Abstract

A presente inovaçáo refere-se a um produto composto por caixas de carga, fixa, basculante traseira (1) ou tri-basculante e dos respectivos componentes: sub-chassis (2), estrado (3), malhal (4), taipal lateral (5), taipal traseiro (6), colunas traseiras (7) e rede malhal (8). A caixa de carga apresenta a utilizaçáo de multimateriais integrados em combinaçáo com o produto modular. Utiliza-se ainda várias técnicas de ligaçáo e métodos de fabrico. Os produtos desenvolvidos apresentam maior resistência ao desgaste por abrasáo, sáo mais leves, recicláveis, de manutencáo mais simples e com maior resistência á corrosáo, com aplicaçóes em industrias diversas para a construçáo de carroçarias.
