或随身携带的薄型外套或风雨衣为例, 大多采用卷 收收纳方式。 如图 1 所示, 常用环保袋于展放状态下的外观示意图, 其主要包括 一包袋 3、 一提把 31、 一覆盖件 300、 一公收纳件 304以及一母收纳件 305 , 其中 该覆盖件 300进一步包括一固定端 302及一开放端 303 , 覆盖件 300由固定端 302 固设于包袋 3外侧, 公收纳件 304设于开放端 303的适当位置, 母收纳件 305则 以适当距离设于与公收纳件 304 上方相对应的位置。 如图 2 所示, 常用环保袋于 卷收状态下的外观示意图, 收纳时先将包袋 3折叠成与覆盖件 300相等宽度大小, 并连同提把 31—起卷收于覆盖件 300开放端 303下方, 当包袋 3卷收成如覆盖件 300大小的体积时,再由开放端 303所设的公收納件 304收合且固定母收纳件 305 , 由此得以将包袋 3卷收后固定于覆盖件 300下方。
除了前述环保购物袋之外, 目前市售的随身薄型外套或风雨衣(图中未示)的 收纳结构也多采用类似的卷收方式, 其结构仅只于单一功能, 卷收后仅能减少体 积, 并不具备其他使用功能, 对于使用者而言无法提供使用方便及复合性的多功 能使用目的, 殊不理想。
申请人有鉴于此, 乃秉持从事相关领域多年经验, 经不断研究、 实验, 遂萌 生改良, 祈使收纳构造能够达到多用途多功能的使用目的, 并可进一步将相同构 造运用至包袋类及衣着类以外的各种挠性围体产品。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的为提供一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 由盖合方式提供使 用者易于将包袋类或衣着类等挠性围体快速收纳取用的构造, 并于展放状态下得 以提供同时使用较小容积的容置部以及较大物纳空间的挠性围体的复合功能。 主 要构造包含: 一前盖片、 一后盖片、 一连结部以及一挠性围体, 其中前盖片设有 一第一接合边及一盖合件; 后盖片设有一与该盖合件相对应的盖合组件; 连结部 则设于该前盖片下方与后盖片相对位置, 由此将两者予以连结。 挠性围体设有一 第二接合边, 与相对设于前盖片的第一接合边相互接合, 并由此将前盖片及挠性 围体予以固定。
本发明的次一目的为提供前盖片外侧、 后盖片内側或外侧其中之一进一步接 设一容置部 , 由此提供除了收纳挠性围体以外的附加置物功能。 且该接设有容置 部的收纳构造于侧围可进一步设一环扣及一带体以方便使用者视需要作为具有背 负功能的包袋使用。
本发明的再一目的为提供盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 提供第二接合边与该第 一接合边局部接合方式于未接合处形成一收纳口, 当取用展开的挠性围体时得由 该收纳口将开启后的后盖片置于前盖片与挠性围体之间的收纳空间内。
本发明的又一目的为提供盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 由前盖片与盖合件之间 设置一側围, 且该挠性围体设一接合部与该相对应的侧围连接; 该接合部概呈一 环状体, 其圓径略小于该侧围的圓径且其内部形成收纳空间。 由于该側围为叠置 并包覆于该接合部外围, 且接合部呈环状体的上围向该侧围的上围抵靠, 俾使该 接合部下围与该側围之间未抵靠的空间形成第一收纳部, 由此收纳折叠后的后盖 片。 该接合部呈环状体的内部收纳空间与前盖片结合后形成第二收纳部, 且该第 二收纳部进一步包括一通口与挠性围体相互连通, 由此使折叠后的挠性围体得以 经由该通口纳入第二收纳部内。
本发明的又一目的为将挠性围体收纳构造应用于包袋构造, 提供一连接该前 盖片及后盖片的连结部形成弯折并由上向下卡接于挠性围体前片上缘, 而该挠性 围体折叠后则得以纳入前盖片及后盖片之间所形成的收纳空间内。 由于该连结部 卡接于挠性围体缘提把两端部之间, 故由使用者将提把两端部上提的力量支撑起 该收纳构造及容置部的重量, 以避免挠性围体上缘因容置部的重量而导致下垂变 形。 且该挠性围体前片或后片上缘可进一步设一下凹部, 以下凹部的下凹尺寸配 合连结部的宽度, 由此使两者接合后得以较为平整、 美观及稳固。
本发明的又一目的为将挠性围体收纳构造应用于包袋构造, 提供一延伸部的 延伸功能使容置部得以延伸置放于挠性围体内的底部, 其中该延伸部一端连接于 第二连接边, 另一端则连接第一连接边, 因此, 当容置部因内置物品承重过大时, 由该延伸部使容置部得以延伸置放于挠性围体内的底部, 而不至于因连接于开口 的容置部过重而造成开口下垂变形。
本发明的又一目的为将挠性围体收纳构造应用于包袋构造, 由提供一设于挠 性围体与提把之间的叉股部, 使整体尺寸较小的前盖片、 后盖片连同容置部得以 由连结部、 第一连接边、 第二连接边以及延伸部与挠性围体前片上缘连接, 并由 使用者将提把连同叉股部上提的力量以支撑起整体尺寸较小的前盖片、 后盖片以、 容置部以及收纳构造及的重量。
本发明的又一目的为本发明将挠性围体构造应用于衣着体结合后背、 侧背以 及横向扣合于使用者腰部的包袋构造, 并于前盖片外侧、 后盖片内側或外侧其中 之一进一步接设一容置部, 由此提供除了收纳衣着体以外的附加置物功能; 该接 设有容置部的收纳构造于侧边或后边可进一步设置外带体以方便使用者作为侧背 肩包或后背包或腰包使用; 于衣着体收纳状态下, 由后盖片所设的外带体方便携 带包袋与收纳于收纳空间后的衣着体。 。
本发明的又一目的为将挠性围体构造应用于衣着体结合包袋的构造, 提供该 衣着体进一步开设多个通孔以供内带体 (单肩或双肩背带其中之一)的多个端穿 过衣着体所设数通孔与包袋接合, 再由该第一接合边与相对应的第二接合边相互 接合将前盖片及衣着体予以固定, 其中, 内带体上端部及下端部分别穿过衣着体 所设的多个通孔后与前盖片上缘及下缘连接以供使用者穿着衣着体时得以支撑起 包袋的重量。
本发明的又一目的为将挠性围体构造应用于衣着体结合包袋的构造, 提供该 前盖片与后盖片之间设一罩盖体, 该罩盖体一侧设有一连接侧, 由该连接侧与包 袋连接, 该连接侧设于罩盖体上缘, 并与前盖片上缘或第一接合边相互连接, 且 该罩盖体进一步设有一套合件, 由该套合件可将罩盖体由上而下套合固定于包袋 外围, 俾由此达到包袋防雨的功效。
本发明的又一目的为将挠性围体构造应用于衣着体结合包袋的构造, 提供该 衣着体与包袋以固定方式或活动拆卸方式连接; 固定方式以第一接合边与第二接 合边胶合、 热压合或车缝等方式, 活动拆卸方式则是在第一接合边及第二接合边 分别加设一活动式的第一接合件以及第二接合件(例如: 拉链、 扣件或粘毡带等), 由此提供衣着体与包袋的活动拆卸功能, 俾当衣着体与包袋其中之一损坏或脏污 时得以将其拆卸更换后使用。 本发明的又一目的为前盖片外侧及挠性围体外侧可 进一步设有相互对应的花纹及图案设计, 以提高其美观性或相互对应等不同的视 觉效果及变化。 当单独使用容置部时, 前盖片以及容置部呈现局部的图案或花纹 设计。 当挠性围体于展放状态下, 前盖片以及容置部可呈现与挠性围体相互对应 的图案或花纹设计, 以提高其美观性、 趣味性或相互对应等不同的视觉效果。 附图说明

如图 3、 图 4及图 5所示, 本发明第一实施例主要包含: 一前盖片 1、 一后盖 片 2、一连结部 12 以及一挠性围体 3, 其中, 前盖片 1边缘设有一第一接合边 131 及一盖合件 11, 第一接合边 131还可设于该后盖片 2、 前盖片 1 与后盖片 2之间 和该连结部 12其中之一; 后盖片 1边缘设有一与该盖合件 11相对应的盖合组件 21, 且该盖合件 11及盖合组件 21为一单头拉链, 且包括一第一拉片 110; 连结部 12则设于该前盖片 1下方与后盖片 2上方相对位置将两者予以连结。连结部 12还 可以设于该前盖片 1 上方与后盖片 2上方相对应的位置。 挠性围体 3设有一第二 接合边 331, 与相对设于前盖片 1的第一接合边 131相互接合, 并将前盖片 1 固定 于挠性围体 3接近中央的位置表面。
本实施例前盖片 1外侧可进一步接设一容置部 4 , 由此提供除了收纳挠性围 体 3以外的另一附加置物功能。 该容置部 4设有一开合件 41 以及开合組件 42以 方便使用者随时开合并取用容置部 4 内的物品,其中该开合件 41以及开合组件 42 的开合方式包括拉链、 粘毡带、 压扣和磁扣其中之一。 本实施例除了前盖片 1 外 侧可接设容置部 4,后盖片 1内侧(参照第二实施例图 20-图 23)或外侧(图中未示) 也可进一步接设容置部 4, 由于其结构变化大致相同, 于此不再赘述。 本实施例后 盖片 2 与挠性围体 3相对应的一侧可进一步设一固定件 22及固定组件 32, 由此 将后盖片 2固定于挠性围体 3表面, 使后盖片 2不至在挠性围体 3表面下垂摆动, 该固定件 22及固定組件 32包括拉链、 粘毡带、 压扣和磁扣其中之一。
如图 6-图 9所示, 由于该第二接合边 331与该第一接合边 131采局部接合方 式, 且未接合处形成一收纳口 301, 当取用展开的挠性围体 3时得由该收纳口 301 将后盖片 2置于前盖片 1与挠性围体 3之间的收纳空间 30内; 反之, 当纳入折叠 后的挠性围体 3时, 得将后盖片 2 由收纳口 301取出, 并由单头拉链及第一拉片 110将后盖片 2及前盖片 1予以固定。此外, 为使前盖片 1稳固接合于挠性围体 3> 并使纳入收纳口 301的后盖片 2能够卡置于收納空间 30内不至于落出收纳口 301 之外, 本实施例较佳的结构将第一接合边 131 与该第二接合边 331 局部相互接合 的长度设为至少超过前盖片 1整体圆径长度的二分之一以上。
如图 10、 图 11及图 12所示, 本发明第二实施例除了第一实施例所含组成元 件之外, 其中前盖片 1与盖合件 11之间进一步设有一侧围 13, 且该挠性围体 3设 有一接合部 33对应于该侧围 13, 该接合部 33概呈一环状体, 其圓径略小于侧围 13的圆径且其内部形成收納空间 30。 该第二接合边 331靠合于第一接合边 131并 与其相互连接, 由此使侧围 13 叠置并包覆于该接合部 33外围。 当挠性围体 3折 叠纳入第二收纳部 35 内并由盖合件 11及盖合組件 21予以闭合后, 该接设有容置 部 4的收纳构造于侧围 13可进一步设一环扣 15及一带体 16以方便使用者携带随 身物品作为侧背肩包使用。 如前所述, 本实施例容置部 4 与第一实施例相同设有 一开合件 41 以及开合组件 42 以方便使用者随时开合并取用容置部 4 内的物品, 且其开合方式包括拉链、 粘毡带、 压扣和磁扣其中之一。
如图 13-图 18所示, 由于该第二接合边 331靠合于第一接合边 131的顶缘并 与其相互连接, 因此该接合部 33呈环状体的上围向该侧围 13 的上围抵靠, 使该 接合部 33下围与侧围 13之间未抵靠的空间形成第一收纳部 14, 由此收納折叠后 的后盖片 2 (也可将接合部 33呈环状体的任一围面向该侧围 13的任一围面抵靠, 使未抵靠的空间形成第一收纳部 14)。 再者, 该接合部 33呈环状体的内部收纳空 间 30与前盖片 1结合后形成第二收纳部 35, 且该第二收纳部 35进一步包括一通 口 34与挠性围体 3相互连通, 由此使折叠后的挠性围体 3得以经由该通口 34纳 入第二收纳部 35 内。 此外, 该后盖片 2位于第一收纳部 14下方进一步设有一固 定件 22, 相对于接合部 33下方设有一固定组件 32, 由固定件 22及固定组件 32 得以将折叠后的后盖片 2纳入第一收纳部 14后予以固定, 其中该固定件 22及固 定组件 32为一粘毡带或扣件其中之一。
如图 19-图 23所示, 当使用者欲将挠性围体 3折叠纳入第二收纳部 35 (图 20) 内时, 需先将容置部 4及前盖片 1外侧向下置放, 此时挠性围体 3及后盖片 2朝 上且后盖片 2掀开状态, 收纳时将挠性围体 3的尺寸由外向内折叠至前盖片 1及 后盖片 2之间收纳空间 30的范围内, 将挠性围体 3纳入其中后再将后盖片 2与前 盖片 1相互盖合, 并由盖合件 11 以及盖合组件 21将两者予以封闭。 本实施例除 了前盖片 1外侧可接设容置部 4,后盖片 2 内侧或外侧(图中未示)也可进一步设容 置部 4,且容置部 4设有一开合件 41以及开合组件 42以方便使用者随时开合并取 用容置部 4内的物品。
前迷所揭露的收纳构造除了应用于包括环保购物袋或其他种类包袋的挠性围 体之外, 也可进一步应用于各种衣着类产品的实施例, 例如运动汗衫、 外套及衣 着体等, 如图 24所示, 本发明挠性围体 3 (衣着体)结合包袋 10的实施例之一, 其 为一种后背构造的包袋 10(通称后背包), 包括一前盖片 1 及一后盖片 2、 一连结 部 12、 一外带体 16以及一挠性围体 3 (衣着体), 其中, 前盖片 1边缘设有一第一 接合边 131及一盖合件 11, 该第一接合边 131设于包袋 10与挠性围体 3(衣着体) 相对应的平行側, 如图所示设于前盖片 1 的边缘; 后盖片 2 边缘设有一与该盖合 件 11相对应的盖合组件 21,且该盖合件 11及盖合组件 21得以拉链作为实施方式; 连结部 12则设于该前盖片 1与后盖片 2侧边之间相对位置将两者予以连结。 该衣 着体 3包括一第二接合边 331、 及一内带体 6, 其中该第二接合边 331与相对设于 前盖片 1 的第一接合边 131 相互接合, 并将前盖片 1 固定于挠性围体 3(衣着体) 后面的位置。 挠性围体 3 (衣着体)与包袋 10除了采用第一接合边 131与第二接合 边 331 的固定接合方式(例如: 胶合、 热压合或车缝等)之外, 也可在第一接合边 131及第二接合边 331分别加设一活动式的第一接合件 130以及第二接合件 330 (例 如: 拉链、 压扣, 磁扣或粘毡带等), 由此提供挠性围体 3 (衣着体)与包袋 10的活 动拆卸功能, 当挠性围体 3(衣着体)与包袋 10其中之一损坏或脏污时得以将其拆 卸更换后使用。
该挠性围体 3 (衣着体)可进一步开设多个通孔 332 以供内带体 6 (单肩带或后 背双肩背带)的多个端部由挠性围体 3 (衣着体)内穿过该多个通孔 332向外与包袋 10接合, 再由该第一接合边 1 31 与相对应的第二接合边 331相互接合将前盖片 1 及挠性围体 3 (衣着体)予以固定, 其中, 内带体 6上端部及下端部分别穿过挠性围 体 3 (衣着体)所设的多个通孔 332后与前盖片 1上缘及下缘连接以供使用者穿着挠 性围体 3 (衣着体)时得以支撑起包袋 1 0的重量。
此外, 该前盖片 1与后盖片 2之间设有一罩盖体 7 , 该罩盖体 7—侧设有一连 接側 71 , 由该连接侧 71 与包袋 10连接, 该连接侧设于罩盖体 7上缘, 并与前盖 片 1上缘或第一接合边 1 31相互连接, 且该罩盖体 7进一步设有一套合件 72 , 由 该套合件 72可将罩盖体 7由上而下套合固定于包袋 1 0外围, 由此达到包袋 10防 雨的功效。
该后盖片 2设有一外带体 16 , 该外带体 16为一后背 带体或单带体(图中未 示), 其上下两端分别设于后盖片 2外侧上方及下方, 以供使用者于挠性围体 3 (衣 着体)收纳状态下, 可由后盖片 2所设的外带体 16携带包袋 10与收纳于收纳空间 30后的挠性围体 3 (衣着体) ;该外带体 16采用活接或固接方式与包袋 1 0连接(常 用技术于此不再赘述)。 本实施例前盖片 1外侧接设一容置部 4 , 由此提供除了收 纳衣着体 3以外的附加置物功能。 该容置部 4设有一开合件 41 以及开合组件 42 以方便使用者随时开合并取用容置部 4内的物品, 其中该开合件 41以及开合组件 42 的开合方式包括拉链、 粘毡带、 压扣或磁扣其中之一。 本实施例除了前盖片 1 外侧可接设容置部 4 , 后盖片 2内侧或外侧(图中未示)也可进一步接设容置部 4, 由于其结构变化大致相同, 于此不再赘述。
如图 25-图 31 所示, 该挠性围体 3 (衣着体)由包袋 1 0的收納空间 30取出后 穿套在使用者身上,其中该前盖片 1 固定于挠性围体 3 (衣着体)后面接近中央的位 置,且该容置部 4接设于前盖片 1外侧以供使用者置放物品使用。该挠性围体 3 (衣 着体)前面设有左右两前襟 334 , 该前襟 334进一步设有闭合件 333 , 使用者将挠 性围体 3 (衣着体)穿着于身上后可由闭合件 333将左右两前襟 334予以闭合。
该后盖片 2 由连结部 12与前盖片 1连接, 当后盖片 2 尚未纳入收纳空间 30 前, 位于容置部 4下方, 如图 29及图 30所示, 当后盖片 2纳入收纳空间 30后, 则隐藏于容置部 4后方并介于容置部 4与挠性围体 3 (衣着体)之间。如图 26所示, 当不使用挠性围体 3 (衣着体)及罩盖体 7时, 先将容置部 4朝下, 并将后盖片 2掀 开, 使收纳空间 30外露, 以方便将挠性围体 3 (衣着体)及罩盖体 7折叠后置入收 纳空间 30; 折叠时, 可将罩盖体 7 及向下折叠并将挠性围体 3 (衣着体)由上下左 右侧边向中央折叠,此时罩盖体 7及挠性围体 3 (衣着体)经折叠后呈矩形且略小于 前盖片 1 的尺寸并位于前盖片 1 上方, 以供纳入收纳空间 30 内并由盖合(组)件 11 (21)将其予以闭合(参阅图 25)。 当收纳空间 30闭合后, 挠性围体 3(衣着体)置 于收纳空间 30内, 使用者仍可由容置部 4上方的开合(组)件 41 (42)开启容置部 4 放置或取用物品。 当挠性围体 3 (衣着体)于收纳状态下, 由盖合件 11 以及盖合组 件 21将挠性围体 3 (衣着体)以及内带体 6封闭于后盖片 2与前盖片 1之间的收纳 空间 30内, 使用者可利用设于后盖片 2上方的外带体 16 (参阅图 29-图 31), 并使 用容置部 4的功能作为后包袋 10使用。
如图 32及图 33所示,本发明挠性围体 3 (衣着体)结合包袋 10的实施例的二, 其为一种侧背构造的包袋 10(通称为侧背包), 其构造及所包括的元件均与前述用 于后背构造的包袋 10 的实施例之一相同, 主要差异的处在该包袋 10 由单带体构 造将包袋 10背在身体侧边或前面, 因此其外带体 16 (图中未示)及内带体 6均以单 带体构造连接于包袋 10的左右两端。 当不使用挠性围体 3 (衣着体)时, 收纳方式 与第一实施例相同, 将挠性围体 3(衣着体)及内带体 6折叠后納入收纳空间 30(图 中未示)内并由盖合(组)件 11 (21)将其予以闭合。 当挠性围体 3(衣着体)于收纳状 态下, 仍可使用该包袋 10的置物功能, 且该包袋 10两侧各设有一扣环 15及一可 活动扣接于扣环 15上的外带体 16 (图中未示), 以供使用者背负于肩膀上。
如图 34所示, 本发明挠性围体 3 (衣着体)结合包袋 10的实施例的三, 橫向固 定在使用者腰部的包袋 10构造(通称为腰包), 其构造及所包括的元件与均前述用 于侧背构造的包袋 10的实施例的二相同, 主要差异的处在该包袋 10以外带体 16 连接于左右两侧并由外带体 16开放端所设的公母扣件 161及 162相互扣合后横向 固定在使用者的腰部。 由于本实施例包袋 10的容置部 4内容积较前述两种实施例 包袋 10为小, 因此在承重不大的结构下不需加设内带体 6以供使用者于穿着挠性 围体 3 (衣着体)时得以支撑起包袋 10重量。 当不使用挠性围体 3 (衣着体)时, 收 纳方式与前述两种实施例相同, 将挠性围体 3(衣着体)折叠后纳入收纳空间 30(图 中未示)内并由盖合(组)件 11 (21)将其予以闭合。 当挠性围体 3(衣着体)于收纳状 态下, 仍可使用该包袋 10的置物功能。 该衣着体 3于收纳状态下, 包袋 10两側 横向连结的所设的外带体 16可供使用者固定在腰部上。 此外, 该外带体 16 采活 接或固接方式与包袋 10连接(常用技术于此不再赘述)。 如图 35、 图 36及图 37所 示, 本发明第四实施例主要将挠性围体 3应用在具有提把 31 的包袋, 该提把 31 两端部之间形成中空以供使用者将挠性围体 3(包袋)由收纳空间 30展放后由提把 肩背或手提, 其中挠性围体 3 (包袋)包括一前片 38、 一后片 39及一开口 40。 本实 施例与前述各实施例不同的处主要在于连接该前盖片 1及后盖片 2的连结部 12形 成弯折并由上向下卡接于挠性围体 3 (包袋)前片 38上缘, 而该挠性围体 3 (包袋) 折叠后则得以纳入前盖片 1及后盖片 2之间所形成的收纳空间 30内。 由于该连结 部 12卡接于挠性围体 3 (包袋)上缘提把 31 两端部之间, 故由使用者将提把 31 两 端部上提的力量支撑起该收纳构造及容置部 4 的重量, 以避免挠性围体 3 (包袋) 开口 40上缘因容置部 4的重量而导致下垂变形, 其中该前盖片 1所设第一接合边 1 31与其对应的后盖片 2所设第二接合边 331如图所示以车缝线作为连接方式,但 也可以胶粘或高周波热压等其他方式为的(图中未示)。 此外, 本实施例第一接合 边 1 31除了可设于该前盖片 1之外, 也可设于前盖片 1 与后盖片 2之间或连结部 12 , 再与第二接合边 331连接(图中未示)。 此外, 该挠性围体 3 (包袋)前片 38上 缘进一步设有一下凹部 37 , 其下凹尺寸配合连结部 12的宽度, 由此使两者接合后 得以较为平整、 美观及稳固。 且该后盖片 2外侧设有一容置部 4且该容置部 4进 设有一开合件 41以及开合组件 42 , 其实施方式除了如图所示拉链之外, 也可设置 其他对合元件, 例如: 粘毡带、 压扣或磁扣等(图中未示)。 再者, 该容置部 4 与 向下弯折的连结部 12连接并卡接于挠性围体 包袋)前片 38提把 31两端部之间, 由使用者将提把两端部上提的力量支撑起该容置部 4 以及收纳构造及的重量。 前 述下凹部 37除了设置于前片 38之外, 也可选择设于后片 39 (图中未示); 而容置 部 4除了设置于后盖片 2外侧之外, 也可选择设置于前盖片 1外侧(图中未示)。
参照图 35及图 36所示, 由第前盖片 1所设第一连接边 1 31与挠性围体 3 (包 袋)前片 38所设第二连接边 331可将连结部 12卡接并固定于前片 38上缘所设下 凹部 37 , 由此使容置部 4位于挠性围体 3 (包袋)开口 40内(图 37)。 此外, 挠性围 体 3 (包袋)前片 38及后片 39内侧分别进一步设有一第一定位组件 321及一第二定 位组件 322 , 以相对于设置在收納空间 30的后盖片 2所设的固定件 22。如前所述, 当后盖片 2及容置部 4位于挠性围体 3 (包袋)开口 40内时, 可由定位件 221将其 与第一定位组件 321将容置部 4附着于挠性围体 3 (包袋)前片 38 内侧以增加其稳 固性。
此一独特设计的优点在于将挠性围体 3 (包袋)由收纳空间 30取出后, 挠性围 体 3 (包袋)于展放使用状态下, 前盖片 1位于挠性围体 3 (包袋)的前片 38外侧, 而用于放置金钱、 证件或其他物品的容置部 4可由开合(組)件 41 (42)予以闭合, 且该容置部 4位于挠性围体 3 (包袋)的开口 40内, 由此得以防止母容置部 4 内的 金钱或物品遗失。 再参照图 35及图 37所示, 使用者也可选择将定位件 221定位 于挠性围体 3 (包袋)后片 39外侧所设的第二定位组件 322,由此可将挠性围体 3 (包 袋)的开口 40 予以收合, 由此容置部 4 则位于挠性围体 3 (包袋)后片 39外侧(图 37) , 当使用者以挠性围体 3(包袋)提把 31 肩背或手提时, 则可将挠性围体 3(包 袋)后片 39外側靠向自己身体一侧, 以方便拿取或置放于容置部 4 内的物品, 也 可防止容置部 4内的金钱或物品遗失。前述固定件 22与相对应的第一定位组件 321 及第二定位组件 322 除了如图所示拉链之外、 也可包括粘毡带、 压扣或磁扣其中 之一。
如图 38-图 42所示, 当不欲使用挠性围体 3(包袋)时, 先将容置部 4朝下, 并将前盖片 1 向上掀开, 使收纳空间 30外露, 以方便将挠性围体 3(包袋)折叠后 置入收纳空间 30; 折叠时, 可将挠性围体 3(包袋)由左右两側向中央折叠, 使后 片 39由后往前叠置于前片 38的上,且将提把 31向下折叠,此时挠性围体 3(包袋) 经折叠后呈长条状, 其宽度尺寸略小于前盖片 1 的宽度(图 40) , 再将该呈长条状 的挠性围体 3(包袋)向上折叠或卷收, 然后纳入收纳空间 30 内, 并由盖合(組)件 11 (21)将其予以闭合(图 41及图 42)。 当收纳空间 30闭合后, 挠性围体 3(包袋) 置于收纳空间 30内, 使用者可由容置部 4上方的开合(组)件 41 (42)开启容置部 4 放置或取用物品(图 42)。
如图 43及图 44所示, 本实施例与前述第二实施例同样可将容置部 4应用于 侧包袋构造, 其中, 该容置部 4 两側设有扣环 15及相连的肩带 16 以供使用者背 负于肩膀上, 且前盖片 1可进一步设一延伸部 132, 该延伸部 132—端连接于挠性 围体 3(包袋)的第二接合边 331, 另一端则可连接于前盖片 1 内側所设的第一接合 边 131, 因此, 当容置部 4因内置物品承重过大时, 可由该延伸部 132使容置部 4 得以延伸置放于挠性围体 3(包袋)内的底部, 而不至于因连接于开口 40的容置部 4过重而造成开口 40下垂变形。 由于此一结构由延伸部 132的延伸功能使容置部 4得以延伸置放于挠性围体 3 (包袋)内的底部, 因此不受容置部 4及挠性围体 3 (包 袋)彼此大小及承重必须配合的限制, 因此不须再于挠性围体 3(包袋)前片 38上缘 设下凹部 37 (图 35) , 以配合前盖片 1所设连结部 12的尺寸, 或将延伸部 132设 于容置部 4的其他隔层位置(图中未示)。
如图 45所示, 本实施例由第一接合边 131及第二接合边 331也可将容置部 4 运用于后背包构造, 挠性围体 3(包袋)则运用于大购物袋或行李袋构造, 其中, 该 后背包后方设有后背双肩带 17以供使用者将后背包背负于人体后背, 该前盖片 1 与盖合(组)件 11 (21)的构造则与前述实施例相同。 而由于前盖片 1 以第一接合边 131 与挠性围体 3 (包袋)所设第二接合边 331 相互相连, 当使用者将盖合(组)件 11 (21)开启, 并将挠性围体 3 (包袋)由收纳空间 30取出后, 再将前盖片 1连同容 置部 4及后背双肩带 17由开口 40置入挠性围体 3 (包袋)内。 再者, 由于一般后背 包整体长度较长, 因此制作时可配合挠性围体 3(包袋)高度, 使其得以置放于挠性 围体 3(包袋)底部, 而不至于因连接于因后背包过重而造成挠性围体 3(包袋)开口 40 下垂变形。 然而, 如果两者长度无法配合, 本实施例也可运用前述延伸部 132 使得后背包得以适当延伸置放于的性围体 3 (包袋)内的底部(图中未示)。
如图 46所示, 本发明例也可将挠性围体 3运用于一衣袋构造, 其中, 该衣袋 设有提把 31 以供使用者手提或肩背,该前盖片 1与盖合(组)件 11 (21)的构造与前 述实施例相同。 使用者可将衣服由挠性围体 3 (包袋)开口 40置入容置部 4 内, 并 由衣架 18将衣服挂在衣袋内。 有关衣服如何经由开口 40挂在衣架 18上以及衣架 18与衣袋的结构关系乃属常用技术的范围, 于此不再赘述。
如图 47、 图 48及图 49所示, 本发明第五实施例结构大致与前迷第四实例结 构相同,以连接于该前盖片 1及后盖片 2的连结部 12由上向下卡接于挠性围体 3(包 袋)前片 38上缘, 而该挠性围体 3(包袋)折叠后则得以纳入前盖片 1及后盖片 2之 间所形成的收纳空间 30, 并且接设有容置部 4以供使用者由开合(组)件 41 (42)取 用容置部 4内的物品。
本实施例与第四实例结构不同的处在于该挠性围体 3 (包袋)与其中之一的提 把 31之间进一步设有一叉股部 310, 以供整体尺寸校小的前盖片 1、 后盖片 2连 同容置部 4 由连结部 12、 第一接合边 131、 第二接合边 331 以及延伸部 132与挠 性围体 3 (包袋)前片 38上缘连接。 由于容置部 4需由使用者将提把 31两端部上提 的力量支撑起该容置部 4 以及收纳构造及的重量, 因此应用叉股部 310 两端连结 提把 31上提的力量以支撑起整体尺寸校小的前盖片 1、 后盖片 2 以及容置部 4及 收纳构造及的重量。 当使用者将挠性围体 3(包袋)由收纳空间 30 内取出展开后, 需将前盖片 1连同容置部 4穿过叉股部 310中央所形成的空隙 311后再将前盖片 1 以及后盖片 2卡合于挠性围体 3(包袋)前片 38的开口 40上缘,并可进一步由设于 前盖片 1 内侧的固定件 22与设于挠性围体 3(包袋)外侧的第一定位组件 321相互 予以定位。
前述各实施例所述的前盖片 1外侧及挠性围体 3 (包袋)外侧也可进一步设有相 互对应的花纹及图案设计, 以提高其美观性或相互对应等不同的视觉效果。 当单 独使用容置部 4 时, 前盖片 1 以及容置部 4呈现局部的图案或花紋设计。 当挠性 围体 3 (包袋)于展放状态下, 前盖片 1 以及容置部 4可呈现与挠性围体 3 (包袋)相 互对应的图案或花纹设计, 以提高其美观性或相互对应等不同的视觉效果(图中未 示)。
综上所述, 本发明除了前述各种实施例之外, 也可进一步运用于其他各种不 同功能种类的包袋构造。
以上对本发明的描述是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本专业技术人员理解, 在 权利要求限定的精神与范围之内可对其进行许多修改、 变化或等效, 但是它们都 将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 包含:
一前盖片边缘设有一盖合件;
一后盖片边缘设有一与该盖合件相对应的盖合组件;
一连结部设于该前盖片与后盖片之间将两者予以连结;
一第一接合边设于该前盖片、 该后盖片、 前盖片与后盖片之间和该连结部其 中之一;
一挠性围体包括一第二接合边, 由该第一接合边与相对应的该第二接合边相 互接合将该前盖片及该挠性围体予以固定;
由该前盖片与该后盖片之间所形成收纳空间得以纳入折叠后的该挠性围体, 并由该盖合件及该盖合组件将该前盖片与该后盖片予以闭合。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该前盖 片固定于该挠性围体接近中央或靠近边缘的位置。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该第一 接合边设有一延伸部并由此与该第二接合边连接。
5.如权利要求 1 述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该连结部 设于该前盖片上方与后盖片上方相对应的位置, 或该前盖片下方与后盖片下方相 对应的位置。
6.如权利要求 1 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该后盖 片进一步设有一固定件, 和该挠性围体相对应的一侧设有一固定组件, 由该固定 件以及该固定组件将后盖片固定于该挠性围体表面, 使后盖片不至在挠性围体表 面下垂摆动, 该固定件及固定组件包括拉链、 粘毡带、 压扣和磁扣其中之一。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该第二 接合边与该第一接合边采用局部接合方式, 且未接合处形成一收纳口; 当该挠性 围体于展开状态时, 得由该收纳口将该后盖片置于该前盖片与该挠性围体之间的 收纳空间内; 反之, 欲将折叠后的挠性围体纳入该收纳空间时, 得将该后盖片由 该收纳口取出, 并将该后盖片及前盖片予以固定。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该第一 接合边与该第二接合边的局部相互接合的长度至少超过该前盖片整体长度的二分 之一以上。
9.如权利要求 1 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该前盖 片和后盖片的其中一侧接设有一容置部。
1 0.如权利要求 1所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该前盖 片与盖合件之间进一步设有一侧围; 该挠性围体进一步包括一与该侧围相对应的 接合部; 该接合部概呈一环状体, 其圆径小于该側围的圆径且内部形成收纳空间。
1 1.如权利要求 . 1 0 项所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 第二接合边靠合于第一接合边并与其相互连接, 由此使该侧围包覆于该接合部外 围; 该第二接合边靠合于第一接合边的顶缘并与其相互连接, 该接合部呈环状体 的上围向该侧围的上围抵靠, 该接合部下围与该侧围之间未抵靠的空间形成第一 收纳部, 由此收纳折叠后的后盖片。
12. 如权利要求 1 1 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 接合部的内部收纳空间与前盖片结合后形成第二收纳部, 且该第二'收纳部进一步 包括一通口与挠性围体相互连通, 由此使折叠后的该挠性围体得以经由该通口纳 入该第二收纳部内。
1 3. 如权利要求 12 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 后盖片进一步设有一固定件, 该固定件相对于接合部下方位于第一收纳部设有一 固定组件, 由该固定件及固定组件将折叠后的后盖片收纳固定于第一收纳部内。
1 4. 如权利要求 1所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该挠 性围体为一包袋。
16. 如权利要求 14 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 连结部形成弯折由上向下卡置于该包袋上缘。
1 7. 如权利要求 1 6所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 包袋上缘设有一下凹部, 其下凹尺寸配合该连结部的尺寸, 该连结部卡置于包袋 上缘提把两端部之间。
1 8. 如权利要求 1 6所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 包袋至少包括一提把, 该提把其中一端部与该包袋上缘之间设有一叉股部, 该连 结部形成弯折由上向下卡置于该叉股部中央的空间, 由使用者将提把端部上提的 力量支撑起该收纳构造的重量。
19. 如权利要求 16所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 前盖片进一步设一延伸部, 该延伸部一端连接于该第一接合边, 另一端则连接于 该挠性围体所设第二接合边; 由该延伸部使该前盖片与后盖片所形成收納空间得 以延伸置放于该包袋内底部, 以避免因由连结部卡置于挠性围体上缘的前盖片重 量而造成该挠性围体下垂变形。
20. 如权利要求 16 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收納构造, 其特征在于, 该 前盖片内侧设有一定位件与该包袋的前片外侧所设第一定位组件或包袋后片外侧 所设第二定位组件相互定位; 该定位件和第一定位组件包括一拉链、 粘毡带、 压 扣和磁扣其中之一。
21. 如权利要求 1所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该挠 性围体为一衣着体;
该前盖片或后盖片的其中一侧接设有一容置部;
该衣着体包括一第二接合边; 该第一接合边与相对应的第二接合边相互接合 将前盖片及衣着体予以固定;
由前盖片与后盖片之间所形成收纳空间得以納入折叠后的衣着体, 并进一步 由该盖合件及该盖合组件将前盖片与后盖片予以闭合。
22. 如权利要求 21 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 衣着体进一步包括一内带体; 该内带体连接该衣着体并与该容置部接合形成一包 袋以供使用者穿着衣着体时得以支撑起包袋的重量。
23. 如权利要求 22 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 第 一接合边及第二接合边分别加设一活动式的第一接合件以及第二接合件, 由此提 供该衣着体与该包袋的活动拆卸功能; 该第一接合件以及第二接合件包括拉链、 压扣、 磁扣和粘毡其中之一。
24. 如权利要求 21 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 衣着体前面设有左右前襟, 该左右前襟进一步设有闭合件; 该前盖片固定于该衣 着体后面的位置。
25. 如权利要求 21 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 衣着体设有至少一通孔, 该通孔设于衣着体后面与内带体端部相互对应的位置, 该内带体由穿过衣着体所设该通孔与该前盖片上缘接合。
26. 如权利要求 22 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 内带体为一后背双肩带或单肩带, 其上下两端部分别穿过该衣着体所设多个通孔 设于该后盖片外侧上方及下方。
27. 如权利要求 22 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 包袋设有一外带体; 该外带体为一后背双带体和单带体其中之一, 其上下两端部 分别设于后盖片外侧上方及下方; 该外带体采用活接或固接方式与包袋连接。
28. 如权利要求 22 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 前盖片与后盖片之间设有一罩盖体, 该罩盖体一侧设有一连接侧, 由该连接侧与 包袋连接。
29. 如权利要求 28所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 罩盖体进一步设有一套合件, 由该套合件将罩盖体套合固定于包袋外围。
30. 如权利要求 21 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 前盖片固定于该衣着体前方的位置。
31. 如权利要求 21 所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 通孔设于衣着体前面与前盖片相互对应的位置; 该内带体由该衣着体所设通孔与 该前盖片上缘接合。
32. 如权利要求 22所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 设 于该前盖片的盖合件周缘进一步设有一側围; 该外带体为一侧背带体, 该外带体 两端部设于该包袋的侧围; 该外带体采用活接或固接方式与包袋连接。
33. 如权利要求 22所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 内带体为一侧背带体, 该内带体两端部分别由该衣着体内向外穿过多个通孔并接 设于该包袋的前盖片。
34. 如权利要求 22所述的一种盖合式挠性围体收纳构造, 其特征在于, 该 该外带体连接于包袋左右两侧并由外带体开放端所设的公母扣件相互扣合后横向 固定在使用者的腰部; 该外带体采用活接或固接方式与包袋连接。
