Abstract
La présente invention concerne un agent induisant une sensation de satiété qui a un excellent effet de réduction de prise d’énergie (absorption de nourriture) comprenant la prise précédente, et un aliment ou une boisson le contenant. En prenant un aliment ou une boisson contenant un agent induisant une sensation de satiété, lequel comprend un triglycéride à chaîne moyenne comme principe actif en quantité allant de 0,8 g à 10 g correspondant à sa dose (prise) unique efficace, avant (par exemple, 30 minutes avant) un repas, la sensation de satiété peut être ressentie plus tôt pendant le repas et la prise d’énergie (absorption de nourriture) peut ainsi être réduite.
