Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'au moins deux pièces métalliques à l'aide d'une liaison soudée avec un support de bain de soudure, par exemple pour l'assemblage d'un collecteur sur le bloc d'échange thermique d'un échangeur de chaleur à plaques. Selon l'invention, le support de bain de soudure (3a) est formé sur le collecteur (1) et supporte le cordon de soudure (2). Le support de bain de soudure fait déjà partie du collecteur et il n'y a pas de montage. En outre, le profil d'écoulement, à l'intérieur du collecteur, se trouve amélioré.
