Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure (20) de chargement et de déchargement d'au moins un navire (1) de transport d'un fluide, caractérisée en ce que la structure (20) est formée par un quai (21) d'amarrage du navire (1) comportant au moins un caisson (22) en béton muni de moyens de fermeture et d'ouverture pour déplacer ledit caisson par remplissage d'eau entre une position de flottaison pour le transport du quai et une position ancrée dans le fond marin dans laquelle ce quai comporte une partie inférieure d'ancrage immergée et une partie supérieure partiellement hors de l'eau pour l'accostage dudit navire.
