如图 1和图 4所示,本发明提供一种页面结构,包括基底页层 1、 粘胶层 2、 3和胶膜 4、 5。 所述基底页层 1 包括两平直段 12 , 以及 连接该两个平直段 12的连接段 11。 所述粘胶层 2、 3涂覆在所述基 底页层的内外表面, 所述胶膜覆盖在所述粘胶层 4、 5的表面。 所述 胶膜可从胶膜上剥离。其中, 基底页层 1 由具有一定坚硬度的材料制 成, 如聚乙烯 (PE )、 聚丙烯 (PP )、 聚氯乙烯(PVC )、 纸制或热 塑性弹性体(TPE ), 使得基底页层 1在单处受力翻动时, 仍使页面 保持在同一水平面。 所述两个平直段 12由连接段 11的两侧延伸, 图 2所示, 所述连接段 11 与平直段 12为一体成型结构。 所述连接段 11呈弧凸状, 可向内弧凸或向外弧凸, 并于该处形成伸展空间 13。 如在图 2和图 3中, 连接段 11向外弧凸, 如在图 6和图 7中, 连接 段 11向内弧凸。 优选地, 所述连接段 11可为塑料粘贴片。
如图 3和图 8所示, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述基底页层为 组合式结构, 连接段 11两侧延伸出侧翼 111 , 两平直段 12固定在连 接段 11的两延伸的侧翼 111上。所成页面结构的立体图如图 5所示。
如图 9、 图 10、 图 11所示, 粘胶层 2可以选择性的只覆盖基底 页层的两平直段,或者覆盖两平直段 12和连接段 11的内侧。相应的 胶膜 5覆盖完全粘胶层 2 即可。 再基底页层的外侧, 粘胶层 3最好 全部覆盖基底页层的外侧, 即平直段 12的外侧及连接段 11的外侧。 或者如图 12和图 13所示, 基底页层内外两侧的粘胶层 2、 3都只覆 盖基底页层的平直段 12, 胶膜 4和 5相应的覆盖在粘胶层上。
如图 14, 在本发明的一个优选实施例中, 所述基底页层内侧的胶 膜 5为条状组合而成。 所述条状胶膜 51分别附盖在连接段两侧。 在 其他实施例中, 所属胶膜 4、 5都可以为其他图案、 形状组合而成。 在本发明中, 所述基底页层 1 中进一步还可以含有磁性物质, 如 磁粉等, 使得基底页层具有磁性, 可吸附图案附着页或磁性装饰物。
所述基底页层的材料为聚乙烯(PE )、 聚丙烯(PP )、 聚氯乙烯 ( PVC )热塑性弹性体(TPE )或纸质中任选一种。 优选地, 所述连 接段为塑胶层。
如图 19, 本发明的页面制作方法, 其主要步骤包括: 设立基层, 其由具有一定坚硬度基材如塑料材质之聚乙烯 ( PE )、 聚丙烯 ( PP )、 聚氯乙烯(PVC )、 热塑性弹性体(TPE )或纸材制成的平面基底页 层 1 , 基底页层 1 中含有磁性物质, 可吸附磁性装饰物, 具有一定坚 硬度材质制成的基底页层 1使得基底页层 1在单处受力翻动时,仍使 页面保持在同一水平面, 所述基底页层包括两平直段, 以及连接该两 个平直段的连接段; 涂覆粘胶, 将所述二页面的基底页层的内侧及外 侧涂覆粘胶; 覆盖胶膜, 将所述粘胶部位全部覆盖离形胶膜。 可参看 图 16。
如图 6、 图 7, 其中所述的基底页层为一体成型结构或组合式结 构, 所述的组合式结构为连接段的左右两端延伸出延伸部, 所述基底 页层的两平直段分别附着于所述延伸部之上。 所述的连接段为弧形结 构, 其可以向内弧凸或者向外弧凸, 如图 7图 8所示。 所述基底页层 内侧的粘胶层可以只覆盖平直段 12, 或者覆盖平直段 12和连接段。 粘胶层表面的胶膜全部覆盖粘胶层,而且所述胶膜可以是一体结构或 者条状或块状的组合结构, 如图 14, 为胶膜组合结构的一种情况。
在成型所述基底页层时, 可于其原料中加入磁粉, 使该基底页层 具备磁性, 而可吸附与类似图案附着页 6或其他磁性装饰物。 所述基 底页层的材料由聚乙烯(PE )、 聚丙烯(PP )、 聚氯乙烯(PVC )热 塑性弹性体(TPE )或纸质中任选一种。 优选地, 所述连接段为塑胶 层。
如图 17, 本发明的页面结构成册使用的方法为:
除去内膜, 将基底页层外侧的胶膜撕去以显露粘胶部位; 粘贴图 案附着页, 将图案附着页对应粘贴于粘胶部位,使其图案附着页粘贴 在基底页层的页面内侧; 除去外膜, 将基底页层的外侧胶膜撕去以显 露粘胶部位; 封包表皮, 将基底页层的外侧显露粘胶的部位对应粘贴 一表皮而成单侧使用。
如图 16, 所述的图案附着页 6粘贴在基底页层 1二页面内侧, 所述图案附着页 6可呈全开式或半开式结构, 可釆用喷墨、 镭射、 打 印、 印刷方式等使所述图案附着页 6上形成图案, 方便使用者自行设 计、 寻找或收集图案, 再根据图片大小选择全开式或半开式结构的图 案附着页规格, 然后经由计算机编辑输出或印刷机器将图案附着于所 选图案附着页 6上。
图案页面成册使用方法的制作可以单页式图案页面或复数图案 页面所集结成册之两外端面的基底页层 1外侧来对应封包表皮 7, 可 成形单页式图案页面运用于如菜单、 DM等等简单图案的变化使用; 或集结数图案页面成册, 而运用于专辑照片、 报告数据等等多页数据 的使用者。
如图 18, 多个页面集结成册的方法为, 将两个页面的基底层外 侧对应的粘胶部位相互粘合,且依序将另一基底页层外侧对应另一页 面的基底页层外侧粘贴,根据需要选择成册的页面的个数,按照所述 方法粘贴成册。 此过程可以为: 除去内膜、 集结成册、 封包表皮、 除 去外膜、 粘贴图案附着页。
如图 17、 18, 本发明的成册过程中, 若干组页面结构通过粘胶 层 3相互叠合组合而成相册, 两两图案附着页 6沿连接段 11相对折 而贴合在一起使基底页层 1背部的粘胶层 3相互对应而贴合集结成 册以形成整本书籍状态, 相册的两外侧可由薄膜覆盖, 或藉由封面 7 包覆。 当将两平直段 12对折时, 贴设于基底页层 1 的平直段 12上 的图案附着页 2, 尤其是对应两个平直段 12的全开式图案附着页 2, 在对应连接段 11 的区域将伸入外凸式伸展空间内, 可避免粘贴在平 直段 12上的图案附着页 6—折叠就受到凹折, 同时可确保当基底页 层 1再次展开时图案附着页 6的平整性, 使得图案附着页 6无折痕 痕迹。
当所述连接段为向内弧凸时, 可选择半开式的图案附着页, 所述 图案附着页的两页面通过粘胶层对应贴设于基底页层的两平直段上。
综上所述, 本发明页面结构的应用非常广泛, 除了可用户相册的 制作外, 还可适用于图册的 DIY设计、 图样的展示等等。 其图案页 面成册使用方式可将照片、 图案贴黏而集结成册, 利用上述页面制作 成品, 达到可自我简易施工来制作成册。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范 围的限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明, 但本领域的 普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同 替换, 而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims

权 利 要求
1.一种页面结构, 其特征在于包括: 基底页层、 粘附于基底页层 内外表面的粘胶层和覆盖在粘胶层上的胶膜, 其中, 所述基底页层包 括两平直段, 以及连接该两个平直段的连接段。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述胶膜覆盖 在粘胶层上, 所述胶膜为一体结构或组合结构。
3.如权利要求 1或 2所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述连接段 呈弧凸状, 并于该处形成伸展空间。
4.如权利要求 3所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述弧凸状为向 内弧凸或向外弧凸。
5.如权利要求 1或 2所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述连接段 与平直段为一体成型结构或组合式结构。
6.如权利要求 5所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述组合式结构 为连接段的左右两端延伸出延伸部, 所述两个平直段分别附着于所述 延伸部之上。
7.如权利要求 1或 2所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述基底页 层中含有磁性物质。
8.如权利要求 1 或 2 所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述基底 页层的材料由聚乙烯(PE )、 聚丙烯(PP )、 聚氯乙烯(PVC )热塑 性弹性体(TPE )或纸质中任选一种或多种。
9.如权利要求 1 或 2 所述的页面结构, 其特征在于: 所述连接 段为塑胶层。
10. 一种页面制作方法, 其主要步骤包括:
( 1 )设立基层一一由一种基材制成二页面的基底页层, 所述基 底页层包括两平直段, 以及连接该两个平直段的连接段;
( 2 )涂覆粘胶——将所述二页面的基底页层的内侧及外侧涂覆 粘胶;
( 3 )覆盖胶膜一一将所述粘胶部位全部覆盖离形胶膜。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的页面制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述的 基层含有磁性物质, 所述的连接段与基底页层为一体成型结构或组合 式结构。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的页面制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述的 组合式结构为连接段的左右两端延伸出延伸部, 所述基底页层的两平 直段分别附着于所述延伸部之上。
13. 如权利要求 10、 11或 12所述的页面制作方法, 其特征在 于: 所述连接段呈弧凸状, 所述的弧凸状为向内弧凸或向外弧凸, 并 于该处形成伸展空间。
14. 如权利要求 10、 11或 12所述的页面制作方法, 其特征在 于: 所述的连接段是聚乙烯层、 聚丙烯层、 聚氯乙烯层、 热塑性弹性 材料层和纸材层中任选一种或塑胶制的粘贴片。
15. 如权利要求 10、 11或 12所述的页面制作方法, 其特征在 于: 所述的基底页层的两平直段是由聚乙烯、 聚丙烯、 聚氯乙烯、 热 塑性弹性材料和纸材中任选一种材料制成。
16. 如权利要求 10或 11所述的页面制作方法, 其特征在于: 所 述胶膜为一体结构或者是条状或块状的组合结构。
17.权利要求 1 所述的页面结构成册使用的方法, 其主要步骤包 括: ( 1 )除去内膜一一将基底页层外侧的胶膜撕去以显露粘胶部位;
( 2 ) 粘贴图案附着页一一将图案附着页对应粘贴于粘胶部位, 使其图案附着页粘贴在基底页层的页面内侧;
( 3 )除去外膜一一将基底页层的外侧胶膜撕去以显露粘胶部位;
( 4 )封包表皮一一将基底页层的外侧显露粘胶的部位对应粘贴 一表皮而成单侧使用。
18. 如权利要求 17所述的页面结构成册使用的方法, 其特征在 于: 在步骤(3 )和(4 )之间还进一步包括集结成册的步骤, 即将两 个页面的基底层外侧对应的粘胶部位相互粘合 ,且依序将另一基底页 层外侧对应另一页面的基底页层外侧粘贴,根据需要选择成册的页面 的个数, 按照所述方法粘贴成册。
19.权利要求 1 所述的页面结构成册使用的方法, 其主要步骤包 括:
( 1 )除去内膜一一将基底页层外侧的胶膜撕去以显露粘胶部位;
( 2 ) 集结成册——将两个页面的基底层外侧对应的粘胶部位相 互粘合,且依序将另一基底页层外侧对应另一页面的基底页层外侧粘 贴, 根据需要选择成册的页面的个数, 按照所述方法粘贴成册;
( 3 )封包表皮——将步骤(2 )成册的两外端面的页面粘贴部位 对应粘贴表皮; ( 4 )除去外膜一一将基底页层的外侧胶膜撕去以显露粘胶部位;
( 5 ) 粘贴图案附着页一一将图案附着页对应粘贴于粘胶部位, 使其图案附着页粘贴在基底页层的页面内侧。
20. 如权利要求 17、 18或 19所述的页面结构成册使用的方法, 其特征在于: 所述的图案附着页是全开式或半开式结构, 所述的图案 附着页的图案是喷墨、 镭射、 打印、 印刷方式中的一种制成。
