  • the opening 14 is in the preferred embodiment delimited by arcuate upper and lower edges having the form of arcs of a circle, the centre of this circles being coincident with the pivot axis of the indicating sheet 4.
  • the movement of the flap 13 will follow the arc of a circle and it is placed so that it will be visible in the opening 14. If the opening 14 has only a horizontal extension, the flap 13 must have a longer extension along the left side edge of the indicating sheet 4 in order to be visible in such an opening. It is therefore preferred that the opening 14 has a vertical extension, at least in the portion thereof being distal from the front wall 8 of the outer container, i.e. the portion of the opening in which the edge of the indicating sheet 4 first will appear.
  • the flap 13 is only an aid for improving the visibility of the edge of the indicating sheet 4 in the indicating opening and is not mandatory.
  • the opening 14 can also consist of several holes in wall 15 of the container which for example can be disposed in a arc-shaped row thereby only indicating when certain amounts of liquid, such as every 30 cl, has been dispensed from the inner container. It is also possible to have such holes overlapping each other in order to be able to continuously indicate the amount of liquid dispensed. If the holes constituting the opening 14 are overlapping they will co-operate with different points along the adjacent edge of the indicating sheet 4. If this edge is provided with a flap then this flap must have an extension in the longitudinal direction of the edge covering all points thereof that will be visible through said holes during the swinging movement of the indicating sheet.
  • a scale 9 is preferably present along one edge of opening 14 in the wall 15 of the outer container.
  • the exact calibration of the scale 9 depends on the dimensions of the outer container 3, the material chosen for the inner container 2 the positioning of the pivot axis and the indicating opening 14. The scale must thus be empirically determined before designing the printing of the scale for each new container combination.
  • the inner container 2 is preferably made of a laminate of an aluminium foil and a plastic film or a laminate of different plastic films and is air-tight. All materials or material combinations used in the art for such inner container can be used in the present invention.
  • the outer container 3 is preferably made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard.

  • the sheet 4 is preferably dimensioned and affixed to the upper wall of the inner container 2 in such a way that the edges of sheet 4 are distanced from the inner walls of the outer container 3. Thereby, there is no risk that the sheet 4 will frictionally engage the inner walls of the outer container 3 and obstruct the downward movement of the upper wall of the inner container 2 during dispensing of the liquid from the inner container 2. Neither is there a risk that friction forces will delaminate sheet 4 from the upper wall of the inner container 2. For these reasons, at least the rear and right side edges of said sheet 4 are preferably distanced from an adjacent inner wall of the outer container 3 by a distance of 0-10 mm. Since the flap 13 must reach beyond left edge of the full inner container 2, it has also an extension in the plane of the indicating sheet 4 when also the left side edge of the indicating sheet 4 is distanced from the adjacent inner wall of the outer container.
  • the receptacle 1 is preferably manufactured with the outer container 3 being turned upside-down with closed upper wall and open lower wall. Adhesive for affixing the sheet 4 to the upper wall of the outer container is then coated onto either the flaps 19, 20 or on the region 11 of the sheet 4 and this sheet is then inserted into the outer container 3. Thereafter, adhesive is coated onto the upper wall of the filled inner container 2 or onto the sheet 4 before it is inserted into the outer container 3 and the inner container 2 is thereafter inserted into the outer container 3. The lower wall of the outer container 3 is then closed and the receptacle 1 and the weight of the liquid will act on the sheet 4 during hardening of the adhesive coating thereon.
  • the sheet 4 is affixed to the upper wall of the inner container 2 in advance and the sheet is then inserted into the outer container together with the filled inner container 2.
  • the sheet 4 can of course be affixed to the inner container 2 in other ways than described above. If the sheet, for example, is to be welded to the inner container this can be done before filling liquid into the inner container. In such a case the lower wall of the inner container is closed after the filling of liquid into the container.
  • a second preferred embodiment of receptacle 1 ' is shown in a view similar to figure 1 and in figure 8 in a view similar to figure 5.
  • the receptacle 1 ' differs in principle from the receptacle 1 described with reference to figures 1 -6 only in that the indicating sheet 4 ' is an integrated part of the outer container 3 ' and not a separate piece attached to the outer container in connection with the assembling of the components of the receptacle.

For this reason, it is preferred to locate the pivot axis of the indicating sheet parallel to the front wall of the outer container.

Also in this case the indication of the amount of liquid remaining in the receptacle will be less accurate in the end of the dispensing. This location of the pivot axis is thus not preferred.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un réceptacle de liquide (1) de type « sac en boîte », comprenant un conteneur intérieur (2) étanche à l’air en matériau flexible disposé dans un conteneur extérieur (3) fabriqué à partir d’un matériau relativement rigide et ayant un robinet (5) permettant de faire sortir du liquide dudit conteneur intérieur, ledit conteneur extérieur ayant une ouverture (7) réalisée dans une partie inférieure de celui-ci à travers laquelle ledit robinet peut être ressorti du conteneur extérieur lorsque le liquide va être dispensé pour la première fois. Le réceptacle de liquide (1) comprend des moyens (4, 14) permettant d’indiquer la quantité de liquide présente dans le conteneur intérieur (2), lesdits moyens permettant d’indiquer la quantité de liquide présente dans le conteneur intérieur (2) comprenant un film indicatif plan (4) fixé au conteneur extérieur de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d’un axe de pivotement (12) situé à côté d’une paroi supérieure du conteneur extérieur et également fixé à la paroi supérieure du conteneur intérieur (2), et une ouverture porteuse d’une indication (14) disposée dans une paroi (15) du conteneur extérieur, perpendiculairement audit axe de pivotement.
