[2] 煎烤器是人们在庭院内进行休闲活动或外出郊游吋经常用到的一种烹调食物的 器具。 现有的煎烤器一般包括可相对展开的上煎烤盘和下煎烤盘。 上、 下煎烤 盘内均设有电热单元或其它加热单元, 并相应设有调温元件, 因而可在上、 下 煎烤盘之间夹压食物进行煎烤, 而不需要为了使双面均受热充分而翻转煎烤的 食物。 为了使食物受热更迅速、 充分、 均匀, 在上、 下煎烤盘的相对面设有凸 起的肋条, 以便夹紧牛肉、 猪肉等不易熟透的食物, 使热量能够深入食物内部
[3] 尽管现有煎烤器有许多使食物受热更迅速、 充分、 均匀的措施和结构, 然而, 与在炒锅中翻炒食物的加热效果相比, 煎烤器的加热速度及均匀性、 充分性仍 然相差较远。
发明内容
[4] 本发明提供一种煎烤器, 其主要目的在于克服现有煎烤器的加热速度、 加热均 匀性、 加热充分性不够及使用效果不好的缺点。
[5] 本发明釆用如下技术方案:
[6] 一种煎烤器, 包括: 烤盘及设于烤盘下方的加热装置, 用于对食物进行加热; 底座, 位于上述烤盘下方, 用于支承烤盘及其加热装置, 底座下方设有脚座, 脚座与底座之间设有弹簧; 振动装置, 设于底座上; 其底座下方设有插接部, 该插接部下端设有倒钩体, 所述脚座设有与该倒钩体配合的扣孔。

前述一种煎烤器, 所述插接部的上端固定在底座下方, 弹簧套装在插接部的环 型凹槽内; 插接部插入脚座内, 其下端的倒钩体挂接于脚座, 插接部限定在脚 座上的环型凹槽内, 可上下移动。
由上述对本发明的描述可知, 和现有技术相比, 本发明具有如下优点: 一, 在 煎烤器进行煎烤的过程中, 烤盘可进行上下振动, 食物随之在烤盘上振动, 比 起传统的静态煎烤方式, 其加热速度、 加热的均匀性、 充分性均的显著提高; 二, 提供了一种全新的煎烤方式, 使煎烤出的食物具有区别于传统静态煎烤方 式的风味; 三, 本发明巧妙的将脚座与缓冲装置设计为一体, 使整个煎烤器结 构更加合理, 插接部下端的倒钩体设计, 保证了振动过程中底座不会与脚座分 离; 插接部中部的环型凹槽及脚座上环型凹槽设计, 保证了上下运动的平稳性 及弹簧的有效复位, 提高了使用寿命。 附图说明

实施例一
同吋参照图 1和图 2, 该煎烤器包括煎烤器本体 1、 底座 2和振动装置 3。 煎烤器 本体 1用于对食物进行加热, 其结构与现有技术相同, 主要包括上煎烤盘 11、 下 煎烤盘 12, 煎烤盘 11、 下煎烤盘 12二者后侧边通过枢接轴 13互相枢接形成可翻 转结构, 上煎烤盘 11上方设有上壳 110, 上煎烤盘 11和上壳 110之间设有电加热 装置对上煎烤盘 11进行加热, 下煎烤盘 12下方设有下壳 120, 下煎烤盘 12和下壳 120之间也设有电加热装置对下煎烤盘 12进行加热, 上壳 110前上侧设的把手 14 。 煎烤器本体 1的详细结构不再赞述。
[20] 底座 2位于上述煎烤器本体 1下方, 用于支承煎烤器 1本体。 振动装置 3设于上述 底座 2和煎烤器本体 1之间, 使煎烤器本体 1于底座 2上方振动。 该振动装置 3包括 电机 32以及与电机 32的输出轴相连的偏心轮 31, 该偏心轮 31的周面抵触于煎烤 器本体 1的底部。 当电机 32转动吋, 偏心轮 31随之转动, 使煎烤器本体 1上下振 动。 底座 2内设有控制该电机 32工作的控制电路板, 底座 2表面设有与该控制电 路板相连的控制按钮 33, 通过该控制按钮 33可启动振动装置 3。
[21] 煎烤器本体 1底部设有向下延伸的导杆 41, 底座 2设有与该导杆 41配合的导向孔 42, 该导杆 41上套设有弹簧 43, 该弹簧 43夹设于煎烤器本体 1底面和底座 2的顶 面之间。 导杆 41和导向孔 42的配合可保证煎烤器本体 1稳定地于上下方向振动, 弹簧 43具有缓冲作用。
[22] 参照图 2, 该上烤盘 11和下烤盘 12合上之后二者之间具有一烹饪空间 10, 当煎 烤器本体 1振动吋, 食物可于该烹饪空间 10内振动。 另外, 由于上烤盘 11和下烤 盘合 12的侧边互相枢接, 当煎烤器本体 1振动吋, 上烤盘 11可相对于下烤盘 12上 下活动, 食物同样也可在二者之间随之振动。

[24] 一种煎烤器, 参照图 3、 图 4, 包括烤盘 1及设于烤盘 1下方的加热装置, 图中未 示出加热装置, 该加热装置为现有技术, 一般是埋设于烤盘 1底面的电热管, 用 于对食物进行加热。 烤盘 1下方设有底座 2, 用于支承烤盘 1及其加热装置。 底座 2下方设有脚座 3, 同吋参照图 4和图 5, 底座 2下方设有插接部 31, 该插接部 31下 端设有倒钩体 311, 所述脚座 3设有与该倒钩体 311配合的扣孔 30, 该插接部 31和 脚座 3之间设有弹簧 32。
[25] 参照图 4和图 6, 所述底座 2中设有一振动装置, 该振动装置包括上壳 43、 下壳 4 4以及通过定位件 42固定于上壳 43、 下壳 44中的电机 41, 该电机 41的输出轴设有 一偏心件 411, 并且底座 2的底壁上设有一安装孔 20, 上壳 43、 下壳 44分别固定 于该安装孔 20周缘的上侧和下侧。 当电机 41运转吋, 带动偏心件 411转动, 从而 可使底座 2在各脚座 3上方振动。 [26] 实施例 2的独特设计在于脚座 3部位的缓冲装置, 包括: 底座 2下方的插接部 31 、 脚座 3上与其配合的扣孔 30及弹簧 32。 在插接部 31的下端设有倒钩体 311, 中 部轴向设有环型凹槽 312; 脚座 3上也相应设有一环型凹槽 33, 其凹槽 33内壁的 直径与凹槽 312内壁的直径相同, 外壁直径略大于插接部 31的外径; 插接部 31的 上端固定在底座 2下方, 弹簧 32套装在插接部 31的环型凹槽 312内; 插接部 31插 入脚座 3内, 其下端的倒钩体 311挂接于脚座 3, 插接部 31限定在脚座 3上的环型 凹槽 33内, 可上下移动。
[27] 本发明巧妙的将脚座 3与缓冲装置设计为一体, 使整个煎烤器结构更加合理, 插接部 31下端的倒钩体 311设计, 保证了振动过程中底座 2不会与脚座 3分离; 插 接部 31中部的环型凹槽 312及脚座 3上环型凹槽 33设计, 保证了上下运动的平稳 性及弹簧 32的有效复位, 提高了使用寿命。

权利要求书
[1] 一种煎烤器, 其特征在于包括:
烤盘及设于烤盘下方的加热装置, 用于对食物进行加热;
底座, 位于上述烤盘下方, 用于支承烤盘及其加热装置, 底座下方设有脚 座, 脚座与底座之间设有弹簧;
振动装置, 设于底座上;
所述底座下方设有插接部, 该插接部下端设有倒钩体, 所述脚座设有与该 倒钩体配合的扣孔。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的一种煎烤器, 其特征在于: 所述插接部中部轴向设有环 型凹槽; 脚座上也相应设有一环型凹槽。
[3] 如权利要求 1所述的一种煎烤器, 其特征在于: 所述脚座上凹槽内壁的直径 与插接部凹槽内壁的直径相同, 外壁直径略大于插接部的外径。
[4] 如权利要求 1所述的一种煎烤器, 其特征在于: 所述插接部的上端固定在底 座下方, 弹簧套装在插接部的环型凹槽内; 插接部插入脚座内, 其下端的 倒钩体挂接于脚座, 插接部限定在脚座上的环型凹槽内, 可上下移动。
[5] 如权利要求 1所述的一种煎烤器, 其特征在于: 所述振动装置包括上壳、 下 壳以及固定于上壳、 下壳中的电机, 该电机的输出轴设有一偏心件; 所述 底座的底壁上设有一安装孔, 上壳、 下壳分别固定于该安装孔周缘的上侧 和下侧。
