Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine lagerstabile Lysepuffermixtur zur Isolierung von Nukleinsäuren aus biologischen, vorzugsweise diagnostischen Proben. Sie ist bevorzugt mit einer Extraktionskontrolle verbunden. Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe ist es, ein verbessertes Nukleinsäureextraktionssystem bereitzustellen, welches kostengünstig, stabil und einfach anzuwenden ist und dabei den Ansprüchen an ein modernes Nukleinsäureextraktionssystem genügt, indem es u.a. Extraktionskontrollen enthält. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Lysepuffermixtur zur Isolierung von Nukleinsäuren, welche nicht chaotrope Salze, eine besondere Auswahl an Detergenzien, eine definierte Menge mindestens einer Nukleinsäure als Extraktionskontrolle, gegebenenfalls lytische Enzyme, gegebenenfalls Carrier Nukleinsäuren sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Zusätze umfasst.
