Abstract

Bei einem Fügeverfahren zur dauerhaften mechanischen Verbindung zweier Fügebauteile miteinander soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, mit der ein hinsichtlich der Kompensationsmöglichkeit von Fügebauteilmaßabweichungen verbessertes und vereinfachtes Fügeverfahren zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass das Fügeverfahren die Schritte umfasst : a) positionsgenaues Ausrichten eines ersten und eines zweiten Fügebauteils (1, 4) zueinander in eine Fügeposition unter Ausbildung eines Fügespaltes (7) zwischen den Fügeflächen (3, 3a; 6, 6a) der Fügebauteile (1, 4); b) zumindest temporäres Fixieren der Fügebauteile (1, 4) in dieser Fügeposition; c) Verfüllen des Fügespaltes (7) mit einem fluiden Fügemedium (8) und d) Aushärten des Fügemediums (8) im Fügespalt (7) zu einer Kohäsions- und Adhäsionskräfte ausbildenden dauerhaften und die zwischen den Fügebauteilen (1, 4) auftretenden Kräfte übertragenden Verbindung.
