Abstract
Ein Industrieofen mit einem beheizbaren Innenraum (1), einem den Innenraum (1) umgebenden Gehäuse (2), mit einer die Innenseite des Gehäuses (2) zumindest teilweise auskleidenden Isolierschicht (3), und mit Wärmeeintragmitteln (4) zum Einbringen von Wärmeenergie in den Innenraum (1), ist im Hinblick auf die Realisierung einer energieeffizienten Betriebsweise gekennzeichnet durch eine das Gehäuse (2) zumindest teilweise umgebende und von der Gehäusewand beabstandete Isolierhülle (7), wobei zwischen der Gehäusewand und der Isolierhülle (2) ein Konvektionsraum (8) gebildet ist; und/oder ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Vorwärm- und/oder Anlassofen (10) vorgesehen ist, in dem die Abwärme des Innenraums (1) nutzbar ist. Des Weiteren ist ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Industrieofens angegeben.
